I am really happy doing shopping with ur store and suggested to other people also.
Recently we have bought a Motorola g3 phone from ur store and we were satisfied with it.But now the charger is getting spark in it.It have happened for more than two-three times.
I am just asking you to replace the charger as soon as possible.
This time we are really going to know how much u care of customer.Hope for ur positive reply as soon as possible.

    This is regarding 2 orders :

    It has been now officially a week when i placed these order on wed oct 4th and 5th respectively.
    I know you guys have received a lot of orders in the big billion days sale.
    However the things are getting out of patience on my end now.
    You have not even updated the status of this order. my friend has already got his iphone (note: he placed the order after me).

    Earlier too i raised my concerns regarding this, but i think you guys are not even bothered about it anymore. i have already paid for this order and waiting eagerly for it. today is oct 12th, may i know how you are going to deliver this product by tomorrow (so called expected delivery date).

    I got a reply from mr. syed shouib 5 days ago saying - "your order should reach you by october 13, 2016. you can expect more updates once the seller ships it".

    May i know where is my order???

    Today is 12th oct and tomorrow is 13th oct... how will reach it within shared timelines... when i go to the order status page on your website it says that seller yet to confirm item. no shipping details, nothing has been given over there for both the orders... then how can you even say that it will reach on time.

    I understand about the longer promised timelines is due to the overwhelming response to the big billion days sale but the timeline given by you guys is already going to pass tomorrow (so called "longer timelines").

    You guys do not pick up phone. i have tried at least 30-40 times in a day.
    There is no option coming on the website to receive a callback. its grayed out.
    Whenever i talk to your social media team on facebook, they do not even bother to see what i have written and just send an automated reply.
    Is there any human to whom i can speak with regarding this, such a pathetic customer service.

    This is ridiculous.

      I had ordered a product on flipkart on 3nd october - lenovo phab 16... For an offer price of 7999... Order id - od[protected].
      On 9th oct i got a msg that the product has reached the nearest hub (Thrissur).
      I even checked on the app. And it showed that the product has reached the nearest hub (Thrissur).
      And then without any call or intimation i get a msg at 841pm on 11th oct that the product has been cancelled. When i checked with the app. It said _ pincode address mismatch.

      Now since i had orderd the phone, i thought i got a gud deal and dint mind looking for any other phones... I just patiently waited fo the phone to arrive.
      Moto e 3 power which i had also orderd got delivered in 2 days.

      All other products which i ordered with the exact same address arrived.

      But for this product...

      I called the customer care. Spoke to one mr. Divyank for about an hour. He said "sir i know its not your mistake, but i cant do anything"... Please reorder for the present price..10999!!

      If flipkart has accepted an order, it is their duty to deliver the product at the ordered price.

      If it is the mistake on the part of the customer, it is understandable. But in this case is is clearly the mistake of flipkart (Or partnering lodgistic company)

      It is illogical that if other products can be delivered with the provided address. Why could this product not arrive.

      If the customer care executive himself acknowledges tat flipkart made the error, it is only fair to give the product at the price at which i had ordered it. I. E at 7999 and not the present 10999

      I request that the product be given to me at the then quoted offer price.

        Actually i buy an asus zenfone 2 64gb mobile on big billion day slae by exchanging my htc 820 desire but they delivered faulty mobile for me when i kept return they just give money for what i pay and my mobile is not given and for that mobile they only given 4500 in flipkart wallet only but i ask to replace my mobile they didnt respond correctly and saying they doesn't have those mobiles but i lose big billion day deal and my old phone and i dont but new mobile other than flipkart please ensure my problem and please replace my mobile or else give my old phone back

            I ordered redmi 3s prime mobiles qty.3 amounting rs.22947 on 3-oct'16, the amount is deducted from my sbi account immediately, but the product is not received till date, after contacting the customer care, they said that your address is out of service area, but many products were received on the same address earlier, one more product "sofa set" amounting rs.21571 is pending with them. Again they are using the money from last 10 days but not assuring delivery nor cancelling the order. So kindly take action so that consumers money should not be used for a period of time without services. If they are not able to provide service to a particular delivery area then they should mention it before/at the time of purchase. So that they cannot utilize the consumers money without providing any services.

              Flipkart gave discounts on big billion day.
              Once i ordered canon 1200d for 18240 inr, the order was shipped to the nearest hub and it was shown that it is out for delivery.
              For 3 days they gave excuse that my phone is not reachable. On contacting customer care after 3 days, they asked to wait for checking and auto cancelled order.
              After numerous calls, it wasnt resolved.
              This is just a way to give and show big discounts, when they cant fulfil the order

                I have ordered one mi5 phone for cod order no[protected]. And another order placed for mi5 phone and paid for it online.
                Flipcart send me the both ordered product in a same packet which ireached at me via ekart courire on 10-10-16. But unable to receive as the both ordered item was attached in a single packet and they said that i have to pay for the cod then day will delever me the preepaid item.
                Then i report it to flipkart customer care but they did not hear my problem and forced me to receive the cod to release the paid item.
                Why my already paid item kept by them and delayed to delever? I want justist and compensassion for these hurresment from flipkart. Kindly arrange to give me the justiss.

                  I ordered two prepaid products from flipkart. Both the orders were shipped on the address where i used to get the orders from flipkart earlier also. I ordered products in big billion sale with some discount. I got tracking details of shipment also. When the products reached my station they showed address mismatch although flipkart has delivered on the same address many times. I contacted flipkart that i myself will collect the product as i had already paid the amount. Then suddenly i got the notification about their cancellation when i was eagerly waiting for my orders. Then i called courier partner (Ekart logistics), they first asked me the company from where i ordered. I told them its flipkart then they suddenly got angry and asked me to inquire from flipkart only. We will not provide you any details. Then i came to know that flipkart had actually not sent any products. They just had uploaded fake shipment details. So they canceled the orders without any reason. I have suffered a lot by calling flipkart 1000 of times that i am ready to collect the oreder if you have sent but they were saying again and again your address is wrong although they have already delivered many items on the same address. They were lying and telling this or that excuse even when i said i myself will collect the item from local courier hub. But they were telling me to re-order these products, this time at more price as the discount offer was over. So my concern is: if i ordered the product on discount i should get the same with that price only as i had paid the money on line as well as prepaid order. I am very disappointed by their service.

Customer said that the third party couriers are delivering the product only EKL is not delivering the product.                         Customer care guy made me wait more than 20 minutes when i asked him to connect to his superior as he was not understanding what i was asking. Regarding order delivery delayed i spoke to customer service they have told it is out for delivery and gave me executive number, executive told me he don't have any shipment for me again i called back to flipkart customer care, customer care guy was not understanding what i was explaining then i told him to connect to superior, they made me wait for a long time and i disconnected the call. I was so disappointed with the service.

                          I brought a smartphone from flipkart tomorrow (Lenovo vibe k5 note)
                          I received a defective item of touch screen problem. I noticed the problem on the same day i received the item. So i request for replacement by their 10 day easy replacement policy.
                          I am sorry to say that they don't provide any replacement for me.
                          And their customer care executive officer are very badly communicate with me

                            I ordered an fastrack ng3039sm02 basics analog watch - for men on 2-oct, till now i didn't receive the product in the flipkart. May i know what is the issue for the delivery and why it is happening. Please solve the issue as soon as possible. After one week when I am inquiring on status they are asking me to cancel the order because Flipkart cannot approve it. What does this mean. Why was the order accepted at first place.                                     My name is mehul kapadia from surat gujarat.. I would like to share small story of flipkart india.

                                    I ordered the product name iphone 5s 16gb silver colour on 3rd of october on my surat address but unfortunately the pincode was been wrong and hence i made 4calls to flipkart to change the pincode and the answer which i got was it would be done and product would be provided on promised 13th october 2016 but unfortunately today when i tried to track it says that product return and money been refunded.. Where in such a case i as a customer never requested and when i asked to flipkart about this it says system generated and i also asked for terms and conditions they say that try are no such condition and it's been system generated. They even did not try to contact, message or email to me about the situation.. When i made the call i clearly mentioned to the customer care without prior to y information please don't cancel the order.

                                    I also used the foul language and the flipkart customer care disconnected the call and when i made the call back again they said that i cannot use that kind of language and i said for showing me terms and condition and they did not had any answer.

                                    I would need a help

                                    Tried calling the customer in this number "[protected]" but unable to reach as there were no response. So mail sent to customer informing that due to courier issues our logistics failed to deliver the shipment and also informed him about the refund .

                                    So closing the case.
