Hello Sir,

I need your help for getting my money back from Flipkart. They are giving so many excuses but not ready to return or replace the faulty phone received from Flipkart.com. They are not complying their return policy. Kindly take the necessary action against Flipkart.
I ordered a Mobile phone “LeEco Le 1s Eco” to Flipkart on 12th may 2016 and got the
delivery on 16th may 2016; I found some major issues in the hand set
and raised a return request to Flipkart on 17th may 2016. Flipkart has
disapproved my request without resolving the issues and e-mailing me
the falls things that my issue has been resolved by their executive through troubleshooting,
then again I raised a return request on 18th may 2016, after that they
sent a smartchk App link to me. I downloaded the same as requested by
Flipkart executive, but they were not able to resolve the issue by
that App and again they disapproved my return request on 23rd may
2016. I again raised a return request on 28th may 2016, by telling to
flipkart executive that two times they rejected my return request
without resolving the issue, if every time they do so then 30 days of return policy
will be over without any solution of my request and then I will not be
able to raise return request again. After listening to me, Flipkart
executive assured me that this time my return request will not be
rejected by Flipkart without giving any solution. I checked my 3rd
return request frequently for some days, and I found that this time it
was not rejected by Flipkart. But after a long time when I didn’t
received any solution on my request, I called again to Flipkart
customer support then the same thing they told me as expected that the
return duration (30 days) validity has been expired and they can’t do anything
now, but after so much of debate they were agree for a technical visit
of their engineer for checking the device. But again my request was
rejected without any visit. Again I raised a request by calling to
customer care center and again they assured for the solution but
rejected the request again. This is happening again and again with
Flipkart without giving any solution.

Last call I got from Mr. Danish Husain from Flipkart customer care. He
talked me very rudely by repeating one sentence that the return
duration validity has been over and Flipkart can’t do anything now. He
was not ready to listen any explanation on this, and was irritating me by
repeating the same thing.
I wrote many e-mails to Mr. Binny Bansal (Co-founder & CEO of Flipkart) regarding this issue but not got any single reply from him on this matter.

    Flipkart .. Instead of mobile pickup & refunding Rs 10999 flipkart offering replacement, technical assistant etc, but heavy quick heating & my own health problem i doesn't want to use mi4 mobile. We also offer flipkart to refund me others then cash by way of gift coupon, wallet, exchange items etc but there's no response. We received mi4 Mobile on 24/09/16 and same day put request for return/refund of Rs 10999 due to heavy heated on first boot (then still mobile is switch off) onward my return request accepted by flipkart and SMS received that " We have scheduled a pickup for the product by Monday, Oct 3, o9:10AM " instead sms or pickup mobile after three days i show a message in my flipkart account that we are flipkart unable to refund for mi4 mobile as per our policy. Please help me for solving my problem

    With reference to your email dt 17/10/16 inform me that SuperComNet is not to refund only offer replacement of my OD[protected].
    The heavy quick heating & my own health problem i doesn't want to use mi4 mobile.(refer my all communication)
    Please stop replacement drama etc. and directly refund Rs 10999
    Today 12:16 dt 17/10/16 courier boy came with replacement mobile packet i refused to accept and returned it .. for you information
    Further immediately provide me the all record of our messages regarding mobile order, delivery, cancellation, pickup, refund, technical assistance, and flipkrt own return(refund) policy information from your record.
    Above information required for file a refund issue claim in consumer forum, otherwise i file refund claim againt you on the ground of information available with me in forum.

      I hereby J Manjunath informing you that my order no OD[protected] purchase of lenovo vibe k5 which was delivered today i.e 12th oct 16 the courier boy has not delivered the product to home even though he knows the area very well. He is calling the cutomer and informing to collect product where he live rather than door delivery this is very reticules this is not fare and his behaviour was very rude to customer (name: dhanunjay ph no: [protected]).         I have ordered JBL Flip II (New Black Edition) Portable Bluetooth Mobile/Tablet Speaker during Big Billion Day Sale on 02/10/16. My order ID is OD[protected]. It was expected to deliver on 07/10/16 but not delivered.
        I was out of station thereafter and informed their customer care to deliver the article only on 12/10/16 or thereafter. But, I found that the order has been cancelled due to courier reason. On contacting to customer care, they advised to place fresh order with high present price.
        It seems that Flipkart is not concerned with customer's interest. They have not delivered the items on 07/10 and then cancelled the order blaming customer's unavailability.Â
        Think 10 times before buying any items from Flipkart.

          I have ordered lenova k 5 note on 5 Oct 2016 with order no. OD[protected] and payment was done by SBI debit card was to be deliverded on 10 oct 2016 as the tracking was displayed on my account on flipkat by the name JITENDRA as on 10 oct 2016 i got a message from flipkart that my order was cancelled and they have not given valid reason as the lenova mobile which i have ordered was in the festive offer 2 to 5 oct 2016 .Sir when you are giving services any where in country and in every part then why this thing occur and when i contacted customer care executive they told that your order has been cancelled due to EKART Logistics so sir i want to know then why you excepted my pin code no. and address at the time of order so sir now they are telling that you have to place new order of lenova k5 and that mobile price have been increased so sir resolve my
          matter or i have to go to CONSUMER COURT and appeal there

          Spoke with customer as he said that the FE should give a call before the delivery but didn't do that so apologies to customer regarding the issue and informed to him that we will look into it that such mishaps does not gets repeat again in future. And also informed to customer about the refund.

            Hi I ordered one rice cooker. When i gave my address u have to tell that we cant delivery to dis adress. But u didnt after that u send my product to some pick up store. And they are very irresponsible its k but my product was already opened by someone. And one item missed. When I return it it has only replacement option what the hell is this.

              The order no s203163610596353347384 was supposed to be delivered on 9th october but the delivery is being delayed unecessarily saying that the customer is not at home even when the customer is at home waiting for the order, this has happened two times more since then.. I have been trying to call the customer care where they have not been recieving my calls..

                  Hi, I have purchased Gumber mosquito net-pink of Rs.469/- by order no OD[protected].

                  Instead of my actual item, delivered me one t-shirt of movements company. I requested customer care for replacement of said item and send me my orginal odered item Gumber mosquito net.

                  But I am surprised to see that once again delivered me same item i.e. t-shirt which thing having not cost more than Rs.200/-

                  Today I have also put this in notice to the customer care staff and requested to send me my orginal item istead of this t-shirt. They arranged to pick up boy just now 16.15pm today but not deney to pick up item with demand Gumber Mosquito Net which I have till not received. So your delivery man not accepted the item for return/replacement.

                  I hereby request you to resolve my issue as soon as possible please.

                  otherwise I will put my case through consumer court.

                      I gave the order for panasonic pa-kx-tg6561 cordless landline phone to flipkart under reference no. Od[protected] dated 03.10.2016.
                      The order was given by rs. 4815/- after offered discount 10%.
                      The dispatch was re-confirmed 5 days after by customer care of flipkart on dated 08.10.2016.
                      Late evening on dated 08.10.2016, i received sms from flipkart regarding its cancellation with reason that seller denied to executing the order.
                      But next day this item (Panasonic pa-kx-tg6561) again displayed on flipkart with price rs. 5350/-

                      Now the conclusion is that the order was given on the price rs. 4815/- and after 5 days this was cancelled and re-started to sell again with the increased price of rs. 5350/-.

                      The reason given that “the order was cancelled by seller” is not acceptable at all because the order was accepted by flipkart and payment given to flipkart.

                      Therefore i am feeling cheated by flipkart.

                      Kindly consider this issue and resolve the complaint as soon as possible.

                      Spoke with customer and informed him that the order has been cancelled by the seller as in terms and conditions it is clearly mentioned that seller can cancelled the order at any point of time. Customer was sharing the feedback in between the call got disconnected so again tried to call him but there were no response.

                          I ordered philips hp8100/46 hair dryer id fmpc[protected] but on delivery day (12/oct./2016), delivery agent talk very poorly and said i am not going to delivered the product at your home, come to that place where i am standing.
                          And before this product i ordered many products from flipkart all are deliverd to my home. the name of delivery agent is amresh.
                          So sir/mam please take any strick action against this complain.

                            It's been nearly 10 days (ordered on 3rd oct )since i have ordered redmi 3s mobile on flipkart.My order id is OD[protected].
                            The promised delivery date was on 7th the product reached my city on 5th oct.when i didn't receive the product on 7th .i sent an email to their customer service .after that i got a sms saying that my issue will be resolved by 11th of oct .
                            Even on 11th oct i didnt receive my product and this time the customer service representative said that the address and pincode were mismatched which is a lame excuse as I have ordered many products on flipkart with same address.then they sent an email that u should verify your address within 24hrs or else the product will be cancelled when i said that the address and pincode are correct.they said that it would takebthem more 3 days to deliver the product.My product reached my city 7 days ago and is misrouted twice and they are asking me to wait for more 3 days.

                            There is a limit for everything .Im out of my patience now.
                            Since i have done payment with my card and that to on emis .i want my money back and compensation as i have missed many other deals on other websites.

                              I have ordered a SAMSUNG Galaxy ON 8 Mobile phone on Thursday 6Oct during the BIG BILLION DAYS Sale. I got a heavy discount.

                              On 7th Oct, i got a message that the item has been packed & dispatched. and the date given for delivery is 8th Oct. So i was expecting the product to be delivered, but all of sudden i receive a mess that the product has been delivered. i was shocked because the item was not delivered to me, rather to somebody else.

                              Now i have made a complaint to Flipkart, but they are least interested to resolve my problem

                                I had purchase Nexus 6 in January 2016 from Flipkart. It has stopped working and is still in warranty. On contacting with Flipkart, they said that it was not in their hands as 30 Days are over. They are not helping me with any service centers in Mumbai I can approach to. The ones on their invoice say that they only look out of warranty products. This is really annoying. How can they do this? They are only interested in selling and don't care a damn about post sales services. They reply with the same auto generated emails and are not bothered to get into the matter and assist me with the authorized service center. Please help!

                                  I had order a product worth Rs. 1230/-, after getting the product it was damaged badly so I asked for return & refund of my money. Flipkart arranged the pick up & after 1 week declined to refund my money saying that we have not arranged the product pick up. Fake & worst service, Cheated me, fraud never do shopping. Cheated me and my hard money of Rs. 1230/-

So informed to customer to provide the pick up receipt customer said she don't have the pick up receipt she is having the executive phone number and the details at what time it has been picked up.                                     I ordered Samsung Galaxy On5 in "BIG BILLION SALE". But recieved a spare book in place of mobile. And when I called customer care they dint take complaint instead raised return request even without raising a complaint. I called for continuous 3 days customer executives are avoiding this case by saying "MADAM KABHI KABHI ESA HO JATA HAI" by this statement we can imagine that its very normal case to deliver spare especially in case of "PREPAID" . Till now no senior is aware of this issue.
                                    -Note that I have already paid Rs. 6291/-
