I have ordered two phones separately and also 2 order ID is also
generated.But they give the delivery in a same package. I have ordered one
for me and another for myself.I could not take one of the products (Redmi
Note 3S Prime)as my friend was out of the city for some health issue.I have
approached the delivery boy as well as Customer care giving the same reason
but they refused to help saying that "you have to take both the order".
So here my Question is Why Flipkart Shipped this Two products Combinedly as
I have place two different Order?
Customer Care giving the stupid reason saying that as the product and Name
is same so they shipped it as Combinedly.
For my Orders Delivery Partner is WS retailer. So you could not request the
WS retailer or Ekart to separately send only Redmi Note 3S 16 GB?
I am tried calling to customer care and they are repeatedly telling that it
is a automated combined delivery. I understand machines is a automated but
you people who are a part of Customer care team are human beings and can
understand the situations and understanding the situation, you can do the
manual changes in the Order.
At least I can Expect it from india's Leading Commerce Compaby. If not then
you are not supposed to be the best.
Even your customer care executives talking so roughly as I have done some
serious crime.Please give some respect to the customer at least.

      I want return and refund my item..without any excuse..i requested for return so many days ago..but flipkart team is giving me so many excuse..but i can't take this..why this type behaviour with us..is that 10 days return gurranty ???? Flipkart team told me that return will be under 21 to 23 rd august..but not happend..why ?? And after that i recieved a sms..that ws reatailer unable to take return my item..

          But now a days they will cheated.best don't buy online.best you buy direct show room.

            I am very unhappy customer, within a week i come to know the cheap quality of the product which has been delivered. I have paid 2000/- for this scrap product
            No replay for any queries and Its totally making customer fool if we go for online shopping. Its big fraud comany i will not recommend for any of our friends, feeling lost 2k

              I bought a mobile phone from flipkart that was delivered today. Upon opening the box I figured out that the dual sim phone works with only one Sim if I have to use a micro SD card. This was not a defect but fineprints that was hidden somewhere in flipkart web pages. The phone was advertised as Dual Sim with extensible memory using micro SD card. I was unhappy with the product and requested a return immediately within hours of delivery on the same day of delivery. However the customer service at flipkart is refusing to take a return siting the fineprints specification details in the webpage.
              PLEASE DO NOT BUY electronic items from flipkart -
              I will chose Amazon for the simple reason - they understand genuine buyers and their customer service approach is very different compared to this babu mind set that flipkart has.

                    FLIPKART — REFUND AMOUNT HAS NOT BEEN CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT

                    2 books ordered on 23rd august and I cancelled the order on 25th aug in which one book was cancelled by the seller himself.The order id is(OD[protected] and OD[protected]. later i received a message that refunding of money will be done in 10 working days to your bank. But in my flipkart profile it is showing that REFUND COMPLETED-[ "Refund successful! Rs.581 and Rs.299 has been remitted through original payment mode"] but i haven't received any money from flipkart.

                      (1) The mobile phone (Xiaomi, Redmi Note 3 ) was purchased on-line from flipcart (Sold by WS Retail Services Pvt Ltd ) in the name of my daughter (Pratistha Rout, Age 17 yr) on[protected]. Invoice No. BLR_WFLD[protected]
                      (2) On 20-08-16, 22:10 hours the phone exploded, while she had boarded the train no 12940 at Vadodara Station, in Coach B1-21, causing panic among all in the compartment. The phone was kept in the hand bag during boarding of train and was neither in use nor in charging mode.
                      (3) A major fire accident in the train could be saved just because it was noticed immediately and the fire caught in the bag from the mobile could be extinguished. Had the phone been in use by my daughter, it would have caused fatal accident.
                      (4) The phone as well within the warranty period and was used for 2 months. We are all shocked by the incident of bursting of phone in standby condition.
                      (5) My daughter was saved from any major injury as the phone was in the hand bag.
                      We need refund of the money or replacement of the phone and penalty on the Manufacturer for such defect which could led to fatal accident for none of the fault of consumer. May please advise and help to redress

                          Product of lg fridge ordered on date 19aug2016. At the time of booking expected date of arrival was 22 aug 2016. On 22 aug 2016 again they extended to 24 aug 2016. Still not delivered yet. Flip kart customer care executive told that they don't have any information regarding the delivery channel.

                          Again they told like it will be delivered by 1 sep2016. Complaint is why they are not keeping promises as they are telling that they will deliver on a particular date & starts keep on extending of delivery to a unreasonable date.

                            i had complaint at flipkart, but no reply coming from them.
                            i was checked by it from apple authorised customer care & the engineer said that it is duplicate.

                              I brought Le 2 from Flipkart on 10 August 2016 and it got delivered on 13 august, after 2-3 days phone started giving out issues, i waited for 3 for more days, because factory reset solves this issue for a day or two. Now I can't do factory reset every second day so I asked for replacement of the product, but after the last reset, phone started to heat. Flipkart arranged a tech team to visit me, phone was hot at that time, but he hard reset it, which solved it there but because he was there for only 15 minutes, phone didn't show any issues then. Now after two more days, this heating again started happening. Last night, while on charging I was talking to someone, phone became so hot that it slipped out of my hand, and it's screen broke. Now Flipkart says they will not return because of physical damage. But that damage occurred due to the fault in phone, the fault I already told them, the fault for which I wanted a replacement.

                              Now I am with a faulty device which is damaged as well because of that issue. Please help me in this case. I want either this product to refunded or replaced.

                                I had purchased a phone karbonn mach five on 22/08/2016 and got the delivery today that is 24/08/2016. however to my surprise the cellphones speaker is not working. order no is OD[protected].                                   I booked a shoes from flipkart on 10 Aug from that day still I not receive my shipment. Every time I called flipkart or Delivery(concerned courier) they told me that I escalate your issue.
                                  They also provide me the courier company address I visited there but I can't find any office at that address I am really fed up thisthis things

                                      Actually i brought new laptop from flipkart website on May-2016 but they gave me second hand product.when i sort-out this product is second hand that time i compliant to flipkart team but they didn't reply.when again i register new compliant on last week they provide decided to give me refund money.when they come to receive product they didn't took just because of i didn't have packaging box.Dear Team No one take care product box for long time which is more then 4 months .They are not refunding my money please help us as soon as possible.

                                        I have placed order on dated 12.08.2016 vide order no. Is od[protected] and delivery date was 19.08.2016 but it has not been delivered yet. I have mentally harassed due to non delivery of this product even then i paid full money against this order. I bough the laptop for office work which was very important and i have to complete the office assignment on time but due to delayed of this product, i did not completed the office assignment and we lost approx. Rs. 1, 00, 000/- now we are requesting for compensation because i am poor employee in my company but company is charging this amount from me now please take the action accordingly.
