I am a buyer of letv 1s mobile. I purchased this mobile from flipkart. I want to tell you that due to two faults on my mobile, i submitted my letv le 1s mobile to le tv service center at patiala on 25th may 2016, the reason is that phone not charging up& also its automatically switched off after few minutes. Service center person told me company will give you replacement of this phone to new phone in 10 to 15 days, but till date i not got my phone or any repair or replacement from their side. Service station person suggest me to call in the company call center and i do also that many times nd they are also not answered properly just giving false hopes, and also they are not on one stand for what the reason is bcoz one told me that ur phone is in the bangalore company for repairing nd another told me that we have facing a problem for importing phones. Sir its already 54 days are gone. They told me that we can't help you in this situation, because earlier persons also having the same problem. Customer care persons always saying that we do not have stock but in online sale they have stock for selling nd also sale of their phone online is going on. The problem is not in the side of service center but to flipkart nd letv. Bcoz flipkart also did not help me on this situation they just giving date on date. This is flipkart responsibility to take action against
The company that harassing their customers. Bcoz i purchased mobile from their platform. Last time flipkart customer support person sent mail to me and said that before 15th july you will definitely get your mobile back. And on the same day letv representative did phone me, said that we want one week more. This is not the right way to deal with customers using false commitments. The problem is as it is. Firstly i wanted the phone with extended warranty. But now i want to refund my whole money bcoz now i have no trust any more to flipkart or their services. Kindly help me to out of from this situation.Inexplicably 54 days are gone nd this is not my fault. I also attached here snap of mail that last time flipkart representative sent to me. Please take some fast step to solve my problem.
