I placed my order at 10th of july.
I got message at13th of july order not delivered due to incomplete address.
1. on 13th of july, i called customer care, i told him how can a address be incomplete as my mobile number was there, delivery guy must have called me. customer care executive apologized me and told product has been misplaced and will will replace it.
2. next day i got a got from flipkart, she asked me to tell new address where the product can be delivered. i told her new address and i was promised product will be delivered to you by tomorrow i. e. 15 july.
3. on 15th of july, in evening i again called customer care executive and told him that i was promised today my product will get delivered to my alternate address. to my surprise he told me your order is still processing, and he is not aware of any such promise. he stated me that he don't want to give any false promise but i will be intimidated within 2 days about delivery.
4. on 16th of july, saturday morning, i got a call from flipkart and i was forced to cancel my order because my product is stuck with logistics. i was also promised that i get re place the order and its available at same price. i cancelled my order. but when i tried to replace it its price has gone up.
5. again immediately i called customer care, i told her that product is not available at same price as promised. she told me, sir this is not possible to place order at same price.
Ohhh god, where are flipkart promises gone.

If you get this complaint, flipkart please stop making any other promises.
Let me tell you i have not mentioned the quality time and stress i put into resolving this issue which is more important than the money.
