I order a tshirt on flipkart cost 499 rupees.
Durning delivery the when i pay for the tshirt is 500. Then i ask for return of 1 rupee, the courier boy said would u build a building with this 1 rupee.
Then he go away without taking the digital signature saying that signature not required.
My complain is not for money.
The behavior of the courier boy is untorable

The courier boy returnback again and give me 50 rupees and saying to pay 49 rupees. I take the money and when i check i dont have the change...so i told him to dont u hav 1 rupee..
He put his own wallet in his pocket and saying me to keep the 50 rupees...and he move on...
This just happen...and i m registering complaint againt it.

    Ordered a product from flipkart on 14th August, 2016 and received it on 22nd August, 2016. Not found suitable, then requested flipkart for return. Flipkart assured me that they will pickup the item on 30th August, 2016 and refund the amount which was debited from credit card. But no one came on 30th August, 2016 for pickup. Then again raised this issue with Flipkart team. Gave me a date of 7th September, 2016 for pickup but no one come on 7th September, 2016. Then they gave me date of 8th, similarly 9th and now they are saying that they will pickup the item on 17th September, 2016 and My emi's has been started deducting from my credit card.

    Can anybody tell me what should I do now ? Should I approach consumer forum to file a petition ?

    Flipkart team is just doing nothing but continuously giving me headaches, stress and mental agony. I have to wait for 1-2 hours to talk to their higher representatives. What the hell is this ?

        I have done order last year this mobile model number asus zenfone 2 laser ze550kl but got z00ld model which is mentioned clear at back side of mobile below battery but have prrof of order bill which shows same imei number.

        Attaching bill copy & mobile snapshots.

        Its a clear case of fraud by ws reatil. I came to know this because of 4g sim use because not showing any signal for 4g sim.

        Provide me correct solution otherwise i will go to consumer court as i have all call recording proofs done to your customer care and bill copy, mobile about phone details showing same imei number as mentioned in bill.

          I have ordered Dell Inspiron Intel Core i3 (5th Gen) - (4 GB/500 GB HDD/Linux) Z565103UIN9 3558 Notebook with order ID OD[protected] on 7th September 2016 with expected delivery by 9th September. This item has not been delivered yet.
          This is not at all expected from e-commerce giant.I was asked to wait till 12th September to get this product delivered.It is quite hectic for me to leave my daily work and just wait at home to receive this item.
          So I would request you to look into this matter and provide some solution.

Itni Bakwas Company he FLIPKART jo jese selller sale krte he kuch rules terms condition he hi ni, Kese customer satisfy hoga, Satisfaction is the most important assents for the company .agr product shi hota toh kyu return krta, images dikhate kuch aur h bhejte kuch aur.

                Ordered Stylori 18 Ct Diamond Studded Ear Rings on 31.07.2016 and made payment of Rs.9492/- through Credit card. Scheduled date of delivery was 09.08.2016. But the item was not delivered. FlipKart Customer support was contacted on 11.08.2016 and subsequent dates on daily basis. Each time Flipkart was asking for more time. Since the item was not delivered till 16.08.2016 and there was no assurance from Flipkart that the item would be delivered, the order was cancelled on 16.08.2016.
                It was assured by Customer Support that refund would be made within 08 working days. but refund has not been received so far. Mails and calls to customer support were responded without fail but the money was not refunded; instead each time some more time was asked for.
                Five mails were sent to company's CEO Mr. Binny Bansal ; but, even the issue has not been fixed till now (08.09.2016, 2115 hrs).

                                I had ordered Lenovo Vibe K5 Note on Flipkart.com on 2nd September, 2016 and the expected date of delivery was 8th September. On 7th sept, I could see an Address-Pincode Mismatch message when I tracked the order on their site. I immediately contacted their toll-free number[protected] and the customer care confirmed the address and told me to ignore the message and assured me that my order would reach me by 9th Sept by 7.30 pm. On 8th Sept morning, I received a message saying that your order has been cancelled. The shipping service, EKART Logistics did not even call up to inform and confirm about the address mismatch and directly cancelled it though there was a number given with the address. I have been contacting customer care since then, as it was a gift, i needed it to reach urgently and it was highly inconvenient to order it again. The customer care hung up thrice on me after saying me to stay on hold. The fourth time, a senior executive convinced me to place another order assuring me express delivery from their end. He told me to place the order and write a mail to [protected]@flipkart.com and mention my order Id in there so they can assure its delivered by 10thSept. I placed the order and dropped the mail but again a reply full of "sorry" and "we regret the inconvenience " came and they refused for express delivery, taking another full week time to deliver it. Even after calling them 5 times that day and talking to different people for 3 straight hours, all they reply is with sorry. I just wanted the product to be delivered on time as there was no mismatch of the address and the pincode as I have ordered on the same address from other popular sites as well and have always got Door-step and even before-time delivery. They assure you on call for timely delivery but wont write that in the mail cause actually they will be doing nothing about it. I have placed two orders now each amounting 13, 999 and I am still not sure if the product I ordered the second time would not be cancelled by itself and returned like the first one. It has caused me a lot of inconvenience and has caused me emotional, mental and financial stress.

                                    I had purchased an item online from flipkart but due to wrong size, i returned it and asked for refund. The flipkart page says that refund is always initiated but it is not. I hv not got the refund till date. The order id is: OD[protected]. The orders page says refund completed.                                       I Ordered Redmi 3s mobile and expected delivery date was 9th Nov. 2016. Later I got another message from flipkart that my order has been cancelled. I enquired from customer care and got to know that there were some technical issue so it happend and advised me to place another order. They also said that my order has been cancelled by local saller "Shreyash Retail Pvt.Ltd."
                                      Why should I suffer?
                                      I want my order to be delivered on expected date that is 09/09/2016.

                                        This is my worst experience ever in five years as i order it flipkart on 29th august and i recieved the phone on 30 august
                                        BUT the samsung phone soft keys is not working (recent tabs touch key) so i complained the very same to flipkart but they insist me to download there app smart check, next day after 4-5 smart checks they didnt optimise the problem
                                        after that flipkart executive said me to take the phone to samsung service centre and if they found any problem and also if they give me DOA that means DEAD ON ARRIVAL then only i can return the phone .after that i went to samsung care and they told me the phones touch screen and display does not fitted properly its a manufacturing defect and they kept the phone for DOA after 3 days i was called by samsung and they give me DOA certificate and sealed phone
                                        after that i mailed the same DOA to flipkart ([protected]@flipkart.com) from my email id raosumit.[protected]@gmail.com and they reply that it will take 2 days to review my problem
                                        now today is 9th day from the day i recieved the phone and flipkart service really make me cry
