I had purchased a mobile handset i. e. asus zenfone max [ back] on 22/07/2016 worth rs.9000/. there was a problem in the handset of hanging. so i requested to replace my product on flipkart website.
After that they called us and told me to reset my phone, then i done the same
Still the issue remain. then i again requested for replacement, then they said to download a smart check app on my phone so that they can check the issue.
Afterthat i done the same and issue is also remain same.
Then i requested for the refund on the website 2 times, then they called us and they are saying that to do these thing again and again
And they are not giving my refund
I said them that i just want my refund so that i can buy another company's handset
Still they are ignoring us again and again
So i want to file a complain against the flipkart company

    Ordered a product to my location and displaying able to deliver successfully at your location. Ordered successfully but next day evening after tracking my order it is displaying already shipped but suddenly received message that order has been canceled automatically and refund will be get after 8 days.

    Now my question is if your currier service is not able to deliver particular location how user can placed order successfully (Please see the attachment). Why customer should wait for 8 days if cancelled by flip kart. That means you have no connection with your currier service department. Unnecessary you harass your customer.

      This is regarding refund related for order - od[protected].

      I was facing a problem in my lava a72 4g that it was getting auto switched off so i have submitted it to lava service centre on 22-jul-16, as per service centre there is mother board issue in my phone.

      I have purchased it on 03rd jun’16 and i was facing some issue in this device so i had called on flipkart customer care on 19th jun’16 for the same so flipkart has sent a new device as a replacement then again on 20th jun’16 i called to customer care and said that i don’t want replacement i want refund for it then flipkart cce said that “sir, please keep this device in your hand and check if you will face any major issue in it then not in only 1 month after 1, 2 or 3 months also we will refund the total amount to you.”

      Now, i am facing mother board issue in it and i called many time and sent emails regarding same but flipkart is refusing for refund and they are saying that you have to contact to lava as 30 days warranty period has exceeded.

      Now, i wants my money back my phone is in service centre and it is under repairing and i have send job sheet (wo) for the same to flipkart.

      Please help!!

      Wrong commitment done on call on[protected] from Flipkart as "if you will face any major issue in your mobile then after 1, 2 or 3 months also we will refund the total amount.” but now Flipkart is refusing to refund and they are saying that you have to contact to brand (LAVA) because 30 days warranty period from our side has exceeded.

        Flipkart is showing that my item has been delivered but it is not the case. It never even reached my city. They even emailed me that my item has been delivered. It is absolutely ridiculous. I was tracking my order and last I saw it was somewhere in Bishnupur (far from where I live). It is clear to me that someone "misplaced" my product and I am not getting it any time soon. I simply want a refund.

        Spoke to customer and she told that product was delivered from Flipkart but when she courier it to different address via Blue dart it was misplace from them hence asked customer check with Bluedart customer agreed hence closing case.

          I want to let you know that i have purchased a samsung galaxy s6 phone with flipkart costing rs 33900. The amount was paid in cash. I am a very new customer to flipkart and the phone is my first purchase. As i ordered it on 24th of july 2016 it get delivered on next day 25th of july 2016 in between 2 to 3pm approximately. I have paid the money to courier executive and he handed over the parcel to me.Infront of him i have checked the courier where initial plastic cover was sealed and internal phone box was not sealed. When i open the phone box in the space of phone there was wood frame, except all accessories are on the order.Infront of courier executive i make a call to customer support and a complain was registered. And also on the same day replacement was also arranged luckily. But then i was not will to get the phone from flipkart so i asked for my money and the customer support executiv has told me for that first he has to reject the replacement request. I told him ok. But then he told me call us after 24 hours and we will take the refund request. Mean while on the next day i was checking my phone from the app i have raised the refund request which continously get rejected twice saying that i have done lots number of refund and replacement. So today 28th of july it is still not received and i have been waiting for my money. Even i am not able to call them they might have done something on my number, as it always reflect busy.

          Issue is already addressed.
          I ordered a mobile phone realme 8 pro on 25 March 2021. When it was
          delivered to me on 27 March 2021. The product I recieved was emptfill with
          rough papers or not any mobile in the box . We raise a return request for
          this incident regarding refund. You block my flipkart account or not give
          me my refund for this incident. I also Shop from the flipkart in future but
          you block my I'd or not give any resolution for this incident . If you want
          any I'd proof from me I am ready for verification of identity. If you want
          any proof for missing item we have some photo of empty box. But sir please
          resolve my issue as soon as possible. Today date is 24 April 2021 almost 1
          month done for this incident. Or you can not give me my refund . Please
          help me I am belong to a poor family. And I purchased this mobile from my
          savings of 2 years. Please give me my refund or who is Handel my case

            Your courier people claim to deliver only between 10pm to 3pm, so either customer need to take leaves between delivery dates or resign from the job and stay at home to receive the product.

            They do not call before coming and then claim as if they are the customer and customer's are beggars and flipkart is the only service providers.

            Very rude as in "toh ab kya kerna hai, cancel ker do order"

            Is there is flipkart policy that product will only be delivered between certain time of the day.

            I will go with snapdeal, they are better in these terms. Please cancel my order.

            Resolution: Spoke to customer and informed that we will arrange delivery for him as we have window till 7Pm for standard delivery and 9PM for Express delivery. Customer want delivery on saturday by 11Am hence informed we will try as he had already ordered from Snapdeal if Flipkart not able to fullfill his requirement he will go to Snapdeal.

              The product is cartier under category edt, purchased @ rs 3, 300 has no return policy. The supplied product seems to have original packing but the content in the edt bottle is a terrible cheap smell; a local perfume or a very diluted version of the original. It smells so awful that i cannot use it. I have bought this same edt regularly from duty free where the smell has been excellent. Flipkart's tv advertisement boasting of "only original" is nothing but cheating gullible public. Complaint to them has had no impact.

                  We had placed the order for the lg smart led tv. But the product delivered is lg hd led tv on 09/07/2016. The lg representative had came for the installation after long follow-up on 14/07/2016. At the point of time only we had came to know the delivered product is not as same the ordered one. We had raised the complaint for the exchange on the same day. From that day to till now nobody had came for checking and resolving the issue. We are just receiving the mail for the sake saying the issue is been escalated to the other team.

                    Flipkart gives worst service. Im totaly unhappy with in 15 days. I have send mails and talked to customer care of flipkart but no response.

                    My moto x play phone stopped working from 12 day of purchase, problem is when i dial a number, i cannot hear a ringing sound and call is getting connected but i am unable to hear other persons voice.

                    When called to flipkart customer care say it is your problem go service center we can't do any thing. Flipkart can't replace my phone and provide any solution.

                    For a buyer, what does 'flipkart advantage' mean?

                    Inspite of others telling flipkart is fake return policy i tursted flipkart and purchased now i m facing issue. Fake fake fake...

                        I am a resident of indore and under pin 452010 covered by ekart office at metro tower, near mangal city mall, vijaynagar indore.
                        I had placed an order on 23.07.2016 for purchase of a moto x play mobile as described above under exchange offer of my old moto g mobile bearing imei number [protected] (Purchased on 11.07.14 through flipkart vide order id: od[protected]). The payment of the new mobile was already made by me on 23.07.2016.
                        Today the representative of ekart came to deliver the new mobile and first checked the product to be exchanged. He was satisfied with the genuineness of the mobile to be exchanged. However, he rang up his boss i. E. Team leader one mr. Mukesh, at the office to confirm the exchange product for which he sent some photographs of the mobile for verification. After a while the boss contacted the wish master and clearly instructed him not to give delivery of the new mobile as the old mobile for exchange did not match up to the company's requirements. He said that the exchange was only of mobiles with 16 gb memory whereas the mobile for exchange is only of 8 gb memory.
                        Let me be clear that there was no such condition in the application for purchase of the product under exchange offer that the mobile to be exchanged should be of 16 gb memory.
                        After prolonged discussion with the team leader, it was agreed that the mobile for exchange would be taken to the office for verification and the new mobile would be in my custody until a decision is arrived at.
                        Since the local representative of ekart has come up with a new condition that did not exist in the application form submitted by me, why should i accept the same and moresoever since the company accepted my application after verification of the details of my old mobile and has not asked me the internal memory capacity.
                        This is for your kind information since the matter has not been resolved.

                            Sir,
                            I used to get the message on my mobile for the reverse pick up every day, but now a days it is also stopped and the item is not yet picked up, still with me.
                            the below message I have send them most of the days, but in vain.
                            Please take necessary action or if it is not possible please inform me, so that I can just forget about flipkart for ever.

                            Today I received the Flipcover after reverse pick up, , but the seller has send the same model which has been returned, no change in the design as per my order, This is again the substandard item I have rejected.

                            The item which I received is not as per my order, it is a substandard item of value Rs 228, . the item I ordered is 270+30 =300, which is back side gum type to stick the mobile and the cover, front side cover is stamped with "Galaxy " .
                            .But the one which I received is of 4 corner holding plastic clamp type cover, stamped "J2" in the front side which is costs only 228. as per your advertising photo and description.
                            Please check the photos in your site, you can understand the problem.
                            The shop keeper is not only cheating me, but also flipcart .

                            The dealer is "DN Enterprises, 3291, Mahendra Park, Rani Bagh, Ground floor, New Delhi.11034.

                            I have ordered a mob cover for my another mobile some days back, for Galaxy A5, which was the exact model I placed the order.
                            My son used to order many things from u, but so far no problem. His name is Sreejith, M no [protected], with my same residence address.

                            Hence I request you to take back the Item, and replace with the same model I have ordered., Otherwise take the item back and give my money back.

                                    I placed an order of redmi 2 note but today that order is cancelled at ur end becoz of address could not be found whereas earlier I got many product on d same address.I have not expected this type of response from FLIPKART .after I talked to customer care no I was known that the pincode provided by me is mismatching with the address given by me .if it was so then all my previous order should not have deliverd at that address successfully. very poor experience .

When opened the item found glass completely damaged.. Please replace the item or refund product value to my debit card which used for shopping.                                         I ordered a shoes of size 8 but received size 7. but in invoice the size is mentioned as 8 but the product received by me is size 7, i tried to return the product with sizee 8 but its now available now.i have attached a photos of invoice, received product, and package(worst condition box)received.i don''t need refund i need exchange shoes of size 8. or i need compensation for the loss.
