Iam ordering this phn on 7 aug 2016. From flipkart and my phn was delivered on time but the issue is when iam open this phn my phn camera lens is break. And iam calling sense morning in call center nobody is helping and iam open this phn yesterday when i saw the camera my new phn camera lens is break. Iam shock. Wt i'll do? Now you break my treast.

      I had been selling all my product listed under my brand name as 'KRITIGYA ENTERPRISES' which s mandatory for online selling and is one of best way to survive in the market if you have your own trademark. But flipkart team, once I added a product from existing catalog which is a method for seller to use for quick listing and experimenting the response of a new product, I gave up the same product when did not find much of a response but team inactive my account, claiming "faulty product sold", when I asked for those evidences they did not reply saying"we do not give it". And no payment was paid further for returns of any product when account was inactive.

        I am highly disappointed with flipkart's service. on 17th of august i have ordered a phone (redmi 3s prime (gold) for rs 8999/-.
        Order no: od[protected]
        I hated the look and feel of the phone and also the camera quality. redmi is known to be better than this. hence, i wanted to return the phone, afterall why should one pay 9000/- if he/she is not satisfied with the product.
        But the customer care people said they won't take back the phone because of their return policies. then i asked them, where is it written that mobile phones cannot be returned and only replacement is possible. if that was the case you should add it in your return policy itself amazon has done. this is literally ridiculous. don't expect this from flipkart.
        I wanted to give me my feedback on this because i did placed return two times for this phone, and you people rejected it in one go. will never buy anything from flipkart from now on.

            I ordered leeco tv from. Flipkart... They delivered me next day.. But i noticed the seal. Of the outer n inner box is broken... Even the letv products seal is broken... N foled n complaint.. Technical team visited n comfirmed tht seal. Of box is broken... N they said we updated to flipkart.. But now. Flipkart not reverting abt my replacement update... The custcare persons only replying wid formal reply... I have lost my patience...m paying n also m. Not getting any service n reply for the issues...

            They called n formally said at the end of thw day u will get update n information abt issue... But nothing was there... I still dont knw.. Wether they accepted my request for replacement or not!!!
            I had purchased Lenova p1m mobile from flipkart but revived defective piece.when I asked Flipkart for same they refused.and to give refund. Freinds don't trust Flipkart giving false commitment.

              Purchased 32" LED TV, seller Oscar limited on 12 August, 16.Delivered on 22 August. Within 48 hours as promised the seller did not install the TV. Contacted flipkart there after & their technician came to install the TV on 25th. In the packing no warranty card was found. The has no serial no. & No where on the TV or packing it is written which company is manufacturing / marketing the item.Received by mail an invoice copy which has no ref. No & clearly written that it is not a vat paid invoice. It does not contain the item's serial no. After installation the TV found to be faulty by the technician. No where on the manual supplied it is mentioned that it is the manual of that item & no company, s name. We informed flipkart all this & wanted a return & refund. It highly violates selling contract. But still as on date 29th flipkart has not confirmed return or refund. It is a serious breach of contract of sale but till date it seems action or no action taken by flipkart raises suspicious question in mind. The seller should be immediately blacklisted & my money refunded.

                    Hi I have purchased iPhone 6 from flip cart and within 3 months it started problems it was switching on and off automatically and then it stopped working and the company says this is mother board problem who is responsible for this then . You have given me a worst piece with defect . This is just not done.. I am not going to accept this . You have to pay for this .

                      I ordered for a philips trimmer on 19 aug 16 throuh flipkart (Order id - od[protected]. As i was not able to track the item, i contacted customer care for enquiry to know that item will not be delivered on 23 but 29 aug. But on 24 aug, i received a mail from flipkart end that item has been shipped and if it is not delivered to me, ask for the same at my local post office. I went to my post office and came to know that no item is pending with them against me and without despatch id it is not possible to track the item. On query with customer care, i came to know that it was a mistake from flipkart and promised me that by 28 aug, i can track the item and the same will be delivered at my door step before 29 aug 7 pm, which never happened. On query again i was told that flipkart had escalated the issue and being deliberated upon by a senior team.

                      So sir my basic comprehension in this case is as follows

                      1. Why flipkart is incompetent to deliver the item even after skipping 2 promised dates of delivery?

                      2. Why flipkart sent a malicious mail to me stating that item is shipped and check with local post office?

                      3. Is flipkart forcing me to cancel the order after keeping the order live for these many days?

                      4. Why the seller (Ws retail) is still failed to even ' confirm the item ' though flipkart had received money on day 1?

                      5. Is there any value for patience and money of a customer within flipkart organisation policy?


                      Next date promised by flipkart is 31 aug 16 and as per the current scenario, i dont expect flipkart will stick to its contract promise

                        I have purchased my iball tablet on 18-5-16 . It worked just 1 month I went to service centre but it was of no use. Now it's 3 months still I got no response from the company... I have ordered this phone from the worst website flipkart. Before ordering I thought it was a good website but it is worst then everything. I am calling on flipkart but they are just avoiding me since 3 months what should I do know???                         This order was booked while there was cashback offer. Flipkart confirmed the reason about this cancellation after 10 days saying it got cancelled due to "System issue". Now, Re-booking fresh order will not fetch cashback. Isn't it fair FK to give cashbook, since it is not customer fault.

                          Being a customer i purchased a led tv from flipkart at 12/08/2016. At that time it will reflect in his system is that, i got my product at 20/08/2016. But witout any notification they will message me i got my product by 22/08/2016. Again i got a messgae at 22/08/2016. Your product will delivered by 28/08/2016. And again they message me i got my product by30/08/2016. But now they mail me your ordered has been cancelled without given any valid reason.
                          In between these peroid i booked two time train ticket for me to go home but due to very poor services cancelled my both ticket.

                                    I got a flipkart gift card from a friend and i added the gift card to my flipkart wallet. Now i am not able to use that gift card anywhere. Every time i try to pay using the gift card, it says not applicable. What is the use of purchasing a gift card from flipkart if it cant be used to buy stuff. Moreover, the flipkart customer service just increases ur frustration. I have been trying to contact them for 10 days and the number is always busy....

                                    Got deceived from flipkart twice, once by their recent acquired jabong & other by flipkart itself.

                                    Ordered a product on 28th july 2016 with payment done online. C4urrent status is showing product is in transit since july 30th

                                    I am following up since 1 month but neither they are delivering the order nor canceling it & providing me with the refund.

                                    Its open & shut case where company took the payment but did not deliver the item.

                                    Mails, tweets & calls being carried out repeatedly to recover my hard earned money but flipkart is turning deaf ears to my complaint.

                                    Second issue again with flipkart where i bought 2 led lamps @2400 from flipkart which generally comes with at least 1 year warranty but it stopped working within a month.

                                    Right from very first day it started showing heating problem & if the lamp is kept on for long it goes off due to overheating. With the days passed the duration reduces & it started getting off mere after 15 minutes & finally the lamp the light was getting dimmer day after day & finally it stopped working in a months time. I did not expected such fake products are being sold at flipkart. Contacted customer care, giving the standard reply that items cannot be returned after 10 days. Led lamps getting corrupted in one month, even raid side sellers would have been selling better quality products than flipkart.

                                      This looks really bad preorder product for which you pay full money and wait till last day then flipkart just changes the delivery date by week. When you call customer they suggest you to wait and if you ask whats promise it will be delivered there answer is if not delivered cancel your order and take your money. I have 55000 rupees for tv on 12 th August and delivery promised was 30th August on 28 August they change the delivery date to 7th September.

                                      Is Flipkart making money out of seating on customer money.

                                      Flipkart customer care says they will connect to senior for discussion which never happens they will say call back in 1 hour which never happens again.

                                      First of all they should not take full money for preorder, next if they have taken full money they should deliver on promised date.

                                      Flipkart standards are lowering day by day.
