LeEco phone problem .. Worst ever service by FLIPKART

I bought a new phone after checking its configuration online. First I have ordered a golden color phone and the time I have received the phone that's was silver. I have been using this phone since last ten days. Phone has plenty problems. Battery doesn't last for more than 4 hrs only on standby. Internet never connectes properly. I get my msgs after 2 or 3 hrs. Either on internet or even a normal mags aswell ... Worst phone as per my experience.

When I filled for a refund with flipkart . they say I had to go some checks and all or they will send there representative at my address to check the phone. Weather its fine or not.. Even I mentioned to get this replaced with higher amount of phone... Got a call from from flipkart . vikas and Sam they both are hopeless and useless.

If anybody is taking care of these complaints so please get me a full refund being a part of 30 days money back guarante. Else you won't leave me with anything except taking a legal action against flipkart.

    I ordered an Motorola x play on flip kart I got delivery but their was no sim tray in mobile I complaint it on flip kart and they have no answers that all flip kart adds are fakes I tried to contact seller too but theirs no contact info on flip kart and even on jusdial how can a person use that mobile which has no sim tray and flip kart is not ready to solve it

          This is with reference to my order no OD[protected].

          I placed my order for refrigerator on 15th Apr. I recieved the product on
          20th Apr in damaged condition.

          Flipkart initiated the replacement on 23 Apr. But due to higher replacement
          timeline on delivering the new product, I requested to change my replacement request to refund of amount on 26thApr .

          Since 26Apr, replacement cancellation request is under progress. I
          contacted customer care, social media but they keep on giving new timeline
          for resolution & are of no help.

          I am fed up chasing up customer care for my refund. I overall had worst
          experience shopping on flipkart specially customer care team.

          My product has already been picked up on 28th Apr, by Gati courier( Docket
          No :[protected]

          They are just keep on giving fake promises to customer.

            I'm unable to withdraw my amount from flipkart wallet I have said them many times but they don't try to solve my problem... not even bothering..more than a month I'm contacting them they will say we will solve in 2 days but they won't I'm getting frustrated they are keeping my money with them... lastly I told them I'll complaint but they dint even bother please solve my problem

              The flipkart people send me 1800 mah battery instead of 2100 mah battery shown in website.

              they told that their service is trusted showing in advertisement with celebs but all that thing is crap.
              They dont even check from backend what product is send sending products in a box of sweet.That is poor.My parents bought that this battery and after 10 days their battery gave problems and then when i looked the capacity was low.The parents dont know what capacity and that things are .Now when i saw i called up straight and they people straight denied that out of policy .Means that is really bad from your end that service is poor and fake.Means they dont even check what they are sending.
              If they would have checked then this would not have happened.
              Are we going to come and check what they are sending?
              its their duty why we should suffer.

              I've ordered lenovo vibe k5 plus on 20th april and it was delivered on 21st April. But I've not received in-voice to my e-mail yet. And the phone which I've received is getting rapidly heat. Please respond to this complaint. And requested to send the invoice to my e-mail as soon as possible and provide the solution to the heating up of phone.
              I purchased a carrier 1 ton ac online flipkart, the item was delivered and installed by a third party but doesn't cool even at 17 degrees.

              I have been calling flipkart for 10 days now but no resolution in sight, each day i get a call from the call center and thats it...

                I had ordered a Puma wallet and I received it in 4 days instead of 7. So far so good. The wallet I received was good initially but from the next day o[censored]se the colour of the flag placed below the wallet started fading. So I opted for replacement. Again I got the new wallet in 4 days. But the same issue has recurred again. The colour of the flag is fading. We do not expect this from a company of Puma's stature and similarly from Flipkart. It's completely unprofessional of them to deliver faulty products. So, now I've asked for a refund. Hopefully I will get through it without any hassle.

                  Both models for my parents.
                  When i randomly checked today, the earphone for one of the models which was never used since the delivery, as my dad does not listen to music on the phone, is not working.

                    I returned a mobile as per the company direction for which a refund of rs 6999/- has to be made.They asked me to create an id and activate . After doing that there is no such activation happening. The customer care of flipkart sends mail and repeatedly telling that they will resolve the issue. I am fed up and requesting for favour.

                      Flipkart service is worst than ever. Their products are never as per description. I ordered a watch and it's quality was pathetic really disappointing. Firstly in order to deliver the product they take 7-8 business days but when it comes to returning the product they come next day or same day itself. In my case they came same day. I had paid online while ordering the product and according to their policy they refund amount in your bank account within 8-9 days. I had returned the product on 15 April and it was supposed to get received by 25 th April which I think is a myth now. Whenever I called flipkart regarding the refund they always said it's been remitted but I am still waiting for my refund amount. I have lost trust in any shopping app.

                        Sir i purchased a redme note 4gphone from flipkart on 17/06/2015. After 5 months the display of phone is going out gradually. Then i visited mi exclusive service center in btm layout, ii stage, bangalore and reported the compalint about the display of the redmenote phone. The authorised service center received my phone for repair, and told me to come after a week.I handed over my phone on 11th april, 2016, but till today he is not repaired my phone and instead he told me today that the mic of the phone is out of order and demanding rs.550/=. I am very much dissatisfied about this. Still there is two months of warranty is there to my phone. On 11th after complete verification of phone, he not raised the mic problem and today he demanding me to pay rs.550/- towards mic.What is this?Please do the needful.                           My name is Rakesh & i am a very new customer to flipkart. On my very first purchase i have bought a Samsung Galaxy S6 phone from your company & i was charged Rs 33900 which is very huge amount for me as a executive level associate. To be very real i was willing to buy it from flipkart but the delivery was quick on the very next day i ordered it. i purchased it and cancelled once due to shortage of money. With in 2 days i arranged the money and again order. The courier was send to me on 26th of April 2016. I took the courier and paid the amount Rs 33900 total cost of product. And when i open the packet, what i found is the cartoon box was already opened by someone and smartly sticked so that it feels that no one has opened it. Very quickly i opened the packed and i found there was no phone in the box except the accessories & catalogue. I was so worried as it is happened very first time to me. i am a regular customer of Amazon, some times in amazone as well i received another product instead of ordered but not like something missing. Very quickly i called to customer care but in flipkart talking to customercare is itself a very hard work. Sometimes it says to press 1, sometimes 2, 3 & 4, and automatically disconnects. But any how after enormous number of tries i was able to register my complain. Meanwhile what i did is marked a mail as well on [protected]@flipkart.com. I get no response on next day & again i mark a call to flipkart customer care. And again they took a request & asked my for refund or replacement. I told them to give me my phone but they replied that there is no phone in stock and initiated the refund. They took my bank detail as well.

                          So now the condition is i have already paid Rs 33900 & what i received is charger & headset which cost nothing. The customercare executive talk very politely & assured me that they will sort the problem by 5 pm 27th April 2016. After talking to CCE i was somewhere feeling ok that i will get my money but again on the same day i get another update that it will get sorted upto 9 pm 27th april 2016. I was on the waiting mode but again, i get nothing in the name of resolution. On the same day after 9pm when i again called to customer care i was told that we need more 24 hours time. I explained her that i have a talk before and the time frame shared to me was 9pm 2nd time. But they told we are working in to your issue. what can i do now i keep waiting but today i get a mail that the issue is resolved through troubleshooting & courier was received. Who is telling that courier was not received? But there is no phone inside the box. And also if i have not received the phone how troubleshooting is done. That is how i can imagine the poor work environment of flipkart. I have paid rs 33900 which cost lot for me. I am worried about my money but the associates are just taking the concern as a joke. It is not their money so that executives are feeling so. And also i dont know either flipkart is involved as a company to sallow my money. Please help me out, i have worked day & night to arrange this money. Please help.

                              This is my bad experience and i will not recommend to buy any product from flipkart.

                                I ordered a book "7 habits of highly effective people" from flipkart and I got a pirated copy. When I complained about the same they were unable to specify the reason why this happened. Instead they offered me to have my money back as the book got out of stock. I kept asking the reason that why do they sell pirated copies but they could not say the reason. Don't they have a look at the product before they pack and deliver?
                                And almost the same thing happened again. I ordered a pair of leggings from flipkart and what I got was completely different from what I ordered and expected. First of all the product was not the same. The colour and pattern of one of the leggings did not match to what was specified. Secondly, the size. I ordered a free size leggings and what I got seemed like leggings of a 9 year old girl. Free size means anyone can't wear it upto a certain limit. I believe waist size 28 is compatible with free size. But no, even size 26 couldn't fit in those. They delivered a child's leggings to me. In the discription a female wore the leggings with supposedly waist 30 or say 28. And I got a 9 year old girls leggings. It wasn't cotton as mentioned in the specification of the product. It was mixed fabric. Free sizes are supposed to be stretchable but I could hardly fit in those. My god the hardship I had to go through will trying those. Flipkart has become a fake site now. All products delivered are the leftovers they cannot sell and assume the customers to be so dumb that they will not get to know their disgusting tactics. Please shut down the sellers that sell these kind of things. I trusted flip kart alot but after these two incidents I need to think before buying anything from flipkart. I hope they read this and get some sense how to deliver the right product.

                                    Flipkart delivered the pendrive on 14th April the ZealDeal seller and i haven't checked pen drive past 15days and checked today. The pen drive is not working condition and inside pendrive seal is broken. Seems, some distributors may be changed the pen drive. Now i tried to return the pen drive. but there is no option to return. Since return option is expired. We are the customers always believes the vendor will deliver good products with out damage. But Vendors and sellers are taking advantages to deliver the bad products to consumers. If it is continues, surely no online purchase will be happen in future. it is sure.. please bring this notice to Flipkart and take necessary action on it.

                                      I ordered DELL Inspiron 15 3000 series laptop on 17th of april. Expected delivery date was 18th of april, but it came on 20th and defected. Device inbuilt speakers are not working. I complained about this issue on 24th of april when i found problem in this device. Customer care promised to replace it by 27th of april, bt they delayed it to 29th of april . Today is 30th of april, i still didn't got fare response from the company.
