Hi All

I have p-laced an order on 1st July for SAMSUNG GALAXY Mobile with order id: OD[protected] & They promised me the delivery for next day by paying Rs. 140 extra. As it was a gift to some one i left with no option but to buy from flip kart., The entire day i was waiting for the delivery but there was no communication. I called up their so called customer support but everything went into vein. They were giving me assurance that they will deliver the product by 9 pm but nothing. infact i got a message that they wont be able to deliver the product.

& Now they are trying to keep my mouth shut while giving Rs.280 in the form of Gift card which i dont need.

Please help me in this regards

    I bought an Asus Zenfone Go (2nd Gen) with order OD[protected] from Filpkart E-commerce on 4th June 2016 . Unfortunately they can't handover my product within the promise date, that is 14th June 2016. So I cancelled this product on 15th June 2016. After that they promise me to refund my money within 4 days. Today 3rd July, from 15 June to today i raise near about 100 complains over phone, mail, facebook to Flipkart authority. They tell me every time to wait next day or wait until unlimited time, sometimes they tell that your refund is successfully done. I have not received any amount from flipkart, I have my bank account statements as proof and I also send the soft copy of the statement to Flipkart also ([protected]@flipkart.com). Flipkart is not interested to refund my amount. Actually Flipkart cheated me.

    My printer which was bought a month before was not working .shows some error 5012 how to resolve it.how to claim for warranty
    or whom to contact.

        In less than 24hours o[censored]sage of LeEco Le Max2 phone, the fingerprint scanner on the phone ceased to work. Called Flipkart to return my money back as the product delivered was a sub-standard/defect prone. But, the Flipkart team rejected the return request with no substantial reasoning why it was rejected. I raised another return request and now some executive will come to take a look at the phone and replace the defective part. Well, why should i settle for a defective product? I want my money back and Flipkart has cheated me.

        I want to proceed with legal action with Flipkart as the product sold to me is a defective one and Flipkart says that there's a 10day money back guarantee.

        OD[protected] Flipkart has sold me a phone and is not providing me with an invoice with IMEI no. When contacted for the same, i have been told to return the product. As the original packing has been misplaced since 7 months have passed, Flipkart refuses to do a refund/replacement. So now i cant repair my phone under warranty as i dont ve invoice with IMEI no. nor my phone is being replaced or money refunded. Since every purchase of phone needs to be provided with the correct invoice with IMEI no., Flipkart seems to running some sort of scam or selling stolen phones without IMEI no. and refuses to return or refund or replace my phone. I request all customers to beware of such scams as you will only realise it when you need to repair your phone within warranty and the service center will reject it as there is no IMEI no on the invoice. I shall also be reporting this matter to Consumer Court as i have spent Rs 20000/- and will not let Flipkart cheat customers illegally by selling phones without IMEI no.

          I never expected Flipkart to behave in such a way; making false claims of a 1 day delivery scheme. I had ordered a mobile phone ( Order ID OD[protected] on 29th June to be delivered on 1st July.
          Since it was ordered under 1 day delivery scheme, it obviously was urgent.

          If Flipkart does not have enough resources it should avoid making false claims and mislead customers.
          I have still not received the order and on the above I receive a call today telling me that I did not respond to the call of the delivery agent. EXCUSE ME ?

          Whom do you call MR FLIPKART ?
          SUCH LIES.

            Initially when i receive the delivery of phone it was working nicely. Before the improper working of camera it was accidentally dropped thrice.Afterwards whenever i used to connect camera it displays 'couldn't connect to camera'.Iam seriously very worried regarding this issue as due to this problem i usually miss to snap shots.

              I made an order from flipkart on 25th July, Order Id-OD[protected], the order was to be delivered latest by 1st July.
              I recieved a message from flipkart on the 30th of June that the product is out for delivery after a few minutes a message came that the delivery will be reattemped on the next day, then again after a few minutes on the same day a message came from flipkart that the product is out for the delivery and I made sure to call the delivery guy, the delivery guy assured me that the item will be delivered by the evening itself then only after 5 minutes I recieve another message of a failed delivery attempt. Following the next two days including today not only I did not get any messages from flipkart regarding delivery but only messages that the deliverh attempt was failed. The delivery team has not reached me once in the oast couple of days.
              This has happened to me 2nd time in this month with the order id- OD[protected], and same thing was followed earlier also.
              They have made it a habit of this.
              I want a compensation from them for the mental agony that I have faced.

                Total amount of Rs 3080 . These all orders were on postpaid from flipkart wallet and Net banking. These orders have been automatically cancelled but no refund is credited in my account. I am really upset now. What the hell is going on ? How can I trust on this. Very bad experience.. Please unblock my account. So many products I have purchased from you.Really now I am very disappointed.

                No need to unblock my account, Just refund my money to my bank. The money was not unfair. See the gift card or wallet details and refund all my money. Otherwise I have to go to consumer court to launch the complain. Total amount was Rs. 3080

                  I had ordered for a uni n-7100 smart watch cum health band.
                  Order item id[protected]
                  Along with the shipping price it was cbarged inr.1499.
                  Flipkart delivered me a uni n-602 mobile phone worth inr.999 and took inr.1499.
                  The bill says that it is a watch but when i unpacked the box, it has a phone inside.
                  When i registered a replacement complaint, the seller rejected my complaint.
                  I have been calling their executives but they just assure that it will be activated after 24hours but nothing such has happened.
                  I get sms's from them saying that they will call back but they just ring for a second and disconnect it.
                  I want my replacement of the product.

                    I placed this order as a gift for friend whose birthday is tomorrow. 1.7.2016

                    The order confirmation says the product will be delivered on 1.7.2016.

                    The shipment confirmation says 4.7.2016.

                    I want flipkart to compensate this disappointment and agony. i want a phone to be given as a birthday gift tomorrow. else ensure that the phone is delivered free of cost to me.

                    I need compensation for the agony and mental tension due to wrong promise made by such a so call reputed company

                            This is with reference to order no. od[protected] which i placed on flipkart for redmi note 3 (color: dark grey) on 28 june, 2016 7:32 pm. they delivered me mobile on 30th june, 2016 at around 3pm-4pm.

                            When i checked the device, i was not able to open the sim tray of the mobile to insert the sim, but the sim tray of the mobile was not opening. i have requested them to give me exchange the very same day, but still i did not receive any confirmation for the same.

                            They are telling that there tech team will visit and will decide in coming three, but the responses are like null. atleast the team should response properly. i have heard from few reviews that they use to delay the visits beyond 10 days, so that they need not to grant exchange/refund.

                            Please help me with this issue and help me in getting exchange delivered as soon as possible. this is shame on e-commerce industry that while making purchase they support you anytime, but in case of return they are like they have not sold the product.

                              I ordered a xbox 360 windows controller from flipkart od[protected] but i received fake one. i have made this mistake because i was not aware that flipkart only delivers the fake product to make customer fool. whenever i have ordered anything from flipkart either received the fake or damage product. this is the last time i am purchasing from fake flipkart.com. you are advertising that flipkart delivers only original product but reality is something else, you provide 100% fake products. after this purchase i am going to delete this app from phone, so that you guys can’t make me fool any more that is what you deserve.
                              I wish i could have speak with your directors and ceo let them know that you are hiring iim’s and iit’s for what to provide fake products to customer this is what they do in flipkart. heads off to you flipkart.
                              You lost your one customer (priyank sharma). i am too much angry right now cause i want to gift it to my friend and you ruined everything fake flipkart.com. your site will not survive for so long. i know it hardily maters to you guys and i am writing this long stupid email for no reason.
                              My experience with flipkart is more than worst; i don’t have worst words to for this site. after this email if you have little bit of shame provide me the original one or refund my money because this is not the only work i have. you think customer is fool whatever product you will provide customer would not know that it’s original or fake.
                              Second is by mistake if you would have succeeded in providing the original one, how would you recover my loss.

                                I ordered two iphone 6 plus. and after placing my order i got my order number. after few days my order was cancelled and i am not getting the offer price again. flipkart is making fake promises and are giving minor excuses. i want my order to be deliver soon as it was placed. or else i will file a complaint in consumer court. i hope they will help in this.

                                  I have ordered for the product "springfit dry cool single foam mattress" after going through the specifications mentioned in the site.
                                  According to specifications it is a plain maroon colored mattress with weight of 25kg. But i have received a red colored mattress with flower designs and weight less than 5kg.
                                  I have called flipkart people enough number of times regarding to this fault product received from flipkart that doesnot match the specifications given and i asked for return or full refund many times but they said it is typing mistake error in specification and said they can give me a refund of only rs851 which is 5% and iam fed up with this and very much dejected.

                                    My order number is od[protected], flipkart intimated me that delivery date is 30th june. I have ordered a mobile as a present to my bro staying in tamil nadu. Flipkart called my bro on 27th, but my bro knows only tamil and asked the person to connect to a tamil caller.Instead of connecting they cut the call and sent a mail saying
                                    "we regret to inform you that despite several attempts, we could not reach you for delivery of following items in the order od[protected]. Please note that we've cancelled the order and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you."
                                    Point 1. They have not done multiple attempts (Please check call register)
                                    Next my bro informed me and i called back on 28th, the flikart person sais the order is cancelled and return to warehouse. Please do new order.
                                    Point 2. Flipkart is playing with consumer emotions. Here i got bad name with my bro, as i haven't given the gift on said date. Because of this i have suffered mental pressure.
                                    Please let me know where i can take this complaint to.

                                      I am jayesh keshariya from rajkot and my mobile no. Is [protected]. I bought mobile samsung j7 2016 on 24th june from flipkart. I found very low sound out put. I can't hear rings on road. I requested to return to flipkart on very first day but not accepted. They tested mobile by online software smart check and answed me that your mobile is ok. But it is not right. Anybody can check my mobile ringtone and music can't hear with little noice or on road. So many call i miss daily.
                                      They advised me you should go samsung service centre. But i didn't want to repair brand new mobile. I paid 15990 rs.
                                      They also advised me you should have checked mobile output before purchase. But there isn't available this mobile in market.
                                      Pls help me to return this mobile.. This mobile is useless with out proper ringtone. I don't want this mobile.

                                        I have ordered (Order no : od[protected] redmi 2 prime on 22nd june 2016 and received it on 25th june 2016 afterward the unit got heated whenever i accessed internet. I put return request on 26th june, on 27th june product specialist of flipkart contracted to me over the phone and asked me for update the version from miui6 to miui7, after completed reset the phone the problem will get solved but nothing solved at all instead its heated more frequently than before with other small problem (Network shifted automatically from 2g to 3g.. Etc).. Then i made return request again on 28th june, 2nd time on request the product specialist who contacted me asked to install smartchk apps to check weather its heated or not, then told me access the phone while accessing i checked the phone its cpu got heated too much and cpu meter indicated 64 degree c two times and the technical person lied and clearly denied that their system showed 32 degree c and told it won't be return because it was not more than 48 degree c. Then i made another return request. I got very bad experience from return policy as no one listen me and put embarrassing excuses after me and delaying time so that return period will get over.. I am not satisfied with that unit i want replacement or refund as soon as possible
