Company no provided return policy I order a LG mobile, delivered today when I open mobile their is network and camera problem when I call to customer care regarding they said goto service centre for this. But when I order I ask from customer care regarding this they said u have to do complain within 10 days after delivered plz help me what should I do I think goto consumer court for this because company provide defective product I think

    I purchased this smart phone online from flipcart on 2nd June 2016. On Sat during set up I figured that the Wifi option on the phone is not working and wifi is always disabled. So I initiated a replacement on the phone on Sunday 5th June 2016. I received the order saying somebody will contact me within 48 hours.

    Since I didn't receive any calls or update I sent a mail to Customer care at [protected]@flipcart.com, I received a prompt reply saying somebody will contact me on 7th June by 6 PM.

    Again nobody contacted me I sent another mail on 8th to which I received another prompt reply saying somebody will call me 8th June by 6 PM. Waiting for the call now.

    Considering the current run around I have requested that I don't want a replacement and I need to retun the phone with my money back.

      I ordered a windcheater from flipkart. I was not satisfied with the quality of the product so i returned it. Now, even after more than a week i haven't received the refund amount.Instead, these guys are calling me to return the product. How can i return the product twice? I have reverse logistics slip from delivery too. I have shared with flipkart but still they are not entertaining me. I feel i have been badly cheated.

                Subject tv got delivered to my premises on 30/05/2016. During the installation phase it was observed that the inner screen of the tv was damaged and was totally blur. Immediately a complaint was lodged by me. We bought the tv during the sale season and hence requested for replacement and no refund. Till date there has been zero interest from flipkart in resolving the issue. My request to the high level officers is that we in india have very recently developed this habbit of purchasing through internet and flipkart is one of the popular online portal. Please take initiative to keep this goodwill going. Hope you would understand and will do the needful.

                  I refer to the following purchase from flipkart
                  Order number[protected]
                  For hp pavilion x360 11-k10tu laptop
                  Invoice no f 00126 for rs 29, 300- dated 07may2016
                  Delivered on 12may
                  Machine serial no : 8cg6070ffb, pn : p3c91pa#acj

                  I have sent flipkart 5 emails about this defective laptop. These are dated
                  16may, 19may, 23may, 28may and 06june. Despite the defect, flipkart refused to accept a return giving reason "... Issue has been resolved between you and the seller..."

                  The issue was never resolved so this reason for reject stated by flipkart is false.

                  Refusal by flipkart to accept a return is also contrary to their policy shown on the website which says that a defective item will be accepted without questions if the request for return is made within 10 days of delivery.

                  Flipkart directed the matter to the manufacturer hp to resolve the
                  Issue which they have tried to do since 01june. I have received an
                  Email confirmation on 06june from the manufacturer hp that the defect in the laptop cannot be repaired despite their attempts to do so. Hp
                  Has suggested that i approach flipkart for a replacement of the laptop or a
                  Refund. Hps email is appended here below.

                  I am quoting what the manufacturer hp says "... Please contact flipkart
                  For getting the refund or replacement for the unit as the unit is having
                  Restarting issue and not able to use the notebook,..."

                  The manufacturer has admitted that they are unable to rectify the defect and that the laptop cannot be used, which proves beyond doubt that the laptop is defective. So flipkart is obliged to take it back from me as a return, and i am entitled to a replacement or refund. Therefore i would request flipkart to have the laptop picked up from my address as i wish to return it immediately.

                  As i have been put through so much inconvenience by flipkart, i am no
                  Longer interested in a replacement. Please give a full refund of rs 29, 300-
                  That was paid for this defective laptop.

                    Flipkart services are very very poor. The sevice man at rajahmundry service center dont even believe me for the warrenty given to my product. I even show him the details of product in official flipkart website but he is so reckless. It is better to remain the worker that costumers satisfaction is an important criteria. Otherwise it may give a bad impression on whole flipkart because of a single worker.

                        I purchased shoes from flipkart I wear only 6 days her upper net got damaged I complained flipkart 3 times they send her executive but both times they disagree to replace the shoes. I've called several times to customer care but didn't get any satisfied response. I am a continue customer of flipkart also my collegues are using its facilities.                             I had ordered a piece of headphones from flipkart worth rupees 1850 and received a wrong product 4 times because of fake product and now i have recieved a product which is also a defective and cheap product and just want to complaint to the head of the company that i just need my right !! And to make this complaint against your company ( or say bloody company ) which should be closed because it is not working and giving service properly.

                                Hi,

                                I ordered a moto x play on flipkart website using credit card. The order was marked as confirmed and the confirmation email and message was received by them.
                                15 min post confirmation, they cancel the order giving some stupid reason and my money is blocked with them for another 15 days

                                I want flipkart to answer how can they cancel a order once they have blocked customer's money and also given order confirmation.

                                Sheer lack of committment.
                                I want flipkart to notify me when the product will be next available and give assurance on its booking.

                                  Sir i bought a product from flip kart order od[protected]. Lava a76 4g.

                                  Product is defective (Os not working properly) so i requested for the return of the product as per flip kart rules. So they told me that pick up will be 3 june but then i called they told pick up will be rearranged 4th june 12.30 p. M. But then i repeatedly called 5 june they repeatedly told pick will be held 12.30 p. M. Then after 12.30 p. M. I called flip kart executive then they told pick up will be rearranged 6th june 12.30 p. M. I called to customer care many times and they say the same thing that tomorrow we will arrange it..,. And they refused to provide me the contact information of nodal officer... Service of flip kart is pathetic and they harass the customers so please look into this matter and they are not refunding my money.

                                    I have ordered the product and order no. Is mentioned below on may 30, 2016 from flipkart.com by paying the complete amount and on june 6, 2016. They have mailed me that your order is cancelled without informing me anything in advance. They have stated the following in a mail : "we would like to inform you that we are processing your cancellation request for the following items in the order od[protected].

                                    Before cancelling the order i didn't get any call from flipkart that we would like to cancel your order because of xxxx issues.

                                    Regarding the delivery i had discussion with flipkart executive and floor manager on 5 june 2016, they committed me that you will get your order by 6 june upto 6:30 pm,

                                    After got a call of cancellation from flipkart i had word with floor manager shoheb shaikh, he told me the same that your order got cancelled. I explain him each and everything like, i didn't cancelled any order...

                                    I have purchased so many products from them and they are having my all the details with them. On the same address flipkart delivered me other orders. This is my most worst experience with flipkart.com. I want my order to be processed as scheduled by any way.

                                      Payment made by me and order approved by him after three day they have cancel my order with remarks courier partner was unable to deliver items.

                                      They didn't contact me for another address and state way cancel order

                                      Sir flipkart saying that once order cancel can't reverse but they didn't confirm me for that and reason for cancellation is non acceptable please help in this regard

                                        My order no 0d[protected] & od[protected]. Mene flipkart mese 2phone purchase kiya tha uski delivery date 09/06/2016. Thi mene phone ka status dekh ne ke lie flipkart comoros care me call kiya to vaha se mera phone not delivery as bol rahe he our already me ne apne vahi address pe kahi chije purchase kihe. Our mera order cancel kardiya he our pn me sms kiya he ki mere address per courier nhi deliver karsakta is ke pahe le me ne kai chije purchase kihi usme to deliver hoti thi isme kyo nhi aur mera phone dusre kisi kon deliver kardiya he. Please deliver my order please tomorrow& proper reply my mo no.[protected]/[protected]
