    Initial order placement of lg refrigerator 5 june 2016
    Product delivered 14 june 2016 (defective - dent and scratch on front door)
    Technician visited - 15 june 2016 (confirmed about the defects on front door)
    Replacement request placed - 16 june 2016
    Pickup was scheduled on 24 june 2016
    But still pickup was not done by them and we had already done payment and suffered a lot by such behaviour of flipkart.
    Also they promised us that they deliver us the replaced product by 7 july 2016.
    We need urgent delivery of our product and compensation against the trouble caused to us.

      Ordered for samsung galaxy s5, i was out of station, i came back on 28th may and opened the package and found phone came with no accessories though it was properly seal packed. Also taken unboxing video because these days if you purchase any product from e-commerce websites its mandatory take video while opening the shipment package, as their sellers did too many scams already.
      Then,
      Within 30 days of replacement policy i filed my concern on 28th may.
      Customer care guys are just wasting time every day, but senior already promised me for the return of my order.
      Check the note of senior team, and my pickup already been arranged by flipkart.
      Check my previous screenshot, and the same status same concern you are sharing me over 4 days.

      Your call was scheduled every time and wasted my valuable time. Contacted over 15-20 times.
      So now do the needful asap.
      As per my complaint senior check all details, she also placed the note my device is not starting up apart from missing accesories.
      So right now you have to the needful within 24 hours

      Customer care is passing time by asking inorder to look into the complaint. But they are doing nothing. Been a loyal customer since 2010. But i'll never order any product from flipkart anymore.
      Take an action by end of day else i'm prepared to file a lawsuit against flipkart.

        I purchased a samsung galaxy j7 2016 on 23rd of june 2016 thinking that it will be delivered in a weeks time as i had to gift it to somebody and i also paid extra to flipkart to do birthday packing gift box. to my surprise i got it delivered on 24th june 2016 itself and i just kept it aside. i gifted it to the person on 4th july 2016 and we observed the call sound quality was wierd at different times. so we took the phone to samsung service and have it checked, they said its defective piece and speaker has to be replaced. when i called up flipkart on 5th july 2016 they said 10days policy is over and you have get it repaired. i just opened the box and flipkart tells me to get it repair. i doubt if flipkart is selling new products or showroom s rejected handsets and doing false business. i was such a loyal customer of flipkart specially from ws retail and this is what we are getting in return. daily i spend 2hours on call with flipkart and every new person says our escalation team will cal back and nobody will call back. even floor managers gives wrong commitments to customers. i spoke to mr aijaz and ms pushpa who are floor managers in flipkart cs desk and they say in few hours your getting call and nobody will call back. now i am planning to appeal it and proceed legally and sue flipkart big time for their false business practice and cheating customers this way.

            This is to bring to the notice that an order was placed order id: od[protected] for 2 portable chargers. on receiving its delivery on 08/07/2016, the bill mentioned about payment for 2 chargers and the same was done i. e. rs 1378/- but on opening the parcel it was a great shock to see that only 1 charger was delivered.
            The same was immediately to mr. mukesh saini ([protected]) who delivered the product.
            Further on their customer care page a complaint cannot be sent. i have tried sending it multiple times.
            This is highly unacceptable being a customer of flipkart.
            Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                With due respect i beg to say that we have order the tshirt on 3-7-16.In 1 minute product was packed and next 1 minute product was shipped. Next day we have received the order but in my order flipkart sent me the antivirus box. We have call so many times to customer executives he said please wait while we team will we working. There are 6 days ago but they are provide me the resolution. Now we will call again he said we will not return. Please help me for providing my refund.

                      I ordered a pair of vans low pro authentic shoes and tampered glass protector for my watch approximately week ago. today, on 07/07/1, i received mail saying that they are unable to deliver the packages and it has been cancelled and the amount will be refunded. i was extremely unhappy because when i checked the availability of delivery to my pincode, the website said delivery is available and i placed the order. after receiving this message, i rang kart logistics which is actually flipkart and after talking to them for more than 45 minutes, i was told that the product is actually in aluva hub, which is like around 8-10kilometers from my house and it would take like 15 minutes to travel in a car. i told customer care that at the time of purchase, delivery was available to my pincode. i told them that i am happy to go and collect the product but they said it is not their policy. after couple of hours, i received a call back and ii was told that since it was cancelled, i need to reorder itms again. extremely disappointed because the product was just like 8km s away from my house and it wasn't delivered!!!

                        I have ordered crocs bellies from flipkart, but i got the wrong size so very next day i have requested for return. It's been more than a week now, i am getting calls from their courier guy who says they will deliver tomorrow, today as well i have received a call from their courier guy and he is standing at a wrong address and later he said he will again deliver it tomorrow. I have mentioned correct address which booking and i have called their customer support and spoke to onkar who said he will check for me and put me on hold and after a wait for 15 minutes he disconnected my call.

                        What kind of service is this from flipkart, i have faced this issue earlier as well after that i have stopped shopping from this site. I have tried this time again its the same thing. I need my order to be delivered soon last time they denied to deliver my order as they have attempted 3 times and asked me to place this request again.

                        When there is a fault in their courier service, why they put pressure on the customer to place the order again and again.

                        I need an explanation of all the hassle i went through. Thanks.

                          I have ordered a mobile phone from flipkart model- Redmi note 3. But the product is damaged. I am not satisfied with the product. Charger was not working. And there were many issues related to features like fm radio is not working, notification led is not working. I have called them many a times in last 8hr but they always say that the server is down please call after 1 hr.

                              I orderd a deodorant from flipcart on 1st july nd it was suppose to delivered on 2 nd july bt it won't nd i called there related my delivery of order on 4th july than they r saying that there is an issue from our side ur order will deleiver on before 7th july bt still i didn't get it.
                              Today morning i called there again n today they r saying that we r not getting any response from our end so we can't say anything i have taken ur complaint it will resolve on 9th july
                              Its kind of service is bull
                              I want my product today onwards
                              And one thing my product was ready to deliver from sakinaka to chandivali on 2nd july so there is no sense that it will take 1 week or 1 month to deliver in chandivali approximately it takes half an hour to reach chandivali

                                I bought lenovo phab 1 from flipkart, since the tab's battery drained, within a week time, i raised the complained, flipkart sent a service engineer to check the product's failure and he conformed it.

                                Flipkart executive said that he would settle the issue by 29th june. then he extended the time to 30 june. but nothing had happened, so i called their number but of no use... they kept on postponing the issue date till 6th of july.

                                I cancelled all my appointments and waited at home, to return the product, since the executive told that delhivery courier would do the task of taking back the product... but delhivery is the house of cheaters and frauds, each time they promise, the courier guy would come without looking into the case...

                                When i called at 7.20, delhivery courier told that flipkart never assigned a task to them. i need to ask flipkart only...


                                What is happening...? i losing my patience...


                                I have thousands of responsibilities and i am quitting all to return this lenovo phab 1...

                                Flipkart executives say "i am sorry to hear, give me another 48 hours"

                                The excuse is endless...


                                I want the refund...

                                  The seller put this item for sale at rs.799 and i placed the 2 orders, later on when he saw that others were selling it at a high price the seller cancelled one of the order himself.

                                  Worst still for the other order which he did not cancel, he has sent me a completely different product

                                  They are now giving me a stupid reason like "it is out of stock right now"

                                  Because it was very much "in stock" when i placed the order (in fact two orders on two different dates"

                                  No sites allows you to buy a product if it is"out of stock" so if the seller had these items when i placed the orders where are the items now and why have they not been fulfilled against the order placed?

                                  The worst part is flipkart.com is doing nothing about it.
                                  In spite of writing several emails to them.

                                  I want the item i have paid for: the doll.

                                    It is to inform you that I have been purchased many times form flipkart. Com but last three times i am very scared about his coriour person who given wrong feedback about me. They didn't reached my address but but he is asking that the customer has not able to take the courier. Now i just ordered memory card on 25th June 2016. And I am able to take my order but today ecom express called me and asked his courier man three times reached the place but I am not able to take this. Last two times I was complaining on flipkart. Com but they didn't get an action . Last order details -order number -od[protected].
                                    So please do something against them .

All order were cancelled due to customer number not getting connected as this order was COD when field executive is going to deliver product number is switched off hence after multiple attempt of delivery and no response from customer order got cancelled.

                                        I purchased American Tourister backpack from flipkart on 21st june.the bag is too small, so i want to return the item, i am trying to return the item in more than 5 attempts, but every time the delivery boy refuses to pick up the item, telling the address i provided is not serviceable, but they delivered the product in the same address(Cash On Delivery).every time i contacted to the customer care service they assured me that they will take quick action and will contact to the courier partner to pick up my item as soon as possible.But it's more than 13 days i got no solution.every time i called the customer care they automatically lodge a pickup schedule but every time the delivery boy refused to pick up the item.please take a step against them.
