Hi, i got a hp laptop from flipkart on 28th june, which got delivered on 30th june.
In a day, the start up screen is showing errors, and the laptop refuses to start.
I have raised multiple queries, sent many emails, called on the customer care number many times, but the flipkart customer care team is always sending me an email that they will resolve it in 24 hours, and then they do nothing about it. I have a 10 day replacement guarantee which they have not honored till now.
I have purchased a new laptop for my use now, as it was urgent for me. I need the refund to be issued now asap.
