    We purchased a product: Lenovo A2010 (Black, 8 GB) with order ID:OD[protected] on 7th August 2016 and delivered on 18th August 2016 but this item found faulty with graphics problem so we requested for return on 18th of August 2016. So they said that they can't pickup from our address and they provide us their address where we can send this item. So we tried 4 time to deliver this item on that address but it is not succeed. Now we are facing so many problems to send this item but they again and again send same address to deliver this product and not receiving any calls from us.
    Plz do the needful
    We will attach all the courier receipt.

      Dear sir,
      I recently ordered moto e3 from your reputed e-commerce website, flipkart on 19september 2016

      But this has caused me a lot of problem. The phone ordered has still not reached me. Instead, the order has cancelled. Customer care services, though assured that would be of great help, instead turned a blind eye to my problem. On calling thrice a day, service greets is just with a "sorry".

      This is the second time i am facing this problem. Earlier this big billion sale too cancelled my order of ten products. This has caused great inconvience to me. Neither i have been compensated for the same nor have i heard anything from the company regarding the same.

      Enjoying great reputation and prestige in the market you need to act according to it. Please order my phone at the same price as it has been done earlier by me. I have full faith that this time the company would not annoy me.

      Bad service. I had not received same offer. What can i do if i you are sorry. I want the same order with same price or else compension of full phone. The matter is grave. Customer care service are nonsense. They do not care fake service. Sachin and binney vandal must know that i am facing this problem with a blind eye to my problem. You cannot solve.

        I am very much frustrated with the way that I was treated to get refund for the canceled order. The order was not canceled from out and it was Flipkart who canceled. I have called them around 20 times for the past 4 days. Every time I call I keep getting different answers that they are working and I am yet to receive the refund. I was given five different deadlines for resolution and I am yet to receive my refund. 7 p.m on 09/22/2016 was final deadline given by them and it is also crossed. I was promised for a call back with a status update and I haven't received the same. These type of people should not be allowed to do business anymore. I am writing this complaint with the hope that you can help me in getting this issue resolved

          Dear team,

          My job-sheet no is[protected],

          Mobile model name : letv 1s, within 5 month i am facing heating issue and battery draining fast and automatic mobile shutdown and charging cable, adapter issue. I am facing multiple issue in my new mobile, regarding this issue i was visit service center cellular world borivali west mumbai, on dated 17 sept 2016 and engineer checked and told me charger cable adapter we are replace now and mobile issue then we send your mobile our service centre bangalore, they will check and give you repair & replacement

          Note : as i got update from service centre they are not replacing my usb cable as it is in warranty and i want replacement of new and i also want quick update on handset as there is no other mobile device for my used, also i want the replacement or refund as soon as possible i.e mobile and charger.

          I was purchased this from flipkart : 14.04.2016

          Since last few days i am trying to co-ordinate with them LeEco Letv service center via email and phone but they are not responding properly or not ready to give proper support for my queries.

          I was purchased this from flipkart : 14.04.2016, so kindly help me because of daily i am taking feedback from service center but they not responding me, I want replacement with other brand mobile or else refund me of mobile.

          I have discussed with flipkart & got to know that they have closed the call without giving the solution and saying we cant provide the solution for the same, you need to coordinate with mobile service center so as they said i coordinated with service center but they are not responding since last 15 days complete for mobile submit.

              I ordered a lenovo vibe k5 (Od[protected] and was told to expect delivery "by 29th september". I did not receive the phone on time, which caused me great inconvenience since i am travelling abroad tomorrow. When i called up the customer care, one mr. Nilesh said that the phone has not even left banglore (The seller), whereas my "track package" showed that dispatch and shipping was already done! Three days were wasted when i could have simply bought a phone across the counter, due to this wrong information!.

              I have to now go and buy a phone, only some hours before my flight.

                  I had purchased HP laptop on 08/09/2016 and it is delivered on 14/09/2016. As delivery was not available to my place(shahjahanpur) I ordered it to DELHI. I had collected it on 27/09/2016 when I went to Delhi. After opening the seal and everything i found a crack below the mouse pad which is visible clearly...
                  As the delay also happened from my side because of product delivery issue...but at the same time they should understand the issue and should my problem..instead of that they are saying that our replacement date has been finished we are not responsible...at the same time HP company people saying that they responsible only below 14 days when the invoice date is created...this is not at all fare from both the people as ultimately we are suffering because o[censored] people...the most worst thing is that it is a flipkart assured product i don't know how they are checking blindly...i know there will be some people who will be cheating but there will be some genuine people alsoo...please care about them also...
                  from today i has completely lost my trust on flipkart and even HP laptop company also...
                  the worst experience i had ever had...

                      I have ordered Sky Bag Mario 02.02.30 L Backpack Order on 15th Sept. With Order ID[protected] with was delivered to me on 19th Sept. By Bluedart.i Received a totally different item. So, I requested for return on 20th Sept from there every day I received a message from Delhivery for reverse pickup but they cannot came to pickup yet. I called Flipkart continues for 1 week but Everytime they said next 24hours your issue will be solved which was not yet.Now, After 1week my request get Cancelled by Flipkart.Now, I again requested for return yesterday I received same message from Delhivery that by the end of today your Reverse pickup with happen which is not happen yet.I am a student a have know my money value but Flipkart and Delhivery are Played with me.I seriously get frustrated from these. Please help me out sir !

The mob number [protected] provided for communication by in the msg has been tried a lot but the same either out of reach or switched off. Therefore, I am very frustrated by making advance payment for the shipment. Uffff...my mistake...never order any thing in future if could not get today itself. Thanks

                          The worst experience ever at Flipkart . We bought a product which we didn't want and return within a couple of days .Have been following up for 4-5 days and no result. Called customer service and they bluntly refused stating that we don't return products once sold
                          Have been following up regularly on the messenger and all you guys have to do is just the sugar coated chat without any result. We have never had such frustrating experience when we ordered from Snapdeal or Amazon..

                              This refrigerator is not working when we called lg customer care, since its within the warranty period it will repaired at free of cost, but they demanded the invoice have tin and vat details on the invoice, whereas the flipkart provided invoice doesn't have that details, we called flipkart customer care and registered complaint on 20th sept, they promised issue will be resolved by 23rd sept, on 23rd, still the issue is not resolved and whereas when we are trying repeatedly to flipkart customer care number, but our call goes unanswered either by junk ivr response or by saying our executives are busy at the moment.

                                Hi. My friend just purchased a new phone, Lenovo Vibe K5 Note (Gold, 32 GB), from flipkart.com. But he's not yet opened the package. I am trying to get a refund but there is no option of returning the order and getting his money back. They only give a replacement.                                     I would like to bring into your notice for my online transaction of order id # od[protected] dated 24.04.2016 product speaker fsn : acce5n7mte4pjbgk, wid : vs19660, sony pumpx (Srs-x2) wireless bluetooth speaker.
                                    The output of the product is distorted & can not be used, when we contacted sony service center to repair since this product comes with 1 year warranty, i was shocked to listen that, authorized service center told me that i have been cheated by the flipcart due to lack of dealer details on the invoice & they refuse to repair.
                                    Its clear case of breach of a customers trust, would like to request to kindly refund the payment or replace the product.

And has an offer free sandisk ultra 32 gb memory card which i also ordered that order id - od[protected], mobile no. [protected] and email id - [protected]@gmail.com this item is successfully shipped to giridih by speed post (Tracking no ad[protected]in) on 27 september 10:00 to 11:00 am approx. Later 28 october evening, i see my order is auto cancelled. How to uncanceled order and solve it.

                                        Received Le eco Le 2 handset on 22.09.2016. The handset has problems with continuous battery drops & heating issues with normal usage after using it for 2 days. When contacted flipkart for replacement on 26.09.16, executive told to have an check via smart check app, which is totally hopeless & does not show the results to the user. Now after 3 days, flipkart is continuously denying the replacement request. Useless service from Flipkart!!! Order no. OD[protected]
