My name is Ayan Das. I am from kolkata, west bengal.I ordered redimi note 3 at 9th august 2016 through credit card EMI facility. The expected date of delivery is 23rd august 2016.But the order did not come to the expected date. They cancelled the order on 24th august 2016 and said that due to Unforeseen Logistical issue the seller cancelled the order and the money will refund after 8 working days. But I have to pay interest to bank for EMI. This is really a harassment to me. I told them to refund my money with interest as I have to pay the interest to the bank but they denied.It has been 15 days I paid the money.My order id is OD[protected]. I want justify. I am giving you screen shoot on order details.

    I have placed an order on 11th august 2016, till date the order has not delivered, almost 14 days got over, still my order has not delivered, and since the day one the status is "your order is placed", status of the order has not changed.

    Whenever i call the flipkart customer care, they will tell me that, we will update you by tomorrow, but till now i didn't got single call from flipkart.

      I like to bring my issue to your attention & concern. I have purchase some wall stickers from your flipkart website on 16th august 2016 and the total amount was rs. 4338. I make a payment for this amount through my "visa debit card" and the same amount were deducted from my account on 16th august 2016 itself. For your reference, here i attached the list of ordered items.

      But the problem is, the same amount was charged again from my account on 20th august 2016. I don't know, why they charged twice times the amount from my bank account. For your reference, here i attached my bank mini statement proof for your better understanding.

      Kindly treat this issue as prioity and i request you to solve & return back me the additional charged amount. I am looking forward your prompt action on this issues.

        I have registered a complaint on 22/08/16 regarding the referral amount of rs.200 is not credited to my a/c. I have been keep following since the complaint date and till today. I haven't got any callback or the solution to the complaint which i have raised for. I have already spoken with rahul, nadeem, bhushan and so called manager "mohsin". But i am helpless. I have also mailed to the customer support, but i haven't got any reply from them. So please help me.

          I have ordered one onida led tv and i found there was a defect. I have raised a replacement for the same. Every time i call they says technician will visit tomorrow (From last 5 days they doing the same but till today nobody visited) and yesterday the ticket was closed without any reason, when i called they said due to logistic issue the ticket was cancelled.
          Again the ticket has been reopen and new time has been given (30-aug-16).

            I faced touch pad problem, so I submitted my mobile to service on 22nd June 2016. As unavailability spare parts at service center, they send mobile to company. I contacted at customer of Swipe technologies pvt. ltd, but they always told me you get mobile 5-10 working days.But I not get my mobile yet.They can't transfer call to their senior members. I also emailed to their ceo, Shripal Gandhi, but he doesn't provide repspone. We trust Flipkart and think all products sell on Flipkart are servicable. But if we not get services from product manufacturer, then why we trust you. So please think before selling this companies product on your site. This can spread negativity about your company among customers. You also read the reviews about servies Swipe technologies pvt. ltd on google. Most customers facing same issue. If they can't provide services in Mumbai city, then how they serve in small cities?.

              I bought a phone 18th august from online with preview offer. They delivered on 22nd august but since i went like 7 times to reliance store they refused to give me sim card. There is like million people waiting to get the free simcard. I opened a return case on flipkart but they rejected as well since they don't understand customers. The phone itself is very poor standard. It says it has 1gb ram but the performance is way below 512mb ram.
              I would like company to refund me the money for the phone.

              I have facing problem with your services second time. I bought Flame 8 from
              flipkart with Jio Preview offer dated 12.08.16 and got sim next day
              13.08.16 from reliance jio digital world Sangrur. They take all documents
              like bill id proof and photo. After 3-4 day i got call you document is
              rejected because of signature issue and please provide other document to
              us. I provided my aadhar card they reject again the proof for large image
              size and i provide again my aadhar card to them, I also visit 18.08.16 to
              the sangrur jio store but they didnt ask me any thing about my document. if
              there is an issue why they are not tell me that time and said no. will
              start same day before 10 pm. I got a msg from jio network that my order no.
              NO000003R02[censored]nable to process due to incomplete or mismatched information
              dated 18.08.16. I provided again 4th time my aadhar card to reliance
              digital world Sangrur yesterday but sim still not activate My Jio no. is
              [protected]. this is very bad experience with your company. If the no. is
              not working today i will return the phone to flipkart tomorrow. Now i
              return this product in between 10 days flipkart return policy and they
              disapproved my return request.

Now i am frustrated from this phone and wanna return to flipkart also this phone take long time to charging. very bad phone only buy for jio preview offer if i didnt get this offer why i buy this 3rd class phone. Flipkart disapproved my return when i raise my return complaint in between 10 days return policy. Please do needful.

                Regarding the refund od[protected] [incident: in[protected]]

                I have order dubaria ink cartridge but they have sent defective product. I have raised for return and they said to me that you have to send item to us by courier after receive the item we will initiate your refund. I have sent the item and the item was successfully delivered to there office on 5th august 2016. Then i sent an mail that item was successfully delivered and i have sent screen shot of delivery status then they revert me that we will confirm from our seller then we will initiate your refund in 48 working days
                Today is 24 august but they are not reverting any mail, they don't initiating my refund, and they are saying that we haven't received any item infect i have already share the delivery status screen shot.
                Kindly submit my complaint against flipkart

                  Here is the conversation I have had with flipkart over mail.. I have ordered a gaming mouse and I received a faulty device! I asked for replacement the same day itself and they said that it will be shipped by 24th August and reach me by 29th August. It can be confirmed in the mail below. Now they are saying there is some technical glitch and they will take 2 business days to get back to me! What kind of fraud is this.. They have my money and they are just delaying the replacement without reason.. This is unacceptable behavior and I want flipkart to either deliver me the replacement on or before 29th or give me some compensation for my time wasted and holding my money for so many days. Or just give me a refund!
                  If i dont get a solution m gonna opt for serious action against flipkart!


                  Damn your flipkart assured promise! Fraud!


                  This is ridiculous.!! What do I do in the mean time? You've got my money now so you are gonna treat me like [censored]? Is it my mistake that the product is faulty?                   received it on 21st and when i tried it, the right click is not working
                  properly, , now i have put up a return request and the date that u have

                          I bought a samsung 32 evo plus on aug 16, 2016 and it was delivered on aug 23, 2016. When i checked the product, the sd card adapter was already broken and the sd card itself is missing. Also the product was already opened. I have also attached photos of the product as it came in. Please provide an immediate solution before further actions is taken for this unethical actions.

                            I had buy my mi4i mobile from flipkart. Within 6 months my device is not working properly so i had given my mobile in service center for repair in jun 2016 and till date i didnt receive my phone.

                            I request flipkart also to help me with this issue and flipkart customer care told me that xiaomi will provide replacement but now xiaomi didn't give me replacement of my phone and also not repair my mobile yet.

                                Really upset with the kind of after service i'm provided i received a defective handset on 18th of august so i applied for replacement so i received a text that will get a call from tech support for verification within 24hrs so next day i got a call but due to network issues i couldn't talk to the tech support person so i received a message will get a call back after 24hrs so next day i. E 20aug i got a call from customer care not the tech support and they again ask me for issues i had with my phone so i have to again tell them it's defective i've already registered a complaint regarding the same please check the records and to my surprise the executive told me there is no such complaint registered now i've made a note of your issue some one will call you within 24hrs and replacement will be done by 23rd august max next day no call so i got really pissed i called them from my end at 12 in night to check what's the status when will i get a call from tech support do executive told me same thing don't worry replacement will be dome before 23 and he assured me that a tech visit will happen at my place so next day person cehe checked my handset and said don't worry sir it will be replaced within 24hrs and tech visit happened on sunday i. E21st august and have me a receipt in which he had mentioned the issue with my handset, again no message or call from flipkart yesterday i called customer care for checking the status they said as per our records there is no tech visit happened to your place please send us the receipt copy of your phone or wait till 23rd, i was surprised with there reply because they have a e-copy of my bill in my record i thought let's wait for 1 more day anyway they have given me assurance that will get a replacement by 23rd aug, so today in morning i called again for checking today's reply was the epic reply i was told that the phone is out of stock and refund will be processed tomorrow.                                   I want to pull your attention against these online company (Specially flipart) who offers their product with exchange but don't deliver to the customer. They only advertise for gaining popularity.

                                  This is regarding non delivery of my online order by flipkart.

                                  I have placed my order on 12 aug for "lenovo vibe k5 note (Gold, 32gb)" in exchange scheme with my "samsung galaxy core"and flipkart generate order id: od[protected] and debited an amount of rs 9314/- from my account & expected date of deilvery was 17 aug.

                                  On 17 aug, a courier boy came to me on behalf of flipkart and asked for the exchange item, he checked the item and rejected the product while the product is in good condition, having no display & battery problem and i am still using it without having any complaint.

                                  Courier boy rejected order and same has informed to flipkart. I have mailed to flipkart regarding this on 17 aug.

                                  Mail received from flipkarts as:

                                  On 18aug : "sorry for trouble, we will update by aug 21."

                                  On 20aug 9:30am: "we are continuing to look into the metter on priority and will resolve by 21 aug 9:30"

                                  On 20aug at 17:01pm: "keep ready your item courier partner will pickup and delivered order in 1 business day."

                                  Finally i have a reason to be happy that i will get my much awaited order on 21 aug. But this is not the end of my problem, i were eagerly waiting for my product thought the day but did not got any sms or call from flipkart.

                                  But in next morning, i recieved a sms from flipkart about "they are processing my cacellation request and cancelled my order."

                                  But neither i have called or mailed regarding cancel the order.

                                  In whole episode they were making me fool and cheated me about 10 days.

                                  Sir, i want to request you please look into the matter and take strict action against those are responsible so that in future they could not cheat others.
                                  Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                    I bought a msi mother board h81m-p33 od[protected] id of it. I want a invoice of it because i lost it please send it. I need to register for my warranty and i need a proof or invoice for it on the msi website and why is my account [protected]@gmail.com removed from the flipkart. First it was there but when i log in now it says account doesn't exists. Please solve my problem

                                      We have booked one mob through flipkart on line on 9th august 2016 and amount has given on same day.

                                      We are not getting the product till time and amount not refunded. we have login the complaint in customer care three time and not getting any response. pls take the action immediately.
