Hello Sir,
I need your help for getting my money back from Flipkart. They are giving so many excuses but not ready to return or replace the faulty phone received from Flipkart.com. They are not complying their return policy. Kindly take the necessary action against Flipkart.
I ordered a Mobile phone “LeEco Le 1s Eco†to Flipkart on 12th may 2016 and got the
delivery on 16th may 2016; I found some major issues in the hand set
and raised a return request to Flipkart on 17th may 2016. Flipkart has
disapproved my request without resolving the issues and e-mailing me
the falls things that my issue has been resolved by their executive through troubleshooting,
then again I raised a return request on 18th may 2016, after that they
sent a smartchk App link to me. I downloaded the same as requested by
Flipkart executive, but they were not able to resolve the issue by
that App and again they disapproved my return request on 23rd may
2016. I again raised a return request on 28th may 2016, by telling to
flipkart executive that two times they rejected my return request
without resolving the issue, if every time they do so then 30 days of return policy
will be over without any solution of my request and then I will not be
able to raise return request again. After listening to me, Flipkart
executive assured me that this time my return request will not be
rejected by Flipkart without giving any solution. I checked my 3rd
return request frequently for some days, and I found that this time it
was not rejected by Flipkart. But after a long time when I didn’t
received any solution on my request, I called again to Flipkart
customer support then the same thing they told me as expected that the
return duration (30 days) validity has been expired and they can’t do anything
now, but after so much of debate they were agree for a technical visit
of their engineer for checking the device. But again my request was
rejected without any visit. Again I raised a request by calling to
customer care center and again they assured for the solution but
rejected the request again. This is happening again and again with
Flipkart without giving any solution.
Last call I got from Mr. Danish Husain from Flipkart customer care. He
talked me very rudely by repeating one sentence that the return
duration validity has been over and Flipkart can’t do anything now. He
was not ready to listen any explanation on this, and was irritating me by
repeating the same thing.
I wrote many e-mails to Mr. Binny Bansal (Co-founder & CEO of Flipkart) regarding this issue but not got any single reply from him on this matter.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Tried to call customer bit voice was not clear hence kept issue for followup we will again call customer.
My complaint is about the courier partner, who cheat their customer by selling the product to other person, & the status shows delivered
I have ordered a SAMSUNG Galaxy ON 8 Mobile phone on Thursday 6Oct during the BIG BILLION DAYS Sale. I got a heavy discount.

On 7th Oct, i got a message that the item has been packed & dispatched. and the date given for delivery is 8th Oct. So i was expecting the product to be delivered, but all of sudden i receive a mess that the product has been delivered. i was shocked because the item was not delivered to me, rather to somebody else.
Now i have made a complaint to Flipkart, but they are least interested to resolve my problem
