I had been given voucher no.Bjvu138z1wt valid upto 13-07-16 on[protected] by flipkart against my purchase of more than rs. 50, 000/- during the offer period of december 2015.It was offered by flipkart that 2n/3days free coupon will be given by club mahindera.The above coupon code was given after lot of followup with flipkart who just gave coupon code no without any other details as to how coupon has to be reedemed.However, when i contacted club mahindra holidays for redemtion of coupon it was noticed that coupon is invalid.On aproching flipkart, after many days i was given customer helpline no and e-mail id for contacting them in the matter.I have got gv coupon registered vide registration no 499ls49999hc but accommodation is not available at any resort during the validity of the coupon i have approached flipkart as well as mahindera holidays for extending the validity of the coupon till the accommodation is avaliable in their resort either at mussorie or dharamshalla but there is no response from them.It seems there is connivance between flipkart and mahindera holidays whereby they intentionally delay the issue of coupon so that same lapses without being redeemed.

Hence necassary action be taken for redemption of the coupon by extending the validity of same.

On 11th April 2016. But I got wrong product delivered I.e. instead of "5 books " boxed set with publisher: "random house publishing groups" I got "6 books" boxed set with publisher "harper voyager".
I contacted flipkart and they said they would arrange for replacement.
This is not at all accepted for the first time only still I cooperated with flipkart people thinking it won't happen again.
But when I got the replaced product it was the same that I replaced with ie 6 books boxed set with harper voyager publisher.

The product(6 books boxed set) i got is of lesser price than I ordered (5 books boxed set).

R these people thinking or making me fool????

This is highly intolerable.

I m waiting for this product since last 16-17 days.
I shouldn't have bought it from flipkart.

I bought this product from flipkart when I was getting the same product for lesser price on another site thinking flipkart is a reputated and reliable site.

This is not at all expected from flipkart.

I lost trust in flipkart.

And I m not going to buy anything from flipkart again and won't recommend anyone to buy from flipkart.

I ordered samsung galaxy a5 on 21-April-2016.order no for this product is od[protected]. on the time of delivery date they canceled my order and reason they said that pincode mismatch.they didn't acknowledge me on phone about order cancellation and complete their processing on their own.
I am very frustrated due to their irresponsible behavior.
they didn't thought how much importance of this product for me.
flipcart is not good for their customer relationship.

I got a message from you guys that, my account was blocked due to n number of return and my future orders will be cancelled. If you see there are only 5 return and cancellation out of which two were cancelled from flipkart side. And one was returned by me due to size issue and placed the same item for different size. And one was cancelled by me due to insufficient funds and one more return is still pending before that you have put my account on hold. This iphone is really defective. I had ordered godrej ac few weeks back that got delivered last tuesday. I was expecting a godrej technician to come and install within 3 business days and for free, as the ac was under a "free standard installation" offer.

So four days later, godrej guy comes and gives us a quotation of rs. 7, 000 + for installation of ac. Flipkart won't accept return because its a large appliance.

Have made numerous calls to godrej/flipkart without much success.

Purchased a book ncert exemplar physics- arihant publication - printed price is rs 150.00 but rs 240.00 has been paid by me/claimed by you. This is gross irregularity.

I am complaining countiniously from 5 days the the product i received is demage seems to be second hand.i registered my complain for 3 times but all the time it was cancelled by flipkart...i regurally call customer care since 20th april but can't found my refund...i am feeling frustrated by calling flipkart customer care again and again...

As my old tv set is not working for last 02-03 weeks and the flipkart has offered some attractive scheme to sale of vu 122 cm full hd tv, i have placed an order and made payment in due course on 12.04.2016.
The said product has been delivered at my address on 19.04.2016 and dated 21.04.2016 i have been informed that installation & demo has been scheduled and will be completed by 23.04.2016.But nobody is approaching so far.However, at 19.00 hrs.On 23.04.2016 a sms received from flipkart that if installation & demo has not been completed give a missed call on [protected] and they will get back to me within 24 hrs.
Today, at 13.42 hrs.I have received a sms from flipkart as under-" we have escalated your issue to the concerned team.We will resolve your problem by 27 apr, 10.30am. You will get a call from a number starting with +9180679."
Now, i felt i have been cheated and in fact i am feeling extremely harassed due to such type of grossly irresponsible and negligence behavior of a reputated online shopping company like flipkart.It is your issue & problem and not mine to ensure installation/demo of tv set by the scheduled date/time but you failed to do so.
The said tv set is still lying packed condition as received at my home.You are most humbly requested to arrange to pick up your said product by tomorrow only and rectum my money immediately so that i could be able to purchase a new tv set from local market.
It may please be noted that if the said product is not return immediately i would have no other option but to represent the case before the competent authority/court/consumer forum.

Bought the Dell Laptop from Flipkart.com which is a old product. There have been some files which were deleted in October_2015 whereas they are selling the product in April_16. Pl. help me to get the product returned since Flipkart has refused to do so. I need to buy an alternative product immediately.

I have bought a le eco mobile coz, same mobile was bought by my family member about 2 month back
The brightness of the phone which I received was not good as earlier one
On same very day when I received this phone I requested to return the phone, and asked for refund, But u r tech team said to me on Friday that, first tech enginer will come and checked, and he will come on Saturday,
On Saturday around 2'oclock I got a call from flipkart that in next 4 hour some one will visit and check the phone, at 5:35, got a call from the no. [protected] and tell me that he can't come some other person will come on Sunday, I am waiting that someone will come if nobody comes by today end that I have to take a leave of Monday from my office, which I can't.
Either send someone today or refund my money.
The product is same as I had bought earlier.

Hello i can't login my a/c as i called customer care too.but no body is giving me correct information..i m sick n tired... just close it as u can't resolve simple problem. Shameful

I have placed the order of Godrej 1.5 ton 5 star split Ac which cost me rs33990, and order id was OD[protected] i have paid the money, and ordered on 10th April 2016 and delivery date was 19th April 2016, but it was not delivered, afterward i call them and daily i used to message them to deliver my order.
I received apology message and 100% they assured me that my product will be delivered on 22nd of April.
Till 22nd they dint delivered continuously i used to call them regarding this issue they 100% assured me that product will be delivered on 26th of April and today 23rd April they called my father and told him to cancel my order. Then i called them regarding this issue they told me to cancel the order i told them i wont cancel i[censored] want to cancel you can cancel it. so they cancelled my order. i don't know when i will get my refund it is really frustrating for me, my time, my money is wasted, it was the first gift i want to give my parent, all is wasted because of Flipkart. please take some serious action regarding this issue, if they don't want to deliver then why they have taken my order they have mentally torchered me.
from 19th to till now continuously i used to call and mail them but result is i will not get my product even i have paid also.

Please track the record. As per flipkart policy they are going to deliver me the product within a day still i am not receive my product no executive is ready to solve my problem dated 22nd april. Every one is commiting me the they are going to deliver my product with in half n hr since 5.30 pm. but till now i am not receive my product. As per flipkart compliant matrix they inform me 7.45 they are not able to deliver my product today. This kind of service we are not expected from flipkart company. we all ready pay the amount to company 21st april 27499/-.
we have to think twice before placing any order to flipkart.

i have taken handset lenovo smartphone from flipkart online shopping. But i m not satisfied with this product.Because this product is taken on the date 24/01/2016. And today it is under warranty period. And i hv started facing prob about touch pad on mobile phone. Can not use touchscreen, it is not working on phone.So kindly take my complaint on urgent basis.

Hi..i had bought a refrigerator last year. After some months it started having problems in its working.. Currently the freezer is working but rest of it is having problems. Despite repeated complaints, the servicing person only came once to check the refrigerator.After that the company has been simply beating around the bush.The invoice no. I had purchased MOTO X Play Mobile in November 2015 during Deepawali.

this Mobile suddenly stopped functioning from 11t h December 2015. i tried calling the Customer care of Flip-kart for help but they said to go to the registered service center and get it serviced.

since then I have been calling the Flipkart Customer care and on every call they are telling me to go to New Service Centers for getting the Phone repaired. these service centers do not have the parts of the phone & neither provide Job Sheet for the same.

I Think this was Flipkart's clear strategy to get over their 1 month refund Policy so that they don't have to give me a new replacement phone.

The mental Agony in this whole episode is unmeasured.

I request team Flipkart to stop throwing me like a Shuttlecock between their Customer care center & Moto Service Center & please replace my Damaged Phone with a new one in next 15 days.

Else I would request the Forum for their intervention.

Did u see how poor the customer handling is.

They delivered a defective tv today. I paid around rs 35k.

I am fuming with anger and agony. No one is to even respond to me and fix the issue

Indian delivery system is full of flaw. I lost my money and trust in flipkart.

This is a cheating gang with not a single employee showing accountability.

Product : vu 122cm (48) full hd smart led tv. The person delivered said installation guy will come and left it with us.
We had a tough time to contact the installation. After so many calls, the guy picked up the phone and came to install the tv
He found the tv is very defective and this is supposed to vu led smart tv which is a gift to my son for his birthday.

Imagine how we felt. A lady supposed to call me buy 5:30 pm regarding my return request. No calls till now.

Very disappointing. Very much frustrated. I am literally fuming.
