On 2nd Oct 2016, @ 00:02 AM, had placed an order for an IFB Convection 23L Microwave Oven which was on offer on Big Billion Day(10% flat off via SBI Card). Payment was smooth. Order was successfully placed. Received an EMail in the next 3 minutes stating that owing to high volume of orders, and as an equal opportunity to the other customers, the Order stood cancelled. Immediately called customer support number[protected] to escalate the issue. No response till next day. Finally made a post on Flipkart Facebook Page. Immediately got a callback stating that my account was FROZEN due to some order cancellations that was made in the past(Although there was no prior notifications for the same). And the refund is initiated and is expected to be reversed to my Debit Card in 7-8 working days.

48 hours later had called CC again knowing that the Refund Could not be processed due to Technical Issues and the team is working on that closely.

1. Account blocked without any notification.
2. Account blocked yet payment accepted.
3. Refund NOT initiated on time.
4. In coherence from the Customer Support/emails.
5. Amount reversal NOT complete even on the 8th day.

    On 6-9-2016 we have order dress material id 0d[protected], but due to very bad quality of the product we have cancelled it, cancel id in[protected]; we have communicate 20 to 30 times on your toll free no, and always we get same reply that tomorrow courier person his coming at your address to collect the product & also taken my bank details for returning money, after 15 day these people saying that you have return it within 15 days and we have rejected your complaint and now it can't be return.

      MTT 3d return request was placed but agent arrived late.we requested him to come again but flipkart sent mail regarding return policy.i againt initiated request for return and they informed to pick item on 5 oct but they came on 3 oct and i was not in my home.now i am not getting any option to return in their website.i earlier also tried to contact on helpdesk number but they dont provide any option to get in touch with their agent.

              Purchase leeco mobile and due to quality issue in the product i cancelled the order. For return the product they committed me the date 30 sep, then 1 oct, 2nd oct, 3rd oct and then they automatically cancel the entire request. During this time they arrange the tech visit for the cancelled product!! Big surprised for me!!                 I placed an order of 5 items through flipkart on 19/09/2016. But no order confirmation is received. After making payment, the system displays an error message but an amount of rs.3382/- is debited from my account.

                I complained this matter before you on 19/09/2016 itself. My complaint no: is 17896315. Your customer support team replied that you didn’t received any payment for the order and contact my bank for further assistance.

                I contact my banker on 20/09/2016 and register the complaint. They said to wait for 7 days. Now the period of seven days is over but no amount credited to my account.
                Today on 30/09/2016, i contact my banker, he clarified that the transaction is closed. An amount of rs.3382/- is received by flipkart account and the bank transaction id is gupi[protected]. Therefore they are unable to refund the amount.

                So kindly refund the amount. If it is not possible shall i register this to consumer court. Please reply.

                The reply from Flipkart is mentioned below: But my banker confirmed that payment is received by Flipkart and they gave me a transaction ID .But flipkart continuously said that no payment received yet.The reply is as follows: We are sorry to let you know that your transaction of Rs. 3382/- on 19 Sep 2016 was unsuccessful and its not settled with us as we did not receive the payment. We understand that you have been charged for the mentioned transaction. Please contact your card issuing bank for this and they will help you further. Hope this helps. But the thing is whenever i ordered the pin code is wrong but still it has been delivered to proper address. Now at the time of return the delivery peoples continue told me that are you from new barrackpore? Is it mentioned in your details or not that i am residing from barrackpore or new barrackpore. What's wrong with you guys.

                              Even i called customer care from the last 3 days and told him with proper address and pin code. I am the regular customer of flip-kart. Every time i mentioned one thing to customer care that if i received the product with wrong pin code then at the time of return why you tell new barrackpore. As soon as possible do your job otherwise i will take a serious issue against your managers and your delivery staffs.

                                    I had complained to replace a phone which is bought from flipkart.                                       Last night on 3.10.16 i was trying to order one smartphone from flipkart after placing the order (Order od[protected] the order got cancelled automatically. Tried with different id and different address still my order got cancelled. I called customer service and as per their suggestion i tried ordering with another different id different address then also my order got cancelled but money got deducted from my account.
                                      But when placed the order through cod which had no additional discounts the order did not got cancelled.
                                      I mailed to the cs head for the proper answer they did not have this much of courtesy that they reply to my mail inspeite normal cs executive called me and told me same old story.
                                      I want these people to stop doing this fraud service and giving wrong suggestions to people and waste their time and money for no reason.
                                      I think this action of mine will not be able to provide me satisfied answers still i am just trying to make myself feel easy to get recovered from this frustration.

                                      If you can provide me satisfying answers i will be really greatful.

                                        I had ordered moto e3 power from flipkart but the company has automatically cancelled my order and also payment has been deducted. I asked the customer care, they told me to book the phone again but next time also same thing happened. My payment has been deducted 2 times and still order has not been placed. Flipkart is bluffing customers by showing additional discounts during sale, which they are unable to fulfil so they cancel the orders. Please resolve the issue as i want to buy the phone at existing price.
