I had brought the phone from flipkart on wed, 10th aug'16. The prize of the phone is 13499/- after all discount and exchange net pay has 8771/- same has been paid by myself. Post delivered on sat, 13th aug'16 i have received the invoice copy where is mobile value is 12521/-. However when i'm buying its shows 13499/-. I had contacted the customer care regards the same but they refuse to revised the invoice copy for same. My concern is what is value of the phone its should be mention in invoice copy (Bill).

I had attached all screenshots for the invoice copy call recording etc.

      I had ordered a vu tv at my office, since no was at home. I called flipkart for the installation of the television set (They had provided a contact for the installation, i think it was 3rd party). I asked to install the television set at my home, their reply was that, the address cannot be changed. Are they stupid? Are they implying they will install the television at my office? I mean seriously?? Flipkart has lost the e-commerce game and has no chance of ever getting back, because of these problems. I am going to take this to the consumer court. They better lawyer up.

            Dear fellow customers

            As i am already exploring legal options against the company for the fraud case, just wanted to warn you to be aware and avoid buying from flipkart. They advertise all the fancy sale and collect your money when they don't have the item itself to dispatch.

            I am fighting a case for a tv which they claimed newly launched, took my 20 thousand rupees and now shying away from delivering. All mails have have gone waste and they just make fake promises that we shall call you by this time, resolve by that time etc.

            Spoke to the worst officer of theirs, mr saurabh bharadwaj who seemed to be worse than a road side vendor. Forget the call etiquette, the idiot had a standard reply saying back end is working on it.

            I guess this is what happens when founder's are busy camping in bay area and such imbeciles run the company.

              I ordered panasonic LED TV with flip kart and made online payment in full, trusting FS. Initial delivery date committed was 13-aug-2016. then postponed to 16-aug, then to 17-aug, then 19-aug. Now latest delivery date committed in 22-aug. I have tweeted to customer support and sent mails also, but no proper response and product not delivered yet.

              I have sent tweets to Sachin Bansal also.
              It is really frustrating and i am in mental agony having spent good amount of money in purchasing this TV

                I have ordered staedtler graphite mechanical pencil on flipkart. I had booked my order on 12th august 2016. The estimated date was given on 18th august 2016. I had booked for giving gift. Seems i'm no more satisfied with the service. Please if like this flipkart make fake promise with customer. So no one will trust on it

                  The microphone of my moto g (3rd generation) which i purchased from flipkart.com on[protected] is not functioning properly. Initially the phone was submitted in service center for replacement of "display and board" after the 6th month of purchase, due to malfunctioning of the phone. The phone was delivered from service center with a satisfactory working condition. But the micro phone is not functioning properly and it is not audible enough to the person on other end. When i approached the service center they told that there isn't any problem with mic and not accepting the problem with mic. I am really fed up with the after sales service of the motorola.

                    मेने 17 अगस्त 2016 को ऑनलाइन शॉपिंग वेबसाइट पर मेरे अकाउंट से एक sony company का headphone आर्डर किया जिसका मॉडल - sony mdr zx 110a था। उस दिन हेडफोन पर डिस्काउंट दिखाकर 295 रूपए उसकी प्राइस थी। मैंने उस हैडफ़ोन का आर्डर किया तभी मुझे मैसैज मिला उसमे दिखाया हुआ था की आपका आर्डर हमारे द्वारा ले लिया गया है। इस मैसैज की सक्रीनशॉट मैं कंप्लेंट के साथ अटेच् कर रहा हूँ।
                    मुझे बताया गया की हेडफोन के सेलर का नाम ws retail है। मेरा ऑर्डर पुर्ण होने के बाद मुझे e-mails मिले जिनकी भी स्क्रीनशॉट मैं साथ लगा रहा हूँ।मेरे आर्डर की सभी जानकारियां मुझे दी गई जिसमे यह बताया गया की आपके हेडफोन की कीमत 295 रूपए हैं और इसका डिलिवरी चार्ज 40 रूपए भी बताये गए और फिर कुल मिलाकर 334 रुपए टोटल चार्ज था।
                    अगले दिन तारीख़18 अगस्त को मुझे शाम 4 बजकर 27 मिनिट पर मोबाइल पर एक मैसैज मिला जिमसें लिखा था - "Order Cancelled: Sorry, Sony MDR ZX110A Wired ... with order id OD[protected] has been cancelled as the item is not available with the seller at the moment. Please check email for more details."
                    उसी समय मैंने अपने इ मेल चैक किया तब उस इ मेल मै लिखा हुआ था - " Hi Customer,
                    We've just been informed that Sony MDR ZX110A Wired Headphones in your order OD[protected] is unavailable with the seller - WS Retail. As there is no clear date when the Seller will have it back in stock, we understand any further delay wouldn't be ideal. So we've gone ahead and cancelled the item.
                    We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and disappointment caused to you as a result.
                    इस इ मेल में साफ़ साफ़ बताया गया की यह प्रोडक्ट हमारे सेलर ws retail के पास इस समय unavailable है अतः आपका आर्डर केंसल कर दिया गया है।
                    इसके पस्चात मैंने फ्लिपकार्ट की कस्टमर केअर सेवा से संपर्क किया तब उन्होंने आर्डर की डिलिवरी देने से मना कर दिया।और कहा की यह प्रोडक्ट अभी आपको 600 रूपए में मिल सकता ह पर ईमेल में लिखा था की यह प्रोडक्ट ws retail के पास इस समय उपलब्ध नही ह जबकि असल बात यह ह की यह प्रोडक्ट रिटेलर के पास भारी मात्रा में उपलब्ध था।
                    अतः मै यह कहना चाहता हु की यह कंपनी कस्टमरो के साथ धोखा कर रही हैं। यह हेडफोन अभी भी कंपनी की वेबसाइट पर इन स्टॉक ह फिल भी ये यह कहकर पल्ला झाड़ रहे ह की प्रोडक्ट unavailabe हैं।अगर प्रोडक्ट कंपनी के पास था ही नही तो फिर ऐसे प्रोडक्ट के लिए ऑर्डर्स क्यू लिए जा रहे हैं यह मेरी समझ से परे है अतः आपसे निवेदन ह की आप मेरी शिकायत पर गोर करें आपकी अत्यन्त कृपा होगी।
                    They cheated me. ऐसे कटु व्यवहार के कारण मुझे मानसिक क्षति हुई हैं। और गुजारिश करता हु की मुझे न्याय मिले मेरे आर्डर की डेलिवरी जल्द हो एवं मुझे हुई मानसिक क्षति के लिए जुर्माना लगाया जाये।

                        The product shown on the flipkart website is completely different from the product which i received. it cost me 4 days time and embarrassment as i bought this gift on rakhi for my sister. doesn't it count as cheating and isn't our time important. i there there should be a compensation for the time lost and trying to cheat the customer. i have provided the images of original product and product which i received and also the order details. look for yourself and decide.

                          I purchase lyf mobile on 14 of july 2016 . First day onwards i am facing so many problems regarding handset such as touch screen, hanging of the handset, battery is heating to much. I have visited lyf service center, contacted cu.Care of lyf they told me flipkart have the liability to cover the warranty i want to replace my handset or else return my money. As i am completely de satisfied with this product.

                            I have purchased "Redmi note 3" mobile on flipkart. It got delivered on 24 July.
                            On 28 July it stopped working and since then it never started.
                            I filed complaint on 28 July.
                            I asked them for replacement.

                            Their technican visited my home on 1 August as per their procedure and checked device. Phone was dead and he gave me that inspection report.
                            Flipkart rejected replacement claim and instead offered me to return money.
                            I have given them all details (account and address)and still as of today I have not got any refund .
                            They are not responding to my email also.

Else, they will say, you are not rechable. Even today on 20, August 2016 I was asking flipkart support on twitter to call me on the number : [protected]. On which they said earlier that they will send an OTP.
                            I waited for more than 3 hours. Even as of writing (at 8.54 PM) this there is no call from them. Was messaging them continously, but still got no response. These guys are not interested in refunding for defective goods. Very bad experience. Such practices will turn away more customers if such things continue. Hope flipkart understads this.

                            Also note that I am not going to accept any money in Flipkart Wallet. You either refund full money or meet in consumer forum/court.

                              I purchased a pair of shoes from flipkart but the product came in the damaged condition.So, I raised the request same day itself for refund. Next day, item was picked up from me by Ekart and I was handed over the hardslip for this pickup.

                              To my surprise, in evening, I got a message saying "Pickup Cancelled :Pickup of one or more items with tracking id FMPR[protected] from flipkart.com has been cancelled as you decided to keep the product"

                              I called the flipkart customer care explaining the issue and I was given the complaint no. for that and I was given assurance that your issue will be resolved in 24 hours.

                              It's been 7 days now, no action has been taken by flipkart. I called flipkart once again asking for the latest status but they are saying, we can't do anything in this. We haven't received the item from you.

                              I mean, a company like flipkart can go so cheap for few hundred bugs, I never expected that. Will definitely personally recommend to everybody to stay away from a super fraud company like FLIPKART.

                                Respected sir/madam

                                Yesterday i placed order in flipkart of Sony MDR ZX110A Wired Headphones amounting Rs.294 and paid. I am so happy to place the order.
                                I got confirmation message also .
                                But today i received message as below

                                "Order Cancelled: Sorry, Sony MDR ZX110A Wired ... with order id OD[protected] has been cancelled as the item is not available with the seller at the moment. Rs. 294.00 will be refunded in your bank account/card by 10 business_days. Please check email for more details."

                                But same seller placed new stock with increased price.

                                Even i asking them to give compensation they are simply saying
                                " this is due to the technical glitch. You are requested to place a fresh order. Apologies!"

                                This is several times flipkart cancelling my orders.

                                So i request you to certain action against on Flipkart and please issue new customer policy and fine them huge.

                                  I ordered 2 mobiles of LYF wind 3 and flame 8 out of which flipkart gave me offer for exchange of my old device- MOTO E. i made the complete payment through card, today when the delivery boy came for delivery he rejected to take the exchange device stating that there is a slight spot on the screen and so it cannot be exchanged. If this is not acceptable to flipkart then why they offer exchange to customer to fool them and then harass them. such details were not asked while ordering. customer wait for their orders with something in mind and they hang up with such hopeless service from flipkart. My mobile is in excellent working condition and am still using it. that small black spot on screen is not restricting me from using it and any mobile expert can check it. This is second time am having problem with flipkart. Next time i will make sure that i dont shop from flipkart and will also inform my near and dear ones.

                                    I bought Aqua-sure water purifier product from flipkart. My experience has been terrible. At first, no one came for product installation as promised by flipkart. After getting it installed somehow by local team, the product wasn't functioning well and was found to be damaged. After a couple of requests from my side, they finally agreed to pick up the product back. However, it is again a while and the product is still lying at my place. I almost get a message everyday from flipkart, that the product would be picked up, and in evening I again get a second message that they were not able to pick it up because of xyz reason. I log in for a customer complaint, and they promise once again to resolve the issue in next 24 hours. Its almost like a routine practice now.
                                    I am amazed to see how a company like flipkart works this way.

                                      Payment rs.60489.00
                                      Payment mode - hdfc credit card payment done from other person account. (card holder name - abhishek nirwan)
                                      Successfulpayment done and confirmation of order received from flipkart.
                                      But on 12.08.2016 without any phone any communication any valid reason flipkart cancel my order with a sms for confirmation of return of my payment done.
                                      Surprisingly i called customer care come to know flipkart hold my order for approval and your verification failed hence cancelled. i replied flipkart did not call me once or ask me any details over email no communication atall more over as this order on paid basis not on cash on delivery basis that need verification.
                                      It is simply flipkart make hype on big sale they dont want to dispat ch product booked at low prises on sale date. otherwise i dont find any reason to cancel my confirmed order.


                                      I want my product booked i. e apple macbook air 13.3 inch at the same price i. e rs.60489.00 today product is showing rs.65899.00 almost rs.5400 more

                                      Flipkart return my rs. 60489 directly to the hdfc credit card without my consent or confirmation. this account belongs to other person and now he is refused to give me my money back. flipkart need to take confirmation in which account i want my money or whether return money to my flipkart money account which is also workable to me.


                                      I want same product at same price rs.60489.00

                                      Also i lost my money paid rs.60489 to abhishek nirwan which today he refused to return. compensate my money.

                                        I buyed a yu yunicorn gold rush of rs 13499 with order id od[protected] from flipkart.com and when it reached at 11/08/2016 evening i keep it for charging and the next day that is 12/08/2016 when i swithched on the phone the got stuck with the logo yu yunicorn and it is just blinking and i, m not able to just switch on the productit has got some problem with power button also i just asked for replacement of the phone with replacement id[protected] and they just said it is a trouble shooting problem and said me to press all the switches at the same time and this diidnt work at all.
                                        And now i had requested for repalcement the second time with replacement id[protected].
                                        They are just trying to cheat people by giving consumers the faulty product and not ready to replace the faulty items
