Last night on 3.10.16 i was trying to order one smartphone from flipkart after placing the order (Order od[protected] the order got cancelled automatically. Tried with different id and different address still my order got cancelled. I called customer service and as per their suggestion i tried ordering with another different id different address then also my order got cancelled but money got deducted from my account.
But when placed the order through cod which had no additional discounts the order did not got cancelled.
I mailed to the cs head for the proper answer they did not have this much of courtesy that they reply to my mail inspeite normal cs executive called me and told me same old story.
I want these people to stop doing this fraud service and giving wrong suggestions to people and waste their time and money for no reason.
I think this action of mine will not be able to provide me satisfied answers still i am just trying to make myself feel easy to get recovered from this frustration.

If you can provide me satisfying answers i will be really greatful.

I had ordered moto e3 power from flipkart but the company has automatically cancelled my order and also payment has been deducted. I asked the customer care, they told me to book the phone again but next time also same thing happened. My payment has been deducted 2 times and still order has not been placed. Flipkart is bluffing customers by showing additional discounts during sale, which they are unable to fulfil so they cancel the orders. Please resolve the issue as i want to buy the phone at existing price.

In times of india you gave us the price on motorola pulse max headphones ₹499 and i can see that price is not in actual whereas on app it is ₹1021 rs. What the hell. People wins iPhone 7, and they ask u to share this link with 10 group or people, when you do that that again ask u to play a quiz. What kind of links is circulating . This is not done.
If this link is fake than check on it as i sent it to my 10 friends on whatsapp and they were what is this, it is fake . Why this kind of link with flipkart a trusted online shopping platform is doing this. Take necessary step to redress my complain as y win IPhone 7 is not mine after following all steps. Sir, I have booked my order on 28 Oct 2016 and after i have successfully payment of this product that time i have mention address is available to deliver but on 01 OCT 2016 they show out of delivery area after that on 02 Oct 2016 they cancel my order without contact to me in case if you not cover my address so please at least one time to call me but you have not intimate me and cancel my order what is this? i have wait for long time and i have committed to my son that is gift for you in your birthday so what can i do now please tell me i am very disappointed your services because your courier partner is very bad services and i ask one question when you pick up my product that time you don't check my address and pin code so please solve this issue immediately otherwise for kind information i am working in reputed print media and member of consumer forum so you know very well what can i do so please provide me this product right now because this product still in jaipur hub.

I ordered two 32gb samsung memory card on flipkart.I received it's delivery on 1st oct, 2016 .When I opened the packet I found only two samsung covers.Order Id.OD[protected].Now flipkart customer care are not fiving any proper response.First I called him instently after opening packet, they told me that we will solve your issue in 24 hours, after some hours I received a message that my request is rejected(but why it was not mentioned).Then I called about 4 times every time I receive a different responce, don't know why they are doing this thing.After this issue I will never buy products from flipkart.They are very cheap people.Man to gali dene ka kar raha hai lekin Rs.1200 rupay ke memory card ke liye apna muh kharab karne se kya fayda.
