I purchased redmi prime 3s mobile from flipkart delivered on 31.8.2016 with a problem of display defect.I want to return product company send technician for confirming & technician visit is also completed on 7 Sep 2016 from flipkart.Now there is no response from flipkart not a single call after technician visit & company is not responding & didn't seeing interesting to take my product back order details are OD[protected]. Got a call from flipkart they want my atm card details for refund I refuse to give the atm details said to do the neft or rtgs I didn't understand why the customer care wanted my card details.

    DearSir/Madam we order a led tv of senao insprio brand order number is0d[protected] after receive we check the tv screen is broken as soon as possible we loge a complaint and ticket number is[protected], we also talk on toll free number they assure us for replace the whole part, no body do any thing after 15 days. what is this we can not understand the main problem, is is the trust of flipkart or the service of flipkart, how is make the public trust in your brand name, I think every thing is faq, no body ready to listen if you will not replace this is in a week than we will go to consumer court. and than you will paid my whole money and compensation also and whole charge of court case

      I am a seller on Flipkart from long time. I want to inform you that I got an order of a product which was very costly. So I verified this order from flipkart seller support. They says that this order is guanine and you can dispatch this order to customer. So we packed the parcel and give it to Ekart logistic Partner. But after some days. I saw that I got courier return of this order by customer. Because I know already that this is a fake order and fake customer, as i told you before.

      Now i got this parcel as a return condition. But I am shocked. this is a courier return. But I got this parcel in open condition. How is it possible? This parcel was opened on the way by Flipkart Courier Partner. and when we checked our product. that was damaged, where there are tapping of Ekart and some products are also missing in this parcel. So we will acquire this case in front of media. Because when this order was courier return, than how is it possible that products are damaged and missing. this is a third time when i got return in this condition. Now I will take a step for this. This is a big issue for all the sellers. Help Me Please...

        I ordered fish food and it was delivered on 11.9.16.when I checked its manufacturing date the item was found to be expired. And this item doesn't have return option also. What should I do with the expired product?
        Consumer is advised to file complaint with District Designated Officer (Food Safety) for taking regulatory action. Selling expired food product is an offence under Food Safety regulations.

          I ordered a bluetooth speaker with flipcart on 6th Sep 2016, My mother got the delievery by 9th sep 2016, when i came back home I was shocked to see that flipcard send me the wrong product (Power bank instead of Bluetooth speaker), i immediatly logged a compnlaint, The customer care executive told me that somewill pick the packet by 10th sep, on 10th sep 1 guy came and refuced to reject (Reason giving by him that they not received the mail from customer care), after that 1 again call to customer care for 3 times, they again and again taking replacement complaint but nobody is coming to collect, I feel cheated. Is this the way flip cart working in e commerce industry.

          Nobody even bother for my problem, everybody is giving sympathy only.

            Dear sir / Madam,

            I ordered Micromax 109cm (43) Ultra HD (4K) Smart LED TV on 10/08/2016 with order number : OD[protected].

            I received the TV on 16/08/2016 and commissioned on 17/08/2016.

            From 04.09.2016 the TV image is not playing properly. It is shaking.

            I contacted the Flipkart executive through there toll free number and registered a complaint (no: IN[protected]. But till to date the issue is not closed. The flipkart executive is not responding properly.

            I asked to replace the product as early as possible.

              Sir, afte received my cod orderfor same on7mobile o. NoOD[protected]aug 16.its found one set car wash pipe i sidr the box. I raised several compla to cs/flicart over phone&By Email. But yor cog has given me verious type of email which spoil my time from last month. I send a speed post letter with all fake msils coph&photo graphy of deliverd product. In lasi mail ur sc dept assured me to resend me product eithin 6thsep 2016.But its vain. Yesterday I called to cs custmer support, but receivd a wonderful answer, that they can't do any thing. What a mastermind business policy newly started by mr. Sachin Bansal's coy. Being a reguler customer of your coy, pl take action to refund my money Rs9590/-which I paid for Samsung on7 mobile for my little daughter for her happy birthday which already fulfilled by EBAY with in short perid.. Ur Email section intentionally not giving my update position from last date of commitment. For which we the customer bound togo consumer court within short time. Ur reeply is apricieated. Thx.                 I had ordered for External DVD Writer Black on 21st-Aug-16. Order ID:OD[protected] sold by M/S Tacgears Solutions Private Limited.

                Unfortunately both the time I had received Internal DVD Writer.

                Now I already lost my time and precious pending jobs. Need to log a Complaint, and if possible I may go to Consumer Forum if I do not get the replacement of ordered product and also the refund money.

                  Flipkart gave me the bad quality redmi xiomi note 3 phone. They gave me the worst quality phone. I have seen this phone usually gives a backup of 3 days. In my case even 1 day battery standup is impossible even i am not using any app.

                  Without checking the product bad quality phone sent to me.

                    I ordered One pair of puma shoes and by mistake i got two pairs, as i was not satisfied with the quality of the product i returned both the pairs and they picked up on 19th of August 2016 and till now O havnt Got my refund back to my account. Whenever I call Flipkart Regarding the issue they always give future dates because they are having technical issues. And this is the same procedure that they follow up many times. Can anyone help me out

                        I have ordered a Spacewood Engineered Wood Free Standing Wardrobe (Finish Color - Natural Wenge, 2 Door ) wardrobe from Flipkart on 21 August, 2016 9:12 PM. i got delivered on 27-Aug-2016 after 2 day's Spacewood carpenter came for assembling when he opened it one of the wood sheet was broken he took photo of it & told me to raise request for refund, immediately i called Flipkart customer care they told they registered my complaint, & it will get resolved by 5th Sept 2016. It was not resolved then i called again they told it will resolve by 10th Sept 2016 still it is not yet resolved. Daily when i call them they are saying you will get some update by afternoon or Evening. Added image below these images were taken when Sapcewood person came to assemble the wardrobe.

                        Please help this issue resolve as soon as possible

But after charging for eight hours with rechargeable battery given by delivery men. But the said trimmer is not working.                                   I had odered 2 JBL xtreme and paid full Rs.35880 for the same.But when i received the delivery i found that the box was empty.There was no product in it.I had been calling the flipkart executives from the past 4 days, but they are claiming that they cannot do anything regarding this issue.I have all the call recordings too.The concerned team has rejected my refund by giving a reason that there is too many returns/cancellations in my order list.But the fact is there are not a single cancellation or return in my order list.They are not investigating the matter. They are just pre-determined that they will neither give me the products nor the refund. They are not even replying to my mails. They have completely messed my money..they delivered empty box and now they are not even speaking to me..Very ridiculous.. Now my next step is social media, newspapers and news channels..

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      I have ordered Lenovo Vibe K5 Note which order Id are OD[protected] and amount 11301 Rupees from Flipkart on 04 August 2016 and got it on 06 August 2016. Due to battery issue I placed for return product. Flipkart Courier partner Ekart courier boy had come to pick up mobile when he was checking mobile from his hand mobile felled down on the ground suddenly by this screen of mobile had cracked(damaged) and he not got pick up on 13 August 2016. I immediate complaint to customer care, they told me that they were arranging again for pickup product. I got daily massage and mail for pickup mobile but there was no courier boy had come for pickup between 14th August 2016 to 23th August 2016.
                                      In these day I have called several time to Flipkart customer care but they told me to wait 24 hours for pickup, in lost I have got more tired. On 23 August I talked again to Flipkart Senior customer care and he told me that the request of battery issue was wrong at this time, he was getting new request of screen damage of mobile and canceled the present request. On this request I have get call from Flipkart, he asked about screen damage of mobile and I had told the above fact. On 25th August 2016.
                                      After this again I got massage and mail for pickup mobile on 27 August 2016. Ekart courier boy had come for pickup mobile on 27th August 2016 at 1:30 PM when he was getting mobile for pickup, I asked for receive of pickup mobile and he told me that there was no receive to give because it’s online. I told him that how I knew, you are Ekart courier Boy. I have talk flipkart customer care and told her that Ekart courier boy have come for pickup mobile, he is not giving me pickup receive and she had given courier boy mobile number to verify after verify I have given mobile for pickup to Ekart courier boy on 27th August 2016.
                                      After pickup mobile I have looked on flipkart site for pickup status, on flipkart site its show that pickup request has canceled on 27 August 2016 at 11PM.Emediate I have called to flipkart customer care and told him that my pickup have done at 1:30PM so provide me refund money, he also told me that he was getting request for refund and it will refund my account within 8 working days.
                                      Now I have called daily about status of pickup done and refund, he says daily that to wait 24 hour it will be refund and he is not giving me any massage and mail of pickup done and refund. I have tired with flipkart .
                                      So I requested you to get action on flipkart and provide me my refund amount. The details of order are below.

                                        I had ordered 2 red mi 3s 16gb phone on flipkart... So on delivery date i wanted only 1 item as both items were packed in one box so i called flipkart executive n i told him about the cancellation of one item so he did but he cancelled both the items after i asked him why he cancelled both the orders he is like saying if you cancel one item both the items will get cancel... My point is why he dint told me before that both the items will get cancelled i wanted one item... Really worst experience ever... After asking for solution on that they are saying they can't do anything
