I purchased a Nokia Battery - BN01 for Nokia X from Flipkart.
Order Id - OD[protected]. Order Date - 20 June, 2016.
Flipkart delivered a faulty product. I returned the product and they said that refund can made on bank account. After a long period Flipkart send a email regarding to refund policy. When I want to submit bank details, a error message showing "PLEASE SPECIFY ALL THE DETAILS" again and again.
I fill all details and try again, but the result is same. Please help me to get back my money.

    I had ordered Lenovo vibe K5 note mobile phone on saturday 24th september. The phone was expected to reach my home address in new delhi on thursday 29th september. In the evening when my mother reached home after work an employee of Flipkart company came and gave us a package with proper Flipkart packaging and label. My mother being tired from work went to the room and came back with the money of amount 13049 rupees. On giving the money the guy immediately tried to walk away but my mother just remembered that he had not taken any signature so she called him back to ask about it. The guy replied that the delivery details would be automatically updated in the system so my mother thought that since she had recieved a call from flipkart in the morning about system problems regarding signature in the machines, the guy was probably referring to that. Even though Flipkart had said that there would be no delivery the following day due to system problems we still recieved a package from them and my mother did not think for a second that those people would cheat us. On opening that package two packets of Parle-G were found. By that time the delivery person had run away. Since that time my family has been trying to contact Flipkart and they keep delaying the issue giving us different timings of the day to wait. First the company employees did not accept what we were saying and after some hours they told us to wait. Even after waiting till 7pm the next day no action was taken. After constant calls to their company on 30th september 2016 they said that they would give us the product within 10 days till 4th october. But today morning 1st october 2016 we recieved a message saying our order had been cancelled. No employee even bothered to call us about it just one message that too saying that they haven't been able to reach us which is completely untrue since an entire day was spent at home by my mother waiting for updates from flipkart. She does not get a paid leave might I add. Shes the only working parent in my family due to my parents divorce and 13049 is no small amount. My family has been cheated and lied upon. I would really like some action to be taken against this company for giving us a fake product, falsely taking our money and lying about everything as well as compensation for all the time we had to worry and waste. I would also like to be given the proper product in perfect condition with either the amount of money we paid or another product of our choice as compensation.

      I Ankit tyagi a buyer from online store Flipkart
      I received my mobile phone from the company on
      11-12 sept 2016. That is box pack new phone
      Lenevo vibe k5 note . From the 3 or 4 day I facing some hanging problems
      but that time only one or may be two times I ignored that. But right now
      this is too much hanging problems in my new phone . Means a brand new phone will not survive atleast one month properly.
      i paid 12000 rs to flipkart for this phone . and now they are saying to me go to brand service center .
      I want to give back this phone means I don't want this phone.
      If company provide me this take back service then it's OK. Otherwise I will go
      to consumer court for justice.
      I purchased this phone from flipkart not from lenevo .
      I also talked to company executive but they are not able to solve this
      problem.

      I seriously unhappy first time ever with flipkart .

      Please resolve my issue and take back this phone...

            I haven't received my refund amount in my account. I contacted bank they have no issue in blocking or delaying amount. Please as I see it's flipkart side fault .I tried amazon for refund I got my money on time as per schedule date noted on my email .

              I recieved the product I ordered but it is a tester piece and its written on it that it is not for sale .I ordered 3 perfumes form this website and 2 of them were defective . I got a refund for the first one (I had its box) but When i registered for a refund for the second product they want the box in which it came which I dont have, but I have the invoice.

                  I received a fake Vichy Meta Whitening Essence from Flipkart on a no return policy.. I have developed serious skin allergies after using it.. Please contact me asap.. Else I will prove it to be counterfeit and u sue this goddamn company.. #Fakekart... Please take this product back.. U guys deserve no trust as u sell fake products online.. To hell with ur fakekart

                      Today around 8.30pm i called customer care and complaint about poor product but flipkart giving high rating.

                      I told i bought this product because of flipkart assurance but product is not worth as per rating. I told to check with seller whether he is giving original product.

                      I told them to give complaint no but without informing me they have cut my phone call.

                      Note: flipkart only called me (Incase if phone got disconnected they can call me immediately but they didn't do it)

                      This very good lesson not to buy in flipkart & poor customer care

                        This is the my worst experience with flipkart till date. I have ordered a galaxy on 7 and received a dead galaxy on 7. When i requested replacement for the mobile phone they rejected saying we cannot replace a dead phone. When i spoke to official that i have received an already dead phone they accepted to replace it. But it has been 11 days and i still haven't received new galaxy on 7 yet.

                            I have purchased lenovo vibe k5 plus but quality of products camare and resolution was very bad and a service engineer visited and he also submitted the same report and i received so many calls and someone said that we can replace the product with the same product but did not refund and another said that we will initiate your refund process but all are making me fool

                            Flipkart is cheating me as they have 10 days refund policy but not working as per their refund policy. I want my hard earn money back. Please suggest.

                              I ordered redmi 3s prime phone on 7th sept 2016 on flipkart with order id - od[protected].
                              Even after a month the product is still not delivered and my repeated attampts in writing emails and talking to customer care executives went in vain.
                              Moreover i ordered the product on credit card emi and i have already paid the 1st emi but still the product is not delivered.
                              Flipkart has started indulging in false practices by keeping innocent customers money for months and earns interest on it.
                              I have decided to lodge a consumer complaint against flipkart in consumer forum.

                                Placed an order with flipkart for hp apu quad core a8 notebook (order no. od[protected] as a part of exchange offer on 10th sept 2016. paid rs. 23, 540. despite repeated follow ups (tracking id fmpp[protected]) over phone and emails the order had not been delivered. since it is an exchange offer have formatted my old laptop for exchange and this is causing me immense hardship. various dates of delivering were promised like 13th sept, 19th sept, 22nd sept, 26th sept, 29th sept, 30th sept and now another mail says there will be a further delay. flipkart says i will receive a phone call from them but except for once on 22nd sept i haven't received any calls only false reassurances. kindly ensure that my order is delivered. mrs. somani

                                    I herby customer of flipkart company. I have used lenovo vibe k5 note only for 20 days and network was gone completely. Your customer care suggested to visit customer care of lenovo for software updates but the customer care executive of lenovo told me that "we have to replace motherboard of this handset". And time for repairs will take 20 to 30 days... And it's really bad to me that to take my new phone for nearly one month for repairs... I buy because of your flipkart assurance tag... When i call to your customer care mailed that they will resolve this issued before 29 sep 7 pm... But they didn't so please help me sir for this you are my last hope...

                                      The phone which i have purchased from flipkart on[protected]order no : od[protected] model no : apple iphone6 (space grey, 64gb) imei sr no : [protected] found not working after charging for 5hrs. yesterday flip kart call center called us to charge the phone of5hrs, still it show same complaint. then we checked with the iphone apple i-care center, it has been found that the imei sr no :[protected] has been activated on[protected] which i can’t accept such product and this a big cheating from your side. so please refund the total amount + compensation i. e. (44999+compensation) without any delay.

                                        I had booked a moto e3 power on launching day. A sandisk 32gb memory card was free with it.
                                        Initially both items got booked with same order id od[protected].
                                        Later on they showed diferent id for both.
                                        I got different msgs for delivery from ekart. I was delivered the cellphone on 26 sep& got a msg that memory card was not delivered as i wasnot available & delivery will be reattempted on 27.
                                        Memory card i never received & to my shock flipkart showed it as delivered.
                                        I am not getting any satisfactory answer regarding memory card
