Same situation is with me, my order for iphone 7 black, 32 gb with order od[protected] which was made on 4th october, 2016 is not even processed where the expected delivery date was 14th october. i too have got a call on 12th october where executive from flipkart team have informed me that my order will be delivered on or before 10th november since they are out of stock.

This is very disappointing from flipkart, where flipkart is now official online re-seller with apple in india.
The updated delivery time given to me now varies about 36 days from the date of order made which is pathetic.

Furthermore, no compensate has been promised to customers for such a blunder by flipkart rather just informing to either wait or go for a different( unwanted) color.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
When I ordered my lenovo k5 note in big billion day, the rate was 12999 but in the bill I got the rate as 13999 .they have charged 1000 rs more on this product.we thought we would get a vr headset and a remote control but we got only the phone.so please verify this and get a solution for our problem
And we are waiting for a solution.

    under replacement warranty flipkart is not arranging new product.

    i want new good product need to issue. they are saying stock is not avalable.

    this is wronge statment.

    if you are not having stock, then how you are selling mobiles in every wensday sale?

      yesterday i used my handset quiet well and today I checked my phone, its switched off and so I push the Power On button switch on the phone but it didn't work and also I put it in charging and switching on, the phone then also its not responding.

        Hello,

        I have purchased Vu TV on 4-Oct-2016. Order ID is "OD[protected]".

        I have received this product on 10-Oct-2016. On 11-Oct-2016, the installation person came and installed the TV. Once He switched ON the TV, the display has gone and I have raised a replacement immediately.

        Replacement ID :[protected] and status is "Requested" and for past few days it still displayed scheduled deliver is on 14-Oct-2016 and till now on has contacted. Some persons called us and we shared the pictures taken.

        After that we have not received any response from any one. Can you help us on this

          I received a call this morning saying that the iphone 7 that i have ordered is out of stock. It was my brother who picked up. They said it will be as late as 10 th november! Am i so crazy that i wait for almost a month after it's release whilst all my friends are flaunting theirs and i am so embarrassed saying it will be 1 more month till i have mine? Don't you get it? I could have got my phone 6 days ago from the apple store but no i still kept my faith in flipkart and ordered it but you people are making a joke of ourselves. The payment of 60000 is deducted from my account for what??? If i dont receive my phone tomorrow which is the day by which it should have arrived then i want compensation for the days its been delayed and i am not talking about the petty vouchers. Here me well and good.

                My order od[protected] iphone 7 black 32gb has been ordered on the 5th of october 2016 and the delivery date was 14th of october. Now i get a call saying it will be delivered only after a month and gold colour is available if the order had to be delivered now. Very bad service a discount on the product is needed as the product has 10000rs cash back on citi credit card if i can cancel the order i wont recieve it. If they didn't have the stock then why unnecessarily sell.

                  Hi,

                  I have a flipkart gift voucher worth Rs.1000, i noticed that it about to expire(7thOct2016).
                  So i planned to use it and tried placing an order on 6thOct2016, it applied successfully but my payment got failed in bank.
                  After that i tried to re-apply the GV to a new order, got an error "Unknown card
                  number. Please try other card!". So on the nextday (7thOct2016) i tried to apply the GV again and got the same error.

                  Now i emailed Flipkart customer service team, stating the issue.
                  I got informed like the GV is used on 7thOct2016, please contact original buyer to get further detail about the order.

                  I asked them to share the original buyer, but they wrote like due to security reasons we can provide you the detail of the order.

                  Now i understand that flipkart is never understand their customer concern and secure their fraudulent customer.

                  As am also working in a eCommerce website, I can able to see the failed transaction details from my end in logs.
                  Seems here someone from flipkart end, seen the logs and used my GV on next day.

                  If they haven't used the GV means, why can't they share the fraudulent customer detail to me.

                  Am about to file a complaint against flipkart to let them focus on this issue.

                  Please advice me whether anyother way to proceed on this issue.

                      I bought Robin by Nextbit mobile phone. I am able to connect with wifi router, but wifi speed is very bad. I am getting less than 10kbps speed. I raised the same concern with Flipkart, they shared and an app with me to remotely check the problem. I install that app. That app only checked if my mobile can connect to wifi router and they are saying that your wifi is working good so we can not exchange the product.

                      When I checked about this issue on Nextbit portals, this is the genuine fail/problem of nextbit Robin.

                      At last Flipkart has soled me faulty item and they are saying we can not exchange the product.

                                  It is the matter of great concern for the flipkart brand, when we talk about the monetary transaction with each other, as that counts to the true reputaion.
                                  Flipkart offers as the discounts and provide services against the money, same thing we did, as i made 2 purchases on[protected] worth app 15000/- all payment in advance.

                                  Its my bad luck that i paid advance that immediately your flipkart showed transaction to supply is cancelled (While it was ok before payment - stock showed after that also for resale).

                                  I received a sms from flipkart regarding the refund in @ 2 days, (In records).

                                  I followed with customer care also same time but unsatisfactory reply was given. It was 2 o clock in night i was kept waiting to get a decent reply from your team and they hanged me for more than 1 hour in midnight.

                                  Leaving it as a bad experience, still my money is not refunded back as on date.. I. E[protected].
                                  On following the mail, today again i am gettig the msg of transaction under process for another 8 days.

                                  What the hell is this, is flipkart has such a bad refund policy,,, from2 days... They lingered to 10 days and further hanging for more 8 days.

                                  Its disgraceful for flipkart that after reaching at best heights of success they are losing a reputaion in its transaction terms.

                                  I request you to kindly look into the matter and kindly provide the solution — i am only concerned for my money which seems to be in very bad hands right now. — i wish i am wrong, but situation.

                                    This is in reference to my order no OD[protected].

                                    I have ordered iphone 7 gold 32 gb on 5th october.

                                    Same day 3 of my other colleagues have ordered black color, although i tried to book black color it shown out of stock.

                                    Then i checked and gold was available and transaction was approved, i got message that phone will be delivered by 14th october.

                                    I am following it up from last 5 days, i have all phone recording, where their executives are commiting that will be delivered latest by 14th october.

                                    Now suddenly today at 4PM i got a call from one of flipkart executive stating phone is out of stuck, have these people gone mad, how come your stock can be out of stock before one day of delivery on confirmed and approved transaction.

                                    If it was out of stock they should have informed me well in advance.

                                    I need this order tomorrow itself, please go and listen to conversations i had in last three days with your executives, if you wabt i can provide all recordings.

                                    I got confirmation again and again till 2PM today that phone will be delivered latest by 14th october.

                                    kindly arrange and deliver it by tomorrow 14th october.

                                      I have ordered 02 seagate harddisk and 02 ambrane power banks on big billion daye from 02 oct to 06 oct, but all the orders they have cancelled mentioning the reason that the pin code is not in service area, i want to say that the same thing they would have informed during placing order or they would have sended message regarding this, i would have given any alternate.                                         I have received the defect product with order id — od[protected]. When i asked about replacement, they told our service team will call up. And in call it will be dead silence or they will say my voice is not audible. But the thing is i am able to speak 2 to 3 calls per hour from different people without any issue. But always having problem only with flipkart. This is worst game playing by flipkart. I have recorded all the calls.
