I have ordered a yu ynicorn mobile from flip kart through credit card, promised to deliver on time by 18 th, after 2 days.. Product haven't reached and i checked for address, incomplete status. So i called to flip kart number and changed my address for product delivery, that said they notified the issue and they will send shipment by 21 july, 6:30 pm, till today that is 22 july 11:5 pm no one answered or delivered, - so out of disappointment, i have cancelled my order. Now they are saying that i will get my money refunded only on 5 august 2016. Mistakes are made by flip kart people and i have to face financial problems and still disappointing for a regular customer. I have all recordings and messages regarding the conversation for proof. Hope some will answer this as early as possible, before i published in any main pages of daily news papers.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
He then took my debit card no from me and further asked for expiry date, CVV No, which i neglected to give. He forced me, but as i said that it it not required to refund, he immediately disconnected the call.
THIS IS A BIG RACKET BY FRAUDSTERS USING THE CONSUMERCOMPLAINTS.IN WEBSITE AND CHEATING PEOPLE. I HOPE CONCERNED PEOPLE AT CC AND FLIPKART WILL TAKE NOTE TO THIS AND TAKE SOME ACTION.
