Dear sir/ madam,
I use flipkart for online shopping, and once, in my flipkart wallet, inr 31995 was returned against one of the product (In the month of dec 2015).
As per statements used on flipkart website in wallet section (Plz click on http://www.flipkart.com/helpcentre), i was ensured that my wallet money will always be safe.
On this 15th of june16, i got to know that i am unable to register in my flipkart account. It was shocking to me & immediately i called to flipkart customer care. Then i understood that, my flipkart account has been approached & misused by some stranger.
My whole wallet money (Inr 31995) was nullified by this person.
Now, after so many calls to flipkart customer care & back end team, flipkart has parted itself completely from this issue.
Flipkart has told me to go consumer forum & police.
Now, i am under the high need of consumer forum to help me in this issue.
After so many calls to flipkart customer care & getting all detail i am damn sure that the culprit is from banglore (And if i am not wrong he/she must be the part of flipkart customer care)
I request, once again, kindly help me to get back my hard earned money.
I dont have any hard feeling from flipkart but in this case i am completely shocked that how flikart can part itself from this issue? As this is the question on their online security system. I am sure that flipkart is not going in detail & doesn't want to resolve this issue
The key evidences for my above statement are as follows :
1. As per order history (I took all order history from flipkart customer care)
On 10th june 16, a mobile mi5 was orderd of inr 25000 by:

Add: 228/62, 45, cross jai nagar, 8th block, near sangam circle, banglore)
2. On 2nd june 16, i recieved a call on the name of flipkart, he was talking to me about some of schemes by flipkart, till the i was not believing, but he sent me one msg & msg was from flipkart (I am dam sure abt this) which was including some codes & he asked this code from me which i told him bcoz of my belief on this msg.
This is the starting point of this whole incidence as all shopings was started from 3rd june 16.
Sadly, i use nokia 1100 (Very basic handset) which always goes out of memory & thus i deleted this msg (Which is only proof, i was having, for this i have already contacted to vodafone for retrieving this msg)
