Hi,

I have purchased redmi note3 from flipkart on 29 june 2016 and received the product on 30 june 2016. I have tried to enable the 4g service with the existing vodafone sim and was not working. Then i have requested new 4g sim from vodafone and after receiving the sim tried in the new phone and found that it is not compatable or not working for 4g services. I have contacted the flipkart and they told like the 10 days replacement policy is expired and we will not able to help in this regard.

Kindly help me in this regard.

    Issue with product - i am facing an issue with lenovo k3 note in connecting to network. Phone is showing no service. I tried another sim, doing every time network search auto and manual, but not working. Its only 8 months i had bought this phone. And lenovo service centre said that your mobile motherboard and port is defected thats why your network gone everytime... How it is possible that new smartphone mother board is defected... Firstly they said they give me a phone in 2 days but after 2 days they said your full motherboard is defected so they changed it into 7 days...In job sheet they mension that problem in anteena and after 2 days said we changed your motherboard... You (Flipkart) gave me a defective product... If they (Service center) install a local motherboard in my phone then who is responsible for it...In smartphone main thing is motherboard... And after 8 months they changed... If my problem is not solve then... I will complain in consumer court... Flipkart... Cheated the customer... They give defective product...

      Item ordered 45 days ago. And the order no: od[protected]. As there is no updated track information, i called to the customer care regarding this. And then story began. Actually it should reach by 9th july. But, they began saying seller will call to mobile before they deliver the product otherwise they don't deliver.

      Tory no 1:

      As my mobile number was changed a month ago. They began to say due to this seller is not able to contact. Hence they need to know the updated number.

      Tory no : 2

      We will update to seller that to call on new number.

      Update : delivery date postponed to 3 days.

      Tory no : 3

      We were not able to call seller. Please wait.

      Update : delivery date postponed to 2 days.

      Tory no : 4

      Will update the status. No able to confirm the delivery date.
      Update: delivery date postponed to 2 days.


      Delivery date fixed on 14th july, again changed to 16th.
      Customer care executive confirmed that he spoke to the seller and they wil l deliver by end of 16th july 2016.

      Again, sent an e-mail that they were not able to deliver. And changed to 18th and sent a mail.

      Now, changed the delivery date to 20th july and sent a mail.

      And still they say that they will call by today and update the status. But they still were unable to tell the exact date or confirm that item will be delivered.

      So, every time when i call about the status of item (As there is no update) they keep on postponing date by minimum two days.

      And this entire thing started only after calling to customer care and asked about the status. Otherwise, they were in a sleep and might not woke up until one year.

      Even after contacting to flip kart grievance cell, there is no action taken except saying that they will work on.

      This is the worst and idiotic behavior of flip kart executives who were working on the issue without any resolution. And sending two mails everyday with two mails with increment in delivery date with out delivery of the product.


      I request to deliver the product or refund the amount paid to us without any disturbance and useless calls.

      Suggestion: close the flip kart business so that at least it will have its old good will as a reputed shopping kart with fastest delivery.

          Its really a very bad experience for me with flipkart.

          I had purchased redmi note 3 on 30th jun 2016 from your website with order id od[protected]

          The product has been delivered on 01st jul 2016 at my residence.

          On 10th jul 2016, the mobile got switched off automatically and it was not restarting again.

          On 11th jul 2016, within 10 days of purchase as per flipkart return policy, i had initiated the refund request vide id[protected].

          The same was rejected, saying the refund is not possible and only replacement is possible.

          The same was agreed to and replacement request was placed with id[protected].

          However, the same was rejected again with no explanation given to us.

          In between, we lodged complaint with customer care and we were assured that a technician will come home to verify the mobile status on 15th jul 2016 before 01-30 pm. However, no one came and when we contacted customer care, they said the visit is cancelled and now it will be done on 18th jul 2016 before 01-30 pm.

          Its really becoming a very bad experience now with a reputed company like flipkart.

          The experience and joy of purchasing a new mobile is as it is lost and now this experience of not able to replace the dead mobile from the seller is very annoying.

          Customer shouldn't be harassed like this for no fault of theirs due to a defective piece delivery.

          If no resolution received from your end, i am forced to approach consumer court for redressal.

          I request you to please speak to the seller and kindly replace the defective mobile at the earliest.

            I placed my order at 10th of july.
            I got message at13th of july order not delivered due to incomplete address.

            1. on 13th of july, i called customer care, i told him how can a address be incomplete as my mobile number was there, delivery guy must have called me. customer care executive apologized me and told product has been misplaced and will will replace it.

            2. next day i got a got from flipkart, she asked me to tell new address where the product can be delivered. i told her new address and i was promised product will be delivered to you by tomorrow i. e. 15 july.

            3. on 15th of july, in evening i again called customer care executive and told him that i was promised today my product will get delivered to my alternate address. to my surprise he told me your order is still processing, and he is not aware of any such promise. he stated me that he don't want to give any false promise but i will be intimidated within 2 days about delivery.

            4. on 16th of july, saturday morning, i got a call from flipkart and i was forced to cancel my order because my product is stuck with logistics. i was also promised that i get re place the order and its available at same price. i cancelled my order. but when i tried to replace it its price has gone up.

            5. again immediately i called customer care, i told her that product is not available at same price as promised. she told me, sir this is not possible to place order at same price.
            Ohhh god, where are flipkart promises gone.
            'har wish hogi puri'
            Is that how you fulfill our wishes.

            If you get this complaint, flipkart please stop making any other promises.
            Let me tell you i have not mentioned the quality time and stress i put into resolving this issue which is more important than the money.

              I am a buyer of letv 1s mobile. I purchased this mobile from flipkart. I want to tell you that due to two faults on my mobile, i submitted my letv le 1s mobile to le tv service center at patiala on 25th may 2016, the reason is that phone not charging up& also its automatically switched off after few minutes. Service center person told me company will give you replacement of this phone to new phone in 10 to 15 days, but till date i not got my phone or any repair or replacement from their side. Service station person suggest me to call in the company call center and i do also that many times nd they are also not answered properly just giving false hopes, and also they are not on one stand for what the reason is bcoz one told me that ur phone is in the bangalore company for repairing nd another told me that we have facing a problem for importing phones. Sir its already 54 days are gone. They told me that we can't help you in this situation, because earlier persons also having the same problem. Customer care persons always saying that we do not have stock but in online sale they have stock for selling nd also sale of their phone online is going on. The problem is not in the side of service center but to flipkart nd letv. Bcoz flipkart also did not help me on this situation they just giving date on date. This is flipkart responsibility to take action against
              The company that harassing their customers. Bcoz i purchased mobile from their platform. Last time flipkart customer support person sent mail to me and said that before 15th july you will definitely get your mobile back. And on the same day letv representative did phone me, said that we want one week more. This is not the right way to deal with customers using false commitments. The problem is as it is. Firstly i wanted the phone with extended warranty. But now i want to refund my whole money bcoz now i have no trust any more to flipkart or their services. Kindly help me to out of from this situation.Inexplicably 54 days are gone nd this is not my fault. I also attached here snap of mail that last time flipkart representative sent to me. Please take some fast step to solve my problem.

                I purchased leeco le 2 phone from flipkart website with a double data offer after following written instruction i didn't get the offer. I complain on same day i purchase this phone to flipkart customer service. My complaint number was in[protected] but my complaint didn't resolved and offer time is over. Now when i am asking for compensation then they are not responding me their customer care executive were rude with when i called today for the same.

                  Please note that i had placed an order for seagate backup plus slim 1 tb wired hdd external hard drive with 200gb cloud storage (red, mobile backup enabled) with flipkart on 27th may 2016 (order ref: od[protected] from the email id of [protected]@yahoo.com via debit card payment. it was delivered on 1st june. but the item was found defective and hence i requested for a refund and the item was picked up on 6th june and refund was initiated on the same date. the refund was supposed to be credited to my account by 8 working days. till date the money has not been credited.
                  Yesterday after speaking to your customer care executive, i am sending attached herewith the bank statements of transaction from 27th may onward, as per your requirement.
                  You are requested to look into the matter immediately and make arrangements for refund of the money at the earliest.
                  Treat the matter as most urgent.

                    I have recieved an un ordered product from flipkart i havent orderd any product. Unfortunattely i have taken it and paid rs 305 cod by assuming that its my order from ebay that has to come on same day. Plaese take away the product and refund my money as easlist.                         I just called the customer care number. as the guy who picked my call was not helpful i asked for the supervisor and the agent first told me that he is not available and then kept me on hold for a very long time after which i was forced to disconnect. i called from dubai. its such a disgrace that flipkart has a poor customer care team who doesnt give a dime about their customers

                          Request for cancellation: order for size "small (s)" denim jacket, however delivered size "large (l)" denim jacket.

                          I requested for return request from flipkart since 5 days. however, they have behaved so unprofessionally and cancelled the return request without acknowledging the customer. the customer support of flipkart did not of much help as well the courier boy coming to pick the item hung up the phone on my face without information.

                            On 7 th july i ordered for a whirlpool refrigerator and it was deliverd as mentioned on 9 th july. the whirlpool engineers came and opened the box and tried installing it and we found the door not working and informed the engineer. they informed us to wait and they will ask the deler to replace. i raised and request on the flipkart for replacement and they accepted it and send me message which i have saved in my phone. it stated the product will be replaced on 13 th july. but on july 13 th till 3 pm in evening no one responded so called flipkart to check and they told that the replacement was not accepted and he will escalate the incident and the rplacement will happen on 16 th. i told them i recieved the message. he said that was a system glitch. so i told them to stop the rplacement and intiate the refund as it looked like a fraud business and they were not true. later they said on 14 they will take the product from my place but again i called them they said they will come only by 16 th. they are holding my money and also not taking back the product and delaying so we will get frustrated and stop calling them and start using the faulty product.

                              The phone that i have received is not new as when i am trying to login to google, it gives an error "please sign in using your owner's account". i already have an account on google and have also tried changing my password or changing the account however it still gives me the same error. please look into it as i have paid for a new phone and not refurbished phone.

                                This company doesn't care the customer... i filled up the document for refund as well return the product on 12/13/2016... and that company sent me a message and message is:-
                                Out for pickup:puma rebound mid lite...+1 more items with tracking id fmpr[protected] from flipkart.com, will be picked up today (13/07/2016)
                                By an ekart wish master (call [protected], pin 176). keep the product ready with all accessories and tags for verification.
                                But no one come to me to pick up the product... then i visit the the website and i got that my request is cancelled... thank u

                                  . I've already tried the steps given by seller to me to resolve the issues but still having problem. product quality is very cheap and seller makes customer fool, they are not tried to understand the problem and not agreed for return.
                                  my problem is phone having display problem display got black after some time and heating too much while putting for charging.
                                  please resolve my problem as soon as possible

                                    I bought digiflip xt712 tablet 1.5 years back and now the display is not working. i tried with the authorised service dealer (sri sai cells, indira nagar, bangalore) for replacement of display but they are telling that flipkart is not supplying the spares and accessories. this is highly disgusting. if they cannot provide the after sale service, then why are they selling the product with an assurance of after sale service.

                                    I have raised complaint twice to the customer service department but the people who are talking doesn't have enough information with themselves.

                                    I am really pissed off and don't know how to handle the situation.
