I am writing this message with a lot of disappointment because of the poor service flipkart is delivering to their customers.
Let me write down the incident that took place today.
My cousin ordered a product for me through flipkart a few days ago, since he is abroad my mobile number was given as the contact number.
The item arrived at my hub (Calicut) on 31 july.
On aug 1st i got the message that the product will be delivered today etc etc etc. But it wasn't delivered on that day.
When i contacted the delivery boy's number in the message i got a reply like this: "i'm no more a staff at flipkart, i resigned from there a couple of weeks ago!"
I expected that it will be delivered on the next day, i got the same message and things just happened like the way on previous day, which means nothing was delivered.
Finally i waited till august 4th, and the same story repeated.
I understood how irresponsible an e commerce website and their official couriers can be, so i went directly to the courier office.
The answer i got from them was very funny, they said like "there is a new hub starting near your home therefore my item has been transferred to that hub, and it will be delivered the next day"
I didn't talk a single word because i found their reply to be least trust worthy.
So i tracked once more and what i found was great, the item just went back to bangalore on aug 4th (Ie today) at 3.02pm. The time at which i inquired in the courier office was somewhat around 4.00 pm.
Now i understood the awesome service flipkart and ekart together provide to their customers and therefore me and all my friends are never gonna make a mistake in the future by purchasing from flipkart.

      I have bought Acer Aspire latptop from Flipkart online but when i check and i found that laptop Touchpad is not working at all then immediately i have raised the request in Flipkart to return the product, then they call up to me and closed the case saying that we cannot return the product as its not our concern and you can contact to Acer company for the same, then i again log the call and i told them don't close the case as i have bought the laptop from you only then they said acer engineer will come to you to cross verify the laptop @ 3rd of Aug at 11.00 AM and I wait for him but no one come then again i call up then they said engineer will come 5th of Aug @ 11.00 AM then again i have wait but no one is come up then finally i call them to return product asap but flipkart representatives keep saying that Acer engineer will come then only will process.

        Dear Sir

        This in reagards to the mentioned complaint number : IN[protected]

        I have been in continuos followup with Flipkart and Dell regarding the defect in my laptop, i.e. their is gap in between laptop flaps when u hold it ...it abnormal gap i.e. the laptop is not closing completely, and their remains a gap of 1cm between both flaps.

        I have lodged a complaint in Flipkart from past 5-6 days stating the complete issue and they are only making fool o[censored]s by telling that their technician would come at my place but when god knows.

        I have been daily calling the Flipkart people and taking to them, again and again narrating whole story, wasting my business days staying at home in expextation of a tachnician to come and check the laptop.

        Sir.. I'm completely disatisfied with the respoence which I got from Flipkart and Dell, though doing so much to explain them.

        Please this is request to the Flipkart or Dell to resolve this issue as I am in need of Laptop urgently, or to compensate me in monetary terms.

          Actually i had selected a jacket and its price was 990 and shipping charge of 50 and i had kept it in this cart to buy it later but now the price is so high and i wanted to but it at 990 as i have some problems regarding money ...
          So i would request you to give it at 1040 as when i had kept it in cart it was 1040 today i checked it was showing 1895 rs
          So i would request it to plz give that jacket in 1004 it is very imprtant for us to buy it.

            I was about to order a phone from flipkart called "Redmi Note 3" which had a price tag of Rs. 9999/- . As soon as i reached the payment portal i choose netbanking as the payment method.
            Selecting my bank as "J&K Bank" i filled up my credentials and proceeded. As soon as i reached the merchants site through which the payment was supposed to be made to flipkart, The process suddenly stopped and There was a message showing that the payment was not successful.
            I immediately checked the bank account, i came to know that money had been deducted from my account. But neither the payment was made nor the order was placed.
            It showed nothing in "My Orders" section of my flipkart account. Upon contacting flipkart they asked me to contact the bank which i think is not fair.
            PLEASE do something.

              My Name is Asif Naseem, On 6th May 2016 I ordered a Lloyd L32FNT LED TV from Flipkart.com
              My order id OD[protected],
              registered email is [protected]@gmail.com.
              It was delivered to me on 14th May 2016. When I switch it ON, I saw a Black line appear on the screen of the TV.
              I complaint to Flipkart on the same Day about the problem, I got confirmation that my issue shall be solved within 6-7days but Nothing happened. I got call from Lloyd's service centre technician and he said that they don't provide services to items purchased from Flipkart and even the customer care executive of Lloyd company said that Flipkart is not even authorised to sell Lloyd TVs and that is why they don't give services on such purchases.
              After 2 and half months on 23rd July 2016 I got a call from FLIPKART that they can refund me the money after 7-8days from the date on which item is picked up but Nobody came to pick up the item, No Technician visited and No action has been taken yet by FLIPKART to solve my problem till today i.e 4th August 2016.
              i don't know why FLIPKART is doing such Fraud... I request Flipkart to please pick up your item and refund my money as you promised as soon as possible.

                I had order on Flipkart in 26 july 2016. and i had received an empty box of iphone 6 on 28 july and given money to delivery boy 38500rs COD. I had only flipkart blue colour packing, brown box, empty iphone box and phone bill.
                but there is no response after the complaint, even Flipkart cancelled my replacement 4 times and today i have complaint to customer support team again but they are saying that we'll solve your problem next 24 hours and that same dialogue i have heared 4 times before, but--
                tell me that where is my fault----MY FAULT IS THAT I HAVE DEAL WITH FLIPKART?
                i have received the empty box it is very shameless incident for those.
                please help me to refund my money soon,
                i am really disappoint to order from flipkart,
                38500Rs is not little amount for me, even not for anyone.

                    Using google search I came to flipkart.com by searching a book. this book is not available in market but flipkart showing it in product list. I filled my Email in wish list and had words with flipkart customer care. they say it will be available soon. But I think flipkart just show products for popularity benefit but dont mind to stock the product. The book has stopped printing but flipkart still showing this book but out of stock. This is like Fooling people to visit the website again and again in hope to see product in-stock though they are never going to re-stock it again.
                    Flipkart Should stop fooling people by showing fake products which they are not going to stock.

                        Someone has created a fake account with my name and mobile number and have placed some orders with order numbers od[protected], 0000, 6000
                        please cancel these orders as i have not placed these orders and DO BLOCK THE ACCOUNT THROUGH WHICH THESE ORDERS ARE BEING PLACED. Please DO NOT ACCEPT any orders from that fake account.. i have alredy sent a mail to inform u about this issue. Pls do take serious action against that fake account to the earliest.. hoping ur earliest cooperation and support..

                                I had ordered a Furious3D T030 Tempered Glass for Asus Zenfone 2. I had ordered that product on[protected] and the expected delivery was on 16-aug-2016 but my product came before its delivery date. I didn't receive the product by lmyself because i was in my collge and after i reached home and opened the box i found that the tempered glass is broken or a defective item. I am very much disappointed with this kind of service. If not refunded my money or exchanged this defective product i am going to sue flipkart soon.

                                  After the delivery of my product (iPhone 6S Plus 16GB), it went off within a week ! I complained the same day after I experienced the problem ! It wasn't turning on ! I have complained thrice for the same ! One tech visit is done ! Delivery boy came twice and didn't replace the product by saying "I won't replace it till the time it is working! " And second time I received a message saying Order Rejected and the delivery boy didn't even visit my place and when I called him up he said there is no reason I should come to deliver the product as it is not even turning on and he won't replace it ! It's been more than 15days I have been facing this problem, I won't a solution to this as soon as possible !

                                        With this mail, i want to bring to notice for all concerns, that a bad event happened with me by flipkart, on dated 19.07.2016. I have ordered a mobile leeco 2 of 11999/- in this deal company has offered me to exchange my old mobile for rs 3300/-. On dated 25/07/2016 i got my ordered mobile, but it is very surprising to me that new mobile handset is getting hang on using normally, for this i have raised a query to company for, returned the order mobile, but instead to exchange or return the defected handset they are denying to give 10 days return policy, this is only a fraud by company, i have ordered so many times from flipkart, if company is doing such type of things with their regular customer then we should take a strong step against them so that they can learn a lesson and stop such type of fraud with customers, if company will not return/ exchange my order then i will surely take legal action against them.
