      Dear Team,
      i got redmi 3s prime on 17 august.when i received the product the mobile box seal is broken.the mobile is heating and fingerprint is not working .i gave refund for the defective product.the flipkart customer called me and said that technical team will call you within 24hrs. but still now no one contacted me.
      every week i called the customer service they gave the same answer.after 10 days replacement policy they cancelled my refund.

Then I clicked on buy button it says you need to share this with 9 friends then I shared the link with 9 of my friends then I again clicked on buy button.But, still I see the same message. I wanted to know if your actually want to customer to share the link or any real worth?

          I order for affican long black shoe and to my surprise it was a brown shoe. So i order for second time same result. Never experience this like before. This is my fouth incident at flipkart. Before also i order for two shirt medium size but it was deliver in large size.

          Now let's welcome to main part. I call consumer agent to complaint about this but they give on cheating saying theynll fix the issue soon, in vain i wadte my time. Finally with fed up i call flipkart consumer agents just to say that if you people love to cheat and play with customers. I have to file in consumer forum court.
          Look at there attitude. We don't care even if you complaint against us in consumer forum court. Wow!! What a pity world!!!

            Till date, i haven't received my samsung galaxy j5- 6 (2016 edition) phone to my address. as per the your site the phone should reach me by 17th september 2016.
            Why you people make false commitment? i[censored] are unable to deliver products on time. this is really bad. a company like you should always maintain the tat.
            Now i have doubt on the quality or geniunity of the product.

              i had placed an order for split ac on 28 aug 16 for rs 30450. the same was approved by flipkart at that time and the delivery date of 05 september 16 was given. but i havnt recieved the product. this despite the fact that i had been making repeated calls n emails to customercare. till date no assurance of delivery has been given or any fixed date for delivery.

                I ordered a Le Eco Le 2 from Flipkart on the 9th of Sept, 2016. It got delivered to me on the 12th of Sept, 2016. I started using the product, transfered all my data and contacts to my new phone. That's when I noticed that the device has touch defect. Undesired touch results were produced once or twice during the first few days. Then the issue started to appear more frequently and that's when I contacted Flipkart. They asked me to do a factory reset on the phone and to check whether the issue persists. Even though I had transfered my whole data, I did what I was asked to do. But the issue is still there. I have completely lost the hope in this phone giving me the desired result anymore. Also, even though Flipkart executives have been responsive, they are calling me at my work hours, making me unable to attend the call. At this point of time, I am completely devastated and would settle with nothing but a complete refund after taking their device back.

                I request consume rcomplaints to please take necessary actions and to notify Flipkart about the issue that I am facing. It has caused me so much effort and I am at the moment using my old Nokia. I would like to buy a new phone as soon as possible; for that, I want Flipkart to take their faulty product back, which was imposed on me.

                Hoping for an action to be taken immediately as their lack of responsibility has already given me enough burden.

                  Hello, My order Id is OD[protected] on flipkart I have purchased Mi4i Phone got refurbish and used phone. Hardware of device got stoped working in a month only when I approach to the service centre as per flipkart care suggested. Now neither the service centre nor the flipkart is responding on the issue. My phone is at service centre more than 3 months. Below is a complaint number of flipkart which is not resloved yet.

                    No movement its been 3 days since my product has been picked up!! Bt still no update on app or any msg regarding replacement or anything like ur product has been returned!! Still showing waiting fr visit... :/
                    Pls solve this issue with updates at earliest coz i don't want my product to get delayed further. It is my mentally and financially harassment & sorry to say your services is not up to the mark. I'm totally fed up. This is not done as my replacement has been delayed for a long plz solve it to the earliest or else we hav to look for legal alternatives.

                      Hi Team,
                      I have been following flipkart since more than last 1 month but no positive response except postponing date. It looks like govt court procedure extending date.
                      No delivery charges still delivery boy was asking charges & tip. After so many complaints guy came to install but all items were not delivered. Really dis casting. raised return request but flipkart not responding except extending the date and saying keep patience. If you guys can't install then why you have mentioned on product page that installation would be done within 72 hrs.

                          As discussed with you earlier that I have purchased a Lenovo K5 Vibe Note from flipkart.com on 3oth august . I have done payment using credit card option and choose EMI option and also after 10 days, handset is not working properly., But after a multiple no of calls flipkart deny to do this. As registering complaint with you on 15 september, flipkart representative call me and deny to convert my payment into EMI .

                          Flipkart is making customers fool. and doing mentally harassment of their customers after selling their product.

                          Please refund our money as we don't want to purchase anything from this site again in future.
                          Please help out your customers.

                            Issue: Second SIM slot is not detective SIM
                            I have ordered a mobile on 4/9/16 by paying Rs. 13499 through credit card.
                            I received the mobile on 8/9/16 around 1830 hrs. Immediately I noticed that second sim slot is not detecting sim while the same sim is detected in sim1. Immediately I placed REPLACEMENT within one hour . (Return ID:[protected]. Flipkart given a message that they will contact.

                            On 9th when I called my self only
                            they asked to install smart check and I followed as instructions, they
                            approved and informed me to wait. Then status changed to item will be
                            delivered by 19th September.

                            On 10th again I called back they asked to do smart check process and
                            informed me to wait until pick up of item.

                            On 12th morning again I called (during my call replacement request is
                            rejected) and asked when the pick up will be happen. Again they asked to
                            smart check process only without listening my experience. I did it & they
                            placed replacement request.(Return ID:[protected]

                            And afternoon of 12th When I called them for want of when they will
                            come for pick up, (during my call request is rejected) again they asked for
                            smart check process...
                            call is disconnected and request status shows that cancelled. Immediately I
                            requested refund, (Return ID:[protected] then from [protected] & [protected] called me
                            & confined from me and informed that refund request is accepted and it
                            will take some time to pick up & transfer of my amount.

                            On 14th September morning I called them and asked for pick up
                            status (during my call my refund request is rejected), then they told that
                            again request is placed (Return ID:[protected] before that they also asked for smart check
                            process... and call disconnected & refund status rejected.
                            Now they posted the alert as " Delay in delivery - Lenovo Vibe K5 Note (Gold, 32 GB).
                            We are sorry for the delay in delivery. Please bear with us while we are trying to deliver your order at the earliest."
                            Till today same status is lying.

                            They given a mail that it will be solved within 48 hours on 16/9/16. And emailed me that it will be solved by 19/9/16 around 11AM.

                            On my call to Flipkart
                            on 12/9/16 promised me that it will be cleared by 14/9/16.
                            on 14/9/16 promised that will be cleared by 16/9/16.
                            On 16/9/16 given assurance by 19/9/16 morning.
                            Today again I called them around 13.30 hrs they informed that wait for 24 to 48 hrs.
                            Kindly solve my problem either REPLACEMENT or refund.

                              I am writing here to let you people know how disappointment and harassment i have suffered through flipkart.

                              As i am a regular customer of flipkart, i had decided to buy lenovo k5 mobile from flipkart. we had ordered from flipkart on 27th aug and same was delivered on very next day. we checked the mobile and everything was working fine until then. since 11th sept mobile started getting auto switched off and on in every 15-20 mins. on calling flip kart call centre, the executive asked me to visit borivali service station of lenovo, however denied to register any complain as 10 days has passed. i also contacted lenovo same day where they asked me to co-ordinate for replacement through flipkart.

                              On 13th sept we visiting lenovo service center in borivali taking leave from my office. there they made me to wait for 5 hrs to tell me that there is software issue in the mobile. and had done factory reset post which mobile was handed over to me. then as per process we had to sign on the acknowledgement paper and was told to go home and check the mobile, if issue persists and then visit again.

                              Just we had boarded the train, mobile again got switched off. next day again i had to take leave and visited borivali service center. there after waiting for 2 hrs, engineer came out and told there is no problem in mobile. while he was making me convinced that there is no problem in hand set, mobile again got switched off. they kept my mobile and instructed me to come after 15 days post which they will be able to give me mobile. as per them its issue of motherboard.

                              Dear members with humble request can anyone please make me understand where should i go and get the mobile replaced as it was a defective piece. before using it has got problem with motherboard. i had bought so many things from flipkart even i advised many of friends and colleagues about flipkart... but after this experience i will never believe on flipkart.

                                  I have ordered intex fitrist through flipkart with orderID OD[protected], as it was damaged product, i was asked to customer care regarding this and they said me to return the product, and i was requested for the return and they said your return process shall complete in 72 working hours and they had given me a return order ID i.e, Return ID:[protected]. As it was completed almost 1 most one month flipkart has not responded to it and they are saying your return request is in process.

                                    Hi Team,

                                    Issue: Order#OD[protected] for 'LG 284L frost free double door refrigerator' costing Rs. 27990.00 placed with Flipkart using their app on 05-Sep-2016 was supposed to be delivered on 07-Sep-2016. The app shows the order has already been delivered on 08-Sep-2016. However I have not received anything from Flipkart.

                                    Following are the sequences of actions:
                                    1. 05-Sep-2016 - I placed the order on Flipkart app.
                                    2. 07-Sep-2016 - Received an email saying order delayed due to unavailability from my side. Upon contacting customer care, received information that this is system generated notification, nothing to worry and order would be delivered on 08-Sep-2016.
                                    3. 08-Sep-2016 - Received an email saying order has been delivered. I have neither received any product nor any calls for delivery.
                                    4. 08-Sep-2016 - Contacted Flipkart customer care for the complaint of not receipt of the order. Incident: IN[protected]. Received a reply saying the incident will be resolved by 09-Sep.
                                    5. 09-Sep-2016 - Contacted Flipkart customer care as there was no communication at all.
                                    6. 10-Sep-2016 - Received update email from Flipkart customer care saying the issue will be resolved by 18-Sep-2016.
                                    7. 10-Sep-2016 - Posted the complaint on Facebook page of Flipkart.
                                    8. 15-Sep-2016 - Received an email from 'Sunita Pradhan, Team Social Media' from Flipkart saying 'I would like to inform you that, we have received an update from seller stating that your product will be delivered by tomorrow, i.e, September 16, 2016.'
                                    9. 19-Sep-2016 - Called Customer care again to get update on this, the employee said I will transfer the call to senior, was waiting 5 minutes in the call with no response from Flipkart.

                                    Kindly help with this.

                                      I ordered a Samsung Galaxy A7 from flipkart with order ID- OD[protected] on 4th september 2015. The phone had some issue with its front camera and sensor and so I gave it to Samsung Authorised Service Centre in my locality named 'YES COMPU SERVICES'.

                                      When I gave my phone for repairing they didnt checked the warranty status of the phone as I had given them the Invoice sent to me by flipkart and the accepted the phone for repairing.

                                      A couple of days later I was called by the service centre executive that my phone was not in warranty as the purchase date of phone in their records was 28th march 2015.

                                      I contacted flipkart and gave them the detals of warranty issue and they assured that they will take care of it and the issue will be resolved in couple of days.

                                      After some days I was again called by the service centre and when I visited there, I was shocked to know that not only my phone was out of warranty, but according to there database, the phone was sold at 28th March 2015 and was sent to service centre for the first time before september 4th 2015, i.e. the date when I ordered the phone. Which meant that the phone sent to me after I placed the order was refurbished and a used one. However I had ordered a brand new piece.

                                      When I contacted the flipkart people and updated abot the same they said that they will look into the matter.

                                      A couple of days after they said that they will refund me my money back, and in return I will have to return th phone which was delivered.

                                      And then I contacted service centre of the phone where they asked me to pay around rs 6000 as they had already repaired my phone.

                                      Again I updated this to flipkrt person, again after a couple of days I got a call from them saying that in any case I will have to return them that phone, otherwise they wont refund the money.

                                      I have a question, why I am asked to pay that 6000 to the service centre? What was my fault if flipkart themselves sent me the second hand refurbished and used phone ?

                                      What was my fault if the warranty of phone was over 6 months back of actual date.

                                      I am without mobile from past 25 days and one can understand how difficult it must be in these days of phones and laptops, but I dont think fipkart is even a bit serious about this issue, I have been calling them and mailing them continuosly but they donnt even acknowledge the mails and at calls they will just listen the full story and will give the same monotonous reply that a team of flipkart is looking in the matter and your issue will be resolved soon.

                                      I am fed up of calling and sending them mails every day and I want them to close the issue asap, I have given them a deadline of 20th and if theya are not closing the issue with a satisfactory solution, I will have to go legal.
                                      Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
