Dear Sir,
My Name is Sushovan Mondal. Firstly I am really sorry to disturb you over the email, Hope you are doing well. I have no another option to share my pain regarding Flipkart service and that is the reason I have decided to email you.
1st issue:
I am a customer of Flipkart since a long time. Few days ago I ordered a Product (order ID : C[protected]-[protected], My registered email ID is [protected]@gmail.com and registered contact number is [protected]) and the delivery date was 2nd Sep 2016, I have been waiting for my product since long time as it was too needed to me how ever after a long waiting I received a message from Flipkart that customer requested for delay delivery. This is completely wrong, I did not request any kind of delay delivery when it is too needed to me. My question is why this fraud is going on with the reputed brand Flipkart?
2nd Issue:
My Wife Sanchita Mondal ( Her account email ID is: [protected]@gmail.com and the registered number is [protected]) has placed an order for a Wardrop (Order ID: OD[protected] and it is received on 2nd Sep 2016 in the evening, when we opened the product we have seen that the hanger of the product was defected and the quality was not expected. So we have decided to return the product by following the Flipkart return policy and we did it on the same date(2nd Sep 2016) of receiving and the tracking ID is( FMPR[protected]). On 3rd Sep 2016 I received a message from Flipkart in my registered number [protected] that the product will be picked up today itself (3rd Sep. 9.00am) at 10.44 I received another message from Flipkart where it is stated that I decided to keep the product and the return process has cancel by your end. Again I am completely unaware of it, neither my wife nor me did any this kind of activities.
Therefore I am surprised that how a India’s largest and best Online shopping organization can do such kind fraud activities. So I called to customer care 3 times but the disconnected the call rather helping me. I have requested to have a word with the supervisor for my concern he also disconnected the call and no one even call back me. Do you think it is a good and proper service you are giving your customer. I am considering it as a Bad service with Fraud service as you are sending message, requesting cancel return, delay delivery where customer is completely unaware about it. Could you please tell me how can we customer can trust you with this service
Therefore I would like to request you to take care of the concern and help me with this. I have attached all call records and need full screen shots with the email. I hope fruitful feedback from you. I still faith on you and your management so not decided to go ahead to the police file.
