I have placed an order of iphone SE and i have received iphone 5s. Which are identical but the price and features are different.

As per them the account has been freezed due to high number of returns. I have total 15 orders and only 2 were returned. 1 because of poor quality and another due to partial products. 2 were cancelled before delivery.

It is of my utter frustration and ridiculous that flipkart lacks in service with analysts uneducated to their own system. They several times assured to resolve the subject line issue in 24 hours. I have purchased kelvinator 7.2 kg fully automatic machine with order no OD[protected] by ws retailer through flipcart.
Machine timer not function properly. Mentioned time in timer is 35 min. But it work only betwwen 5 to 15 min. If i set it on 35 minutes it stop after 5 min i.e. when its pointer come at 30.

The bulb packing box does not even mentions even a manufacturing date.

The product looks to be of very substandard quality.
