I had ordered wishwell car cover for maruti esteem on[protected] on Flipkart with online payment.my order ID is - OD[protected]. i had received it on[protected] and checked that it is not as per described on flipkart and colour & material also not match with description.

1. on same day i had give request for Refund and receive first Return id for this request is :[protected].
Pickup has been scheduled for the original item/s and refund will be initiated once the pickup is done successfully. Our courier partner will pick the item/s below by Thursday, 09 Jun'16

2. on 9th June i had give 2nd request for refund through return call from customer care regarding my Order ID as per above because 1st request was cancelled due to pickup not done by courier partner Blue-dart.
Return id for this request is :[protected]
Pickup has been scheduled for the original item/s and refund will be initiated once the pickup is done successfully. Our courier partner will pick the item/s below by Friday, 17 Jun'16

3. on 21st June i give 3rd request for refund and Return id for this request is :[protected]

on same day i give mail to [protected]@flipkart.com :
i had requested for refund 2 times but it was cancelled. then on Saturday i had called in your customer care and request for my pending refund. your executive reply me that you will receive call / mail from flipkart regarding my Refund problem. but till time i didn't receive any information.
i want my money back because item is not as per description and also very bad in quality, cheap product i received. i did't want this product and refund my money.

Today I receive call from[protected]Ahmedabad office) regarding my flipkart pickup through Blue dart at Morbi. He gave me mobile no of Morbi blue dart office [protected] and inform me that call him for the same. When I call and inform Mr. Kuldeep to pickup flipkart package from my address, he deny for pickup. Very pathetic service of Blue dart in Morbi. They never deliver at address, always call for pick from Blue dart office.Please instruct your partner for flipkart pickup from my provided address.

This is 3rd and last time i am waiting for pickup.
I want my money back without pickup if this time before your given timeline pickup will not done.
almost 1 month before i make payment and received product which is useless and i don't want.
make refund of my money and then you pickup as per your time.

please help me for this and provide my refund.

    Sms text as below

    Thank you!""

    After sometime i get shipped message, text mentioned below

    "shipped: intex aqua super was shipped at jun 29 4:22 pm and will be delivered by friday, jul 01, 2016. You can track your shipment at fkrtit/9wy0juuuun.Invoice will be sent to your registered email within 24 hours of delivery."

    After sometime, i got new sms, text mentioned below:

    "order cancelled: sorry, your order od[protected] has been cancelled as our courier partner was unable to deliver to your address. Please check your email for more details.""


    Now, i have called to flipkart customer care but they said we will pay you refund.. And cancellation reason show in sms is unable to deliver to your order.

    Please solve it and provide me ordered product. Now the product price is hike by rs2000.

    Now, I have called to flipkart customer care but they said we will pay you refund.. and cancellation reason show in sms is unable to deliver to your order.

    But thruth is that the offer price was 4499 and I have confirmed with that price which is with -2500rs discount.. as monsoon 29th and 30th june 2016 offer. And now, Flipkart says seller problem,

    My question is that if you don't provide product then close the shopping site and if you can't control seller and product orders then why running website. AND If you can't give product at offered price also after order confirmation and shipping then why giving such offers.

    Overall I must need my product, I don't need refund.. What's the meaning of refund after offer went away.

    Please give my product ASAP.

    It's Flipkart's responsibility to provide product, not for sellers, the product is in stock and available for shipping at my address, Only offer price is problem by seller - the simple reason should be understood by Flipkart. I don't know seller, I know flipkart only.

E on wednesday and out of the products kajal is original but both the lipbalms are fake and m very much disappointed with that. I have first time ordered something from flipkart and the result is so pathetic that i can't even describe in words. So plz help me in anyway u can.

          Respected Sir/Madam,
          Please kindly read the whole body because you will than only understand how much problems I had to go through for my new TV and till yet it has not been resolved as delayed and neglected by the company - Flipkart Sir!!!
          I purchased Vu (55) 140 cm Iconium UHD 4K Smart TV (Reference: LTDN55XT780XWAU3D) ordered on Saturday, JUNE 25, 2016 (OD[protected] of Rs.64, 989/- at around 07:21 PM in the evening Through Flipkart seller by Seller: WS Retail and the product was delivered on 27/06/2016 (Monday) at around 03:30 PM in the afternoon on Prepaid Order paid through Credit Card-EMI of 24 months (HDFC Bank). The next day that was on 28/06/2016 (Tuesday) the installation service engineer visited our place and the installation took place and we saw the following problems in the brand new TV which was not a single day old - A fully black thick thread just like line is going above the center of the display panel of the product from right to left side and it's occurring due to there is death pixel on the display panel which is clearly visible with naked eyes and moreover the service engineer who came for installation of the product from VU TV told us that there's manufacturing defect of the display panel and that's why there is a fully black thick thread just like line is going above the center of the display panel of the product from right to left side and it's occurring due to the death pixel present on the display panel and hence, it's manufacturing defect of the display panel/screen and this product should be replaced immediately, as he told us this - the service engineer!!! Since then am chasing flipkart to deliver me the another piece. My present Flipkart's Replacement status : Requested (which has not been-at-all approved still now after so many requests/phone calls), Return ID:[protected]. However no body is listening and they are delaying this issue much more and now it has become more worst than ever because I need to wait 72 hours for your VU TV engineer to visit at my home to check the problems of the TV and report it to Flipkart and according to your VU TV engineer consultant with Flipkart, the company would provide me a replacement for the same, it's just like a very bad nightmare. I am a valuable regular customer of Flipkart and purchased lakhs of amount of goods/products from Flipkart but from now on, I am very much disappointed in the company - Flipkart because they are not-at-all helpful in resolving problems instead what they are doing is making this a much more bigger problem than ever and moreover harassing the customers much more for getting a simple replacement!!! Its around more than 24 hours now. Dear Sir/Madam, my ticket number for the Technician Visit with Vu is HO 148133. It's my humble request that please kindly do the needful and provide us a fully brand new fresh replacement of the same model product which should be free from manufacturing defects, Thank You!!!

              The worst thing i experience about your website is that It always ships my consignment by delhivery.com courier services and it causes very much delay is shipping my consignment/order that io have done by your website instead, of sending couriers by delhivery you should have sended them from bluedart,

                  I have purchase this mobile on 16 feb. 2016. This mobile have many issues. Like 1) so much heating and some time temp. May goes to 51 degree celcious, 2) automatically phone memory contact no. Deletion. 3) as per spesification mobile have corning gorilla glass 3. But my mobile display break only down from the 2 feet height. 4) fingerprint scanner not working 5) auto restarting of mobile.
                  After repeated complain to flipkart regarding letv le1s
                  Mobile problem and request to return it in period of 1 month of purchase, they denied my request every time and not gives proper custmor satisfaction.

                  As per company policy and indian consumer law, if product is low standard it is responsibility of company or seller to replace it or refund it.

                  But flipkart denied it. And told me goes to service center for repair it
                  With paid.

                  I am highly disappointed due to this.

                  So kindly resolve my issue.

                    I had placed the order vu 40" led tv on flipkart on[protected]. The are sent the tv through safe express. They are mentioned shipment will be delivered on or before[protected].. But as per tracking records it will arrive at tirunelveli on[protected]. After arriving the material, they are not care about to issue the material after[protected], i had enquired with safe express, they are simply told we dont have delivery boys in your area. So we cant deliver the materials. They dont care about delivery period.. So i had collected the from tirunelveli hub on[protected].. After arriving that i had register the vu customer care service for tv installation.. They were arrive at my house on[protected] and opened the seal. They saw the tv is broken condition. So they are informed the vu tv and flipkart also.. After that, i had also submitted the complaint on flipkart.com on same day. On that day there is no response from flipkart. I had recieved automated messege for flipkart. No one can contacted me regarding this issue... So[protected] i had send the mail for i need to kindly arrange to send the material immediately or refund the same. But they are not care about refund and replacement. They are simply inform to safe express and going to sleep. As usual safe express people does not have a delivery boys. So they will not take the damaged tv from my house.. I had mailed many times to flipkart, but they are not care about me... Still safe express people does not my house location...

                    So please consider this issue and kindly arrange refund the same...

                      Good morning,
                      I have purchased one Motorola Moto X play mobile on 23rd april. After that I upgraded the software to marshmellow through wifi. Then after 40 days of working the phone got automatic shut down, so i called your customer care they told me to go to moto service centre. I went there after 9 days they returned back the phone to with software update. After recollect the phone from service centre again the same problem is coming.The phone is dead.
                      I am very unhappy and unsatisfied by seeing what kind of product flip-kart is selling. I purchased the phone by 18499 INR. but i am unable to use it. Also motorola service is also worst.

                          Regarding this order, i had raised for a return request, from the last 15 days no customer support responding clearly about the pickup. They just delaying the time by saying to wait for 24hrs for the pickup, am hearing the same words from last 10 days. Please help me out regarding this issue

                            Cheating: i orfered bajaj single cotton mattress form flipkart in 1499 rs. Since single cotton mattress is easily available in market in 500 rs. Yet i paid flipkart 1499 rs for mattress thinking that i will get good quality mattress filled with cotton nicely. But after paying 3 times more money i got worst quality product. So i raised refund request to flipkart for this item (Refund (Return id:[protected].

                            Manipulating customers by flipkart customer care: after raising refund request for this item i called filpkart customer care and they told that item will be picked up by 26/06/2016. Same day no one came for pick up. I called them again and they told pick up will be done by 27/06/2016, but till end of this day also no one came for pick up the item. Same story went on again. I called and they told pick up is delayed and will be done by 28/06/2016. On 28th also no one came for pick up and i again called them and spoke to their superiors. One guy spoke to me and he told still the refund request is not approved. So once if it approved, pick up will be done.
                            Now i dont know why didnt they tell me this earlier..? Why were they manipulating customers..?

                            Please take some necessary action against such cheaters.

                              This is regards to the order OD[protected] which was placed on 1 dec 2015. i returned it and the refund was processed on 8 Dec 2015 but i didn't got refund to my bank account yet...i have contacted flipkart so many times.. everytime they gave me refund reference no. 74766515342548886063966 and then i contacted bank and they told me that this reference no. doesn't exist in their database.. they told me to get the UNIQUE TRANSACTION REFERENCE NO.(UTR) from flipkart..but flipkart refuse to give me UTR.. every time they give me refund reference no.. please check whether the refund was processed or not. if yes then please give me UTR no. for that refund transaction. the transaction may got failed and its flipkart's duty that i will get my money on time..I am totally exhausted by the flipkart's customer service.. worse than shopclues.

                                  Flipkart has cheated on me by not delievering the product. The customer care hooked up my call a. The products delievery was cancelled without any prior confirmation. Order id od[protected]. Ph no [protected]. When i ordered it the product was rs2989 now it is rs5000.                                       I placed order a product when it showing in app normally.
                                      Item also confirmed.
                                      But when i want to track the item otherday i was shocked to see that item cancelled by Flipkart.
                                      When i asked them its not available with seller. Thats why they cancelled the order.
                                      This way they cheating me 3 or more times.
                                      They introduce new and fake sellers into their system and doing fraud like this. They are playing with customers feelings.

                                      I want you to take certain action against them both seller and Flipkart

                                        I abhishek mishra, ordered an ifb microwave from flipkart and set the delivery at my friends address.
                                        Order number is - od[protected]
                                        Refund (Return id:[protected] rejected.
                                        It was delivered within time frame, but the seal of the product was already tampered! I raised this issue to flipkart customer support, they asked me to wait for installation and if everything looks fine, then there is no need to return.
                                        Now, till date installation is not done. Flipkart is not scheduling the installation at the time of my availability. And now they are not even accepting my return request! My return request for the product has been rejected, stating that it was rejected by the seller.

                                        I am feeling harassed by them and i really don't know what to do at this moment as i am not very used to with online shopping.
                                        Pl help me if possible as i have lost all hope from this fraud seller and the brand "flipkart".
