      I am a regular customer of flipkart and i bought many things from flipkart through cash on delivery.But now cash on delivery is not available for me.What is the reason behind it. i am not confident to purchase things through other options so will you make the facility that i previously has.i expect cash on delivery available to me very soon.
      My another complaint is that high price of items in flipkart when compared to amazon and snapdeal. they sell the items with lower price than you guiz but cash on delivery was provided only by you for us. that is the main reason behind deal between you and me. if cash on delivery is not available to me from you then i am not interested to purchase items from you people. please make available cash on delivery for me more fastly that you can.

        I have ordered an lenovo vibe k5 note (Gold, 32 gb) on 28 august 2016 and it was delivered on 30th august to me.

        Desirable resolution: refund request/ replacement of product

        I choose credit card - emi payment option, please see the attached snapshot for payment proof.

        I received my credit card bill on 3 september 2016, but my payment of inr 13499 was not converted to emi. I did contact to flipkart customer care and they assured me that your issue will be resolved by 9th september, but on 9th they gave me a new date and time that your issue will be resolved by 10th september 7 pm and on 10 sep i got a new date that you problem will be resolved by 11th september 6 pm. But still problem is unresolved.

        Also on 11th august, phone starts to hang and its software is not supported sim card. Have very low signal strength and screen display is also out of order and camera is also not working properly.
        When i approach to lenovo customer care they reply that this is a handset problem. Please contact to flipkart. We are conatcting flipkart team daily and there are around 10 request mail to replace our product but they are not taking any action.

        Please help out us so that in future companies like flipkart can not make fool to customers.

          Flipkart has an Affiliate Marketing model where you can promote their products and they will give 10-12% commission. It's just like any other affiliate marketing. I do affiliate marketing for some other e-commerce as well, so I registered for Flipkart too. But from my experience I came to know that their Affiliate service is as pathetic as their general service.

          In their affiliate marketing apart from selling products, they also have an option of "App Installation" where they pay 40 rupees for every app installed through my affiliate link. I did 13 installations and was still promoting for more installs. I did that by finding people by my own ways. The commission also got added to my Affiliate account. But after few days they sent my already earned commission to disapproved section. I was surprised and I enquired with the customer care through mail. You know what they replied?? They said that their team has checked the authenticity of the installs and found to be FRAUD.. Really?? Those installs were fraud? And also said that due to industry standards they cannot disclose the reason for this. How can this be not authentic can you please tell me?

          As per terms and conditions, it has to be a fresh customer download and the person has to register his/her number. Yes, both the requirements were met. And there were no other terms and conditions written. And now they are telling they can't pay me due to confidential reasons?????

          Look at their clever way of making people download the app.I realized, it's not just their shopping service which is pathetic, it's the whole company itself which is not trustworthy. Shouldn't have trusted them and wasted my time bringing customers to their website. I did a mistake.

          Apart from app downloads I also got some commission by marketing other products for which I have accumulated Rs.524/-. But as per their terms and conditions, they will release the money ONLY IF my payment details are approved. And my payment details will be taken into consideration ONLY WHEN I accumulate minimum Rs.1000/-...
          I think this is their another kind of scam. After you make Rs.1000/- they would tell you "Your payments are not approved due to BS reasons which we cannot reveal"
          Well, I am NOT going to trust this company and it's owners anymore. Thank God I realized this before it was too late. Please spread this message with others and tell them to stop using Flipkart whether it's shopping or affiliate marketing. You may think "I never had any complains till now, I got satisfactory services till now". Well, let me tell you you will understand only when you get cheated once. And once you fall trap to them, all you can do is write complains here and there and stop using Flipkart anymore. So what if you stop using Flipkart? They already got good business from you till now and they will get more new customers everyday. So better avoid from now and use other Ecommerce.
          Use Amazon. They are very very trustworthy. Because they are not Indian origin. They are present worldwide and they have satisfied customers in almost all the countries in the world. If they had given bad service they would be been able to spread worldwide. (Attached are screen shots)

            There was a flash on 12:00 pm dated september 14, 2016. I clicked on buy now and the mobile was in my cart. When i was placing order from the cart the message appears "out of stock" please note if the mobile was out of stock then how it could add to my cart i am sending you the screen shot. The mobile was in my cart and within 5-10 minutes it shows out of stock whereas we have atleast 15 minutes to order this mobile. Because we had to fill address and payment details etc. I think flipkart.com is making fool of their customer via flashsale. Its all about getting traffic on the website. They are not loyal to their customers. Customer care rep was also not helpful. They said its usually happens with flipkart. If there was a system glitch the why should customer suffer. I already sold out my old phone for buying the new one. Now i do not have any mobile phone and have to wait till next week because of fraud from flipkart.com. There is no other option i can buy this phone

              I ordered a microwave on 10th August. Paid the entire amount through CC. The seller did not send the product. Escalated the delay umpteen times through mail/call. Nothing happened. Everytime flipkart guys gave me a new date. And at 11:59 of that date, a new delivery date gets assigned. It went on for a month. And then on Sept 10th, I sent a few excoriating tweets to flipkart twitter along with the screenshot of the order status which still showed pending. There was no courier details, no updates nothing. And then all of a sudden, within 10 minutes, it got changed to delivered. But I did not get the product. Neither did anyone call/come to my apartment. I have apartment logs from the security for the particular date.

              I escalated this issue to flipkart CC. They said they will check with backend team and update me. After 2 days, I got a call from their backend team saying the order was courier returned to seller and it was wrongly updated as delivered. He even guided me over phone to raise a refund request. But, to my surprise, after 2 hours this request was rejected with a generic message from flikart. Raised a refund again with detailed comments. Rejected again.

              Then I called customer care to explain this issue, but they acted like this was they did not know anything and need another 2 days to resolve.
              What else do they need to check? Their backend team already confirmed me regarding their blunder. Yet they act as if they don't know anything.

              It's already 35 days. Neither I got the microwave nor the refund. They are making me run rounds and rounds everyday.

                I am Abhinav, i am really fed-up and frustrate with flipkart. You flipkart cheated with me. I did not think that i have to face this kind of problem for a single purchasing.
                I have order a Nikon camera from your website and it had got to me but at the time when i was open the packaging that time i saw that inside that box only piece of tiles was there and plastic stuffs. I was shock because i have paid full amount and got piece of tiles .
                After that i had try to contact with your team but the call is not get connected after lots of trying finally i spoke with your flipkart executive but they said wait and will get back to you. This happens many times. Also your team did not provide any solution for me.
                Now i want my money back other wise i have to launch a complain against this cheating also i have to spread this cheating story all over on facebook nd twitter.

                  I had bought Moto X (2nd Gen) in Flipkart. I wanted to buy a new phone using the exchange offer. Wanted to exchange my Moto X (2nd Gen) for a new phone. When I type in the IMEI, it always gives me, "IMEI does not match with brand/model." Been following up with Flipkart customer support on phone and Facebook for about a month. They have acknowledged the issue but not able to resolve it. I feel totally cheated and never expect such poor deliverance. There is not even a complaint escalation tool for the end user.

                        I have ordered OBS battery from flipkart, within one week battery got dead so i have requested to replace battery. They have replaced battery but the replaced battery again turned out to be faulty. I was out of station for one month so i was not able to complain again as per flipkart policy .
                        This was quite unexpected from flipkart. I would like them to take the necessary action.

                          Hello Sir,
                          Purchased new dell laptop in exchange offer - Order number (OD[protected] that was delivered on 31st Aug. Found few hardware/software/performance issue with the laptop, replace request[protected] initiated on 8th Sep (before that complaint was raised over email to customer care on 3rd Sep).

                          Since then, we are following up on Flipkart toll free number, but apart from "will get back to you in 24 hours", not getting any response.

                          INCIDENTS RAISED number with FK- IN[protected]/IN[protected]

                          Pls help us in either getting refund or brand new with ordered configuration dell laptop in exchange, as soon as possible, as we are dependant on it for our profession work.

                            Zenfone 3 (order ID: OD[protected] amounting to Rs. 21999/- was ordered via Bajaj Finesrv EMI Card was cancelled by me on 30th August 2016. Waited for the amount to be credited to my bajaj finserv account, but still showing debited. The Flipkart team told me to wait for 8 active business days without holidays as the seller has refunded Rs.21999/- on 30 Aug 16 to my as Bajaj EMI account. As per standard banking procedures, it should be credited within 8 business days. It has been more than 10 business days and I have still not received the refund to my EMI card account. I dont want to be trouble with payment of a cancelled item on my EMI card. The Flipkart team is not helping me at all. Please help me to get my refund as soon as possible to avoid false EMI payment.

                              This is my order ID : OD[protected]
                              When I ordered my cellphone the delivery date was 10th of september and I ordered on 7th of september. So firstly Flipkart changed the delivery date to 16th of september without any prior notice. The I told them if they fool customers in such a way then I have to file a complain against them. So next day immediately dispatched the product from their Karnataka warehouse. This was visible online on 11 september and since last 2 days it is in the same status. And this officially making fool of customer because when you the distance from Bengaluru, Karnataka to Bhiwandi on google map, then it shows the distance is 1015 Kilometers and the time taken to cover is 15 Hrs. So if the transport guy even takes the rest of 10 Hrs in mid-way then also my product reaches in 25 Hrs at bhiwandi sort facility i.e. by 2:30 am 12 september. But till now i.e. at 11:28 am 13th of September I don't have any idea that where the hell is my product exactly reached? This is the service level of Flipkart.com. And the FLIPKART ASSURED is like they assure 100% fake service just to attract customers.

                              Please take a proper action against this.

                                Dear Concern,
                                I am Pankaj Sinha and my registered Mob no. is [protected].
                                On dated 07th Sep 2016, I ordered Philips LED Bulb (Pack of 6 LED BULB) containing order No.OD[protected] and delivery date given to me was 13th Sep, 2016.
                                I was waiting for the delivery and mean while I got a SMS that order has been cancelled automatically. When I contacted to Customer Care and talked to Mr Vishal regarding this then he replied me that there was a price issue and by fault u got the offer price of 6 LED Rs. 320+45 Delivery Charge. He advised me to book another order whose current offer price is 1100/-.
                                My query is that why flipkart mentioned that price of Rs. 320, who is the faulty??????
                                Customer or Flipkart...????
                                So, keeping all these in mind i request that Flipkart should take initiative to deliver my ordered item on the same price on which i made an order.

                                  I received the product le eco2 smartphone

                                  The product i received on 12set2016 at 5:05pm
                                  And i started using it. Within half an hour o[censored]sing it, the product got extremely heated. I hadnt put any sim card and was not using any wifi, still the product got heated. My hand was burning because of its extreme heat. Then i inserted sim. The product was so hot and taking so longer time to charge. I made a call and the voice was interrupting in between. With so many problems i thought of returning the product under 10days return/exchange policy of flipkart. I applied for an exchange product. Then i received an e-mail and a message from flipkart for asking me to click on given link and download the app "smartchk".
                                  Ince 5:30pm onwards im calling flipkart executives on customer care.
                                  I m sorry to say this is my worst experience with flipkart. The executives are damn bloody rude. Atleast teach them how to talk to customers. The customers are already in pain n stress with their damaged/ill peforming "new product" and your executives are providing no relief and addind oil to fire.,
                                  They are asking me to call from some another numbe, so they can take access to my phone. I said them repeatedly that i dont have any alternate no. And i live alone. They say its mandatoy to perform their smartchk test to see performance. I asked them where is it witten on flipkart site??? Its written no where on flipkart that i have to go through such stupid tests and pain just to return/exchange my product.
                                  I'm regretting ordering fom flipkart.
                                  The problem i'm facing heating/voice breaking while making call/not charging at a desirable speed... I'm going through the problems. How can someone so lame to check my problems through some stupid device.

                                  I ve got email from flipkart now that my exchange request has been cancelled!!!
                                  How ridiculous!!!
                                  So mean of flipkart.
                                  Under 10 days echange/return policy, my product qualifies for that.
                                  Kindly help me sir to return my product back or return my whole payment.
                                  Other sites are so easy to return any product. Flipkart is just not even following whats written on the site.
                                  Sir please its a humble request to look into the matter and retun my product back.
                                  Its written nowhere that i have to go through all those stupid stupid stuffs which your executives at customer care are asking.
                                  They are so mean and rude. They ill behaved with me. They provided wrong information.

                                  Even I facing similar problem, bought "LYF FLAME 8 with JIO welcome offer" was not sim in package, customer care say to go at reliance digital with flipkart invoice they will provide sim, but they refused. Also phone is taking too long into charge, and battery down in few hour's without sim.

                                    I was searching for a laptop bag. I was surprised to see different price lag for a same bag. On one side this bag was rated as one star on the other hand as I scroll down the same bag I found with good reviews. Interesting thins as I scroll down again I found the same bag with different price on the same page. More down three same bags in a row all with different prices. Attaching photos for all these. Shame on flipkart for working like this. This is cheap.

                                      Got a call from flipkart they want my atm card details for refund I refuse to give the atm details said to do the neft or rtgs I didn't understand why the customer care wanted my card details.

                                        DearSir/Madam we order a led tv of senao insprio brand order number is0d[protected] after receive we check the tv screen is broken as soon as possible we loge a complaint and ticket number is[protected], we also talk on toll free number they assure us for replace the whole part, no body do any thing after 15 days. what is this we can not understand the main problem, is is the trust of flipkart or the service of flipkart, how is make the public trust in your brand name, I think every thing is faq, no body ready to listen if you will not replace this is in a week than we will go to consumer court. and than you will paid my whole money and compensation also and whole charge of court case
