It is the matter of great concern for the flipkart brand, when we talk about the monetary transaction with each other, as that counts to the true reputaion.
Flipkart offers as the discounts and provide services against the money, same thing we did, as i made 2 purchases on[protected] worth app 15000/- all payment in advance.
Its my bad luck that i paid advance that immediately your flipkart showed transaction to supply is cancelled (While it was ok before payment - stock showed after that also for resale).
I received a sms from flipkart regarding the refund in @ 2 days, (In records).
I followed with customer care also same time but unsatisfactory reply was given. It was 2 o clock in night i was kept waiting to get a decent reply from your team and they hanged me for more than 1 hour in midnight.
Leaving it as a bad experience, still my money is not refunded back as on date.. I. E[protected].
On following the mail, today again i am gettig the msg of transaction under process for another 8 days.
What the hell is this, is flipkart has such a bad refund policy,,, from2 days... They lingered to 10 days and further hanging for more 8 days.
Its disgraceful for flipkart that after reaching at best heights of success they are losing a reputaion in its transaction terms.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and kindly provide the solution — i am only concerned for my money which seems to be in very bad hands right now. — i wish i am wrong, but situation.

Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
