Payment mode - hdfc credit card payment done from other person account. (card holder name - abhishek nirwan)
Successfulpayment done and confirmation of order received from flipkart.
But on 12.08.2016 without any phone any communication any valid reason flipkart cancel my order with a sms for confirmation of return of my payment done.
Surprisingly i called customer care come to know flipkart hold my order for approval and your verification failed hence cancelled. i replied flipkart did not call me once or ask me any details over email no communication atall more over as this order on paid basis not on cash on delivery basis that need verification.
It is simply flipkart make hype on big sale they dont want to dispat ch product booked at low prises on sale date. otherwise i dont find any reason to cancel my confirmed order.


I want my product booked i. e apple macbook air 13.3 inch at the same price i. e rs.60489.00 today product is showing rs.65899.00 almost rs.5400 more

Flipkart return my rs. 60489 directly to the hdfc credit card without my consent or confirmation. this account belongs to other person and now he is refused to give me my money back. flipkart need to take confirmation in which account i want my money or whether return money to my flipkart money account which is also workable to me.


I want same product at same price rs.60489.00

Also i lost my money paid rs.60489 to abhishek nirwan which today he refused to return. compensate my money.

    I buyed a yu yunicorn gold rush of rs 13499 with order id od[protected] from flipkart.com and when it reached at 11/08/2016 evening i keep it for charging and the next day that is 12/08/2016 when i swithched on the phone the got stuck with the logo yu yunicorn and it is just blinking and i, m not able to just switch on the productit has got some problem with power button also i just asked for replacement of the phone with replacement id[protected] and they just said it is a trouble shooting problem and said me to press all the switches at the same time and this diidnt work at all.
    And now i had requested for repalcement the second time with replacement id[protected].
    They are just trying to cheat people by giving consumers the faulty product and not ready to replace the faulty items

        On freedom sale on 10 aug 2016, i ordered lg led tv of 32 inches,
        Today (14 aug 2016) service guy came with the product, and i asked to open and show the product, after opening the product it contains scratches on the display, i got shocked and return from there only.
        But i communicated with the customer care, the response is very bad, and also i didn't expected, this type of the service from the flipkart,
        I am customer since from 4 or 5 years i purchased so many goods, from the flipkart.
        After the incident i raised so many complaints, no solution oriented response. no is bother about the issue i waited for one week of my order, still product is not delivered, amount is deducted and converted in to emi, bill already generated.

          Till this point everything was good, used for exactly 13 days, 13th day evening ghost came in... Screen started scrolling itself, apps opened automatically, calls connected and disconnected automatically. I switched of the phone, took it to lenovo service center in bhubaneswar. The tech guy told me that this is a major device fault in sensor, as it is only 13 days old you should contact flipkart customer care.

          I contacted... Now i am telling what flipkart writes everywhere 'har wish hogi puri'. What wish you are fulfilling? This is the 6th day of me contacting flipkart customer service, nobody asked me for anything in the first hand, promised me, my case will be resolved in 24 hours, every 24 hours it got extended by another 24 hours, although they are good in sending sms and emails regarding this extension. Every 24 hours i used to call the customer care. A new executive another promise of resolving the issue in 24 hours... Ooofff... Mera wish kahan gaya bhai... You cracks, half mads,... Finally i got irritated and asked the guy who picked up the phone, what is happening.
          Another twist... He told me they are waiting for job sheet from my end... Hmmm what job sheet? You bogus cheaters... Who asked me for a job sheet in these 5 days when i was making std calls paying money for that too... No one... Now you woke up and asked me for a job sheet from the lenovo service center. I hope shopclues customer service would be better than yours... Atleast we know they may cheat... You are beasts behind good faces.

          I was furious and shouted that guy. After 20-30 minutes a lady called me from flipkart... Just imagine what was her say... We are not responsible after 10 days of delivery, lenovo guys should take care of this. Wow... What was those 5 days of waiting to get my case resolved?? Either you are all drunkards... Or you have some form of psychiatric disorders.
          Now i am back to the lenovo guy and asking what can be done.
          Moral of the case:
          No wish hogi puri...

            I placed an order for two items (Kizil back cover for redmi 3s prime (Multicolor) & carefone tempered glass guard for redmi 3s) on 17/08/2016 and payment also made through net banking through sbi portal and the confirmation for payment was shown and also the money was deducted from my sbi account. But when checked my account's order list, order not placed for both the item. Please do the needful to refund the amount or place the order.

              I purchased one iphone 6s+ 16 gb model from flipkart on 3rd august 2016.

              Product got delivered on 4th august.

              After switching on the phone found below two issues :-
              1) during call the sound of voice was too low and we were unable to listen the voice both sides.
              2) when the vibration is on, after getting call on the mobile some strange sound is coming from phone.

              After finding these issues, i immediately called to customer care and complained about it. Though i was not convinced about the replacement option they told to go with replacement and initiated the replacement..

              Later i called the customer care and asked them that i want a refund for the product on 8th august. Please note the replacement was not yet delivered to me. But they rejected my refund request without giving any reason.

              Since then every day i am calling on flipkart customer care for refund and every day they are telling they will process the refund.. But it never happened..

              One technician named daya () also came and checked the phone and confirmed it to be a faulty one.

              Instead of refund (Which i am asking for), they raised multiple replacement request without my consent.

              Multiple time i asked to do the refund fast since there is 10 days refund policy. But they kept on delaying it.

              Now after 10 days, when i am asking customer care person to process the refund.. He tells he doesn't have authority.

              This is a serious crime and a big fraud being done by flipkart.
              When it comes to delivery they do in 24 hours.
              Why the hell even in 15 days the refund is not processed.
              Its too much disappointing from a company like flipkart..
              There is no wonder why amazon is becoming popular..

                  It is not always about money because that is something which one can be ignored, but its about sentiments in my case.

                  My sister has ordered Raakhi Track No. FMPP[protected] from Flipkart well in advance i.e. a week prior, but they were unable to deliver it even today.

                  When i called them to address that your delivery person has never called me for this delivery and have only texted to say unable to contact, they mentioned that the product has been sent back to warehouse and cannot be reship to me now.

                  I insisted that tomorrow is Raakhi day, please try and deliver it today on which the Floor supervisor Deepali extended apology and denied that its not possible.

                    I had bought moto x play phone after seeing several positive reviews. Even some of my friends own it.

                    When i saw the phone after un-boxing i felt something wrong. The phone at first glance seemed to have been used before. There were smudges and scratches on the original screen guard. I removed it and the phone looked nice. I was happy.

                    Then after 2 weeks when my battery died completely (I did not let it die completely before) i decided to charge it. When the black screen came on with a large battery symbol i could easily see some blue spots. I looked closely and found out many of the pixels spread across the screen were defective.

                    I am seriously disappointed with flipkart and would never buy any electronic product from them. They are cheating with us.

                      I order an asus x205ta for rs15980/ fourth generation laptop and now they have sent me an asus e200ha third generation. Which is rs 900 cheaper now they are not giving me the actual ordered product as they say its out of stock but i did see it in the stock now with increase price of 18000/.
                      I am not sure what to do they are saying that they wil have to refund the money but i cant afford to loose work i work from home and i want to use it i just asked them for the correct invoice so that i can claim my warranty they are deniying me the correct product as they say its out of stock and they are also denying me the invoice and waranty for the product that i have recieved please i need help i want to sue flipkart for being so stiff

                          I bought moto x play mobile through flipkart. Since i had a delay in getting my nano sim card i couldn't check the product immediately on the day i received it i. E on 01-aug-2016. Only on aug-17-2016, i came to know that i couldn't hear voice on other end through phone speakers & only through loud speakers and headphones i could hear the call. Since it had only 10 days replacement policy and because i checked 17 days later, i am unable to get the replacement from the seller. I tried to contact flipkart customer care person but customer care is fully automated with recorded voice. The defect in the product i got is totally manufacturing defect and not damaged by external causes, so i couldnot accept and agree to pay 18k for a defective product. Hence flipkart must take this into consideration and replace the defective product with a correct product. My order id is od[protected]. Action is expected asap... :- (

                              My order OD[protected] from flipkart was put up for return the same day i received it on 21st July. It is close to 1 month now, no one has come to pick up the item and the amount has also not been refunded. I complained about this to the customer care almost 3 times on 3 consecutive saturdays. Each time they have promised some action on it but nothing seems to happen. the return status on the website is mentioned as cancelled without any valid reason. This is highly unacceptable and very callous behaviour from the flipkart executives.

                                Every time i order from flipkart i receive a fake 3rd quality china product with logos and symbols of the respective brand. These products are not even woth 10 percentage of the cost i pay for them. Anyone who wishes to order from flipkart please be prepared that you will either receive a totally different fake and cheap product or you will receive a fake with same name. Never expect flipkart to deliver you what you expect or what you have paid for.

                                  Flipkart should stop selling mi products as they are not at all good and service is not at all given by company. So if some problem occurs it's your duty then the customer should get best services by company.. I bought mi4i phone from your website of xiaomi company. But the product is not at all good..                                     I ordered a apple watch order no od[protected]. Which is deliver on 6 aug. I received a chinese watch instead of my orignal watch. There is no mrp on the box. First it was completely packed in newspaper wrapped. Its a very bad seller and he cheated me. Before opening the packing i click the pics of the packet. I m regularly complaining about it from 6 august night. But there is no action taken yet. Pickup boy is not pickup the packet yet. Every time when i complaint he say the packet is collected by ur address but they cancel the return by giving we r not received any mail to pickup this. Which i complaint also. I dont expect such expensive item to be delivered in this way. I would also not want to replace this as told i cannot take chances of replacing such expensive item. So better i will be returning this product so please refund my money back. I order original not chinese

                                      -I have placed an order of WD My Passport Ultra Secure Portable Drive 2 Tb Portable hard drive (Berry) on 11-Aug-2016 to my friends address, and on 16-Aug-2016 received at same address. When i opened the package i was stunned because the product which i order is completely different from what they have delivered to me. They delivered me this WD elements 1 TB Wired External Hard Disk Drive (Black). Then i requested for replacement of the product which I have ordered earlier on 17/Aug/2016 in flipkart website. But i didnot get any rsponse from them.

                                        Dear all,

                                        Here am sharing my bitter experience with flipkart, to create awareness about the fraudulent works done by total flipkart team.

                                        Order od[protected] this order was made on 12th august @9.40am. When i place this order i was forced to select the scheduled delivery of august 17th 8.00am to 12.00pm slot. After placing the order i received a mail stating that i will be receiving my washing machine on 17th aug. But after 20 hours i received a mail from same flipkart team that my delivery schedule was changed to 19th aug.

                                        To know the reason i called cs team on 13th aug, an executive named shrikanth - he committed to deliver the product on 17th aug itself and rescheduled my delivery slot. Ref no: in[protected]. So as a buyer i was eagerly waiting to receive my product to receive. But no improvements in my order status till 16th of aug.

                                        So again i have contacted cs team, and i was treated like a slave and i was forced to select the delivery slot of 21st august 2016 at 8.00am to 12.00pm. Again the floor supervisor ms. Pooja committed that in the next one hour i would be receiving a mail about "seller has approved your item". But nothing was received as committed.

                                        Today - 17th of aug till 9.30 am i did not receive any such mails, so obviously i called the flipkart (It is not flipkart - we can better mention flopkart, fraudkart, etc) cs team. I was treated in a very arrogant manner by ms. Jothy - cs executive and mr. Raghul - (He mentioned his designation as sr. Executive, escalation, floor incharge). These two persons especially mr. Raghul has no manner to ask apologies for their continuous mistakes and wrong commitments. He spoke with me in a very rude way and provided a very lethargic answers.

                                        After this again the delivery schedule slot was changed to 12.00pm to 4.00pm on 21st august without even informing me by the flipkart team. I really don't know when i will be receiving my product, whether i will be receiving or not. I paid 11k+ for the product. My money is hold by flipkart team for the past 5 days without any improvement on my order.

                                        Atlast the whole flipkart team wants - forces (It is a correct word) customers not to ask any questions, customers should accept whatever the mistakes happened from flipkart team.
                                        No update till now even after an escalation to cs team head - [protected]@flipkart.com.

                                        My mail is to create awareness amongst online buyers, not to purchase anything with this flipkart fraud site, better you can choose other online sites or direct stores instead of getting this kind of worst services. Flipkart must be banned by online e-commerce site regulatory authority. Searching for that, i will surely proceed this in a legal way.

                                        My complaints against flipkart team:

                                        1. Failed to deliver the product within the committed time while place the order.
                                        2. Lack of service even after getting 100% money from customer.
                                        3. Customer was treated in an arrogant way by flipkart executives.

                                        Very poor service i had ordered sony xperia xa ultra, i got the message it will be delievered by 11 august, 2016 yet i did'nt get ..my order ...how much time u will take if my ordered is dispatch so why i am not getting on time, , , , , pls dont do fake promise, , , , , i am cancelling my order am not satisfy with your service.
                                        There has been increasing cases of people being defrauded in one way or another by flipkart. I was subject to one. I paid for Redmi Note 4 on[protected] and paid online Rs. 12, 999/- through Net Banking and they delivered me an empty box. I escalated my issue with the flipkart customer service several times but they just extend their apologies and sometimes even made lame excuses like their computer is not working or something along those lines. How pathetic it is for a company aspring to complete with Amazon to install systems that does not work properly. Be careful when you are dealing with Flipkart. I have not received any solution as to my problem yet. IT has been more than a month. They are behaving like "you are lucky that you to atleast got an empty box, there are many others who didn't actually get anything after having spent thousands. Be happy with what you have."

                                        From my experience I could easily tell you that they don't care about how hard you worked to earn your money, all they care about is their profits. And because these are big conglomerates they somehow come out of the legal consequences neatly.

                                        Here is another incident of fraud from flipkart

                                        It is completely Rude and No use customer support.
                                        I bought a phone from FlipKart on 27th Oct 2017. it is Redmi Note 4 64Gb for Rs 10999.
                                        I used phone for 2 days and found the issue in communication with others. Their might have some issue with the mike etc. Therefore I called Customer support and asked for a replacement but they smarty involve their Third party hire, illiterates Technical support. They do nothing but reset your phone for any issue.
                                        The Technician came and I asked him not to reset the phone as I had already done it twice before. He listened nothing but did what he was hired for- (befool customer). he even did not check the issue after resetting phone and went back saying, "The phone will work perfectly fine now."
                                        I called customer support again as Flipkart go by their damn called technician word rather than customers. I mean it is a crime or buy tensions as product from Fk (Flipkart). Luckily somebody tried to help me and re-arranged everything. I was excited to get the phone replacement this time but they again arranged their Technical visit. I am not sure whether they will return my product or not but I will assure you that the Fk business will end soon for such a PATHETIC support.
                                        It does not end here when I escalated this issue to the so called Manager Surender and next escalation to Mr. XYZ, he kept harping on the same String to arrange the same technician visit. And I told him that I had the word with Technician before calling him and he wanted to reset the phone. he said resetting phone will fix Manufacturing issue too. I am an engineer and I know how it works. so finally it seems as if they pretend to return the phone but they are actually not going to make it happen.

                                        Hi Friends I have ordered my mobile on 23oct. But my order was not delivered as promised by Flipkart team.
                                        Ordered was cancelled saying no response from customer.

                                        Again I reordered Moto G 4+ on 3Nov my order was delivered on 9Nov but the product was used mobile phone and their were damages on it.
                                        Within 30min from time of delivery I placed for return. Mr Chaitanya floor supervisor promised me that my order will be replaced hand to hand by 17Nov but I did not receive and call from FK tem.

                                        Again I called multiple times to CS team they put me on long hold and disconnected my call.

                                        I requested for refund of money on 17Nov CS team told not possible will again deliver my product by 24Nov not sure what will happen this time.

                                        Pls don't buy and product from Flipkart.
                                        Fake promise and fraud businwss.

                                        I am writing this in proper anguish and unfaithfulness in flipkart regarding my last order (OD[protected] which has been out for delivery since 17th May, 2018.

                                        You and your delivery guys are making fun out of me as they never called me ever once for delivery and always update the status as the address incomplete. Mind you that my office zone has dedicated parcel zone for both Amazon and your lowgrade flipkart parcel service.

                                        I have to wait daily extra 2 hours in office past my office hours just to receive the product or a simple call from your delivery.
                                        Called CUSTOMER CARE a thousand time and got that lame ### assurance that they are working on it.

                                        Let me know if you are able to do something about it Or I should cancel this order and close my connection with your pathetic and cumbersome services.

                                        Actually I did purchased a MuscleBlaze super gainer XXL mass/weight gainer 3Kg worth of Rs.1679, which is ordered on 21st Jan 2020 and delivered on 25th Jan 2020. I found different container full filled with wheat flour (Muscle Blaze High Protein Gainer 1Kg) in a seal packed parcel.
                                        I already requested to flipkart team on 27/01/2020 for the refund/replacement of this product and they gave me date of 28/01/2020 for pickup the wrong product, but still they are not solving my problem.
                                        This is my very #Worst experience by Flipkart, because after time taken of more than 1 month flipkart is not providing me justice full resolution.
                                        After face this #irritating problem I will not recommend the use of flipkart to my friends and relatives.
