My dear Consumer act team,
this is the mail I sent to flipkart about my order:
Please go through it and take action on them.
I really tired cause of the last order I placed with you guys on the independence day offer.
After the order, really I lost my freedom.
Now I'm struggling with you guys to get the freedom.
I placed the order on 10th Aug 2016 for the 24 inch Philips LED Full HD television.
You guys assured that, the order will deliver on or before 20th Aug 2016.
The same 20th Aug I received SMS like, there is delay in the shipping and the re-scheduled delivery is on 24th Aug 2016.
So I understand the problem and I waited for the 24th Aug.
Also I called your CS team on 24th Aug to make sure the order will deliver on the right day.
But the reply I got from you guys really made me surprised. The reply I got from you was, due to problem with the courier service the delivery getting delay and the re-scheduled delivery date is 27th Aug (today).
So, I waited at my home to receive the order up to 12pm there is no delivery and I contacted your CS team.
Again I called you guys today to know the status of the order, you guys again extended the delivery to 31st Aug.
Why are you guys doing like this and playing with my order?
I placed the order in EMI and coming 29th the first month EMI I've to pay for the bank.
I'm asking you guys, will you pay the EMI for the undelivered order?
Do you guys thinking I'm a Mad? I don't have any other work? I placed the order and I've to call you guys again and again, you guys extending the delivery again and again.
What the hell is going on here?
Meanwhile, I'm your CS team phone agents irritating me more than the order.
My call hanged up more than 3 times today. The agent hanged the call 2 times and floor supervisor hanged up the call one time.
Yesterday I spoke with a floor supervisor named Vivethika, She assured me "I'll take care of your order personally and the order surely deliver to you on or before 27th Aug 6.00 PM"
Also she assured me if the order not delivered, you can call the CS team and straightly ask my name. They will transfer the call to her.
Today I asked to transfer the call, the different reply I got from your CS Team:
1. We don't have the option.
2. We don't have any supervisor in that name.
How can you guys playing with me like this?
I planed to gift the TV to my parents on their wedding anniversary. Due to the delay in the delivery all my programs collapsed and I must want a compensation for the delivery delay.
Either you guys will give gift voucher or special discount I don't know.
You guys missed almost 10 days from the promised date.
So I must need a reasonable compensation for it. If you are not taking proper action on this, I'll file a case in the consumer act.
