I ordered for a Nexus 6 phone on the 2nd of May 2016 and got the order delivered to me on 4th May 2016.
But as against the product accessories mentioned on flipkart website, the data cable was missing from the product box.
As an end customer, be it myself or anybody else, this kind of a situation will lead to a thought that the product box was tampered before delivering.

I first of all raised this issue and requested for a callback. I got the call from flipkart representative yesterday itself and he told me that he will credit Rs. 300 to my flipkart wallet (equivalent to the cost of data cable of the product which i ordered) which i can use it in my subsequent purchase.

But still i doubt the authenticity of the product because the data cable was missing from the standard product packing which means that the box was opened before delivering it to me.

So, i requested for a return of the product and got a call from the flipkart representative today again and he told me that the product technical team will visit my place by 8th of May 2016 to assess the product and address my concern. That was fine.
But i was taken aback when after disconnecting the call, i got an email stating :

"We would like to let you know that your return request for Order OD[protected]" has been disapproved since the issue has been resolved through troubleshooting by our executive."

I logged in to the website and again requested for return.

I am attaching the snapshot of the order placed by me and the email received from flipkart post return request.

    Flipkart shipped me products(2 Home town brand wardrobes) made of the material different from the product specification manual.
    3 door home town bali engineering wood wardrobe
    2 door home town premier wardrobe
    Both the wardrobes are not made of MDF, and flipkart have been selling the wardrobes in name of MDF material for more than 6 months.

    When I asked them to provide replacement of product as per specification. For months they kept forcing me to accept that the product is made of MDF material(as per the specification) & they have quality certificate of MDF material from Future Bazar (home town brand). After pursuing the case for few months they accepted that the both wardrobes are not made of MDF material.

    Now they have been telling me that it is Product specification Error & they don't have the products(2 home town brand wardrobes) made of MDF material.

    Flipkart have sold for months & months this product under specification of MDF, however the product is not made of MDF. Flipkart should replace the product with MDF material product for all the consumers (including me).

      Have purchased a vu tv from flipkart ( *order id: od[protected]* )
      On 12-april-2016 . The product (Invoice no: blr_jig_*01l[protected]* )was
      Of good picture quality but had a defect in the screen, so i requested for
      A replacement .

      Flipkart has delivered a new vu tv( *invoice no: blr_jig_01l[protected]* )
      . But this product has different specifications both design and picture
      Quality . How is it that both products are different even if model no are
      Same .

      Either vu has started a new product with same model number or this product
      Is defective . Even if vu has started a new product, flipkart cannot
      Cheat the consumer without conveying such a change on a replacement order.

      I have contacted flipkart technical team but they are not ready for a
      Return .

        My organisation gifted me with a gift card of flipKart for 80000/- (two vouchers ), I don't know that there was a validity of one year. When I tired using the card it was showing as invalid. Customer care informed me that the voucher is invalid. The voucher expired in Feb 2016 I tried using in March 2016. When I requested em to re issue, they claim that this cannot be done and the entire money is theirs. How ridiculous it can be! I had saved those vouchers for a special occasion and the entire money is now donated to flipKart as per their customer service

        Looters! This is the other way to get investment in their dwindling company may be. Beware!!!

        I have not received refund still.I ordered earphones while i have paid Rs.499 through Debit Card last week.After I have cancelled the order.But still my refund has not been received.Please take action.
        I have received my Lenovo K5 today and surprised to see that the processor is not according to Flip kart notice. AS per flip kart processor has to be 1.7 GHz whereas it is only 1.5 GHz.???? This is big issue and I need quick reply on this and next line of action as well.

                I have placed an order in the name of heena sachdeva vide order no-od[protected] dated 10/12/2015 for wireless bluetooth speaker from flipkart company and when i recieved the parcel it was fake or nt original..As i returned the parcel on 31/12/2015, as said by ur executive amount vl be refunded in 10 days but still not yet recieved tha refund amount of rs 3, 995/-
                I called many times to ur customer care as m being harrassed by the flipkart company as being a female it a very serious matter to harass a female..!!
                Please u r requested to sort out the matter and refund the amount otherwise i will move to consumer courts and legel authorities against flipkart..!!

                      This is to bring to your notice that my order with tracking id fmpc[protected] was delivered by a delivery boy from ekart named biswajit ([protected]) on 3rd may around 5.00 pm .I was not present at the provided address but my father who was present was ready to take the delivery with the required amount of cash.The above named delivery man misbehaved with have using harsh words and rude tone.On being requested by me to wait for 2 min if he wanted to hand it over him. He refused to do so and shouted at me.
                      I have been a regular and loyal customer of flipkart but this kind of behaviour is not tolerable .Hence i have cancelled all my orders .

                        I ordered the phone on 14th April 2016. Phone model: Le tv1s price: 10, 999. The first problem I faced was the heating issue. They told me that the phone is having a metal body that's why it's having high temperature. If the phone is between 30-40°C then it's normal. When the technician came from flipkart, the temperature he measured was 41°C. He again then told me that if the temperature is more than 48°C max then the phone is abnormal and then I can raise a complain. The phone already had a calling issue problem for which they told me to reset. When the technician came he reset the phone for the battery issue resolve. Then in 10-15 min duration the fingerprint stopped working for which the technician tried everything and again what he did was reset. I mean... The phone was just 2 weeks old and was formated more than 5 times. Seriously I was so much pissed off with their service. Technician also aggreed that there is a problem in the phone. The technician told me that he cannot do anything for the return. Seriously so why did he came. I wasn't satisfied with the flipkart technician service so I again raised a complaint. This phone already hangs more than 5-10 times a day. Flipkart rejected my return request for more than 6 times now. I don't know what to do. Yesterday, a technician was supposed to come around 3:30pm but he didn't come. So I called them and they told that he will come tomorrow for sure. But today he also he didn't come. And the flipkart called me and told that they cannot do anything for my phone. And at this stage now, my phone is not working at all. All my applications closes when I try to open it. It restarts automatically. Now almost 11days are left for my 30days warranty period. I don't have any other proof for my defective phone.

                        I have raised the complaint to flipkart about the product which i brought from them. They literally took 2 months to handle the issue. After so many escalation and numerous calls. Flipkart executives provided & guided me wrong. I complained this to the escalation team. The escalation team told me that if the flipkart executive provided the wrong info. They would resolve the issue from their end. And they also told me if the phones goes bad after the service then they again promised flipkart would be providing me the resolution.
                        After the service also the phone went very bad.
                        The above is just a short note of what all happened. There is long story behind it.
                        They finally ask me to contact brand.

                            I bought Lenovo K3 note in flipkart on January 3rd 2016. Till april it was working fine as i didn't use it much. Due to over mobile heat phone signal was very weak and sometimes there was no signal. So i went to ariel electronics in adyar as it was an authorized service center for lenovo handsets. On Saturday usually the server will be down there. So they wont collect mobiles on Saturdays. Last week i gave my mobile for service. They stated that the mother board was fault and it should be replaced. After a week i collected my mobile with replaced motherboard as stated by them. After returning to home i found that microphone in my mobile is not working. I dont know what to do and what they did to my mobile in name of servicing.

                                    My name is sarvjeet yadav and i had ordered for Atheno solid men Round neck t-Shirt in Large size the product which i have seen on your site .Order no is OD[protected] on 25/4/2016, but the product which i received on 02/05/2016 is completely different from which is shown on the site, neither the brand name is mentioned nor the size is mentioned it is very small size for me i had ordered for Large size, Request you to kindly help me in returning the product and getting me the product which have ordered in Large Size.As iam a very loyal customer of yours very frequently i order products from your site, but this is for the first time iam facing this kind of situation please help me in returning this product and help me in getting me the one i had ordered for.

                                      I wore the Liberty Force 10 shoe only once and the sole came off. I have been calling the customer care to replace the shoe or return my amount for the past 10 days but nothing has happened yet.
                                      The senior customer care yells at me for wearing the shoe one time and trying to return it. Please understand am not a con who wants to wear your shoe for one day. The shoe is of such poor quality that it diD not last a single day.

                                      WHY ARE YOU SELLING SUCH POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS? IS THIS YOUR ONLY WAY OF EARNING LEFT?

                                      PLEASE RETURN MY AMOUNT OR REPLACE MY SHOE!!!

                                      How can the customer care executive say that i wore those shoes once so its my fault?? Do you seriously believe that the life of shoes is just one day???
                                      I have called the customer care centre thrice. Please check the call records in your database from the mobile number: [protected]. Everytime, the executive tells me that the issue will be resolved in 24 hours. When will your 24 hours be over? It has been a week!!!

                                        I had ordered a Sukhi Jewellery Earrings that were golden dangling earrings which were golden in colour. And i received some other red green n white stonned earrings circular shape. This is not what i had ordered. I want it to get changed. I paid 560 rupees for this. Price was same so i didnt understand when i received this parcel.i want it exchanged or my money refunded. Ensure it is done as soon as possible.
