I have ordered the product of lunch box of topware from flipkart with the order id-od[protected] and when i have received the product that was damaged and it also not genuine product, so i have raise a request for refund twice in between the period of as per flipkart policy but both has failed then the policy period of refund has past. Then i have call to the customer care department thrice, and they have assured...

I want to share my awful experience with you people. I ordered a laptop online od[protected]. I received a defective product. The laptop screen has red dot and after using it for 30 mins it turned into red lines. Within 1 hour of delivery i contacted flipkart regarding the issue also sent them unboxing video

I had ordered Battery Model BL243 of Lenovo A7000.The battery capacity is claimed to be 2900MAH but the battery last only till 4 Hours after fully charged.
Please do not sell duplicate products by giving 50% off on the MRP.
The Battery is not working as per it has been claimed.I am returning your product and won't ever buy any electronics accesories from flipkart....
