I bought lenovo phab 1 from flipkart, since the tab's battery drained, within a week time, i raised the complained, flipkart sent a service engineer to check the product's failure and he conformed it.
Flipkart executive said that he would settle the issue by 29th june. then he extended the time to 30 june. but nothing had happened, so i called their number but of no use... they kept on postponing the issue date till 6th of july.
I cancelled all my appointments and waited at home, to return the product, since the executive told that delhivery courier would do the task of taking back the product... but delhivery is the house of cheaters and frauds, each time they promise, the courier guy would come without looking into the case...
When i called at 7.20, delhivery courier told that flipkart never assigned a task to them. i need to ask flipkart only...
What is happening...? i losing my patience...
I have thousands of responsibilities and i am quitting all to return this lenovo phab 1...
Flipkart executives say "i am sorry to hear, give me another 48 hours"
The excuse is endless...
I want the refund...
