I had purchased letv mobile thru flipkart on 08th thru my credit cardband converted in emi. On receipt of product and on charging i found overheating of mobile and frequent restarting i.e. 4 times mobile restarted within 15 mins. Also as a part of offer i havent received ear phones and other coupons too.

Very same day request for return was initiated. On 9th i missed attending a call and got an sms that concern team would contact on 10th. On 10th june i got a call and the issue was explained to the executive and meantime call got disconnected. Again i got an sms that convern team will contact on 11th june o close the issue.

Why cant the issue resolved in a day itself. Why we are keeping the dates extended day by day. Such kind of service is not expected at all. If this is the service i will be effeted by my banker as total amount is converted in emi and if you would return the amt back to my credit card bank will not adjust the said amt and will charge for closure charges. Who will bear the said cost. Customer will bear only due to the reason of flipkart poor services towards customers.

Hence request you to please treat matter on top priority and close asap.

I am an happy customer of snap deal and very much satisfied with there return policy and the duration they take to close the complaint and to refund the amount to customer.

    I recently placed an order for kent water purifier. The product description shows that that there is a free installation and support by kent. The machine was delivered before time. They raised request to install the machine as well. For almost 20 days the kent team debated telling that it is not their team to do the free installation.

    I made an attempt to return the unopened purchase which was rejected. They say return is allowed only if product is having big issue. They attempt sell as much a possible without the quality of products.

    My advice to all is never buy anything which require installation and support at home from flipkart. Especially expensive items. You can buy small items which you can carry to the service center in case of issue.

    Amazon has a far far better return policy compared with flipkart. Even if the price is high better to go with amazon.

      I have bought i phone 6 on 3rd june from flipkart, it reached me on 5th june 2016. From 7th june it started giving me problems like over heating, unable to use 3g internet and battery always shows 100% and phone gets automatically switched off.

      Same has been on followup with flipkart, it has 3o days money back grantee. After filing complain following are massages recd. On my registered mobile number from flipkart on [protected]

      As per date above even after following with flipkart call center, still no one has visited my place for mobile pickup and also i have recd. Msg from call center that they have not approved my request but sms recd. Says it has been approved.

      This is worst ever experience from india's biggest online retailer.

        Dear concerned,

        This is to bring to your kind attention that purchased a letv phone, model no le x507 through flipkart on 25/5/2016 for my wife’s birthday, i wanted her to be surprised with all the features it has but in reality it turned out to be a big disaster, the camera quality is pathetic like anything, and the battery given in it heats up like anything and heats up our ear and head which can be life threatening to my wife and if anything happens to her i will not leave anyone from this company nor flipkart because i have asked several times to get the refund and take the product back. I have trusted you guys and this bull product you have given me??? When i called up your executive, they denied for return and disconnected the call.

          Hi your seller (Shoeisland) is really fraud, he sent me different than shown on the website and even color is also different. If flipkart is really concerned about his customer, he must xis this issue.

          Now you are not accepting my refund request don't know why i have made a refund request within 5 mins i got the order.

          I don't want this product any more as i didn't get choice product. Please take your product and refund my money.

            Terrible service... I have ordered a sansuai 1 ton split ac from ws retail at flipkart (Order no. Od[protected] and received the incomplete delivery (Only outdoor unit). I have immediately called and complained and was advised that my complain has been registered and team will call me with a resolution in 3 days on the day i was to receive this call they send me a mail asking for 3 more days to respond. When i heard nothing post the given tat i called up the call center and was only asked to wait for the so called concerned team to call me... All they keep telling me is that someone will call but no one does and every time i call their call center i get a different agent who has no clue what's been going on about my complain

              Friend ordered "signoraware 501 3 containers lunch box" using my flipkart account. Since she was unhappy with the product, she had returned it, now they the amount is stuck with flipkart people. As they say that the bank details are incorrect and the website is not letting me to update it. I also sent the bank details through email and tried to update over the phone. But still it is not been refunded though the details are correct. My friend is really upset with flipkart and they cant do this for a new customer like her.

                I bought skullcandy S5URJW-557 Uroar wired bluetooth headphones last 28th may 2016 . And after I received product I am not impressed from the product and after 1 hour I reqest to return the product but flipkart called me and saying we will not return your product. So why they give advertising to return your product very easily if you are not like it. If flipkart not take return your product so why they advertise to YouTube and television and etc. I think flipkart you have very bad marketing and you are not satisfied me with yourself.

                  I ordered a lg led tv from flipkart on 25-may-16 with order id od[protected] according to flipkart, order will reach at given address till 09-june-16 i got a call on 4th june from courier company on my contact no-[protected] which updated with delivery address stating that your courier has been received at faizabad please come and collect your courier otherwise we will send it back. I call to flipkart customer care on the same date and informed them that courier company refused to provide doorstep delivery flipkart executive said do not worry we will arrange you delivery at your doorstep. One or two time i received call back from flipkart also related my concern they said same. Now today i got a text message again from flipkart that they deliver the product till 12-june-16.
                  When i ordered the product i clearly mentioned my area pin code then why i am facing this type of problem.

                  I placed order for my sister marriage its very important for me i am a regular customer of flipkart i have placed different order also from flipkart.
                  Surprising fact :-
                  Order placed on 25-may-16
                  Reached at faizabad on-04-june-16
                  From faizabd to delivery distance 10-20 km
                  Time has been taken 6 days to deliver item for 10-20km distance but not delivered yet.
                  When i received call from courier service and i asked when my item will be deliver courier person said courier can be deliver if any couier boy wil be available otherwise same will be returned.
                  Washing maschine has been deliver at same address which order from flipkart on the same day.
                  Courier person who deliver washing machine asking for rs-50-100 for kharcha pani i refused to pay him single rupee.
                  He was doing miss call on my given number [protected] at the time of last delivery (Washing machine).

                  Now tell me why should i wait for 12-june-16 while i am with touch of your customer care service and informed them all the details. As a customer i need proper response why my order is not deliver yet. I have prepaid for the same.

                  One more funny point
                  In flipkart order details there is mentioned that customer no response while i am following regular basis with flipkart customer care for my order

                  Flipkart is a brand name flipkart needs to be contact with their courier facility for delay. As a customer i paid flipkart not to courier company so i request to flipkart find out the exact reason and give a trust full response.

                    Ordered for an item in flipkart ..and I paid it through my credit card...date of delivery was 3 June 2016...the product was not delivered yet...I don't get a single msg or any informations regarding the delivery from them...such a bad service...I need my money back or you should issue my product...neither I will complaint to court...I have heard a lot of complaints about ur service... But now I realised it was all right...shame on u...such a huge company and not have any response...so badd..

                      I got this phone on 30th may and from the same day i started facing many problem like Overheating problem during charge/call/video streaming, Finger print scanner is not working, showing high temp alert message after taking 15 photographs, sound quality is very bad. So i just requested return for this product and make return request on 5th June then got a call from flipkart and he told me that Le Eco engineer visit at your doorstep and resolved the issue. The last date was 8th June to resolve this issue but on same day (8th June got call from Flipkart as resolve date is increased and now your issue would be resolved by 11th June. I told many times to Flipkart customer care to arrange pickup to return this phone however till date they have not resolved my issue and not taken return request and refund my amount as well. The behavior of customer support executives is also not good so really worried for my refund from Flipkart.
                      I am very disappointed from Flipkart on this issue. I need to take action against this company so no one face same issue.

                        The mobile Lenovo Vibe P1M came with a missing charger and usb cable. I immediately lodged a complaint for refund on the same. However now they are saying that it cannot be processed since I have opted for many refunds/replacements earlier. It's true. The majority of my refund/replacement has been for mobile devices for proximity sensor non-working issue which has been verified by smartcheck app of flipkart by agencies. It's nothing like I said and they believed. This is absolutely transparent. But this time they are not accepting my request. What should I do if they provide defective products and also with missing accessories? Kindly help me out. They are repeatedly rejecting my request.

                            Ordered for a leeco 1s eco mobile phone worth Rs:9999 from flipkart and payed the amount through debit card. Now they are saying can't deliver it and will recredit the amount after days. Now i am helpless, that i was not able to get a gift for my brother and dont have the money also now for a short time to buy another from shop..flipkart just make people fools and eating our money. Very bad experience.

                              I bought a samsung on7 mobile from flipkart on 17th may. I started using it on 1st june. The mobile has many issues like overheating, quick drain of battery and internet problem. I started calling the customer service from june 2nd. I am not getting proper response from flipkart and they keep dragging my complain. Seems like the are trying to cheat. I am attaching images for reference. Please take necessary action.

                                  I ordered redmi 2 prime phone on 28 dec 2015. Payment is done by debit card amount of ₹6999. The delivery date is 5 january and i have not recieved phone in box and recieve some kind of magjines in folded form, i complaint customer care and they take my request and they sent me phone again and the product was delivered on 13 jan 2016 but once again i recieved some magzines in place of redmi 2 prime phone ordered, i again complaint to customer care but they always hold me for 2-3 days, they told that your complaint will be resolved in 2-3 days, finally they called me and said that you have recieved the phone, you complaint is not true, then i asked them to trace imei number so they told that now issue is transfered to legal team they are investigating this issue and now customer care cant help you.

                                    Hi All,

                                    I ordered this phone on 3rd June 2016 and as per the stats from Flipkart Tracking website it has not even been packed yet. NO MESSAGE OF THE ORDER PLACED OR EMAIL RECEIVED WITH THE INVOICE.

                                    Its 6 days today and I have been calling Flipkart daily 6 times to expedite the delivery process but noone helps me out. The customer service agents just repeats the same line like a ROBOT "We will deliver you your product on out before the delivery date please don't worry". What would they be saying about their website "Our website is down and some tortoises are working to fix it meanwhile just ignore our STUPID AND PATHETIC GOOD FOR NOTHING website".

                                    I have been requesting to deliver my product on an urgent basis like I did with Amazon and they immediately worked it out for me. I expected the same service from Flipkart but they have given the MOST PATHETIC SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED FROM A RETAIL GIANT.

                                    From next time onwards, I WONT EVEN BUY A NEEDLE FROM FLIPKART..

                                      I have buy mobile from flipkart I have made my payment online by credit card for my mobile than after that have send me a empty box whan I open the box I found a book only in the box I paid than 5599 RS by credit card for my mobile now they are not refund my money I am m call than for refund but they are not taking action for my refund this is
