I placed an order two lenovo k5 note 4 gb ram and paid the payment through my debit card after few minutes i got mail from flipkart that ur order has been cancelled because of non-availability of product & if the product is not available then why they are showing in stock. They just used money circle game. They are using costumers money for ten days then return with useless issues...

        Hi, i have ordered a cargo pant with size xl and the seller send l size. I have requested for refund and i get sms stating pickup will be done today. Then in the evening i get message that pick up has been cancelled as the buyer decided to keep the product. I did not cancelled any pickup so again in the night i requested refund and next day same thing happened with message stating today pick up is schedule and at night get the message pick up has been cancelled as i have decided to keep the product. Why are they not picking up and cancelling my refund. Their toll free number does not work and says that my number is not registered and so i cannot complain there.

              Placed a new order but it was automatically canby the system with my fund stuck.

              Got a call based in this complaint, the executive (Name:sumuo) promised to get the product delivered with exchange. As i was on call with him i told i'll place the order while i'm phone, and as i did the order was cancelled again and my funds stuck again. *flipkart is cheating it's customers*

                Dear sir,
                I am yu yureka plus mobile purchased on 29/09/2016. That mobile using time found over heating, so i decided to replacement (Terms & condition = 10days replacement warranty) because may be possible to born and burst. (Ex: samsung note 7), so i requested to replacement or refund but they was regretted my request and not prepare answer.

                  Hi flipkart cs head,

                  This is with reference to my above mentioned order id. I have ordered for a redmi 3s prime gold 32gb phone from flipkart and got the same delivered yesterday.
                  After setting it all up, the phone worked for only a few hours and then bricked. It has switched off and is not powering on again. Even while trying to charge, the battery indicator for charging is not coming up and it doesn't seem to be charging as the phone will just not power back up. I have already tried charging for over an hour.

                  I have raised a request for replacement/refund on customer care and have been informed that flipkart cannot replace this product and it has to be returned. I have been informed of the following procedure, to which i do not have any issues.
                  1) a technician visit to check and confirm that the phone is actually faulty
                  2) post successful verification a pickup of product
                  3) post confirmation of pickup a refund will be processed
                  4) post processing, it will take about 5 working days to reflect in my account

                  But what is surprising is that the timeline given for a resolution - 5 days for technician visit, 2-3 days for pickup, 2-3 days for refund processing. Such kind of timeline is never intimated to the customers while buying the products on flipkart and the same is not at all acceptable.

                  I have already spoken to your customer care team to some office where i was transferred and have gone through about an hour of holding and conversation with all level of staff available there. But sorry to say that none of them have been able to take a pro-active call in ensuring a good customer experience post purchase on flipkart and have been insisting that the technician visit will take at an average 5 days and then subsequent timelines, which is completely acceptable.

                  I am being given random and weird explanation like:
                  1) if i can wait for 5 days for bank to process the transaction after the refund have been processed, then why can't i wait for the technician visit. To this i have to say that the banks as well as seller informs about this timeline before purchase and there is no reason to question the same post purchase.
                  2) if i was in a village or a bigger city like mumbai/delhi, the technician visit can take longer/shorter time. To this i have to say that there is not even a range given on flipkart site that informs the user of an expected timeline.
                  3) since it is festive time, the technician visit can take longer otherwise it would have happened sooner.

                  Please note that unless flipkart informs the customer of what to expect as post purchase service, the customer is not liable for festive season or otherwise. It doesn't matter what timelines are being committed unless flipkart keeps the customer informed on the same. Further on, customer care staff should be open enough to provide a full support and not give wrong and random examples/reasons.

                  After much probing i have been provided with this email address to reach out to for further escalation. Please arrange to ensure that the technician visit happens by eod tomorrow as utmost priority and the pickup/refund can be processed on very high priority.

                  It is very surprising to learn that because flipkart choses to run discounts/sales during a certain period, its other customers have to suffer on their services. My existing phone is not working problem and hence the new phone was ordered. It would not be possible to wait for so long to get clarity on refund. Hence request you again to ensure that the technician visit happens by eod 5th october so that i can have an assurance/affirmation that the product refund is being processed and i can go ahead and order a new product.

                  Expecting a prompt action and resolution, failing which i will be forced to take the matter to media and inform all masses of what to expect if their product is faulty and need a replacement so that no one else will be taken by surprise.

                    I transferred my money from wallet to my account on 17 September and the money amounting to rs. 834 are still not returned to account. This has been a very annoying part as i paitently waited waited for 2 weeks but now its disgusting on your part.

                    Order was of mast and harbour shoes which i returned back and the money was added to phone p wallet which was never returned back to my account after i requested to do so !!! The process is completed according to you people but my money has not returned yet. Wanting immediate action !!!

                      I recived a sms from flipkart stating that my shipment order id OD[protected] is out for delivery and will be delivered before 9 p.m. but no one came to deliver the same and I was waiting at home all the while since 4 p.m. holding my other important work to receive the same and the worst part is I tried to contact their so called wish master to coordinate for the delivery on given number thrice but despite I was charged for the calls as ring gose on no one cared to answer it from their end and now the status shows that no response from the customer where as no one ever tried to contact me for the same it is highly unprofessional and unethical to lie on their customer and update with fake status it shows flipkart has no respect and value of the customer and their time and don't care about it their services and attitude is highly unprofessional and uncaring I am highly disappointed with their services and probably is my last purchase from flipkart and they should be ashamed of it.

                        Now they are saying i will have to place a new order paying 10000 extra for this. This is how they cheat customers.

                          I am abid hussain, and i had ordered two mobiles phone (xiaomi redmi 3s prime;dark grey, 32 gb) seperately which in return gives me two different order id as i mentioned in attachment.
                          Today i was expect that i will receive two different package from flipkart.
                          But i received only single package containing my two orders that shocked me.
                          And now company said that either accept the order (two different order packed one) or reject.
                          Now what to do if i want to accept a only an order and reject another.

                              I have purchased digiflip xt 811 from flipkart.
                              they have stoped support in ahmedabad.
                              i have problem in camera, i have complained o flipkart they told me go to service station i have visited two service station all service center told me give me money we will repair your camera. no one day flipkart tell me we have stoped service of product give us product back with all accessory. i am agreed and tell them to collect one day his delivery boy came and tell me you have problem in your lcd there is scratch on screen and refuse to support.

                              no i am confused only one scratch checked by courier boy cum engineer and flipkart rejected to do other support.

                              please help me to repair or refund or replace my product.

                                  I bought micromax 43" uhd tv with cost rs 36990/- and delivered on 23rd september .But the delivered item wifi is not working and same as complained to flipcart also.later the service person checked on 25th sep and he decided that wifi is not working.Then flipcart commited that replacement will be on 2nd oct, and later postponed to 7th oct.Then we send a request mailo to flipcart for refund but they did not accept refund .Here replacement is not completed but the above item price slashed to rs 2000/- from 36990 to 34990.and also request the flipcart to give benifit of 2000/-.But they did not accept refund. k.rajasekhar

                                        I have purchased using my sbi debit card a purchase of rs 339 having transaction number txn#gs[protected] from your website naming printland back cover for htc desire 326g dual sim with order no[protected] on 22 september. But surprisingly aquiring your quality service team, one agent came to delivery address & asked for payment of the same. I guess this mode of payment is said cod but if the payment has been confirmed from your side then why the hell did the guy asked for payment at delivery time? Not only that, the guy has closed the complaint stating that it was rejected frm my side. Need proper justificatin from your side. Hope i dont need to give reminder for this issue, as i myself work in customer service sector & is very much aware of the systems & processes.
