I purchase redmi note3 32gb gold clr, delivered on 22nd june, but getting problemfrom first day, phone speaker sound is getting ripped, whn we hear sound on loud speaker or watching video or talk with someone on loudspeakers then the sound is getting ripped, i'm complaining to flipkart continuously from 30th june but no action taken by them even no pick up done i tlk with flipkart on there toll free number but they said please wait our technicians do work on it within two days, every they gives excuses same that we have given your complaint to our technicians team they will do work on it & peace is under 10days replacement warrenty by flipkart

    I have ordered redmi note3 mobile but having got this phone i found some corruption in it after thai i requested to replace it and i got a message that your order will be replaced today[protected] but order sales man told me that i[censored] want to replace your order, you have to come in city (indri) from your vilaage (dhanokheri) and i did it but after that he said u have to come in city ladwa. moreover i already come 15 km far from my residence address that i have mentioned during booking order. your sales man is not doing his duty well and his talking behaviour is also not good.

      I had bought an apple charger from the flipkart site and there was certain malfunction in the device, when i went to service center as it was within the warranty period. One of employees in the apple service center informed me that it was a fake product and i could avail no warranty. The charger that i bought under name apple is not working now. And there is no one to claim the liability.

        I have purchased moto x 2nd gen, product was delivered on 14th june 2016, and on 12th july 2016 phone gets off which is exactly after 4 weeks from the date of purchase. Flipkart doesnt take any responsiblity to replace or refund instead blames the customer for wrong returns reasons. Service center guys say mother board has to be replaced. Flipkart executives just ask for sorry and ask me to get serviced and they disconnect.

          Dear sir,
          I ordered a redmi prime 2 mobile handset on 11th june 2016. i got my mobile handset on 16th june 2016 as on cash on delivery, but it's not working battery suddenly down after half an hour. that's why i submitted return request (return id:[protected] on 17th june 2016. yet they did not pick my phone after 1 month i called them upto 5 to 6 times but they told me they did not pick my phone.
          Dear sir the mobile handset had 10 days return policy and i submitted my return request after 2 days then how they did not pick up my phone and refund my whole amount. the amount rs. 6999 is big amount for me please get right action against flipkart and help me to get my money.

            Hi! I have ordered a Roadster Loafter shoe of size 8 but it was big for me so I requested for an exchange on 25th june in size 7 it was suppose to be delivered by 7th July but they were unable to do so. I spoke to the customer care team n they told they will deliver it by 10th July but they failed to do so after that they expected the date to 12th July n then to 15th July but they. Failed again. Finally I asked for a refund for the item no. OD[protected]. According to their website it takes 24 hours to register my request but today it's 4th day n nothing had being done to resolve my problem. please help me to get a solution to the problem.

                  I think flipkart have to banned this type of sellers who deliver a faulty, smelly defective and worst products to your customers the product I have received on Tuesday it looks like someone pick from a dustbin and packed in new cover and then delivered it to me there is lots of smell I think you guys are thinking that customer is fool and stupid in simple way I'm trying to say that we are MAD that's why we are shopping from your site.

                    I order a letv le 2 from flipcart and received on dt 18.07.2016. My le 2 phone is not work properly its battery backup is very low as describe by flipcart i am used equal battery capecity samsung j7 and its battery backup is very good. I am complaint in flipcart cutomer care they told me that download the smart cafe app and they said your phone is working properely and reject my request. I am requested you that please return the product and refund my amount or give me another brand new mobile. I am not satiehfied the flipcart service. They told me that our technical person visit the site and they decide the product defect. Now i am want to return the product it is very bad product as describe by the flipcart 12000 amount is very huge to any middle class family so i am requested that please take action against flipcart

                      I ordered a one plus power bank on july 12th, 2016. It was informed to be delivered within 22nd july, 2016. It was a very urgent thing for me so i was checking the notification mails on the shipping and delivery. Until yesterday i was getting continuous mails confirming the delivery. Since it was confirmed, i didn't look for any alternative options. But yesterday evening i'm getting a mail that it will not be delivered. It is very very disappointing because when i called the customer service, they told me that there's something wrong with the address. But let me clarify that i have received orders many times on the same address, and that too from flipkart. So i don't understand the logic in that. Now there's no time to book a power bank before 22nd july. I have no alternative option. I must say that was a really really bad customer service. Otherwise i must be told before that it will not be delivered. Very disappointing.

                          I am unable to get my digiflip pro xt911 repaired due to unavailability of parts. The service centers here in bangalore are helpless as they are saying that the parts not being supplied by flipkart. This is very frustrating as there is no proper support for the products owned and sold by flipkart. I need the 'xt911 housing' as the existing one is broken. The table is in a working condition but without the housing, it is useless. I have tried calling flipkart and found no help or assistance. Its very disgusting and shouldn't have bought the product from flipkart.

                            Inner lining is not fitted. it is slim fit. but in pictures it is different. the plazo shape of inner cloth is totally different.net is not equal to the inner clothes. so kindly replace it with good one.

                              ...Good phone but very poor Battery and Horrible Camera
                              I was in a dilemma whether to go for K4 Note or Le 1S and after a lot of reviews, i gave it for Le1S. I was so excited that i could book the phone in the flash sale and even more excited till the phone arrived. The phone looks extremely stylish and premium. However, am so disappointed with its Battery performance and Horrible Camera.

                              Cons:

                              1) Battery - Though Le1S boasts of 3000 mAh Battery, its very ulterior when compared to normal smart phones. On the first day i charged the phone upto 80% in the night and to my surprise by next morning it was 20%. This is ridiculous coz considering that i havent used the phone at all in the night and once under 15% the battery discharges in super fast mode and you could literally see the percentage drop. Unfortunately and surprisingly the Screen Time takes the maximum share of the Battery, even though you are not operating the phone. The moment you switch between screens o[censored]se any of the social media app, you can literally see the battery discharging very fast. Because of the poor battery life the whole Premium feel of the phone gets lost.

                              2) Camera - Majority of the Smartphone comes with 13MP Rear and 5 MP Front, but again surprisingly, both the cameras are so Horrible that its impossible for you to take good pics unless supported by perfect light conditions. The 5MP front camera is the worst i have ever seen so far. It does not have many options unlike many budget phones. I still wonder as to what kind of R&D these guys have done before launching this phone.

                              3) Call Quality - Call quality is pretty average with lot of fluctuations. Initially i was under impression that it could be due to poor signal from either of the parties, but after lot of validation, i came to conclusion that its not the signal or service provider, but the phone itself has issues with call quality.

                              Pros:

                              1) - Premium build Quality
                              2) - Good UI and its such a wonderful feeling to browse the phone (Very good Touch)

                              I bought this phone & I was Satisfied of its design and Other Features such as fingerer Sensor lock
                              but I am total Dissatisfied with its camera as the picture quality is worst. Clicked Picture get Blured when I zoom it. Please guys those are photos freaks please do not buy this phone. another thing which i realized is that Comapny Gave 3GB RAm in this phone but customer will only get 1.2 GB available free memory which is too low.

                                I have bought a refrigerator from flipkart. That product is damaged and there is cooling issue also. I called flipkart they said they will send the technician to fix the same. Technician also confirmed the same thing, yes there is issue you can change the product. I again called flipkart now they are telling they will again send the technician. I want my refund now do not want to take a damaged product.

                                  I ordered vu 40 inch tv on 13th may 2016 from flipkart under exchange and the payment was done by debit card, flipkart cancelled my order on 14 may 2016 as exchanged product was not acceptable by flipkart.flipkart sid they have initiated the refund on 14 th may and the money would reflect in my bank account in 8 business days .but till date 19th july 2016 no money was credited to my account .when i called the customer care of flipkart they keep sending me

                                    Hi, i'm christy augustine. I have ordered the above product on 8th july 2016 and got the confirmation that it will be delivered on or before 15th july 2016. On 15th july 2016 i got the message that the product will be delivered before 7 pm, but there was no delivery and no updates. The next day i got the mail that the product was delivered at 1:42 am on 16th july 2016. When i checked the flipkart app i could see the same. When i complained at flipkart customer care they asked me to wait till 20th july 2016. Today i contacted them, then they were asking two more days. Even if i wait for two more days i could only get the information that what happened to my order. They have no idea when it will be delivered. I have paid the money 11 days ago but i haven't got the product yet, and still flipkart can't even say when they will deliver the product. Is this the way you treat your customers.?

                                        I ordered this wild craft bag last week and was assured that it will be delivered by saturday 16th july. On 16th i got message from flipkart that it is out for delivery. But i dint got any call from delivery person. I checked my orders status and it was like no response from customer. Next day again same story. On monday i called flipkart customer care executive but i dint got any information only sorries, she assured me that it will get delivered by tuesday 19th july any how. Again today no response from them. I called customer care executive again today, but the same story again. Lots of sorries nothing else. Now they said on 22nd july you will get your order.. I am fed up now and don't want it anymore. I cancelled it and got a message that once pickup is done, they will refund my money.. I don't know what pickup??? I dint got my product then what pickup they will do.
