Sir,
I ordered for a philips trimmer on 19 aug 16 throuh flipkart (Order id - od[protected]. As i was not able to track the item, i contacted customer care for enquiry to know that item will not be delivered on 23 but 29 aug. But on 24 aug, i received a mail from flipkart end that item has been shipped and if it is not delivered to me, ask for the same at my local post office. I went to my post office and came to know that no item is pending with them against me and without despatch id it is not possible to track the item. On query with customer care, i came to know that it was a mistake from flipkart and promised me that by 28 aug, i can track the item and the same will be delivered at my door step before 29 aug 7 pm, which never happened. On query again i was told that flipkart had escalated the issue and being deliberated upon by a senior team.
So sir my basic comprehension in this case is as follows
1. Why flipkart is incompetent to deliver the item even after skipping 2 promised dates of delivery?
2. Why flipkart sent a malicious mail to me stating that item is shipped and check with local post office?
3. Is flipkart forcing me to cancel the order after keeping the order live for these many days?
4. Why the seller (Ws retail) is still failed to even ' confirm the item ' though flipkart had received money on day 1?
5. Is there any value for patience and money of a customer within flipkart organisation policy?
Next date promised by flipkart is 31 aug 16 and as per the current scenario, i dont expect flipkart will stick to its contract promise
