Mtself pooja dalwadi from vadodara, gujarat. i have purchased motog3 on december, it had 1 year warranty. the screen of the phone is broken so please let me know whether i can replace my phone i buy on 21st of december 2015. i want to replace my phone as 1 year is not yet completed. or else help me out with the center of motog3 in vadodara.

I have ordered for butterfly desire 4 746 w juicer mixer grinder, but 230 w was delivered to me instead 746 w. complain was accepted and replacement was initiated. pick up done, was waiting for replacement after 2 weeks, it was cancelled by flipkart and the reason is due to technical fault. i have spoke to representatives several times, no use. complaint no: in[protected].

Product : “zeira brash brown boots”

I bought this product (seller emp marketing) on 5th of july and expected delivery date was 11th july. however, i waited till that date, shipment was still showing "reached at nearest hub" on tracking status and not “out for delivery” as it should. i called flipkart stating the same, and asked them why my product is still not out for delivery and why i did not received any message as it usually does. flipkart representative apologized and asked me to wait 3 more business days (till 14th july) saying they are having some functional difficulties. (courier service “delhivery”) she also provided me courier service no. i called them and they said they are experiencing heavy rush and product will be delivered soon. on next day i received message, product is “out for delivery”. i waited whole day, even called courier service again, they responded to wait till 6.30 noon. but i did not received my package. to my surprise, in night i received a message “your product could not be delivered today as the customer was unavailable at his/her address”. how can this be even possible when i did not had any call/message, for delivery attempt?. i again called flipkart and they again apologized, requesting to wait for three more business days. i felt being fooled and i canceled the order (on 13th july). worst experience with flipkart which concludes they do not have value for customer service and experience. i repeatedly asked them to help me out by contacting courier service or seller but they did not, instead they put foolish arguments.

Nevber use flipkart wallet, or give gift card and more importantly store your credit card info as flipkart executives has confessed that thier account is prone to be hacked and they cannot do anything at such instances, rather you will have to take pain of going to cyber crime and complain, when the crime happened on their system and their product got compromised which they have assred is safe with them.

An amount approximating 7000/- was stolen from my flipkart account. these accounts are to be highly secured and rbi approved. after 8 days of complaint all i got was they dont know how this happened and they canot trace anything. i am asked to complain to cyber crime.
The wallet money was transfered and it has to be materialized in form of gift card again (as per them) or bought something from them. if the same money can vanish from their system without knowing where it got credited, then first flipkart should lodge a complaint with cyber cime that their whole system was hacked and someone can simply create a flipkart account, get it authorized, transfer money into that hacking other system account and vanish that money from his account, into what, i don't know. then this account according to them is deleted and non traceable.

Dear flipkart, have some sensible brain working in your company who can understand the problem and make sound solution approach. how can money just vanish from that account. their that account transferred that money to some other account, which you can again trace or they bought something.

So it brings me to that either someone from your company has done a fraud and you are hiding or that hacked account has purchased something and you have delivered to some random address (which also should be traceable) and since you took 8 days to probably, if at all, look into this you can not give this money and now hiding saying that your team doesn't know how this happened.

Product was having 2 features (camera, fingerprint sensor) not working properly from 1st day of purchase. pickup was scheduled twice for refund while everytime it was cancelled by flipkart stating "pickup cancelled as you decided to keep the product". while i called flipkart and even emailed for the same while no resolution is obtained yet.

I have purchased wardrobe from flipkart whose order id is od[protected].

The person who came for fitting was not well trained and he did very bad fitting, when i asked him for fitting mistakes then he did few more holes and did fitting again, but not able to do proper fitting at all.
Door locks are also not working properly and when i asked him, then he put one more plate behind locks and try hard to do proper locking, but he was unable to make proper fitting. doors can not be closed properly as magnet is not given for doors.

Also this wardrobe has very bad quality of wooden and even it would surely broken if someone push it or open it with little effort.

I don't like this bogus product, so i applied for return on 14th january.

I got many calls from flipkart and hometown, but they are not giving proper answers.
Each and every time flipkart is giving me new and new deadlines on every calls and emails.

I am waiting since last 184 days for any positive response, but each time they left me with a same copy-pasted & pre-defined email that they will resolve my problem within certain date and on that date they are giving me new deadline date.

I didn't expect such bogus service from well-known company like flipkart.
Please give me suggestion that what should i do to get proper answer from flipkart.

Hi, let me brief you about myself. I am a seller on flipkart and dealing with flipkart from last 4 - 5 years. I am selling the electrical appliances on their seller portal, as i am the authorised dealer of couple of branded as well as some local brand products.

Till today we have not received any report or any communication on what is getting returned to us & what all products are already been returned to me. There is a loop hole in flipkart's process and it looks like they are doing some fraudulent activity by not sending the returned product back to me.

I have the long sample list of all those undelivered and returned initiated products, where neither i have received any amount in my account, nor received the product back till date.

They have the commitment that the product will be returned to us in 15-30 days. But i have the example, where the products are still not with me even after 5 - 6 months.

I have also prepared the document for putting the complaint thru legal forum, as i want the claim of rs 1 crore. I have prepared all the affidavit for the same as well.

I bought a pair of adidas shoes from flipkart some 15 days ago against order id od[protected] amounting rs. 1444/- and returned the same to flipkart on 30-6-16 against incident no.in[protected] for rs. 1444/-. but i am sorry to inform that i have not received the refunded amount till date even after so many days. kindly look into the matter and arrange to refund my money rs. 1444/- immediately.

Ordered on 29/6/16 'eveready 9 w led bulb combo; delivered on 5/7/16 —
Adv on flipkart says list price rs 999 selling price rs 350 + delivery charges —
On opening pkt i find printed mrp is rs160 (inclusive of all taxes) per unit — that translates to rs 320 for combo of two
This is not only deception but also illegal to charge more than mrp.
This also amounts to 'unfair business practice' in moca parlance.
I find it not uncommon for e-stores to inflate price than offer discount ;one gets wise only on opening the pack to find discount offered over mrp is exaggerated; this is deception. this time they adv. about discount; charged more than mrp —
I tried to return the pack but flipkart have fixed issues on drop down box ; clicking return only gives option 'replacement" a replacement is rushed which i refused since the issue is different

The laptop was ordered and received on saturday, 9th january 2016, so it also falls in the warranty period.
The basic problem with it is that the cursor is not working and also we are facing trouble with the hardware part.
When the problem was shared with the local computer repair shop, they suggest the remedy for exchange. also i feel the same.

I want my laptop to be exchanged asap, since i am facing huge difficulty in my business and the loss shall be also beared by flipkart.

Please look into this matter on urgent basis.

Now there is a issue with my cell-phone that its speaker and charger are not working, so I went to ASUS Service Center for repair because it has 1 Year warranty. But at ASUS Service Center, he said that there is no security seal on screw of your phone, so it will not consider under warranty, it is not a new product.

That means Flipkart has delivered me a used product. So, I want Replacement.

This complaint is regarding the apple i phone 6 which i purchased from flip kart on 30/06/2016. although the problem in phone that it restarts itself every when and now started just after 5 days of my phone purchase, i could not raise the concerns as was busy in some personal issues. when ever i try to use my phone, it keeps on restarting, while clicking on any app for e. g., you tube or wynk it just shows abnormal screen and then starts rebooting. calls also get disconnected frequently when i am on phone. i am really frustrated with the phone i have got as i bought it with my hard earned money and it is not working as desired. i also noticed that the ios version which is used in the i phones is 9.3.2 however my phone has 9.2.1 version... i am shocked that how come a new phone which was ordered hardly 10 to 12 days ago has the older version. i need my phone to be replaced asap. please take action against flipkart and fix my problem.

I ordered redmi note 3 on 5th of july and flipkart site is not showing anything about my courier and tracking details... They are so irresponsible that they even call back or say what would be the date of product delivery.
Flipkart is using a cheap and worthless couriers service first flight which never updates where my package is. I guess it is still stuck at the initial position.. I am extremely dissatisfied with such delay and irresponsible behavior of the company.
I had a thought upon returning the product back but the refund process take terribly long time... I'm afraid i'd never buy from flipkart again in my life.

If you really want to resolve this then kindly update my shipments current location exactly like other courier dtdc etc. Do
And kindly don't reply with a dumb email... We apologize for the inconvenience caused... Bla blaa blah... Please for god's shake give me my courier's exact location and tracking details.

I am a seller on flipkart, i had processed an order on 4th august 2015.

The product was lost in transit by flipkart as informed by support team, but the claim for it is still pending.

The amount for the lost product rs 1165 has not been given by flipkart till date i. e 12th july 2016.

It has almost been a year, thus kindly help us to get the claim settled.

I have order leeco le 2 from flipkart on 5th of july order id is od[protected] and the delivery date was 11th of july. but on on 10th of july they did not give a single call to me neither did they came to my address but they updated the status that delivery attempt failed no response from customer, how come they do this without giving a single call to me, after that they did not try to deliver on 11th of july i called 4- 5 times to customer care and gave the details everyone was saying that you will get it on 11th of july but i did not get the phone. i had my train on 12th morning and because of this i had to cancel my ticket. i have not received the product till now so how flipkart will compensate this.

I have claimed for the refund of the product within the time limit they provided. Flipkart send a person he came and checked the device and gone, i got a phone call from the flipkart that my claim for refund is rejected, because the product is damaged. I asked the same thing i want it in writing but they insisted i request them to resolve the matter once again otherwise i goingto proceed through the court.

My order has been delayed. very very poor service. courier guy called me and told that he will come within an hour ie near about 7 pm but he has not yet delivered the product. product was supposed to be delivered by today, before 9pm as promised by flipkart however not received yet.

Courier guy disconneced my call every time, i have tried multiple times on the number received by sms, he never answered and kept disconnecting.

Now i m checking my order status, they have updated fake update that no response from customer, what the hell?? i spoke to him, he confirmed my address n name n said will reach withing an hour...

I have call recordinof the conversation i had with delivery guy as my phone is enabled with acr software and also have call history and duration, i will go to consumer court n will sue you guys. just wait n watch.

I ordered a pair of skechers shoes (size 6) from the seller retailnet amounting to rs 3169 on 2nd june, 2016 which was delivered to me on 5th july, 2016. the piece was larger than expected so i tried to get a replacement. due to unavailability of the product in size 5, i requested for a refund on the same day, providing my bank details.

No pick-up was initiated instead i received a text claiming that since i'm satisfied with the product, i have cancelled my request for refund, which i did not! yesterday i placed another request with a complaint but received the same text message today instead of pick-up.

Please help me get the refund and take the pair back. the product has 30-day replacement guaranty so please do it quickly. i am providing the order id and return id numbers of my order & refund details.
