I ordered on 15th feb 2016.My order is OD[protected] and my payment was made through debit card and prepaid mode.In this order list
there is motorola 3rd gen phone worth rs-10, 999/-, moto flip cover rs 999/- and one micro sd card worth rs 341/-.Two item of them except moto 3rd gen phone were delivered together on 19th feb, 2016.The estimated delivery date of the phone was 25th feb, 2016.I was waiting and doubting for phone...

I have ordered Sony Xperia Z2 flip cover but the product I have ordered by seeing the picture in Web is totally different then the product I received......

We have purchased mobile through flifkart app from my mobile no [protected]
and choose the exchange offer samsung galaxy grand duos and then they asked for imei no and excepted . when they came for delivery ekart boy telling that we will not take thethis mobile because on our pickup slip only samsun galaxy grand is there so we ill not exxcept the duos and return back after that i spoke to customer care explaind the detail and he said...

It is been over one month since i have returned my product and till now they didnt provide me with my refund of rs6999... I am contacting the customer care people, only one sentence. I have escalated the issue you will get call within 24 hours and its been over one month

I don't know wt type of product you are giving to customers. Bought Lenovo yoga 2 tablet. In 1 month motherboard is replaced and hanging issues are happening daily. And if i visit to service centre they r not ready to take the tablet oly and behaving rudely. If i contact customer care they will tell only to visit and centre

I ordered an Item from flipkart for rs 2399 and they delivered it before delivery date. But they delivered a wrong item which costs rs 1850 MRP. The delivered product found to priced higher than its MRP value on Flipkart website i.e. 2100 rs. So flipkart dont lose your valuable customers by cheating them....

I ordered Honor 4X ( rs 9999) from Flipkart on 8 feb, 2016, for which I paid via debit card. Due to some reasons I cancelled the order on the same date without recieving it.
I got a mail informing the refund would be reflected in my account in 8 working days and provided me RRN. I asked about that RRN in the bank and they denied about any refund being initiated. Ultimately, I never received the refund.

I order some item from flipkart. but the quality of deliver product is very poor then I return it from online. but by mistake I choose cash option. then all amount add in flipkart wallet. Now I want to my money in my bank account. For this according to your help center direction I open this in flipkart app in my android mobile but there is no option. And on desktop this shows this option only available in android mobile.
