Dear sir
I recently made an order for lenovo k3 note which was delivered to me on
25th August. Yesterday I was on a call and the phone got hot. I made a
request for return of the same which has been rejected.
I asked about it at customer care(Flipkart) and they told me it(heating
issue) to be normal but I am not convinced at all. The item should have been taken back.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I have ordered redmi3s prime and i recieved phone the next day.Unboxed it used for certain hours found many software and hardware related issue..contacted flipkart and requested for return inturn they told to download smartcheck application which i downloaded on phone but when mpin provided by customer care application was unable to run.
    And in meanwhile just few hours o[censored]se front soft touch key got malfunctioned.however, flipkart people accepted my return request and inform that in 4 business days mobile will be picked up by courier person and then refund will be initiated..from last 15 days flipkart customer care person are assuring pickup will be arranged but till date they have failed to do so.from last 15 days my family havent gone outskirts due mobile pickup promises.
    Such branded site have assaulted me mentally and financially.
    I have got frustrated and will try go drag them in consumer court.

      Hello,

      I ordered water purifier from Flipkart on 10th Aug and it was delivered on 14th Aug, but there were no update about the installation, after rigorous followup person came from Aquaguard for installation on 20th Aug. But this product doesn't work as expected in fact direct tap water is much clear than the purifier water. Raised a return request on 21st but there isn't proper communication from either Flipkar, Delhivery or Aquaguard.
      Every time we call to Flipkart they just provide update with the generic statement "We apologize for the inconvenience and we have escalate this issue".
      From Delhivery one guy came with one slip and told me that this product i cant take with me a big van will come for the same and went back.
      From Aquaguard they say the product will not support bore water its only meant for municipal water!! i dont understand what kind of purifier it is..! Same is not been communicated during installation.

      Now i don't know to whom should i contact and whose fault it is! i am facing mental harassment from these counterparts.
      I cant use the product at the same time my money is locked and i can't buy the better product.

      Please suggest me how should i proceed further!

      Update: Today 28th Aug i have been informed that Flipkart can't arrange anyone for uninstallation of the product, they took 8 days to inform us that they can't arrange anyone for the service requested.
      Great work by Flipkart this should be included in Guinness book of world records.
      Finally now i have to uninstall the product and i should wait for the delivery guy until 12PM tomorrow. Hence this can happen only during next weekend good strategy.

        I placed an order on 20 July with default company FLIPKART and delivery dt. was 30th of July. I made a call, they replied your order has been cancelled bcoz vendor damaged your oder. I requested to get it delivered asap. I got it on 3rd of Aug. Contacted so many times bcoz it's going to hang alot. Always denied to resolve. Want refund asap else must be take legal action against you.

            I bought a moto 3rd gen mobile from flipkart in last november. the moto company said that the moto 3rd gen mobile screen is scartch proof but i found there i found so many scratches in my mobile screen. give me a proper solution for this i have billing details of the mobile and i want to know is their any warranty for mobile charger. my mobile charger is not working properly so please reply for solution for this problem

                My dear Consumer act team,

                this is the mail I sent to flipkart about my order:

                Please go through it and take action on them.

                I really tired cause of the last order I placed with you guys on the independence day offer.

                After the order, really I lost my freedom.

                Now I'm struggling with you guys to get the freedom.

                I placed the order on 10th Aug 2016 for the 24 inch Philips LED Full HD television.

                You guys assured that, the order will deliver on or before 20th Aug 2016.

                The same 20th Aug I received SMS like, there is delay in the shipping and the re-scheduled delivery is on 24th Aug 2016.

                So I understand the problem and I waited for the 24th Aug.

                Also I called your CS team on 24th Aug to make sure the order will deliver on the right day.

                But the reply I got from you guys really made me surprised. The reply I got from you was, due to problem with the courier service the delivery getting delay and the re-scheduled delivery date is 27th Aug (today).

                So, I waited at my home to receive the order up to 12pm there is no delivery and I contacted your CS team.

                Again I called you guys today to know the status of the order, you guys again extended the delivery to 31st Aug.

                Why are you guys doing like this and playing with my order?

                I placed the order in EMI and coming 29th the first month EMI I've to pay for the bank.

                I'm asking you guys, will you pay the EMI for the undelivered order?

                Do you guys thinking I'm a Mad? I don't have any other work? I placed the order and I've to call you guys again and again, you guys extending the delivery again and again.

                What the hell is going on here?

                Meanwhile, I'm your CS team phone agents irritating me more than the order.

                My call hanged up more than 3 times today. The agent hanged the call 2 times and floor supervisor hanged up the call one time.

                Yesterday I spoke with a floor supervisor named Vivethika, She assured me "I'll take care of your order personally and the order surely deliver to you on or before 27th Aug 6.00 PM"

                Also she assured me if the order not delivered, you can call the CS team and straightly ask my name. They will transfer the call to her.

                Today I asked to transfer the call, the different reply I got from your CS Team:

                1. We don't have the option.

                2. We don't have any supervisor in that name.

                How can you guys playing with me like this?

                I planed to gift the TV to my parents on their wedding anniversary. Due to the delay in the delivery all my programs collapsed and I must want a compensation for the delivery delay.

                Either you guys will give gift voucher or special discount I don't know.

                You guys missed almost 10 days from the promised date.

                So I must need a reasonable compensation for it. If you are not taking proper action on this, I'll file a case in the consumer act.

                      Firstly i am a regular customer of flipkart.For the last one year i bought items worth Rs 30000 from Flipkart.Recently i purchased a phone having order id OD[protected].I received the item on 22nd aug.On the very next day the phone is experiencing some hanging issue and OS issue.and on the same day i requested for return and refund for the same.I have contacted customer care twice and they are not ready to refund the money i spent.They are not treating me as a regular customer of theirs.I lost my money for the hanging OS.With in ten days also i request for return and refund policy.Then what is the problem regarding this.Hope you will definitely find a solution for my problem.Thanks and regards

                        I placed a successful order of Sony headphone with offer price ₹999 on 25 August 2016 but next day when I saw my order status it was cancelled automatically without my willingness.

                        Now the price of the product has been increased to ₹1399.
                        It is completely Matter of cheat.
                        If the order is confirmed then Flipkart has to provide the product at same price .

                              This is the worst thing I saw in flipkart that at time of returning any product they start giving excuses n exand the days of returning request n then replies that ur returning date has been over. I had complained nearly on 7to 8th day n they accepted returning requests but after nearly 2 days I got msg from flipkart that ur request has been canceled so I again called n talked n continued my complaint I said them that I didn't cancelled my request then they said we got such request from u seriously I didn't cancelled my request. Then again after continuing my request other day again cancellation of return request msg arrived. They r doing such nusence by themselves n blaming us for cancellation. I will now never ever buy any product from flipkart as such online buying on flipkart is headache I got tired of complaining again n again. It gave me such a lesson that never ever buy any product online. Specifically from flipkart.

                                Hi,

                                I ordered a product in Flipkart on 1st August 2016. I was told that the estimated delivery will be on 9th August.

                                I didn't get any update regarding my order until 8th August. I called to the customer care, but no right response. I was told to wait for 3 more days for an UPDATE about the order.

                                So finally on 10th August, I cancelled my order. I was told that I would get my refund maximum within 8 working days.

                                It's been more than 15 days since I cancelled. I didn't get any info about REFUND. If I call customer care, they say "I will initiate the refund, You will get the update in 24 hours".

                                Many 24 hours have passed. Yet to update or progress from Flipkart.

                                Such a worst service from Flipkart.

                                Please update me the status of my refund. I am not even getting any details regarding refund as a reply to my mail.

                                  I have placed a order of phone with order number. OD[protected] in flipkart

                                  Courier boy come to my destination but he didnt delivered the shipment to me.

                                  i asked him to wait for 30 min...i will take delivery from him. But the courier boy denied to wait for 30 mins. and said me to cancel the order if i want to him to wait for delivery.

                                  This is behavior of your courier boys. They are not responding properly and arguing with the customers.

                                  Hope to improve the service of flipkart.

                                        I have ordered BlackBerry Z3 mobile from flipkart on 1st of August, 2016 via Order No: OD[protected] and i got that product delivered on 6th of August, 2016. I tried to update software for that mobile, but i couldn't do that, then i approached to the respective services centre for the same issue. Then they told it's a fake mobile, then i placed a return request on 8th of August, 2016. Then flipkart customer care executives came to me to pick the product, but unfortunately they also told me that, they can't take the product due to mismatch of 16 digit IMEI number (attached screenshot), they came with 15 digit IMEI number. I had intimated the same to flipkart customer care helpline. Then they told within three days we will resolve your issue and refund the money, but unfortunately since last 15 days they are extending/delaying the return request and i have not received any response from them. They are cheating customers like anything. Unnecessarily i'm paying interest to my bankers because i paid from my credit card. I just wanted to know one thing very clearly. Flipkart wants to take the fake product or not??. I attached the screenshots for your reference. Please take this issue on high priority basis and punish them in serious manner. I'm ready to proceed in legal manner. Looking forward for your positive reply.
