I have ordered a saree. at the booking time i hv intered my address pin 695021 that time it was confirming ok for delivery and i will got my item after 10 days i. e 9 aug 16. on 8 aug at 1545 hr i hv checked my order, it was showing that my item will received by me tomorrow. on same day at 1800 hr i got a message that your order has been cancelled and money is refunded. i called customer care then i know that they will not deliver my item...

On 5 august night i have booked lenovo vive k5 note on special launch offer.. (extra 2000 rs off on exchange and and 10% discount through sbi card). while booking the booking the order, i have gone through the below steps as per flipkart mobile app.
1st - i have selected the product (lenovo vice k5 note) price 13499/-
2nd - i have clicked on the exchange.
3rd - my mobile imei automatically detected and i was offered...

I have ordered and a watch with 10% discount and they given a promise date of 8th august. But order status was not changing for long time so reuested for a status they said wait for sometime surely you will receive your item on that date. Finally they cancelled on the last minute simply saying orders is not available with seller but order is still available with other sellers and product is available in online.
They should confirm...

I have been facing overheating problem in my honor 2 plus mobile for last two months. today (08/08/2016) i put a new memory card (samsung 16gb, class 10) in my mobile. suddenly my mobile got hanged. while i was trying to remove the memory card from my mobile smoke is coming from memory card slot.

It looks unsafe to operate my mobile. i want replacement for my mobile or refund....

I have order a lenovo vibe p1m mobile and this is returned to warehose without delivery. So i want redelivery of mobile on my Address.
I have tried in costomer care but their response is not properly .. so please look into this matter and re-deliver my mobile. I want a now proper responce and my product.

I had ordered a Lenovo Vibe K-5 Note upon its launch on 4th August, 2016. To our utmost shock, upon opening the package, it comprised of only a Vimbar Soap and Phone Charger. There was no cell phone and other accessories (backcover and screen guard).

Flipkart always commits of delivering the original product to Customer's satisfaction. But this has contradicted Flipkart's commitment and we have lost all our trust on Flipkart....

Had bought samsung On 5 mobile vide invoice no. #BLR_WFLD[protected] dated 09 jan 2016. In spite o[censored]sing flip cover and a tempered glass screen card, the top glass of the mobile has cracked . There was no fall of the mobile nor any external tampering. Also, there is no trace of any tampering on the screen guard. I have been handling the phone with utmost care and have used all possible protective recommended accessories such as tempered...

You promised to delivery of products on dated August 6, 2016, but yesterday i.e. 6 august when I call you executive for delivery queries, they assured me product delivery yesterday maximum before 6 pm. and give me mobile number of delivery boy. I contact delivery person, he assured me he will reached my home...

I ordered a product name nail art stamping kit, but when I open the kit I saw that the plate of the kit have lots of scratches...I try for return but due to unavailable of the product in the particular address the pickup was cancelled... i had purchase a mobile on flipkart. it wat damage.i have been concted to flipkart customer service. they said to me that we will resolve my issue till 7/8/2016, 10.30am.And on 7/8/2016 they said that they will resolve my issue till 9/8/2016. is this is flipkart service? and toay is sunday and flipkart all customer service are closed. now what should i do? it means that flipkart taking your issue very easily....

Bought 2 led lamps @2400 from flipkart which generally comes with at least 1 year warranty but it stopped working with in a month. Right from very first day it started showing heating problem & if the lamp is kept on for long it goes off due to over heating. With the days passed the duration reduces & it started getting off mere after 15 minutes & finally the lamp the light was getting dimmer day after day & finally it stopped...
