Dear Sir,

2) I have received the mobile on 31.07.2016

3) I have raised complain so many time on flipkart customer care but they always close my complain

4) I am facing problem with the device as the touch screen is faulty, what ever menu you go it will bring you back on home screen kindly look at the attachment for the problem i am facing.

    With this mail, i want to bring to notice for all concerns, that a bad event happened with me by flipkart, on dated 19.07.2016. I have ordered a mobile leeco 2 of 11999/- in this deal company has offered me to exchange my old mobile for rs 3300/-. On dated 25/07/2016 i got my ordered mobile, but it is very surprising to me that new mobile handset is getting hang on using normally, for this i have raised a query to company for, returned the order mobile, but instead to exchange or return the defected handset they are denying to give 10 days return policy, this is only a fraud by company, i have ordered so many times from flipkart, if company is doing such type of things with their regular customer then we should take a strong step against them so that they can learn a lesson and stop such type of fraud with customers, if company will not return/ exchange my order then i will surely take legal action against them.

And using the mobile some times are hanging yesterday one call speaked and cut the call not working some hang issue i contact the flipcart.Com customer. Says not return and refund. This money was my first salary. So please sir/ madam requested resolve my problem and refund money

        I purchased redmi note 4g mobile through flipkart online shopping on dec -2014. I lost my invoice copy and i don't remember my order details also. Now i need the invoice copy of the mobile for service purpose. I lost my earlier flipkart account also now only i have the imei number of the mobile.           The product we order on 9/6/16, invoice date 11/6/2016 received on 14/6/2016 i. E pigeon egnite 750 w mixer grinder is having problem getting louder sound and when it was working means it is state on its getting out burning smell right from the day1 we had used. We thought that as it is new product may be it will smell like that but still it is continuing. One more thing we had used hardly 4-5times we need replacement of the product.

            I (Sagar Sarode) have received defective product from flipkart and here i am applying for replacement of Lenovo PA10400 PowerBank 10400 mAh which i bought on 12th July 2016.

            I spoke to your customer care (Simran and Rahul) and they are denying to replace this product as replacement days as per your policy is over.

            Being a genuine customer of yours please accept my request and replace defective product at the earliest.

            Please find attached images of product where you can see defective USB port.

              Flipkart has deducted amount 544 twice and thet keep on telling its a bank fault. My order id is od[protected]. I have attached the screen shot of my statement
              Also have a look at their email where they refused to take the ownership of the issue. They say its my bank issue.
              They wasted my 2 weeks by just saying that we will resolve it and finally they told its a bank issue and i have to contact my bank.
              I just want to know that if flipkart has swiped my card multiple times due to their poor network then how come its my bank fault, but their

                I ordered sennheiser "sennheiser cx 180 street ii in-ear-canalphone" ear plugs online at the price of 890 inr. These plugs stopped working within 6 months of purchase. I had to send them to sennheiser service center, mumbai for replacement under warranty period, for which i had to pay 100 inr.

                I was literally shocked after getting to know from sennheiser team that flipkart has sent me un-authorized/fake/pirated product in the name of sennheiser. I logged an online complaint with flipkart and they are ready to pay the product cost but not the courier cost.In fact, they are not willing to take the product back and refund the amount, if i do not have original manufacturer packing box.

                Fortunately, i had the original box with me. How many o[censored]s keep the empty boxes for such small things? How these people can make such lame excuses to not refund the money. They should be ashamed of fooling people by sending fake/pirated items in the name of big brands at high price.

                Many a times, we find trouble in the items once it crosses warranty periods.In such cases, buyer will never get to know that he/she was given the fake product by such a big brand.

                Requesting you to take actions to help me get justice and to keep people aware of such frauds.

                          I have not received cash back on my order.In offer, it was specified 1000/- rs cash back on hdfc credit card. Customer care person is telling lie, 1st time he/she is telling me it's not applicable for your card and 2nd time it's only for selected card 3rd time it's already add for different order and that different order was already closed on same day. How they treating us i don't know.. Hope any one can help me..

                            We had order one onida washing machine, but it was faulty and we have asked for replacement. But its more than a month that flipkart is not taking any serious action.
                            From past one month everyday me and myfriend calling them and everytime they are just giving wrong information, everytime they are just giving some date and tell us we will get product.
                            On 17th july they have sent technician also for verifying is the machine is really faulty and thay guys has also confirmed, but after that also they are not taking any action.

                              My order was placed and approved a week ago. If the adress was incomplete, it should have been notified in the first place. And even on the previous orders no matter how detailed adress i suffixed the courier guy always called and asked "bhai, kahan aane ka hai?" so i dont see a problem and the address i supplied is fairly detailed as it has a government office as a landmark. Please resolve this issue. I have given my phone number, you can call, confirm and i can give you a better address that you will be able to find.

                                Hello we placed a order for mi5 on 21 july we still have got anything delivered and its 01 august we just get a mail saying we will be updating the status by this time but nothing happens i already paid money on 21 july itself it is really frustating and annoying and i would never buy anything anymore from flipkart really bad experience and worst customer care .

                                    I had placed an order for a dell inspiron 5555 on 28th july 2016, and the estimated delivery date was 29th july 2016.
                                    It is 1st august today, and the order status has not changed or moved forward from 'payment approved'.
                                    Will the laptop be delivered anytime soon? The seller is ws retail and based in bangalore, where i happen to live.
                                    Customer care has been absolutely unhelpful and i am afraid to cancel the order as i have chosen to pay by bajaj finder no cost emi, and am not familiar with the refund policies.

                                      Flipkart, you are not worth to do business with you guys. Your application is not safe, what is the guarantee that online transactions with credit/debit card are safe?

                                        I purchased the said battery pack for my Dell Laptop Vostro 2420.
                                        The company supplied the Battery but it was faulty. When installed on laptop, the laptop did not detect the battery, though giving power. After it was discharged it was not getting the charge.
                                        Battery was sent back for replacement.

                                        The replacement Battery Pack was received but the problem still persists.
                                        It seems you have not checked the battery before dispatch.
                                        On installation though the battery gives power to laptop but the laptop says "No Battery Detected."
                                        The system can not detect how much battery is remaining.
                                        When attached with charger it does not show whether it is charging or not.
