I have ordered LYF flame 8 from Flipkart. But when I opened the parcel. There was nothing inside the parcel. You can watch my video for proof. https://youtu.be/r0sYfmMiMdk
But when I requested, first time my replacement was approved but when shipment was delayed, I called upon Flipkart for refund. They told me to wait 8 hours but after 3 days, My return request was disapproved saying

Flipkart Customer Care's response As per update we have delivered correct product to customer but this customer have so many link account and all have missing product issue.
