I have ordered the led tv of lg from flipkart. It was expected to be delivered to me by 10'th of august, 2016. I didn't received the product by that date.
My order was prepaid. To my surprise i received the email from flipkart at 9.45 pm on 10'th august that my product has been delivered, also in my order history it was shown as delivered to my place. The item was worth rs.52000, so i get into shock that even without the actual delivery its shown as delivered to me..

    Hi i had placed an order for a wildhorn mens combo (Wallet and belt). The wallet that i received is not the same as the one dispkayed in the picture. Also the wildhorn logo on the wallet is missing.

    This is nothing somehting that i expected out of flipkart. I hope you will get it replaced as soon as possible as i have to gift it to someone.

      I was buy a smartphone for my wife on flipkart ecommerce site.but the product was defected. And lot of time I contact their representative by mail because I am working in foreign Nigeria.but they call to my wife and ask for go technically and download bla bla software.but I want to say that my wife don't have any technically knowledge. And they refused to return the product.same day I mailed there when my product reached.and give the information for defected product.but they ascuss every time.and still I m facing problem.I need your help.

        I had ordered a lenovo vibe k-5 note upon its launch on 4th august, 2016. After a wait of 4 days, ekart delivered the package on sunday 7th august to our utmost shock, upon opening the package, it comprised of only a vimbar soap and phone charger. There was no cell phone and other accessories (Backcover and screen guard).
        . After i was delivered a vimbar in the package instead of the lenovo phone i ordered, i lodged a complaint with flipkart and i was happy that they had agreed to their mistake and also agreed to deliver a replacement. The below email acknowledges the replacement to be delivered by 10th august. I received a sms too from flipkart acknowledging the replacement phone to be delivered by 10th august. To my utter surprise, flipkart social media team called me up today and said that the investigation team has submitted their report and their is no fault at their end; hence they have cancelled my replacement request. Flipkart also refused to refund my money which i had paid for the phone, which never got delivered.

        This is utterly disturbing, discouraging and unprofessional. I request you to take immediate action in this matter

        No positive response has come from flipkart yet, despite they have denied giving me replacement or refund for the fraud they have committed. I have no other option but to go for police complaint this time now. The response from flipkart is not at all acceptable as they have agreed to acknowledge their mistake initially but later they denied giving baseless reasons. For all the reason they given, I have enough evidence that they are wrong. Please help me in getting justice and get my product back.

          I have ordered 3 items (from above mentioned id and phone number).
          Paid all three of them online and written there was payment not recieved.
          I called once no answer. ask for call back from flipkart they said in 1 hr resolution.
          After then not resolved called again 24 hr to take resolution at the end what flipkart done to me is nothing just cancelled my ordered by their own.
          I called why its happenend call back then from your side rply to my questions is
          "its your choice to believe in flipkart or not i have no issue.
          Any further queries.. i cant help you. i said give me your id.. flipkart said why and said your choice and cut the phone on my face.."
          This is what the actual flipkart is. i didnt think this about flipkart.
          And as am college student from delhi you will see soon impact on facebook twitter. if am not getting any resolution asap.
          I just got this answer for asking why flipkart cancelled my product by their own.
          Epic are you peoples.
          Let's place this thing to social now..

          I am very disappointed with flipkart service.. and switched to amazon your peoples are so bad..
          I asked them for the product they said simply its cancel and when i said its from your end then i said whethar you going to suport customer or just make us fool they said your choice think whatever you wants.
          And i have called 3 times.. i was not getting any resolution.
          I said give me your id employee id i complaint further he cut the phone on that time itself..
          Last thing i buy from your site and will never come back again worst flipkart and flipkart customer handling is.

                Dear sir i purchased micromax canvas evok mobile from flipkart on 29 july 2016 after 3 days problems had occurred that time i ignored that issued
                But after purchasing 14 days mobile phone being hung up totally (Many application being open automatically). I visited service center also but they are unable to solve such type of issue.
                I complainted flipkart customer grievance team but they ignored such type issue in spite of pay 8400 i have to faced such type of issued at initial days.
                They are delivered me a defective phone at initial days.

                  Is it so hard for company like flipkart to provide invoice copy of orders which i purchased??? Do you guys have some rocket science to create invoice copies and provide to customer, is that why it is taking so long time???

                  After receiving hilarious customer service on first 2 days, i get a call from some one from flipkart stating he is looking into issue and following up. Next 2-3 days i get daily emails stating its taking time and i will get resolution in 24 hours. Last update i received that issue will be resolved on 4th august but today i am still waiting for freaking invoice copies...

                  Never seen such poor customer service by any company till date. I thought flipkart is a brand name and better organisation but this incident proved me wrong.

                    I have booked one phone on 6th Aug, 2016 which was supposed to be delivered by 9th Aug, 2016 at 7.00 pm. On 8th Aug, 2016 morning I got a message that your item will delivered today around 7 pm. However the delivery boy came tot deliver it around 2.30 without prior information. Unfortunately no body was there at home. At my request he told that the delivery person of evening shift will deliver it. But we haven't received and even though he didn't received our call back. On 9th Aug, 2016 I chase for the entire day but my product still undelivered. No solution or action taken by flipkart also.

                      Extending a deadlines, not calling to resolve the issue, providing false commitments, providing false information. Due to their issue still i don't have working product and need to wait till 17th aug, 2016 for replacement. I have asked to register an incidents for my product issue and providing compensation. They have registered and told me that you will get email notifications but i haven't received any. They have missed the deadlines and not replaced a faulty product, also they are not ready to compensate. After so many calls they have approved my return request because they are unable to provide service but not ready for compensation for their unprofessionalism. So i need to suffer. I received product on 30th july, 2016 and my request is approved on 9th august, 2016.

                      Also multiple customer care executives are saying that technical team is working on Sunday and will visit for brand visit but no one came. I discussed with floor manager and she said it is Sunday so technical team is not available. She had registered my two incidents and asked for extension of 24 hours which is not showing in system and didn't received an email. After 24 hours another floor manager asked for 24 hours but I denied so he asked for time of end of day and nothing happened again. On 8th August, 2016 when I was talking to one of the floor manager again between 7 to 8 pm, I missed a call from flipkart (may be from technical team) but then after no one has called me back again.

                        My order ID OD[protected], My order was Hikvision Full Combo. Remote and cable tie have not been sent in the packing. DVR seal was opened. The packing is so insecure that the items seemed coming out itself. No Flipkart Logo with the packing. Unexpected from such a reputed site like Flipkart. Plese send me the items. It is very urgent for me.

                          I bought my phone from flipkart lenovo vibe k5 plus. The phone have many issue in touch. I describe them thrice on phone. Now i have smart check application now they say there system have some technical issue.

                            I had exchanged a product with flipkart when i bought a new phone"lenova vibe k5 note" dated on 08/08/2016. The phone meant for exchange was checked and taken by the delivery boy and accepted from flipkart side by the delivery boy without any complaint. And i also received the new product from him in return. It was signed and i started using my new phone. Then after some time i got a call from flipkart delivery executive and informed me that there were some issues in the phone given back for exchange, he claims that the display is broken and he cannot take the phone and i have to return the product which was delivered. And asked me to give the product i bought.

                            I informed him that the product had no issue when i had returned the product back to him and i cannot accept for the mistake that might be from his hand in handling it. He threatens me and calls me all bad words about my mother and family and about myself. It was such a pathetic situation i had to go through eventough there is no mistake or problem from my end. He has mentally and morally disturbed me and insulted me over.

                                Me ordered 2 items on july 20 the delivery date is july 26. The item is not delivered. Then i called customer care for cancellation and requested for refund they said the amount wil reflect in next working days. Me trusted. I cnt get confirmation messages from there side so i called again next day the other exicutive said the item is not canceled till now do it agian, then i requested again, then waited for confimation no messages from there side i calld again next day the same reply from there so me discussed with this issue with senior team they also irresponsible like this. Today 16th day same reply and process still now me calling they kidding me like this. What i do??

                                  So, i got this laptop on the 26th of july 2016, tried to register and says service tag invalid. The service tag is the same on the invoice and behind the laptop!!

                                  Dell invalidated and rejected my claim for the extended warranty as the service tag didn't match. I lost the right to get the free vouchers as well. I got the yatra cashback of rs 5000 but that's not good enough!!

                                  I have been chasing this since day one and everytime flipkart calls or sends an email they say they will look into this but nothing has been done until now.

                                  I just think this is a sham and a plot of giving out fake service tags not getting detected and i fear i might be one of them. I am going to complain higher up about this and let others know too!!

                                      I have ordered a saree. at the booking time i hv intered my address pin 695021 that time it was confirming ok for delivery and i will got my item after 10 days i. e 9 aug 16. on 8 aug at 1545 hr i hv checked my order, it was showing that my item will received by me tomorrow. on same day at 1800 hr i got a message that your order has been cancelled and money is refunded. i called customer care then i know that they will not deliver my item on my given address pin. the item was reached at trivandrum pin 695010 after 08 days nd returned back without delivery. it's wastage of precious time nd money also. they cancelled order after 08 day waiting and without calling to consumer.

                                        On 5 august night i have booked lenovo vive k5 note on special launch offer.. (extra 2000 rs off on exchange and and 10% discount through sbi card). while booking the booking the order, i have gone through the below steps as per flipkart mobile app.
                                        1st - i have selected the product (lenovo vice k5 note) price 13499/-
                                        2nd - i have clicked on the exchange.
                                        3rd - my mobile imei automatically detected and i was offered an discount of rs.2700/- for my old mobile. i have accepted the offer and proceed for payment through sbi card and all done.

                                        On 7th august delivery executive came for collection of old mobile in exchange of new one. that time he discovered anamoly in the model name of old device. my old mobile model is karbonn titanium octane where as at the time of placing the order, mobile app auto detected my mobile as karbonn titanium s4 which is actually lower version of my existing model. though s4 is a lower model, i have proceed with the order evaluating the attractive discount offer.

                                        Delivery boy refused the delivery stating that model number mismatch. whereas auto detected mobile imei number was matching with my original phone. executive told me to contact customer and rectify the model number.
                                        Immediately i have informed the mater to flipkart and sr. customer care executive acknowledged the system error and told the they will rectify the issue and deliver the new product by 8th august morning.

                                        I have waited for full day and in evening called customer care to know the shipment status and got surprised to know that order got cancelled stating reason "customer rejected the delivery" i insisted to talk to senior executive and accordingly sr. executive confirmed that they can't help in this as order got cancelled. it is only flipkarts app technical issue and negligence for which all miscommunication happened. the phone i got @9700/- (on offer) is today costing rs.13000/-. this order cancelled by flipkart on their own without taking my concent.
                                        Please help to get the phone delivered with reinitiating the order mentioned in the subject.

                                        Looking for your kind cooperation to get compensation against this financial loss happened because of flipkart.
