This is with reference to order no. od[protected] which i placed on flipkart for redmi note 3 (color: dark grey) on 28 june, 2016 7:32 pm. they delivered me mobile on 30th june, 2016 at around 3pm-4pm.
When i checked the device, i was not able to open the sim tray of the mobile to insert the sim, but the sim tray of the mobile was not opening. i have requested them to give me exchange the very same day, but still i did not receive any confirmation for the same.
They are telling that there tech team will visit and will decide in coming three, but the responses are like null. atleast the team should response properly. i have heard from few reviews that they use to delay the visits beyond 10 days, so that they need not to grant exchange/refund.
Please help me with this issue and help me in getting exchange delivered as soon as possible. this is shame on e-commerce industry that while making purchase they support you anytime, but in case of return they are like they have not sold the product.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
