I am a resident of indore and under pin 452010 covered by ekart office at metro tower, near mangal city mall, vijaynagar indore.
I had placed an order on 23.07.2016 for purchase of a moto x play mobile as described above under exchange offer of my old moto g mobile bearing imei number [protected] (Purchased on 11.07.14 through flipkart vide order id: od[protected]). The payment of the new mobile was already made by me on 23.07.2016.
Today the representative of ekart came to deliver the new mobile and first checked the product to be exchanged. He was satisfied with the genuineness of the mobile to be exchanged. However, he rang up his boss i. E. Team leader one mr. Mukesh, at the office to confirm the exchange product for which he sent some photographs of the mobile for verification. After a while the boss contacted the wish master and clearly instructed him not to give delivery of the new mobile as the old mobile for exchange did not match up to the company's requirements. He said that the exchange was only of mobiles with 16 gb memory whereas the mobile for exchange is only of 8 gb memory.
Let me be clear that there was no such condition in the application for purchase of the product under exchange offer that the mobile to be exchanged should be of 16 gb memory.
After prolonged discussion with the team leader, it was agreed that the mobile for exchange would be taken to the office for verification and the new mobile would be in my custody until a decision is arrived at.
Since the local representative of ekart has come up with a new condition that did not exist in the application form submitted by me, why should i accept the same and moresoever since the company accepted my application after verification of the details of my old mobile and has not asked me the internal memory capacity.
This is for your kind information since the matter has not been resolved.

      Sir,
      I used to get the message on my mobile for the reverse pick up every day, but now a days it is also stopped and the item is not yet picked up, still with me.
      the below message I have send them most of the days, but in vain.
      Please take necessary action or if it is not possible please inform me, so that I can just forget about flipkart for ever.

      Today I received the Flipcover after reverse pick up, , but the seller has send the same model which has been returned, no change in the design as per my order, This is again the substandard item I have rejected.

      The item which I received is not as per my order, it is a substandard item of value Rs 228, . the item I ordered is 270+30 =300, which is back side gum type to stick the mobile and the cover, front side cover is stamped with "Galaxy " .
      .But the one which I received is of 4 corner holding plastic clamp type cover, stamped "J2" in the front side which is costs only 228. as per your advertising photo and description.
      Please check the photos in your site, you can understand the problem.
      The shop keeper is not only cheating me, but also flipcart .

      The dealer is "DN Enterprises, 3291, Mahendra Park, Rani Bagh, Ground floor, New Delhi.11034.

      I have ordered a mob cover for my another mobile some days back, for Galaxy A5, which was the exact model I placed the order.
      My son used to order many things from u, but so far no problem. His name is Sreejith, M no [protected], with my same residence address.

      Hence I request you to take back the Item, and replace with the same model I have ordered., Otherwise take the item back and give my money back.

          Hi, sir I have ordered a Motorola G3 phone from your reputed e-commerce company in January but unfortunately my second sim is not working in the phone when I put my sim card in it for the first time, it doesn't worked and I am unable to use my second sim in the newly purchased phone and hardly few months old .so I request to please solve my problem as soon as possible.Please see to it what is the problem with my handset .

              I placed an order of redmi 2 note but today that order is cancelled at ur end becoz of address could not be found whereas earlier I got many product on d same address.I have not expected this type of response from FLIPKART .after I talked to customer care no I was known that the pincode provided by me is mismatching with the address given by me .if it was so then all my previous order should not have deliverd at that address successfully. very poor experience .
              What should be course of action regarding this complain notify me

                I have ordered bomber glass hd bm-le2mx tempered glass for leeco le max 2 on 19 july 2016 and item delivered on 25th july. When opened the item found glass completely damaged.. Please replace the item or refund product value to my debit card which used for shopping. As usual please don't refund it to free charge account only can use for flipkart, stop fooling customers.

                  I ordered a shoes of size 8 but received size 7. but in invoice the size is mentioned as 8 but the product received by me is size 7, i tried to return the product with sizee 8 but its now available now.i have attached a photos of invoice, received product, and package(worst condition box)received.i don''t need refund i need exchange shoes of size 8. or i need compensation for the loss.

                    Sir, i have purchased a raincoat of rs.649/- (rf amaze grey xl, rainfun checkered men's - raincoat xl), ordered through flipkart (order date[protected], invoice no-f004cdl17-2431) and sold by essar enterprises, b-1038, 2nd floor, near jain mandir, shastri nagar, new delhi-110052. but i regret to say that the pant of raincoat is now in torn condition. i have used it only two (2) times. i am really surprise to see this poor condition of rain coat which is purchased from such a reputed company like essar enterprises. now the product is useless. please let me know under this circumstances what can i do now. awaiting for a reply.

                      Dear sir/maam,
                      I have purchased a noble led t. v from snap deal on 23rd of jan of this year. now that t. v is not working issue is that when we switch on the t. v noble logo appears then it become black.
                      So i have raised complaint in your v care customer care centre on 9th of july and customer care executive said that complaint will attended within 2 working days which does not happen. i have received notification from customer care with service engineer no. when i called that person he told me that he is an installation guy it’s not his work again i have called to customer care they appoint the same engineer. again he called the same story. then they appoint new engineer name is yusuf. he denied attending as he is from east delhi and my location is in south delhi. after frequent calls they appoint they appoint new service engineer mr. rajnish and he attend the complaint on 16th july. find out the issue that panel is not working. he will change it within 2-3 working days. now after 17 days issue is not resolved.
                      I am totally disappoint from service so kindly look in to this. see how many times have called you but not getting proper response from you guys. i am totally harassed from you guys that felling cheated that after invest this much money in product customer is not served well.

                      Kindly look in to the matter and help us, feeling helpless.

                        The delivery boy don't even call and puts the product on rejection and then its rejected. Running such a big firm and this worst delivery service. Should be ashamed, my 2 products have been rejected by delivery boy itself. Is this a joke or a business strategy?? I even talked to customer care but they also give excuses, i need products as i have to go out of station and the situation is that ki am not having shoes to take with me, literally very disappointed with this

                              I have ordered 3 product
                              1. t shirt which was supposed to be delivered by 23rd not received yet
                              2. hair dryer which is not working at all
                              3. puma high ankle shoe i asked for uk size 8 but they are sending uk 11 this happened even i asked for replacement
                              Very poor customer service.
                              Initially when i had a word with nikal supervisor he told me that he already placed an order for 8 number shoe n then he said he will try to get it delivered by tomorrow
                              Later i received a call from the highest level of escalation supervisor name sima she simply denied that no u will not re by tomorrow.
                              Bilal said i will receive 50rs as a compensation which i haven't received it yet
                              But i think i should receive more because i had to suffer alot because of this i had to buy a new temporary shoe worth 500rs
                              So please try to get this delivered by tomorrow

                                I have order a product (Leeco -2) on 18th july, but the same is not deliver to me till date, when i check my order status it has been shown that product is cancelled by the flipkart unilaterally without even prior infomed to me.

                                I have received a mail from the flipkart on 22.07.2-16 the extarct of the mail are as follows:
                                "hi abhinav,
                                Greetings from flipkart.com!
                                We regret to inform you that our courier partner was unable to deliver following items in the order od[protected]. Please note that we have cancelled following items.
                                Item cancelled qty price/unit
                                Leeco le 2 1 rs. 6449.00
                                We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you."

                                The said has been cancelled by the flipkart, if i place the order now then it would cost me rs.8449/- which is rs. 2000 extra as per my previous order. My only complaint is that flipkart has to issue the same product to me at my earlier qouted price.

                                  I purchased an optical mouse (hp x3500 wireless) from flipkart of "hp" on 10/04/2016 and it has stopped working properly. i feel that the same is a duplicate one.
                                  Earlier whenever i purchased a mouse (hp, logitech) from a stationery shop it used to work for 3-4 years without any issues.
                                  First time i purchased it from flipkart and it has seen an expiry within 3 months, can you believe that?

                                  Its shocking that within two minutes of registering the complaint, i received a call which quote "calling from Flipkart, You have registered a complaint, please provide us your ICICI, Bank of India, Syndicate Bank, Citibank, Indusind Bank Card no so that we can refund the amount you paid, also our person will come to collect the product within 24 hours of refund"
                                  He then took my debit card no from me and further asked for expiry date, CVV No, which i neglected to give. He forced me, but as i said that it it not required to refund, he immediately disconnected the call.

                                  THIS IS A BIG RACKET BY FRAUDSTERS USING THE CONSUMERCOMPLAINTS.IN WEBSITE AND CHEATING PEOPLE. I HOPE CONCERNED PEOPLE AT CC AND FLIPKART WILL TAKE NOTE TO THIS AND TAKE SOME ACTION.

                                    I bought swipe elite plus mobile phone by flipkart product specification do not mach with received same mobile phone. We complaint in flipkart comp. Flipkart not resolved my complaint. Product specification says document viewer in-billed feature but received mobile phone not found document viewer in feature.2-3 times complaint in flipkart but not respond by flipkat.
