On 26th april 2016, i placed an order for a dell insprion 3542 for rs. 30967/- (Order id - od[protected]. And i have never have been more disappointed in my entire life. I personally felt that the laptop was a little bulky and heavy, and as a student, i would have preferred something lighter. But that i suppose is one of the cons of digital shopping. The laptop was slow, battery would discharge within an hour.

After talking to your customer care i realized, that the maximum battery i can get is 1-1.5 hours, if the wifi/bluetooth is switched off. It takes me more time than that to travel to college everyday. On the site, it only mentions '4 cell', and not the actual time one will get. We are all not computer experts, and a lot o[censored]s have no idea what that means.

I am willing to pay about 50% more to buy a laptop more suitable to my needs from your website. But your customer care refused to even listen to me and kept mechanically repeating your policies. Great job training them to be machines. Even the dell customer care person was ready exchange the laptop.

Losing one customer may not mean a lot to a company earning a revenue of over $1billion, but this was supposed to be my 20th birthday present. But now i am stuck with something which just fills my heart with regret. 30k may not be a large amount for a billionaire, like yourself, but it is for a student living with her parents.

Also, please do change your slogan. Kyunki meri koi wish poori nahi hui h.

But it is still not recieved yet.but when i check on the site it says the product is deliverd it to me on 29th April . but i didn't get the product .

    This is to bring to your kind notice that seller gadget hub id and mobile house are not selling original samsung wireless charger. How on earth are they selling a product which is of rs 3599 and rs 2999 for rs 944/- and rs 1104/-. The selling price also includes fees and courier charges. I have got in touch with samsung authorised distributors in mumbai, delhi, bangalore but no one could provide these rates even if i buy 1000 peices each. I want flipkart to investigate on this matter because there claim of selling 100% original product is vague and illegitimate.

Its temperature become 46 to 48 degree celcius... And 3000 mah battery works like 1000 mah... Fast draining... So i report this issue to customer care executive.. But they reject my exchange order... So i move to the consumer court in kerala... Against flip kart and leco... So i wish to understand my problems by corporates...

          Hi!!! I'm feeling very bad to write this mail, thanks to the service u provided. I'm loyal customer of flip-kart but u have always cheated with me u can see my orders. I have purchased redmi 2 prime mobile, right from i got it was something wrong with it. It was getting hotand having battery issue i have noticed this frequently i had called customer care ex. I have requested 3 times for return the phone but u people rejected it, now the phone has stopped working and its completely dead now u say its beyond 28 days but u even didn't replaced in 28 days of delivery also though i have requested 3 times. Its very pathetic thing u don't care ur loyal customers. This has happened previously also and its making me very furious and forcing me to take legal action against u. I have support from consumer forum and social media. Please think carefully and do the rest. I wont say anything now..

            Dear flipkart, I was very convinved with your add "flipkart matlab bilkul pakka".
            But it got proved false when I purchased Envent MUSIQUE 4.1, with orderno- OD[protected]. when I received the product remot and fm was not working, when I requested for replacement, one person came and told that the remote is duplicate, hence product cant be changed. I fillow up with your customer care team and called them atleast 3-4 time but nothing satisfactory came out of that discussion.

            Now I am feeling highly harassed, so request for urgent intervention and compensation please.

              I was booked a mobile phone intex aqwa power plus on 20 april 2016, with id no-od[protected] through flipkart app.
              I was received the order on 25 april 2016. When i checked the mobile i was shocked that the imei number mentioned in document/box and in mobile phone was different. And mobile having problem automatic switch off, over heating & battery remove and reinsert that mobile will automatic switch on. I was complaint regarding these two issues on 26 april 2016, to customer care for solve this both issues.
              This a mistake of the seller and the company which flipkart providing service. This is a fraud/mistake which company has done. I would like to inform you that i already talked with the customer care for 30 to 35 times at junior level and 4 to 5 times at senior level talk. But the both are not able to solve my problem & they are not taken it seriously. Daily they told me and sending a message that the courier company will pickup your product. But still they have not done. I want the refund the amount from the company or a new handset with the imei number should be same at box/document as well as in mobile phone with working condition with out any defect.

              Imei number of mobile and box are different. Some one changed the handset and handed over to me with same as on box and bill. Imei number mentioned in bill and box is
              Imei-[protected] and imei number on mobile phone-[protected].
              Sir check this imei number which was present on mobile and i feel that some one has changed the handset.

                I have facing the genunine problem on my handset. i cant liston the voice from the other side when any person make a call on my handset after 55 second voice is automatically stop and not reached to me after 55 second it will take just 5 second then the voice of the perosn come again after 2 mintus of call then voice is stopped again then 10 second no sound no voice are coming. such a very huge problem i have faced please change my handset or replace it as soon as possible.

                  2 weeks back i ordered for magic bullet mixer grinder (Price rs.2198/-)
                  After some days they supplied the package and i paid the money cod. Upon opening i found the product is amazing bullet a similar product with different brand, priced around rs.400/- less by same flipkart. I requested for return and only option shown to me was a refund. I gave all particulars. Later some customer care person called and told me to hand over the product first then i will be getting the moneys within 5 working days, which i did not accepted. Then for every 2 hrs they call me and each time they are repeating same thing which was not acceptable to me. I was told that the product i sought was out of order. I asked in that case why they have not either cancelled the order or inform me for which no answer. Then after 3 days again i got a mail to re request for replacement as there is stock.

                  I did so and today they supplied again the same amazing bullet and took the earlier delivered product. Again i requested for refund!
                  Ame procedure follows now — they call every 2 hours since morning.

                  I want flipkart to first refund my money then take back the product. Or let them hand over me in cash and take their wrongly delivered product. [ i paid as cod - cash on delivery. Let them do codb - cash on delivery back]

                    Sub-standard quality mobile recieved. Refund application was applied. Courier boy from flipkart came to collect the mobile but due to difference in IMEI No. he refused to collect the mobile. But IMEI no. in bill of mobile and handset are same. But the IMEI no. in letter issued by flipkart to its courier boy was different. After that I approached flipkart to rectify its mistake. But my problem is not sorted out. I have booked for the refund of the product within the time duration.

                        Due to any resion the touch screen id dameged.I call to tollfree number of company that purchage of mobile is within the gurenty period so kindly replace the same or repair it free by your service center nearby our town at bhubaneswar.But they reply me it will be charge to repaire the phone as the cost price fixed by service center & they give me the adress of service center at bhubaneswar. Then i contact over telephone to service center about cost price of repairing the touch screen. They reply me that it will take ten to fifteen days and replace cost of touch screen is rs.3800.00(Three thousand eight hundred) and will bear by customer.
                        Sir, total cost of mobile is 9999.00 and only replace of touch screen is 3800.00. Is it justify price for replace, repaire only the mobile?
                        I request your goodself to kindly take nessecerry step to resolve my problem and give me justice for repaire of mobile in acctual justify price or free of cost as possible.Becouse it is only 6 month pass to purchese the mobile.

                          I ordered on 16.04.2016 for a infocus m-260 mobile phone to flipkart through online.
                          On 21.04.2016 i have received the ordered mobile phone through flipkart and paid 4, 090/- ti the courier boy. Now i wish to tell that at the received phone is
                          Not working properly (The second sim slot was not working). I have informed the problem to flipkart over telephone several times.In reply they have assured that their courier boy will collect the defected phone from me on may, 7th onwards and also assured me that amount 4, 090/- will refund to my account. But regret to inform that they have rejected my request and cancelled the refund of my money on 06.05.2016. So kindly take action against them and arrange to refund my money.                                 I purchased an Sansui split AC which was delivered on 28th April. Installation was promised within 24hrs but nobody contacted me for the installation even after 4days.
                                Based on my complaint Flipkart rep told me that installation will done before 5th may 5:00PM. unfortunately nobody came for the installation even after 8days.
                                Now I am requesting Flipkart take back the product and now one executive from Flipkart called me and telling me that they will NOT take back the product very harsh as well.
                                I have lost complete confidence on online shopping with flipkart and disappointed with the overall shopping experience.
                                Flipkart is not adhering to their support of returning the product within 30days as per their promise.
                                Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                  Hello team,

                                  My name is himanshu naidu and i booked a 40'' vu tv on 12 april 2016 and product delivery date was 20 may but the product was not delivered to me due to unknown reasons, finally the product was delivered on 4th may 2016 by gati currier services from nagpur regional godown. When i carried the box to my home and opened the box i got bricks instead of tv, and same has been infirmed to flipkart customer care.
                                  The customer care officer told me to wait for internal investigation but after waiting 3 days i am getting a call from flipkart and he said the request is invalid when we ask about the procedure on what behalf he is saying like that the person directly disconnected the call.

                                  I am requesting you to please give me a original product instead of bricks kindly replace the same.

                                  And hope there is someone responsible person in flipkart department who will take care of my request else please guide me on the same.

                                  We also attach the pics of products which i am getting from flipkart.

                                    Flipkart delivered the wrong product to me. It had misleading information on its site. And despite calling multiple times, the useless and pathetic executives of flipkart told me they cannot arrange for a return.

                                    The executives are useless and have are very rude to customers. They promised me refund in two days but did not call back for almost five days. I had to call them back and ask for an update.

                                    Their reply for very rude.

                                    They robbed me of rs 600 and on top of it all denied return.

                                      Refund issues: flipkart and ws retail

                                      We purchased a hitachi 1.5 t 3 star split ac from flipkart (Seller: ws retail) on 24th april. The product got delivered on 25th april.

                                      As per the information included in the product page offering, which we bought "limited period offer - avail standard installation for rs.501".

                                      I started following up with flipkart for ac installation and kept waiting for the installation team to come and installed the product. On the 29th april after making numerous calls to their customer support i told them to provide a definate date for installation or i would be forced to return it. (Till that time neither they or hitachi had not bothered to call me). I was told that it will be installed by 02nd may morning, but no one turned up on 02nd may but i get a mail from flipkart the same day saying issue will resolve by 3rd may.

                                      Which was again 1 more day which was not acceptable so i raised returned request on 2nd may, citing delayed installation as the reason, as that is one of the reason they provide in their return forms that we have to fill.

                                      On 3rd may flipkart customer care ppl started calling and requested to give them time till evening if they fail to complete the installation by evening *i can go ahead with refund*. Which i agreed but installation team didn't turn up that day also.

                                      So we kept our refund request active. And assuming that we will get our refund in due time, we actually went ahead and ordered another ac and that too from flipkart (Assuming that service of flipkart + other ac provider will be better).

                                      So after putting ourselves to so much convenience, being repeatedly let down. There is no recourse for us to but to return the product and seek full refund and along with that an apology.

                                      As per refund request i would get my money back by 8th may but today on 5th may flipkart executive called me and said they will *not* refund my money. If i want installation (Which they are not able to arrange) well and good other wise i can take what ever action i want to take because as per seller (Ws retail) which is again flipkart own company they can't refund as per the policy.


                                      So few things are quite clear from flipkart priorities, they only get really active when you ask for a refund otherwise your followup hardly matters to them.
                                      And ws-retail + flipkart (Which is a flipkart entity if i am not mistaken) dont work int he best interest of the buyer.Their moto of 100% buyer protection is basically a farce a marketing line with no commitment to back it.

                                      Flipkart has failed to fullfill their commitment on multiple accounts.
                                      1. First they failed to provide the installation on providing multiple occassions.
                                      2. They have not honoured the full product offer, of standarad installation at rs501.
                                      So they have not really delivered the full product but have charged for the full offering.
                                      Which is probably cheating
                                      3. Then they refused to refund the money, which also they had committed to do if the installation was not done per their promised date (3rd may.).

                                      Its a sad state of affairs from a co. Who gained their market-share through customer focus.
                                      So far i have spent so much money transacting on flipkart, this will be the last.

                                        As i ordered hand kerchief in flipkart and paid money through online worth 254 rs but i dint not received any msg from flipkart that my order is successfully done but my money has debited your a/c xxxx43281is debited by rs. 254.00for billdesk-finb[protected]/flipkart/thru net banking - ref:[protected]/04/2016 09:11- indian bank. So please try to get me a refund or else product which i have ordered
