On 26th april 2016, i placed an order for a dell insprion 3542 for rs. 30967/- (Order id - od[protected]. And i have never have been more disappointed in my entire life. I personally felt that the laptop was a little bulky and heavy, and as a student, i would have preferred something lighter. But that i suppose is one of the cons of digital shopping. The laptop was slow, battery would discharge within an hour.
After talking to your customer care i realized, that the maximum battery i can get is 1-1.5 hours, if the wifi/bluetooth is switched off. It takes me more time than that to travel to college everyday. On the site, it only mentions '4 cell', and not the actual time one will get. We are all not computer experts, and a lot o[censored]s have no idea what that means.
I am willing to pay about 50% more to buy a laptop more suitable to my needs from your website. But your customer care refused to even listen to me and kept mechanically repeating your policies. Great job training them to be machines. Even the dell customer care person was ready exchange the laptop.
Losing one customer may not mean a lot to a company earning a revenue of over $1billion, but this was supposed to be my 20th birthday present. But now i am stuck with something which just fills my heart with regret. 30k may not be a large amount for a billionaire, like yourself, but it is for a student living with her parents.
Also, please do change your slogan. Kyunki meri koi wish poori nahi hui h.
