We have faced below issues.
1. We are not interested to receive product and cancel button is not enable to cancel the order.
2. We have sent an email to flipkart team, there is no responce for that.
3. We denied order to receive product from seller. They updated status as "delivered product" without receiving product.
4. We have made a call multiple times to flipkart customer care. They just managing by various reasons like product will be not cancel-able etc.
5. It took nearly 2 months, product not cancelled and money is not refunded.
6. Flipkart customer care response is not good and cancelling the call in between conversations.
7. There is no cancellation/return is enabled. Simply blaming customers with cheap techniques.

we have received a call from 8067985000, 8046605900, they are not ready to cancel the product/ refund the amount. Even they agree with status of delivery which updated mistakenly as "Delivered" without delivering the product to customer

    Dear sir,

    This is to bring in your kind notice that i have ordered a leeco le 1s eco handset from a reputed brand “flipkart” but very sorry to say that i have a worst experience from both ur delivery and customer care care services….. Your company have picked my handset imei number and offered me exchange offer with “ x” value but really to sorry to say that at the time of delivery ur e-kart executive revaluated my handset again??? And denied to handover me my goods and said company had given u wrong offer!!! And after my written complaint on ur website, your two of the senior members assured me that ur goods have been reshippen and u will receive the same within next 24 hrs…. Now really shocked to see that they have cancelled my order and issued refund of my goods…whereas i have not requested for any refund???

    What is this sir??? Not expected from such a brand.

    Would request you to pl help me in delivey of my goods…. Its already too late.

      I have purchased wardrobe from hometown via FlipKart whose order id is od[protected].

      The person who came for fitting was not well trained and he did very bad fitting, when I asked him for fitting mistakes then he did few more holes and did fitting again, but not able to do proper fitting at all.
      Door locks are also not working properly and when I asked him, then he put one more plate behind locks and try hard to do proper locking, but he was unable to make proper fitting. Doors can not be closed properly as magnet is not given for doors.

      Also this wardrobe has very bad quality of wooden and even it would surely broken if someone push it or open it with little effort.

      I don't like this bogus product, so I applied for return on 14th january.

      I got many calls from FlipKart and hometown, but they are not giving proper answers.
      Each and every time FlipKart is giving me new and new deadlines on every calls and emails.

      I am waiting since last 140 days for any positive response, but each time they left me with a same copy-pasted & pre-defined email that they will resolve my problem within certain date and on that date they are giving me new deadline date.

      I didn't expect such bogus service from well-known company like FlipKart.
      Please give me suggestion that what should I do to get proper answer from FlipKart.

      Dear Flipkart Employee,

      How can you say that "Issue is already addressed"?
      Nothing had been addressed with me since last 182 days.
      Please mention what was done to resolve this ticket.


      How can you say that "after Tech visit there was no issue found"?
      Have you seen the Technical visit receipt which I already sent to you?
      All issues are clearly mentioned in that technical visit receipt.


      As per request from FlipKart, I sent photographs having few issues.
      Still there are many other issues, for which photography is not possible like,
      > Quality is very bad.
      > Door lock is not working properly in left side.
      > Door lock support is not working properly in right side.
      > Magnet or any other support is not given through which we can close the door without lock.
      > Many other small fitting related issues.
      > ...

      Do not send such bogus responses like issue was addressed even though you had not taken any steps to resolve the issue since last 182 days.

      Today HomeTown fitter had solved some of the alignment related issues, however they are unable to solve all alignment related issues and still I am not satisfied with bad fitting and bogus quality of this wardrobe.

      If you want to close my ticket, then you can.
      I will not close my complaints until my return request will be resolved.

        It is a replaced one and hardly casts 70 rs.
        It is totally fraud on the part of company.
        I paid 625 Rs but the cover delivered is duplicate, false, and replaced one
        .

          Dear Team,
          Iam a old customer of flipkart and made me easy to buy products from your app reasoning it was easy to return and same guarantee was given by flipkart in there various advertising in television.

          Everyday you advertise on television assuring easy to return.

          I have purchased mobiles, clothing, etc from your site and 80% products were used by me and 20% was returned as it was not liked .

          I purchased products online from flipkart understanding consumers are not cheated.

          I was not interested to deal with any of your seller who sell products on your site else same can be brought in open market.

          Comfort was giving by flipkart of easy to return as many advertising was seen on television channels.

          Now since I have ordered induction cook top and I have not liked the product after actually seeing it physically I wished to return.

          I purchased products from your app wish to return as I wish to buy a bigger induction cook top.

          I request you not to breach the confidence of easy return given to consumer by various means and return this product immediately.

          On application I only liked the image but when seen physical it did not match my requirements.

          Request you to urgently return this product and get my hard earned money back to account number registered on app.

          Awaiting to hear solution without any hassle.

            I purchased a laptop dell from flipkart and before purchasing the laptop it was clearly mentioned that i will be getting 1 yr accidental damage protection along with 1 yr hardware protection but now they r asking me the money for getting the 1 yr accidental damage protection i. E rs6000 and they took 1 month to say this bt actually they should give it for free.
            Flipkart is providing me the fake intimation and indulging customers to get trap into it.
            I request u to plz provide me the resolution by getting me 1 yr accidental protection which worth for rs 6000 as early as possible.

              Sir,
              i brought a lenovo mobile phone from flipkart, order no OD[protected]
              dated 12.05.2016, i had the complaints about heating issue, it heats up to
              56'c, so that iam unable to use the mobile, this issue has been complained
              to flipkart customer support, they also told to install a software to check
              the phone, later a technician came home and he updated the os, he
              described the problem is solved, but later after 2 days when i noticed the
              phone heats up like any thing, it reaches up to 56.1'c,
              So i complained once again to the flip kart, they simply described the
              phone is OK, instead they ignored and cancelled my return request,
              repeatedly myself also tried to describe about the issue, but no use, only
              waste of valuable time and energy even now the flipkart customer care is
              saying, your issue will be solved, they just extended there dead line, but
              till its not solved, so kindly look into my issue, kindly help me out to
              solve this issue

                I have place an order on 19th april'16 and i received it on 08th may'16.Installation was completed on 10th may and when i check how it is working i found that tv display was not good and we're facing this issue till now and i have attached screen shots for the reference.

                I raise a complaint on that day and i got a call from service engineer (Mobile no: [protected]) on 18th may and fix the appointment on 21st may, but no one has turned up and when we tried to contact that number we're getting not reachable message. Again we contact customer care number and they fix appointment on 28th may but no one has turned up till now.

                We are looking tv replacement asap or else we're planning to go consumer court to file a complaint on this. We didn't expect a service like this form flipkart.

                  I have place an order for lenovo thinkpad E450 laptop on 13th may on 17th may i received i sock to see an LG led monitor in the box i place return request on flipkart 4-5 times but every time it rejected during 7-8 days on phone conversatation with flipkart coustmer support line also with head office in banlglore who request me to send photos of wrong product i received on 17 th may and give me approval for return it but after next day on 27 th may a phone call from flipkart officer ask me to rejected my return request. i feel fraud with me and ask for consumer court for legal action no response from flipkart shock me.
                  I have no more time to waste on flipkart on 30 th may if no action would taken by flipkart i will surely goes to court and starts as a fraud case against flipkart.

And no service provide from seller i.e agrim123. So request to all buyers atleast noy buy electronic product from flipkart.                       I am Kartik a flipkart account holder I orderd for exchange of my shoes by in a day delivery proceger of which 26 of may 2016 is last delivery date in which didn't get my ordered item then I got an email from flipkart that we're sorry there ere some logistical issues, then I call flipkart customer care I talked to a senior executive he guaranteed me that I will get my shoes before 12 pm of 27th of may but I again didn't get it then I again called them and asked they were just saying sorry and then they said they will forward my complain to fipkart team and I will get a call from them they called me today at around 1 pm of 28th of may they said they apologize what they had done but no help or customer satisfaction was given to me by flipkart team they just wasted my time and disturbed my schedule which cost me rs. Of 6000, now again today I called them and request them to please deliver my shoes tommorow before 6pm of 29th of may but they were saying sir we can only forward your complain to our seniors but we cannot assure you that if you can get your item by tomorrow before 6pm of 29th of may

                      So please help me or take some strict action toward all this because they didn't helped their customer even when all the mistakes were done by flipkart team side.

                        I order one pair of above said football shoes for my son (order no.FMPC[protected]) but the shoe is not fit him so i want to return the shoe but when i try four five time to contact Through phone on their costomer care but didnt get any answer. Then i try to contact through their site even i download their app but the result was zero. Dont know why they claim or advertising that easy return policy.

                          I have ordered for a mobile (Galaxy j1 ace), order no: od[protected] which email i have received back on 21st of may 2016. Later on, i have received the above mobile set yesterday i. E. On 27th of may 2016 and settled the payment by cash after getting in hand.

                          It's very unfortunate that, i had to receive an cancellation order from your end around 14:14 hrs today (28th of may 2016) in the afternoon which is very unrealistic, illogical and unprofessional. Since i have got the item and settled the payment by cash, would require an invoice for the same immediately on priority basis.

                          Hope the above points are very much clear to you and require an adequate reply with an invoice to sort this issue and make me satisfied to get to back to flipkart to purchase for future days.

                          Pfa the screenshot of order which has been received from your end to make it very clear. Hence, your swift reply with a proper solution would be highly appreciated.

                              Still the order is in shabsambad its really annoying me. The no 1 e-commerce website flipkart... Do u think it is the right way... If it is still how can i get today??
                              What is the problem with your team (S) i am unable to understand please revert back with proper delivery time?? It is not the correct way to treat the customer..

                                We had purchased the phone lenovo k3 imei no [protected] note from the site, the phone has initial problems, but went to disaster in 3 months, the back button are not working, the battery back up is very less. We called up the flipkart call centre the executive we cant help u need to visit lenovo.

                                We called up lenovo call centre they gave us the service centre no in south delhi in nehru place, they told us to visit the service centre we came to know its been closed we need to go okhla as service centre has shifted from nehru place, on reaching okhla office we came to know, the server is down as it is saturday our server our not working it was only 5 pm, we were asked to visit again on some other day without any solution, despite our several request from officers their please look into case on exception basis

                                We visited the lenovo office on 21.05.2016, we were asked to wait for more than half hour, the girl attended us asked about the problem in our phone she asked us to wait, the engineer was checking our haandset, after 30 mins of more waiting we were told that we need to submit the phone, as the part needs to be replaced which is not available in service center rite now, will take atleast 15 days.In this hitech era the big co like lenovo takes 15 days to arrange a part replace the same, we asked to arrange for an alternate handset in place of our set, the store manager said thats not available in our service center at this time

                                It felt we were in govt office pleading for help & solution no body was there to listen to us. We spoke to service centre manager he told us u can visit any other service center we cant help u out,. The only option u need to submit the phone.

                                We asked will you call if part is arranged, he asid we do not call backs, its the customer who call us & check with us part is arranged the handset is ready, his such words were rude to us, we knew we were stuck up now, no other solution to submit the phone

                                Please find the bill copy & complaint copy attached below, as on date we have not received any call from lenovo or flipkart on the appended complain raised by us, its serious harrasment on part of the customers, making the customers run from pillar to post no giving after sales service on defective items sold to us

                                We want the set of our to replaced on urgent basis..

                                  My order id is od[protected], what the hell with your services and your delivery boy, he didn't wait for just 2 minutes to give my shipment and move on like boss. I feel so bad for this. I hope i will never shop again with flipkart. And not recommend any one. This is so harassing and irritating. No one can tolerate this kind of attitude.

                                  And suggestion for you instead of literate delivery boy please hire "rikshow wala" who have better manners than your delivery boy.

                                    I had ordered an asus ebook from flipkart od[protected] on may 1. It was delivered on may7 and from that day flipkarts cheatings started. Some of the keys don't get pressed and we reported back immediately to their customer care. They said that they would send somebody to get it checked and would replace. No body turned up.Instead they sent links on net which never gets opened. When we contacted back they said that they would send somebody again. This time around it was a blatant lie. We again called up flipkart customer care by 24th and to our utter surprise they said that the matter was resolved. Only god knows how. When again we asked them on a stern note to get the issue solved, they faked apology and got us connected to somebody senior of flipkart who promised us that she would send technician by 25th noon. But again flipkart lied. This time they asked time till 27th of may. And now on 27 th may they send sms that they will not be able to solve it and only by may 29 which is a sunday they will try to send their technician. This is the time line of cheating by flipkart. They don't have any customer friendly post sales policy. They will sell faulty products and would continue to tell lies, having scant respect for their customers. Its total atrocity and harassment that has been meted out to us. Total lacklustre approach, and their customer care setup has unbelievable expertise in telling lies. They continue to harass everytime you call. Its already 20 days gone and i don't have any clue whether they will ever come to rectify their product. Meanwhile the laptop is kept as it is without being ever touched. Flipkart is a total cheater which sells faulty defective products and is least bothered with customer woes. I am writing this as i feel cheated. I vow to take them to consumer court.

                                    I had ordered an ASUS EBOOK from Flipkart OD[protected] on May 1.It was delivered on May7 and from that day Flipkarts cheatings started.Some of the keys don't get pressed and we reported back immediately to their customer care.They said that they would send somebody to get it checked and would replace.No body turned up.Instead they sent links on net which never gets opened.When we contacted back they said that they would send somebody again.This time around it was a blatant lie.We again called up Flipkart customer care by 24th and to our utter surprise they said that the matter was resolved.Only God knows how.When again we asked them on a stern note to get the issue solved, they faked apology and got us connected to somebody senior of Flipkart who promised us that she would send technician by 25th noon.BUT AGAIN FLIPKART LIED.THIS TIME THEY asked time till 27th of MAY .And now on 27 TH May they send sms that they will not be able to solve it and only by May 29 which is a SUNDAY they will try to send their technician.This is the time line of Cheating by Flipkart.They don't have any customer friendly post sales policy.They will sell faulty products and would continue to tell lies, having scant respect for their customers.Its total atrocity and harassment that has been meted out to us.Total lacklustre approach, and their customer care setup has unbelievable expertise in telling lies.They continue to harass everytime you call.Its already 20 days gone and I don't have any clue whether they will ever come to rectify their product.Meanwhile the laptop is kept as it is without being ever touched.Flipkart is a total cheater which sells faulty defective products and is least bothered with customer woes.I am writing this as I feel cheated.I vow to take them to consumer court.

                                      I bought a Redmi Prime 2 from WS Retailer a month ago. I reported that the device was rebooting on its own and was overeating. The seller provided a temperory fix for that . He said reset the device and everything will work fine.

                                      The device did started working properly. Now again after 15 days from that incident it started heating up and rebooting.

                                      I called up the replacement team and spoke to an agent and a superwiser. Both informing me to visit the service center of MI.

                                      This is not my duty to get this fixed. I expected a proper working device and I've recieved a faulty one. I want replacement for this, as this issue was reported within the 30 day replacement gurantee period. Looking at my first instance when I compained for the heating issue.

                                      I want a complete replacement and I'm not going to use a repaired or fixed or refurbished device. I ordered and paid for a new device and i want one in perfect working condition. This is your customer service? selling damaged goods.

                                      I've 2 MI devices bought from mi.com they dont give me issues like this.

                                      Does FLIPKART sell refurbished goods?

                                      I want a replacement as quick as possibile. This is FLIPKART's mistake and they need to get this device replaced.

                                        I have purchased two seagate barracuda 2 tb internal hard drive on 14th march, 2016 and delievered on 23rd march, 2016. I recieved both the duplicate and damaged hard disks. I lodged complaint about this to flipkart and they told me that they dont have any stock so they cant replace the product, they will refund my money in my bank account. Today is 27 may, 2016 and after following up for more than two months they are not refunding my money back. Everyday they lie me that they will pick the product and refud my money, but till now they have not even pick the product. I request you to pls get my refund back.
