    Hello,

    I received a call from the flipkart executives that your order will be replaced or you will be refunded. They called me on 5th of september on the occasion of ganesh chaturthi. I told them i am away at the moment can you call me tomorrow. They said okay, will call you on tuesday that is 6th of september.
    I havent received any call or no replacement notification was given to me. And when i called on the same number, it says switched off

    Although, i tried complaining again and here my status says your complaint was resolved. So vague and fake support.
    Can anyone help me out here!

    I bought an iphone 6 on flipkart with 10 days replacement feature. Anyways, my device was okay within 15 days but it has started to bug me with various issues. Battery problem, speaker disability sometimes. When i spoke to flipkart executives, they aren't giving me any support. I want replacement.

      Last four days back i bought mobile model number:leeco le 2 (Rose gold, 32 gb). But yesterday mobile charger & battery backup problem came. So i had discussion with company authorized person for return the mobile but this is not happened.
      Note:company technician certified mobile charger & battery backup problem.

      Conclusion:kindly take it as a high priority and now i am attaching invoice receipt.

        My complaint is that flipkart is taking money from customers, not delivering items and also not making any refund. They expect the consumer to haggle with them for their money and they keep on making statement that it would be refunded in 8 days. Also, their call center agents are uncivilized, uncouth and have no respect for the customer.

        I placed an order at Flipkart on 05th Sep 2016 for Crocs Casual Shoes (order No. OD[protected]. These shoes were shown as available, there was no message of limited stock too. I made credit card payment for this item. After the payment was successful, I got a message from flipkart that the item is out of stock and payment done was Rs. 0, though the amount was already deducted from my credit card as per confirmation message received from the bank.
        Issue was raised with call center, they acknowledged that they cannot see any order or payment for the item and promised to resolve the issue by end of the day.
        At the end of day, the order reflected against my name. Subsequently, i cancelled the order as Flipkart call centers has given no guarantee on the item delivery. On cancellation, again the refund amount was shown as 0.

          In an order no. od[protected], i ordered a kurtha set from flipkart.com. on 8th augest 2016 i got a wrong product. i asked for the replacement and flipkart arranged for pick up on 12th augest 2016. from that date till now neither the replacement nor my money was refunded. even after calling them 4-5 times. requesting for refund form the company.

              I have ordered iphone 6s through flipkart on[protected].
              I have made the payment through my credit card and my delivery was on[protected].
              I have waiting for the delivery and finally today i. E.,[protected].
              I have got a message that the order was cancelled due to lack of stock.
              If there is no stock they shouldn't have taken order and take the payment from the customer after a week cancelling and giving a message to the customer that amount would be refunded in 7-10 business days.
              This is seriously an issue to be taken action.
              As we were waiting for the product many days and without any permission cancelling the order and again wasting the customer time for refunding the amount of 7-10 days..
              Finally flipkart is wasting customer time and not at all secured website and now am worried about my money and i need to wait for more 15 days to get my money and to buy phone.
              Please take an action on this issue i have everything order id and screen shots of the cancelled order.

                    This is to inform you that, i was purchased a swipe elite mobile in the month of 26th november 2015 through flipkart. which imei no [protected] and my tax invoice no f0cl9del16-28238.
                    After some months my phone had some serious issue like

                    1) its touch screen not working well
                    2) its volume and power key is also dead.

                    When i was know about these things i submitted my phone at swipe elite customer care office at faridabad on the date 11/07/2016.

                    But still company is not responding.

                    I do not understand what type company handset selling you are? this is really unsatisfactory from customer care service.

                      Flipkart says the headphone is original but when i received my order parcel and use it then i fell and check it's totally fake and duplicate item... and then i call flipkart cust. care. a executive says my refund request under processing... still pick up not sent

                        The return that was initiated for the pick up of the wedges on 30th august 2016 (Tuesday).

                        There is a mismatch in the return picked up y flipkart and they are not returning back.

                        I have escalated this issue several times thru several channels to flipkart its falling on deaf ears. Please take this on priority or else i will take a legal action.

                        A different product was returned (Picked up) (Charles and keith wedges - grey box)

                        Please return that back (Belongs to me - charles and keith) and i will return the studio 9 wedges (Belongs to flipkart) back.

                              I have received my my product (Lava 40 handset worth 1564 rupees) on 31st july 016. But due to some technical problems in the phone, i have returned it on 6th august 016. Also i have given my bank details along with it. As the technical problems were detected by the flipcart team, they agreed upon refunding my money until 18th august. But instead of having 10 day return policy. Today is now 6th september and still they have not refumoneymy money. I have called flipcart support centre upto 6 times, and each time they are promising that they will refund my money in next 24 hours.                                 I've booked Samsung Microwave on August 15th 2016.
                                However, order has been cancelled before the product arrives.
                                Cancellation is done on Aug 17th.

                                As soon as cancellation done, I've got a message saying Order has been cancelled and money will be refunded to your bank within 10 working days.
                                and I've got a call from customer care on August 21st saying that they are having some issues and will refund within next 2 working days.
                                Since then I'm calling everyday and customer care executive are really helpless on this, they simply saying they will resolve the issue as soon as possible but no response from them in anyway.

                                Every alternate im getting message saying that you case is escalated and will resolve the issue as soon as possible. Its been a month still no refund even my credit card bill is been issued and i need pay for that as well.

                                Please refund my amount with penalty as its been pending since from a long time and testing customer patience and money for no-reason.


                                Till today the money is not refunded and getting message saying the case is been escalated and will resolve in X working days. Please help out.

                                  The address to be delivered on was filled by your customer care agent, which was confirmed that it is deliverable. It was to be delivered today on) 5 sep 2016 as shown in my account status at flipkart.com website. And the product was dispatched on 31 aug 16. But on the day of delivery ie 05 sep 16 it was cancelled by flipkart without even informing me. I want this phone with the same offers, i could change the address if required.

                                  Please help me in resolving this issue.

                                  The flipkart is using these malpractices and harassing people.

                                    Please take action against Flipkart. They are cheating on people sending bad products and when we ask them for replacement, they simply said its not possible.

                                    Recently I bough a Lenovo K5 Note from Flipkart and upon receiving I saw that the sim slots are not working. SO i asked for replacement but they denied on my face and kept on harassing me saying technicians will come this day or that day. Why are they then saying 10 days replacement, whereas i requested return within 2 hours of receiving the product. Please help and take action
