I ordered a mobile redmi note 3 (Gold, 32 gb) from flipkart on order date: 28 july, 2016 5:39 am amount paid: rs. 11999 through cash on delivery. On 30 july i got from number confirming my address and order details telling himself from flipkart. On july he called me in morning and told me that he will be reaching in half hour at my place to give my order however he came at afternoon and delivered me package of flipkart. I gave him money and he left however when i opened the package it was two detergent soaps of 10 rupees.
I tried to call the person who called me however his number is coming switch off since that time. And on evening another person from ecomexpress came at my door and telling that he has came to deliver my product when i told him about early day scenario he got afraid and told he dont know anything and left.

I raised the same issue with flipkart and they ensured me that they will look into and will either provide me refund or new product. I also sent many mails to customer service and even to ceo also but the c. S are only telling me that the concerned team is looking into this and escalation is looking into this and will provide me final resolution however they only keep extending deadline every time to 24 hrs to 48 hrs. On 8th august seller gave me call telling that he will be delivering my product on 9th august morning. However after 1 hour i got message order refund has been cancelled due to high return. However there was nothing such return requests.

It has now been 20 days i am following this with them and they have not provided me any resolution and now they have blacklisted my account.

I request you to please look into on urgent basis so that i can get my money back and justice will be done with me.

You are my only hope now.

I ordered an le eco le2 mobile from flipkart on 11th aug 2016 and got the confirmation that i can pick it from their jaipur hub on the 16th of aug 2016. On going there i was made to sit for 2 hours on the plea that some god forsaken thing called the apr was not working so they cannot give my product to me. Someone at ekart logistics assured me that i will be delivered the product at my house as soon as the apr problem was sorted which was to be latest by the evening. At the time of wring this, i am still without my product and even an apology was not forthcoming from the logistics co or flipkart.

This tardy behaviour towards your customers will not earn you laurels, flipkart.

I had purchased TV 10 months back which is under 1 year warranty. I encountered a problem of remote not working properly and LED not detect device such as pendrive or cable of woofer inputed, for which person from serice center demading charges for visit which is totally dis satisfactory, I still dont get solution for such problem after calling them 2 times. Requesting you to consider as soon as possible.

I have purchased above said product on your online site, that gas water heater gas inlet nozzle observed back fire. This is very serious problem. This is manufactures problem. I already spoke to Bajaj electrical & their service engineer also checked he also face the same problem. They given me replacement tag slip which I have attached. Please give me a replacement of above said product. This is my request.
Give me replacement as soon as possible.

I got damaged item and they are not returning, every time they ask that next date, item will reach, and i'm registering a complaint regarding this, they are doing 3 times like this, and i have to go home by 17 august 2016, now they are asking me that you will received your item by 18 august.
whats need to be purchased this item if i'm not received by time.

My order number od[protected] which was promised to delivery on 13th august 2016, from 13th august 2016, it is out for delivery and i was calling daily and they say wait for 7pm, if i call after 7pm, they say sorry sir we will assure you that we will get your product tomorrow, it is repeating from 4 days and deepak one of the customer care representative says, if i not co operative with him, then i will get in to problems. What he is talking, with my money i purchased and when i ask for my product i will get into problems??? Really people and management should feel shame.

I am order bata shoes no.9 but i change no i want no 10. And i saw different product on side and i received different product. I paid rs 1356 on delivery timing and received and when open i saw product is change after that i complain to return product but i dont ihave any response.

Flipkart is just betraying its customers by making fake promises. I was assured to get my cell phone in next day which i ever not received. There is no point of getting good customer support as they are always lying and saying that the the issue would get resolved next day which they always postpone. It was a pathetic experience with flipkart. Never trust flipkart.

So your company to invite for me for selling for product in my district (vijapur, mehsana 382870) for my district no seller for the product selling so i am seller to your company faithful in my life so fast to me selling chance to invite for your company so my faithful & more product to buy for the flipkart company to me for responsible & fast to delivery for product.

Recently i had ordered a casio watch from your website but received a wrong and completely different product inside, initially called to register the complaint regarding the same so that you can arrange pickup for this product but unfortunately same was not happened because of some issues at courier end.

After then i had registered the complaint once again, so a courier guy reached to my location for the pickup, after then he simply denied to pick it up as he had limitations to pickup only those products whose worth is less than 2000 only. However, even this i directly contacted his senior regarding the same issue and he asked me to wait 2 more days as he had sent a confirmation mail to flipkart regarding approved pickup of this product.

So i believe don his words and waited more then that asked timeline because i was having some wrong misconception that you people will contact me for this as customer is facing some issues then its was your sole responsibilities to resolve those.

After many days i had again contacted customer services to log this complaint once again but same information conveyed to me that pickup will be done for sure and this complaint will not resolved automatically as logistics partners sent a automated message in night that pickup has been cancelled as customer wants to keep this product but this is completely wrong.

Now once again last time i had called you people and we had talked almost an hour for the same issue and that executive and his senior both told me that they had escalated the same to the concern team and this time by sure this will not be auto cancelled and courier people will surely pick this up but at the end of the day same thing happened, as courier person was also on the conference call with me and your senior call representative and she also told me that this will my last logged complaint as this will resolved at earliest.

It's about order id od[protected] billed as rajesh kumar meena with email id [protected]@live.com. I placed order on 10 august, 2016 and received on 13august2016.
Actually i ordered it (Mobile) for my father as he was getting reimbursement from his department (Lic). But didn't considered that there should be my father name in billing address. And made this mistake... Placed order with my name and got it too : (. When i got my mistake, i tried to customer representative but all in vain as they said me to buy a new phone for new invoice with my father name.
Please i just need to replace rajesh kumar meena with hari narayan meena in invoice.
If it's not possible to change that info in same invoice please approve my return request and perhaps there are two ways to solve it :-
1. Replace my return with same product and send me invoice with my father name hari narayan meena.
2. Refund my money in flipkart wallet after pickup the product. So i can place same order or you place the order in my account ([protected]@live.com) and send the invoice with my father name.
And it will be more trustable from both sides that you send me the same device which i will return. Or it's your choice i[censored] want to send another new device as i haven't inserted sim cards in mobile until now.
If you have better solution please let me know. I will try my best.

I am buying a hp laptop model ac122tu but it is defective then i apply for return each time flipkart rejected my return request then i call flipkart support centre he told your problem we transfer to hp support centre for identify your problem then hp call me i told him for details then hp said your product is defective we said to flipkart for your product return also hp told flipkart call back with in 30 mints but not call me when i call flipkart then told your product not returnable.
Please solve this problem. I want to return my hp laptop it's defective.

I have booked a laptop from flipkart they assured me to deliver the product on 11th aug. I am calling flipkart customer care regularly but no response from their side. I have purchased the product through emi now the amount is converted into emi. I have to pay 3500 as interest as the amount is converted into emi.
The product is not deliver to me i am cancelling the product as they are not responding from 6-7 days.
I have to bear the loss of rs 3500 due to them only. Can you help me in this

They cancelled my order on address bases but on same address i delivered many items before from same flipkart. They make fool of me and don't cooperate properly.

I mayank farkare booked an item order no. Od[protected] haven't delivered yet. On 13 aug i had a massage from to company item out for delivery.
But not delivered yet. Kindly take some action. All this will reflect on my feedback

I recently placed an order for remdi 3s prime for which i constantly reminded flipkart of change in billing name and they even confirmed it just before shipping. But when i received my invoice, it has a different name. I contacted flipkart many times and they drop the call before i complete my sentence. I wanted the name to be same as shipping as my dad gets reimbursement from company if the bill is on his name similar to the shipping name& address.

They have one name in their database and different one in my invoice. My order number is od[protected] for any reference. I have not opened the package yet. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

I was misled by information on website while ordering jockey undergarments. The screenshot of website and the actual size in box are attached. I wanted a 34 inch size but as per the website the 34 inch does not exist so i bought 35-37 which is very big. Since the item is non refundable, i am stuck. I have 3 pairs of jockey which are not of any use now.
