Placed an order with flipkart for hp apu quad core a8 notebook (order no. od[protected] as a part of exchange offer on 10th sept 2016. paid rs. 23, 540. despite repeated follow ups (tracking id fmpp[protected]) over phone and emails the order had not been delivered. since it is an exchange offer have formatted my old laptop for exchange and this is causing me immense hardship. various dates of delivering were promised like 13th sept, 19th sept, 22nd sept, 26th sept, 29th sept, 30th sept and now another mail says there will be a further delay. flipkart says i will receive a phone call from them but except for once on 22nd sept i haven't received any calls only false reassurances. kindly ensure that my order is delivered. mrs. somani
