Reminder
Sir,
I used to get the message on my mobile for the reverse pick up every day, but now a days it is also stopped and the item is not yet picked up, still with me.
the below message I have send them most of the days, but in vain.
Please take necessary action or if it is not possible please inform me, so that I can just forget about flipkart for ever.

Today I received the Flipcover after reverse pick up, , but the seller has send the same model which has been returned, no change in the design as per my order, This is again the substandard item I have rejected.
The item which I received is not as per my order, it is a substandard item of value Rs 228, . the item I ordered is 270+30 =300, which is back side gum type to stick the mobile and the cover, front side cover is stamped with "Galaxy " .
.But the one which I received is of 4 corner holding plastic clamp type cover, stamped "J2" in the front side which is costs only 228. as per your advertising photo and description.
Please check the photos in your site, you can understand the problem.
The shop keeper is not only cheating me, but also flipcart .
The dealer is "DN Enterprises, 3291, Mahendra Park, Rani Bagh, Ground floor, New Delhi.11034.
I have ordered a mob cover for my another mobile some days back, for Galaxy A5, which was the exact model I placed the order.
My son used to order many things from u, but so far no problem. His name is Sreejith, M no [protected], with my same residence address.
Hence I request you to take back the Item, and replace with the same model I have ordered., Otherwise take the item back and give my money back.

Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My name is sumit Deval and i ordered a smart watch by flipcart with order ID:-OD[protected] on date 15-jun and it's should be deliver on date 25-jun which is confirmed by flipcart by tha msg and this product had already shipped by flipcart but at last in 24-jun i received a msg that this product has cancelled by flipcart end.i was awaiting of this product and when i saw a cancelation msg of my product i shocked with this and i am very disappointed with this type of service.and i have already contact with him but they turn blind eye and no any revert i get by them side.
