Gift voucher of rs.1000 not received of makemytrip from flipkart.
I bought a mobile phone with an offer buy this phone and get rs.1000 gift voucher and in the app of flipkart is showing that you are eligible. 20 days passed and there is no gift voucher and then i called to their representative they told me that you are not eligible for this. I am having the screenshot of the offer.
I placed the order on 19 september 2016

      I have ordered a mobile phone Redmi 3S prime vide order no.OD[protected] under the big billion day sale but to my surprise when I received the order the phone delivered was different model from the same brand and priced lesser than the one ordered although the invoice sent with the order mentions the product price I have ordered. Upon checking the IMEI no’s provided on the invoice and phone also don’t match(bill enclosed)

      I tried reaching the customer care for resolution of the issue but as usual all the executives were busy and the call got disconnected.

      I managed to spoke to the customer care representative and he took my complaint vide no.[protected] and assured me that they will send me an email within 24 hrs providing me the date and time for pickup of the wrong product and delivery of the right product but when I spoke to the customer care executive again he said he cannot take the replacement request and cannot guarantee the delivery of the right product and the statement kept changing I spoke to different individuals in the customer care team including the senior Mr.Vinod.

      What was shocking that even after understanding that there is a goo[censored]p from Flipkart in delivering the wrong product there was no satisfactory resolution available with any of the executives apart from saying that you will get your refund back.

      My simple request is please deliver me the right product which I have ordered as I don’t want a refund of the amount.

      Flipkart is denying replacement of the phone even after writing "10 days replacement gurantee " saying that the product is out of stock.

      The product came on sale again i.e on 12th October at 12 pm( which was within the 10 days replacement period), but I could not place a replacement request because Flipkart has disabled the replacement request from my id.

      This accounts for cheating and flipkart is using its dominance position to arm twist the customer and forcing me to take a refund and not compensating for the discount offered during the big billion sale

        I have ordered moto e3 force on 03/10/2016 and when i was making payment through the credit card there was no option on the site to choose for non emi option and now when i have called phone banking to convert it into non emi option they are denay to do that and the flip cary also delay to convert it into non emi option and i already made the full payment on the site, these are all false commitment and the worst customer service, i have ordered the last product from filpcart i will newer do any transaction with filpcart.

          I had ordered tv order no: od[protected] with flipkart on 3rd oct and they promised to deliver on 5th oct. On 5th oct they changed delivery to 7th oct. On 7th oct again, they again changed delivery to 9th oct. Flipkart and its customer care continuously provides false information to take advantage of consumers by promising early delivery than other companies but do not deliver as promised and keep changing delivery dates. The delivery firm for flipkart, ekart logistics do not even have customer care support and it gets redirected to flipkart. They as partners seems to be cheating on consumers and this is my second time for me and i see lot of lot of similar complaints.

              With an exchange offer and in term and conditions of the exchange policy it is mentioned that damaged or broken will not be accepted and my phone has dents which doesnt come under damaged or broken and they refused to accept my phone as exchange and now the order has been cancelled. i hope you understand my concern

                I had purchased the moto g from flipkart which is not working from last 6 months after the multiple followup and complaint, issue not resolve, after the warranty you will not accept as well as company will also not repair the product, i had purchase the mobile (Rs 12999) before one year but few months back mobile is not working, we have already contacted mobile company as well as personal visit with service center, but they are denying to repair, so please confirm why are u selling this kind of product which can't work at least 3 to 4 years, but they are not accepting and deny, so please confirm what we need to do in this,

                My brother and also my friend is purchasing the phone as well as other product from your site only, so we will inform him and other people to please stop buying the product from this site as this will not care the feeling of customer, sell only product not customer experience

                  I ordered a book on 1st october 2016 (order id:od[protected] the alchemist mrp: 250. its offer price was rs 153 + rs 40 shipping charges. i also ordered a philips trimmer qt3310 in rs 799 + syska led light 15w in rs 399 on sun, 2nd oct'16 (order id:od[protected] in big billion sale.

                    Sir 4 oct i received my vu 40 inch led t. v but when deliver courier boy opened the package, the screen was broken, so they take it back. after one day i contacted flipkart support to know the status of my replacement, they said your replacement got cancelled due to some system issue. so on 5th, support team manually issued a replacement order and the tv was supposed to be deliver by 14th october 2016. but today 7th oct there support team cancelled the replacement without asking me and later they called me, and told me that, as proper process was not followed, so replacement cannot happened, only refund. i asked what process was not followed, they said delivery courier should have marked the product as delivered and returned because of damage. so i want to know is it my fault that courier service didn't follow that process. and because of them, i will not get my product. who's fault is this sir? please let me know.

                    Sir i want my product in good condition. please look into this issue as soon as possible

We will initiate a refund of Rs.16, 240/- to your Debit card as soon as the shipment reaches our warehouse. As a solution, we request you to place a fresh order with the current price and revert to us with the Order ID, so that we can refund the difference amount once the product is delivered to you. We will be refunding the difference amount to your Flipkart account wallet, once the amount is credited, you can transfer the amount to your Bank account.                       I received london bee men boxers (2pair) from flipcart yesterday. This is women's boxers not mens. It does not have length gap between thighs. Waist size correct but very tight from thighs. Sposed to be same material but one pair is made of cheap silk material ! I understand no return/exchange on innerwear policy, but how would you justify delivering wrong product. I am trying to call them and mailed thrice but no solution yet.

                        I had ordered a phone lenovo vibe k5 plus 3 gb (gold, 16 gb) having order id : od[protected] order worth rs. 6749/- on 2nd oct 2016. i made payment using sbi debit card.
                        The order got auto canceled, and after cancellation massage, they updated order status as refund completed however i have not received credit to my sbi account yet.
                        I need this refund urgently as i have to buy a mobile phone.

                          I ordered lenovo vibe note (4gb ram) from flipkart (od[protected] on 26 sept 2016. paid the full amount (rs. 13499) for the product & got updates from flipkart stating that my order has been processed & shipped through ecom courier on 26 sept @ 11:16pm (ecom express :[protected]
                          The product reached my hometown (dimapur) on 1st october 16 @ 8:30 am as per the courier updates.

                          I went to collect my parcel four times (on dates-2nd, 3rd, 4th & 6th oct 16) but every time, the courier people replied that they haven't sorted out the parcels and that they will not be able to hand over my parcel to me!

                          On 6th evening, i received a message from flipkart stating that my order got cancelled!
                          This is the fifth time flipkart & ecom express courier has failed to deliver my parcel, each time giving me the same lame response (undeliverable!!)

                          If products cannot be delivered to my address, why do flipkart even show deliverable in the website & why choose such a pathetic & low rated courier service to deliver product which has never successfully delivered any product to me till today???

                          I am very disappointed with flipkart & ecom courier service for the poor services & false promises!!

                                  I order redme 3s prime mobile on 3rd of October, on 6th of October i go message saying your order has been cancel and refund initiated, when i called flipkart call center they said the order cancel due to routed to wrong city, and i asked is that my mistake they agreed that mistake happen from there end, and i asked to send me the product, they said its not possible to send product because its out of stock, i have audio recording saying mistaken happen from flipkart by flipkart employ, they talked me about 2 hours and they repeated same sorry for in-convince, please do need full,

                                      I ordered two power banks worth rs 499 each. My total cost was 998 and i placed the order.After some time i go a mail that order has been successfully placed .But within half and hour ordered was cancelled by flipkart and the same powerbank price was increase and now it was 799 each.In these way flipkart is fooling people on big billion day.

                                      Resolution: Spoke to customer and informed him order was cancelled due to quantity of product was 2 hence asked to wait till Diwali offer customer agreed. Customer also told he got fake call for card detail hence informed we are not calling and taking card numbers.
