I purchased a pair of shoes from flipkart but the product came in the damaged condition.So, I raised the request same day itself for refund. Next day, item was picked up from me by Ekart and I was handed over the hardslip for this pickup.
To my surprise, in evening, I got a message saying "Pickup Cancelled :Pickup of one or more items with tracking id FMPR[protected] from flipkart.com has been cancelled as you decided to keep the product"
I called the flipkart customer care explaining the issue and I was given the complaint no. for that and I was given assurance that your issue will be resolved in 24 hours.
It's been 7 days now, no action has been taken by flipkart. I called flipkart once again asking for the latest status but they are saying, we can't do anything in this. We haven't received the item from you.
I mean, a company like flipkart can go so cheap for few hundred bugs, I never expected that. Will definitely personally recommend to everybody to stay away from a super fraud company like FLIPKART.

Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I waited for more than 3 hours. Even as of writing (at 8.54 PM) this there is no call from them. Was messaging them continously, but still got no response. These guys are not interested in refunding for defective goods. Very bad experience. Such practices will turn away more customers if such things continue. Hope flipkart understads this else they will be called as Flopkart.
