I have ordered 3 product
1. t shirt which was supposed to be delivered by 23rd not received yet
2. hair dryer which is not working at all
3. puma high ankle shoe i asked for uk size 8 but they are sending uk 11 this happened even i asked for replacement
Very poor customer service.
Initially when i had a word with nikal supervisor he told me that he already placed an order for 8 number shoe n then he said he will try to get it delivered by tomorrow
Later i received a call from the highest level of escalation supervisor name sima she simply denied that no u will not re by tomorrow.
Bilal said i will receive 50rs as a compensation which i haven't received it yet
But i think i should receive more because i had to suffer alot because of this i had to buy a new temporary shoe worth 500rs
So please try to get this delivered by tomorrow

    I have order a product (Leeco -2) on 18th july, but the same is not deliver to me till date, when i check my order status it has been shown that product is cancelled by the flipkart unilaterally without even prior infomed to me.

    I have received a mail from the flipkart on 22.07.2-16 the extarct of the mail are as follows:
    "hi abhinav,
    Greetings from flipkart.com!
    We regret to inform you that our courier partner was unable to deliver following items in the order od[protected]. Please note that we have cancelled following items.
    Item cancelled qty price/unit
    Leeco le 2 1 rs. 6449.00
    We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you."

    The said has been cancelled by the flipkart, if i place the order now then it would cost me rs.8449/- which is rs. 2000 extra as per my previous order. My only complaint is that flipkart has to issue the same product to me at my earlier qouted price.

      I purchased an optical mouse (hp x3500 wireless) from flipkart of "hp" on 10/04/2016 and it has stopped working properly. i feel that the same is a duplicate one.
      Earlier whenever i purchased a mouse (hp, logitech) from a stationery shop it used to work for 3-4 years without any issues.
      First time i purchased it from flipkart and it has seen an expiry within 3 months, can you believe that?

      Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      Its shocking that within two minutes of registering the complaint, i received a call which quote "calling from Flipkart, You have registered a complaint, please provide us your ICICI, Bank of India, Syndicate Bank, Citibank, Indusind Bank Card no so that we can refund the amount you paid, also our person will come to collect the product within 24 hours of refund"
      He then took my debit card no from me and further asked for expiry date, CVV No, which i neglected to give. He forced me, but as i said that it it not required to refund, he immediately disconnected the call.

      THIS IS A BIG RACKET BY FRAUDSTERS USING THE CONSUMERCOMPLAINTS.IN WEBSITE AND CHEATING PEOPLE. I HOPE CONCERNED PEOPLE AT CC AND FLIPKART WILL TAKE NOTE TO THIS AND TAKE SOME ACTION.

        I bought swipe elite plus mobile phone by flipkart product specification do not mach with received same mobile phone. We complaint in flipkart comp. Flipkart not resolved my complaint. Product specification says document viewer in-billed feature but received mobile phone not found document viewer in feature.2-3 times complaint in flipkart but not respond by flipkat.
        O i m requested to u please resolve my issue.

            I have ordered a yu ynicorn mobile from flip kart through credit card, promised to deliver on time by 18 th, after 2 days.. Product haven't reached and i checked for address, incomplete status. So i called to flip kart number and changed my address for product delivery, that said they notified the issue and they will send shipment by 21 july, 6:30 pm, till today that is 22 july 11:5 pm no one answered or delivered, - so out of disappointment, i have cancelled my order. Now they are saying that i will get my money refunded only on 5 august 2016. Mistakes are made by flip kart people and i have to face financial problems and still disappointing for a regular customer. I have all recordings and messages regarding the conversation for proof. Hope some will answer this as early as possible, before i published in any main pages of daily news papers.

              Sir/madam,

              I had bought an item on last year, a back cover of my lenovo a6000 plus. And the product's guarantee is of 1 year but now it is very much earlier get torned from both sides. I am thinking the product is actually outdated because the same product was bought by one of my cousin, but its still new. There is a lots of difference in his and my one, despite our both the products are same. The rubber quality of my product is very much poor.
              From the starting day it pokes me a lot, but i believe that flipkart never gives outdated products, as i had bought a lots of things from flipkart.

              So sir/madam i request you to exchange my product as it get torned earlier from the guarntee date. This would maintain the belief between you and us, as being a loyal customer of flipkart. I shall be very much grateful to you for this favour.

                On 16 jul 2016 during purchase of leeco le 2 mobile having an amount of rs. 11998 had removed twice from the payment source used while placing the order from my credit card.

                Kindly request to you please refund my amount as early as possible.

                I already contact to hdfc bank. They suggested please contact to flipkart.

                    I purchased my swipe handset through flipkart, after 06 months battery is not working, This is a known issue for that company. I gave the old battery to their service centre, but even after 40 days they are no giving new battery, service centre always says service battery was no delivered by swipe company

                    Please help, Iam without smartphone for 40 days, its really pathetic and horrible

                      I placed an order for shoe louis philippe lace up shoes for 2708/- got the delivery of a local used shoe. And when i raise the request for refund they denied saying that i have got the refund for all my past orders. My issue was that i placed an order for 3 things watch belt and shoe.In return i got all fake things, rather then penalizing the courier or the production team the company blocked my account and denied for refund.

                      This is complete cheating for sure i will not leave my 2708 and will make sure that none of my friends or relatives come to flipkart.

                      I purchased Louis Philippe Lace Up Shoes but received a local shoe, on raising my issue they denied to pick up and the courier boy misbehaved with me in my office, opened the bag and shouted on me by saying that you are giving wrong shoe and i will not pick up this shoe. the next day i raised the issue again and the same courier guy called and said if you giving same shoe i will not come for pick up and hung up on me. on calling the customer care team they said they have blocked my accout as i have raised the same request 2 times in the past and denied to refund my money as in the past i have 2 more products which i have returned as per them they were wrong, if they were wrong then why did they accept my request. now they have blocked my account and not refunding my money.

                        I am neha sharma order a product from flipkart, what the order they have displayed in the screen it is totally different from that, which they have shipped.
                        This order is for my one year daughter, why they have given me this completely other product. I really being disappointed.
                        I don't know what to do they completely destroyed my surprise for my sweet daughter and family even i have paid online their price.

                          I have booked a back pack amounted to rs. 1195/- product made by wild craft. Today morning got a sms and similarly at 9 am got a call from e - cart courier boy mr. Samar for deliver the said product.
                          It is unfortunate to me last 3 hrs he harassed me westing my valuable time. Now got a sms order rejected due to not accepted product. It is totally joking with me by your courier partner.
                          Please look into the matter and same courier partner behaving with other customer in same manner.

                            Hi,

                            I just want to raise my concern here about my "hometown fabric 3+1 seater" sofa which i ordered on 6th-june-2016. issue is that - i got only 3 seater sofa only and despite regular follow ups with flipcart cc and home town cc - i have not received my 1 seater sofa yet. they told 1 seater was damaged and hence they need 1 more week time for getting it from some where but since then it has been 3-4 weeks time and they keeps on delaying it further. another major issue from flip cart is that - they were suppose to update the delivery status as "delivered" only for 3 seater but they did it for 1 seater as well. i requested to change the status couple of time but its not been taken care yet.
                            Now i want - either they deliver 1 seater sofa asap or else they should come and take 3 seater as well since it's of no use to me without matching 1 seater... and refund whole amount asap.

                            I have been following up regularly and it has been almost 1 & half month time without any resolution.. i am now kind of fed up waiting for my own purchased product... please help.

                                We ordered lenovo vibe k5 plus (dark grey) on[protected] and got deliver on[protected] from flipkart.com. on[protected] hand set is dead. so we placed an return request on[protected] and connecting to this we received confirmation mail. after that they rejected our request with out showing a reason in flipkart.com. from[protected] every day i am contacting flipkart customer care for the same issue, they are keep on replying wait for 24 hours. but till date issue is not settled.

                                  I purchased Cartier perfume against the order ID for Rs 3, 200+100 delivery charges.
                                  The product is a very diluted version of the original. The perfume does not remain for more than an hour of application.
                                  the seller seems to have either tampered with or have sold me a duplicate of the original and so must take it back and return the money.

                                    Flipkart cancelled my order without my will. I placed an order for the 2nd time now today, and they cancelled the product without a call. When i called the customer care. Once they said you have received a call about confirmation but i didn't received it. The second time they said, due to high number of order cancellation from your account, we've cancelled your order. They can not cancel any order by themself. I request you to take some serious actions.

                                      Tried to call customer twice but customer not responding.                                       Charging while phone is switched off throgh out the whole night charge is upto 28%. now it has stopped to 2%

                                        I have ordered casio g shock watch on 14 july late night which seller has packed and dispatched at saki naka hub Mumbai on 15th itself but they have committed to deliver it max by 20 july so I have waited though delivery address at chandivali is merely 20 mins but they willfully delayed. Now it's already 21 july and I have not received my product. Also they are not specifying any reason for this. I am really frustrated. Does it takes more than 6 days to deliver at a mere distance of 20 mins?
