I purchased a easy life magic mop from flipkart, but after delivery I could not check it for 10 days as I was out of station when I came back and checked the product, I found it of poor quality, broken, used and was badly packed. Infact it is not a easy life mop as I am a old user of the above product and it is very different from the product delivered.
Now flipkart people are saying that 10 days are over and we cant't take it back, and they know that the product is of poor quality and the have accepted the same, than also they are not ready to change it or take it back.

I am attaching the picture of the product and the description too.
Image 1- dirty and used mop.
Image 2 and 2- poor quality plastic
Image 3- tilted rod
Image 4- broken plastic part
Image 5- the carton in which mop was packed.

I request you to solve my problem so that same thing is not repeated again and request everyone reading not to purchase any product from flipkart.

      I have purchased Le Tv 2 mobile from flipkart with availing offer of double data from vodaphone offered by flipkart.But I have tried lot of time it doesnt activated also i am in continuously followed up to vodaphone and Flipkart, both are denying and not entertaining me..Flipkart just giving me next date on so on

        Booked le 1s eco mobile which was showing 4 offers but when parcel revived but no offers products received, when talked customer care they ask for the snap shorts at the time of booking which no one has.
        & even they are not ready to take the parcel back denying the offers totally
        So while booking order on flipkart, every one should take screen shorts of each page while confirming the order

          I have ordered a 3 in one product from Flipkart. But What i received is one single product. Had informed Flipkart throught messages, mails and calls. But no response. Have been hearing that Flipkart is not reliable anymore but now its being experienced. Request all to be beware.

          First time Flipkart rep assured to get a resolution. After a week of followup no response.
          Third time they say it is out of policy date. The complaint was not received without policy date. In that case how could the first rep assured resolution. Though he did not act more than that.

            I ordered remington curling wand. The delivery of product is after 31 days. I have waited but when i tracked the shipment of order itstatus undelivered due to incomplete address. But previously i have order bag to same address and it got delivered.. But now how can this happen..

              Sir,

              There is problem with mobile speaker and mike. Delivery of the handset was received on 6th july and immediately after the date i am doing regular follow up with the flipkart sometimes on phone, sometimes on mail. They told me to take confirmation of defect from their store by visiting the same. I have mailed them job sheet as well containing the defect but thereafter they have blocked my phone number as i am not able to contact them and there is no reply of my mails. I am receiving messages from them that our customer care will call you by this date but i am not receiving the same thats why i am escalating the same.

              Please resolve my issue. I was my mistake to purchase something from flipkart.

                On 28.7.2016 i received my ordered consignment 'lion transparent squar weighing machine' but surprisingly the machine was broken.

                Out of 4 bottom base 2 bottom base are broken due to which machine is not giving correct reading. its all 4 bottom base are having electric circuit but due to 2 damage base it is not working properly.

                The said product was look like properly packed in corrugated box, i can surely say that it is not damaged during transportation because the damage part was missing from the box. it means the defective piece has been delivered to me.

                This is one type of cheating flipkart has done with customer. i will run online campaign for awareness that not to buy any product from flipkart

                    I am really unsatisfied with your service. How could you cancel my booked order without asking me? Is this flipkart service??? I want back my booked cell phone in any condition. You should book same with automation process. Really team i have fed up with your services and customer care too. Still i am trying to know that how my order been cancel without asking me but still i am getting only one word we are sorry sir..

                    I will never ever suggest to anyone for you. I dont know what should you do but i want my cell phone back. This was not my mistake. So please close this issue asap and delivery my items before give date.

                      I purchased this item http://www.flipkart.com/honor-flip-cover-4x/p/itmeb8y6frhzy8h6?pid=acceb8y6pyvcm... for mrp i.e. 799 and received it just yesterday and today when i wanted to order another for my friend the price became 229 (71% less). why this cheating? ws retail is a subsidiary company of flipkart so flipkart cannot be-fool me by saying or arguing or explaining that its due to market factor and bla bla bla. the fact is that they are not selling the item at loss even at this price (i.e. rs. 229). then why did they cheat me?
                      I will make hue and cry everywhere from now onward unless my grievance is settled by giving me back my money. i will be posting this on social media to spread awareness among people of flipkart's cheating and looting. flipkart either return me the difference amount else i will be making my grievance and pain and loss public everyday on social media and everywhere about this painful experience. even if i don't get justice by doing so, however, at least it will create some awareness among public.

                        Purchased an hp laptop and found that network adapter is not working properly and raised complaint. They said by monday 25 july there will be technician visit. Then again they said it will be done by wednesday 27.07.2016 and again by friday 29.07.2016.
                        Their escalation team member says on call that if there is no visit by wednesday then as policy we will give you refund or replacement and when called on thursday... This time escalation team manager says it can't happen. Then he gives me another option to wait for one more day till friday and if visit doesn't happen the person then it is your call. I asked what is meaning does it mean if i ask for refund or replacement you will provide he says no...

                        Then call gets transferred to higher manager and again same thing wait till tomorrow and if doesn't happen visit then we will escalate but not provide refund or replacement.

                        Now i am sure that i am not going to get money at all.

                        This is first and last product i am buying and will tell to all my relatives and colleagues and social media what kind of service flipkart provide and never purchase anything from them.

                          Why my order cancelled, i already received order previous but this time i really disapointed with your service not a single call from your side this site i never visit again.                             I have purchased a mobile asus zenfone from flipkart and it was delivered to delhi and i gifted it someone in mathura and after some day we have realized the phone is not working properly, so i have raised a return request and contacted the flipkart to take it return back and they have told me they can' t come to collect the mobile, we have to do the courier ourselves at the flipkart warehouse bangalore. so i do the courier only after the confirmation at the flipkart end that the courier charges are rs. 1550. they said we have just send them the courier receipt and they will refund without any issue. but it is almost one month they are not refunding my courier charges. i am calling them almost everyday but they are giving me some stupid excuses and just fooling me.

                            I want my courier charges back asap and i think flipkart should make his commitment if he wants to have a healthy relationship with his customer.

                              I had purchased a mobile handset i. e. asus zenfone max [ back] on 22/07/2016 worth rs.9000/. there was a problem in the handset of hanging. so i requested to replace my product on flipkart website.
                              After that they called us and told me to reset my phone, then i done the same
                              Still the issue remain. then i again requested for replacement, then they said to download a smart check app on my phone so that they can check the issue.
                              Afterthat i done the same and issue is also remain same.
                              Then i requested for the refund on the website 2 times, then they called us and they are saying that to do these thing again and again
                              And they are not giving my refund
                              I said them that i just want my refund so that i can buy another company's handset
                              Still they are ignoring us again and again
                              So i want to file a complain against the flipkart company

                                Ordered a product to my location and displaying able to deliver successfully at your location. Ordered successfully but next day evening after tracking my order it is displaying already shipped but suddenly received message that order has been canceled automatically and refund will be get after 8 days.

                                Now my question is if your currier service is not able to deliver particular location how user can placed order successfully (Please see the attachment). Why customer should wait for 8 days if cancelled by flip kart. That means you have no connection with your currier service department. Unnecessary you harass your customer.

                                  This is regarding refund related for order - od[protected].

                                  I was facing a problem in my lava a72 4g that it was getting auto switched off so i have submitted it to lava service centre on 22-jul-16, as per service centre there is mother board issue in my phone.

                                  I have purchased it on 03rd jun’16 and i was facing some issue in this device so i had called on flipkart customer care on 19th jun’16 for the same so flipkart has sent a new device as a replacement then again on 20th jun’16 i called to customer care and said that i don’t want replacement i want refund for it then flipkart cce said that “sir, please keep this device in your hand and check if you will face any major issue in it then not in only 1 month after 1, 2 or 3 months also we will refund the total amount to you.”

                                  Now, i am facing mother board issue in it and i called many time and sent emails regarding same but flipkart is refusing for refund and they are saying that you have to contact to lava as 30 days warranty period has exceeded.

                                  Now, i wants my money back my phone is in service centre and it is under repairing and i have send job sheet (wo) for the same to flipkart.

                                  Please help!!

                                  Wrong commitment done on call on[protected] from Flipkart as "if you will face any major issue in your mobile then after 1, 2 or 3 months also we will refund the total amount.” but now Flipkart is refusing to refund and they are saying that you have to contact to brand (LAVA) because 30 days warranty period from our side has exceeded.

                                    Flipkart is showing that my item has been delivered but it is not the case. It never even reached my city. They even emailed me that my item has been delivered. It is absolutely ridiculous. I was tracking my order and last I saw it was somewhere in Bishnupur (far from where I live). It is clear to me that someone "misplaced" my product and I am not getting it any time soon. I simply want a refund.

                                      I want to let you know that i have purchased a samsung galaxy s6 phone with flipkart costing rs 33900. The amount was paid in cash. I am a very new customer to flipkart and the phone is my first purchase. As i ordered it on 24th of july 2016 it get delivered on next day 25th of july 2016 in between 2 to 3pm approximately. I have paid the money to courier executive and he handed over the parcel to me.Infront of him i have checked the courier where initial plastic cover was sealed and internal phone box was not sealed. When i open the phone box in the space of phone there was wood frame, except all accessories are on the order.Infront of courier executive i make a call to customer support and a complain was registered. And also on the same day replacement was also arranged luckily. But then i was not will to get the phone from flipkart so i asked for my money and the customer support executiv has told me for that first he has to reject the replacement request. I told him ok. But then he told me call us after 24 hours and we will take the refund request. Mean while on the next day i was checking my phone from the app i have raised the refund request which continously get rejected twice saying that i have done lots number of refund and replacement. So today 28th of july it is still not received and i have been waiting for my money. Even i am not able to call them they might have done something on my number, as it always reflect busy.

                                      I ordered a mobile phone realme 8 pro on 25 March 2021. When it was
                                      delivered to me on 27 March 2021. The product I recieved was emptfill with
                                      rough papers or not any mobile in the box . We raise a return request for
                                      this incident regarding refund. You block my flipkart account or not give
                                      me my refund for this incident. I also Shop from the flipkart in future but
                                      you block my I'd or not give any resolution for this incident . If you want
                                      any I'd proof from me I am ready for verification of identity. If you want
                                      any proof for missing item we have some photo of empty box. But sir please
                                      resolve my issue as soon as possible. Today date is 24 April 2021 almost 1
                                      month done for this incident. Or you can not give me my refund . Please
                                      help me I am belong to a poor family. And I purchased this mobile from my

                                        Your courier people claim to deliver only between 10pm to 3pm, so either customer need to take leaves between delivery dates or resign from the job and stay at home to receive the product.

                                        They do not call before coming and then claim as if they are the customer and customer's are beggars and flipkart is the only service providers.

                                        Very rude as in "toh ab kya kerna hai, cancel ker do order"

                                        Is there is flipkart policy that product will only be delivered between certain time of the day.

                                        I will go with snapdeal, they are better in these terms. Please cancel my order.

                                        Resolution: Spoke to customer and informed that we will arrange delivery for him as we have window till 7Pm for standard delivery and 9PM for Express delivery. Customer want delivery on saturday by 11Am hence informed we will try as he had already ordered from Snapdeal if Flipkart not able to fullfill his requirement he will go to Snapdeal.
