I have ordered two book from flipkart on 11th july 2016. But on the deliver date (18th july) that product got cancelled from flipkart side, which is seven days after the order.

Issue - item cancelled from flipcart side. But not ready to arrange any alternative solution for that issue. Which in turn affects my final year career. While discussing with flipkart people are not co-operative.
I have no option left except consumer forum so that no other will face this issue again.

    I had placed an order on 9th of july for two set of welding glasses of description - other flip-up front lenswelding/ cuttingprotective goggles safety welding power & hand tool kit 00021 | fnteg2il | with 10 days of replacement gaurantee by order id - od[protected] on the date of delivery that is 19th of july, 2016 at 10:25 and paid rupees 520 /- (Five hundred twenty only) to the delivery boy. When i opened the parcel i was surprised to receive only one glasses out of two.
    I request you to kindly look into the matter and deliver me the second pair for which i have already paid to flipkart delivery boy.

    I ordered this product through Flipkart and haven't received it yet. The expected delivery date was July 13. I already paid for it through Netbanking. I contacted Delhivery and they said that the product is in a different place and it'll take 24 hours for it to get delivered.

      29th june i have placed order in flipkart intex aqua super mobile at price 4499 offer of 35% and that day evening item as been packed and sent through ws retailer at night i got sms by saying sorry delivery is not available on your area, then i called flipkart booked complaint next day i got call by saying there is price error in the product. so we had cancelled you order. how come price error tells extract 35% offer as been given but they are saying there is price difference. its not 1st time, its 7th time happened for me. i asked permission to speak with manager but they said i will make our manager to speak with you regarding your complaint with in 24hr, it as been almost one week. still i did't receive any call from them.. its shows there interest on the customer.

        On july 6th, 2016 i placed an order for "micromax battery - a106 unite2 in
        3000mah" its cost is rs.699 + rs.50 for delivery charge though the
        Delivery was made only to half the way by ekart. (total-rs.699)

        On the same day (july 6th, 2016) i received a confirmation mail and another
        Tating that my order is ready to be shipped from flipkart.

        By july 8th, 2016 i got another mail stating that 'sarthakmobitek' had
        Uccessfully shipped 1 item in my order od[protected]

        On july 11th, 2016 evening around 6 o clock received the battery.

        I opened the parcel and inserted the micromax unite2 3000mah battery into
        My micromax unite unite2 mobile.
        Within seconds i smelt something burning. i quickly removed the battery
        From the mobile and found that it had been burnt. now my mobile is
        Unresponsive and hopefully ruined.

        I demanded for an appropriate response from the flipkart team.
        We purchase from them in the name of reliability and those guys give a product of
        Local make. where is the question of product quality, product reliability,
        And customer satisfaction?
        And the next day i received a mail from the flipkart team stating that no compensation could be made. i am left all alone with this irresponsible who have almost no concern for the customers and the quality of the products they sell online

          I was looking to place the order for redmi note 3 (dark grey, 32 gb). when i tried to place the order it throw's me an error seller was not available after i got this error i requested a call back from your side. i received a call and explained everything from the scratch finally the girl who promised me that she'll send the payment link. till now i haven't received the mail in this regard.

          Second time when i requested a callback, a girl who told me that if the pin code was not available for the particular product means not available and she disconnects the call and she sent the sms stating that i will get a call by 8pm in this regard.

          Now the product is not available and i felt i cheated by the cc executive from flipkart.

          I placed the first android mobile from flipkart moto x, i never believe on moto company, i believed flipkart now its completely waste...

          Am so sorry for the rude, but yes! your cc executive make me like that.

            Its damaged found so i called to flipkart helpline no. And mem said me

            Working properly then i called to customar care and sir told me that
            U going to service center but i ask u that if product is damaged found

                While i got this product, i found that there is a size mismatch. I have raised a return immediately.

                Day 1 - i get an sms in the night ~9.30 that someone had come for delivery and no one was at home
                Day 2 - i call the support number, they say no one had come for delivery, it is written bad rains did not allow the pickup. Apologies and today they will come
                Day 3 - i call and ask why no one has picked up, they say you have asked for cancellation of return. I correct them saying the return is still on, someone has to come and pick up. They say, apologies and today they will come
                Day 4, day 5 - same thing again!! Every time the agent says you only have asked for cancellation???!!! I say no i have not cancelled, pls take the product back. Again they say apologies and today they will come

                I wonder what flipkart wants to say after 10 days of the product being with me?

                  I ordered one le eco 1s mobile and back cover in 11th july, the delivery date of this product is 16th july., till now the product is not deliverd to me, they told like the ecom courier service misrouted the my product... Its not first time, they are repeating again and again... If i contact the customer care, they are not giving proper solution and they only said sorry sorry, while coming to the courier service ecom, its the worst courier service ever i heard, they are not even updating the status of product, i kindly request you to take immediate action to deliver my product, and advice them to do a punctual job..

                  I had bought a UPS which has no battery, but i was looking with a battery and i requested for the refund but there is no refund so i here by request you how to put external battery for the purchased item. whether it is possible to insert external battery or not please ask the product seller.

                    Quantity 1 memory card 16gb samsung ordered on 15july 2016. item memory card vj82639 samsung (fmpco[protected] del/vsk) delivered by the flipkart delivery man on 16 july 2016 at 14:30 hours approx and paid rs.399towards cost of the item. during opening of the item at 20:40 hours on the same day it is found card has hair line crack. please do the needfull and early action is requested.

                      I recently purchased a book from flipkart. The price shown there was rs. 544 with free home delivery. I paid money through my debit card.
                      When i recieved the book i checked the printed mrp on the book, that was rs. 475. I was really shocked!
                      At the opening page of the book where usually mrp is printed, that place was coloured by black marker to fool the customers. But mrp was also printed at the end of the book.
                      It means they have charged me rs. 69 more on this product.
                      This is rediculous. So i contacted flipkart customer support and i told them about the problem but they said that this type of problem should not be there or any other charges might be included in the product. But there was no any other charges or taxes or delivery charge on this product. But they kept on making excuses. Finally they said that they are transferring my request to thier senior executives so i have to wait for 24 hrs for the problem to be solved. But i haven't received any response from them in next 48 hrs. So i again contacted them and they again made same excuses.
                      Lot of my time wasted in contactng them but my problem is not solved. I am frustrated now.

                      How can they charged more money than the mrp of the product. I am attaching a soft copy of the invoice.
                      I want justice. I want a strict action and penalty against flipkart so that they can never fool any more customers.

                        1. Order date — 15/07/2015
                        2.Invoice date — 16/07/2015
                        3. The product became several parts due to low quality within three months.
                        4. The product is under standard warranty of 1 year
                        5. 10/06/2016 contacted flipkart requesting for service details (Product still under standard warranty)
                        6. Flipkart directed me to http://www.wahl.com/ for service
                        7. 21/06/2016 — contacted e-mail:[protected]@wahl-india.In for service request, they promply replied me with service center details
                        8. 26/06/2016 — reached wahl service center for service request. Wahl supervisor alerted me that the product is fake product and is useless
                        9. 29/06/2016 — contacted flipkart over phone previous day and sent them the complete details with scans of flipkart invoice, seller invoice explaining them that they delivered a fake product. The executive was initially responsive and suggested immediate refund.
                        10. After this there is automated response of "we've escalated the issue". No proper response for a long time and i had to call them everyday wasting my time to check the progress in the issue.
                        11. Finally! 02/07/2016 — flipkart asked for account details
                        12. 03/07/2016 — provided my account details
                        13. 05/07/2016 — flipkart asked for account details with account holders name (Really?!? Why don't you ask the same while selling and taking money. Clear motive to side track the issue)
                        14. 11/07/2016 — provided account details under account holders name
                        15. 13/07/2016 — updated pick up address
                        16. 15/07/2016 — flipkart execute denied pick up over branded box (Wonder who keeps branded box after 8 months of purchasing a product) when i have all parts including the broken pieces.
                        17. 15/07/2016 — flipkart executives called up and tried to play me for over two hours on phone refusing their part in delivering a "fake product" and push the blame on me over unavailability of branded box citing terms and conditions. It's laughable how their famous advertisement of "100% genuine products" doesn't come under these terms and services.
                        This issue has caused me a lot of agony and mental tension. I want to pursue this through proper legal channels. Please suggest how i should approach this matter. It's time somebody teach flipkart that they can't play with hyderabadi's

                          Hello team,
                          I have purchased le ecco mobilr handset & i discovered a faukt in 3.5 mm jack.
                          Flipkart is denying to do any sort of thing related to it.
                          Policy n terms are not satisfactory at all.
                          Service centres are also asking to keep the phone for a month or so on.
                          From 2nd july flipkart customer care team is been giving me fake assurity of they are looking in to the issue n same will be resolved at the earliest.
                          Inspite of being such a loyal customer to them purchasing laptops daily neccessities n mobile handsets from them, they are not able to consider my request for replacement n do the needful.
                          I hope the complaint raised here will resolve my query & concern.

                            Hi,

                            I have purchased redmi note3 from flipkart on 29 june 2016 and received the product on 30 june 2016. I have tried to enable the 4g service with the existing vodafone sim and was not working. Then i have requested new 4g sim from vodafone and after receiving the sim tried in the new phone and found that it is not compatable or not working for 4g services. I have contacted the flipkart and they told like the 10 days replacement policy is expired and we will not able to help in this regard.

                            Kindly help me in this regard.

                              Issue with product - i am facing an issue with lenovo k3 note in connecting to network. Phone is showing no service. I tried another sim, doing every time network search auto and manual, but not working. Its only 8 months i had bought this phone. And lenovo service centre said that your mobile motherboard and port is defected thats why your network gone everytime... How it is possible that new smartphone mother board is defected... Firstly they said they give me a phone in 2 days but after 2 days they said your full motherboard is defected so they changed it into 7 days...In job sheet they mension that problem in anteena and after 2 days said we changed your motherboard... You (Flipkart) gave me a defective product... If they (Service center) install a local motherboard in my phone then who is responsible for it...In smartphone main thing is motherboard... And after 8 months they changed... If my problem is not solve then... I will complain in consumer court... Flipkart... Cheated the customer... They give defective product...

                                Item ordered 45 days ago. And the order no: od[protected]. As there is no updated track information, i called to the customer care regarding this. And then story began. Actually it should reach by 9th july. But, they began saying seller will call to mobile before they deliver the product otherwise they don't deliver.

                                Tory no 1:

                                As my mobile number was changed a month ago. They began to say due to this seller is not able to contact. Hence they need to know the updated number.

                                Tory no : 2

                                We will update to seller that to call on new number.

                                Update : delivery date postponed to 3 days.

                                Tory no : 3

                                We were not able to call seller. Please wait.

                                Update : delivery date postponed to 2 days.

                                Tory no : 4

                                Will update the status. No able to confirm the delivery date.
                                Update: delivery date postponed to 2 days.


                                Delivery date fixed on 14th july, again changed to 16th.
                                Customer care executive confirmed that he spoke to the seller and they wil l deliver by end of 16th july 2016.

                                Again, sent an e-mail that they were not able to deliver. And changed to 18th and sent a mail.

                                Now, changed the delivery date to 20th july and sent a mail.

                                And still they say that they will call by today and update the status. But they still were unable to tell the exact date or confirm that item will be delivered.

                                So, every time when i call about the status of item (As there is no update) they keep on postponing date by minimum two days.

                                And this entire thing started only after calling to customer care and asked about the status. Otherwise, they were in a sleep and might not woke up until one year.

                                Even after contacting to flip kart grievance cell, there is no action taken except saying that they will work on.

                                This is the worst and idiotic behavior of flip kart executives who were working on the issue without any resolution. And sending two mails everyday with two mails with increment in delivery date with out delivery of the product.


                                I request to deliver the product or refund the amount paid to us without any disturbance and useless calls.

                                Suggestion: close the flip kart business so that at least it will have its old good will as a reputed shopping kart with fastest delivery.

                                    Its really a very bad experience for me with flipkart.

                                    I had purchased redmi note 3 on 30th jun 2016 from your website with order id od[protected]

                                    The product has been delivered on 01st jul 2016 at my residence.

                                    On 10th jul 2016, the mobile got switched off automatically and it was not restarting again.

                                    On 11th jul 2016, within 10 days of purchase as per flipkart return policy, i had initiated the refund request vide id[protected].

                                    The same was rejected, saying the refund is not possible and only replacement is possible.

                                    The same was agreed to and replacement request was placed with id[protected].

                                    However, the same was rejected again with no explanation given to us.

                                    In between, we lodged complaint with customer care and we were assured that a technician will come home to verify the mobile status on 15th jul 2016 before 01-30 pm. However, no one came and when we contacted customer care, they said the visit is cancelled and now it will be done on 18th jul 2016 before 01-30 pm.

                                    Its really becoming a very bad experience now with a reputed company like flipkart.

                                    The experience and joy of purchasing a new mobile is as it is lost and now this experience of not able to replace the dead mobile from the seller is very annoying.

                                    Customer shouldn't be harassed like this for no fault of theirs due to a defective piece delivery.

                                    If no resolution received from your end, i am forced to approach consumer court for redressal.

                                    I request you to please speak to the seller and kindly replace the defective mobile at the earliest.

                                      1. on 13th of july, i called customer care, i told him how can a address be incomplete as my mobile number was there, delivery guy must have called me. customer care executive apologized me and told product has been misplaced and will will replace it.

                                      2. next day i got a got from flipkart, she asked me to tell new address where the product can be delivered. i told her new address and i was promised product will be delivered to you by tomorrow i. e. 15 july.

                                      3. on 15th of july, in evening i again called customer care executive and told him that i was promised today my product will get delivered to my alternate address. to my surprise he told me your order is still processing, and he is not aware of any such promise. he stated me that he don't want to give any false promise but i will be intimidated within 2 days about delivery.

                                      4. on 16th of july, saturday morning, i got a call from flipkart and i was forced to cancel my order because my product is stuck with logistics. i was also promised that i get re place the order and its available at same price. i cancelled my order. but when i tried to replace it its price has gone up.

                                      5. again immediately i called customer care, i told her that product is not available at same price as promised. she told me, sir this is not possible to place order at same price.
                                      Ohhh god, where are flipkart promises gone.
                                      'har wish hogi puri'
                                      Is that how you fulfill our wishes.

                                      If you get this complaint, flipkart please stop making any other promises.
                                      Let me tell you i have not mentioned the quality time and stress i put into resolving this issue which is more important than the money.
                                      Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
