I took refund of this order on flipkart, Order ID - OD[protected] Flipkart is showing in the app that your refund was given on 2nd December itself but still not received Flipkart also gave me the reference number, I showed it to my bank but the bankers said that no refund has been issued. Ihave ordered puma shoes from online through flipkart but i have received diffrent product as i ordered.i have raised return request so many times but its rejected by flipkart.my order id is -OD[protected].THIS PRODUCT WAS DELIVERED ON DATE 7 NOV 2022.the delivered product was different colour and apperance.but till now they not agreed the product tacken back.

Pike up is not success from yesterday

I ordered a Marshal Speaker from flipkart on 26 October 2022 of cost 49999/-
I got it in scratched condition and i created a return request for it flipkat gives me the option of replacement and the return request cancelled
I again creat a return request for it but the return request going cancelled again and again 9 times the request cancelled by flipkart
On evert times of return flipkart asked the product pictures and i shelared it always when asked
But in last my flipkart account is blocked
And i got a mail that we have detected high number of return requests in your purchase history but sir its my first order from flipkart
Please help me i am sharing the screenshots of all cancelled requests and mails given by flipkart

ant my account is blocked by flipkart since 26 of november because of someone hacked my account and orderd many google play gift card and im not aware of this . I complained about it on 26 november 2022 and i didnt received any email from flipkart i talk to customer care and he told me that an email will received you by 1st december and i didnt get any email yet. Please hel me my all invoice was in my acccount and i want to clam my warrenty but without invoice its imposible.

With reference to the Subject cited above, As a Citizen of India And Fellow Citizen of Meghalaya state, I want To Bring To Your Good Office That The Online shopping app Like Flipkart is Not Accepting any Order from 22 Nov till Now. This create a Problem as We Want To Purchase Something which is Not available offline. Whenever we try to check in the product it shows Out of stock and Currently available on Every product.

Therefore sir/ma'am, with due Respect I request you to kindly resolve This Matter.

My Flipkart account has been logged in continuously from multiple locations across the country. An order has been placed using my super coins and the product has also been delivered to a location which doesn't seems to be a valid location. Order placed in Uttar Pradesh and product shipped and delivered in Uttar Pradesh.

I have never used my flipkart password anywhere in the past couple of months as they are always logged in my mobile app and corporate PC. It is clear without insiders help one cannot attempt such phishing and utilizing flipkart coins for purchases.

And the most pity thing thorough out this attempt of logging in from a untrusted location, placing order, using super coins for purchases there is not a even single message about unauthorized access from remote location or OTP for the purchase using coins to my mobile number associated with the flipkart account.

This is the security of their IT systems.

When contacted customer support for reporting their solution is to reset password. They are not bothered about their insecure IT systems.

I have made the Payment of 4804 for November Bill in Flipkart. I have made the Payment through Gpay . The Payment got debited from Account but in Flipkart Statement it is not reflecting. Please resolve the issue.

I paid my November dues in dec 2nd which is today at 7:16 am through googlepay, the payment was successful and the amount was fully paid my money got deducted from my bank account but the bill is still showing unpaid and not reflecting and getting updated in the app's paylater section.

Iam Akhila last month i purchased my products through flipkart paylater and today i paid my paylater due through phonepe id [T2212020721175834816163] my money is debited from my account but it is not credit in flipkart paylater account. Can you please rectify this issue

I am a flipkart plus member. I have paid my flipkart pay later bill for November on 1/12/22 using Bhim upi app. It is showing successful transaction in the Bhim app. But in the flipkart pay later page it is still showing pending payments for November. Hi, did my Flipkart paylater payment through Google pay. Amount debited from bank account. But not reflected in my Flipkart account. Still showing November bill as unpaid.please clear November bill or refund amount to my bank account soon.

I have paid the bill on December 2nd 2022 but it didn't get credited in Flipkart pay later account. The amount was debited and i raised the complaint but no one is able to get it resolved. They are asking to make the payment again. Why should I make the payment again where there is no fault of mine?

I placed an order from Myntra on 16.11.22 through Flipkart pay later. The amount of 3525 was due by 5th Dec'22. I paid the full amount on 2.12.22 via google pay upi transaction. I have paid amount of rs 5580 through phone pay but my amount is debited through phone pe but in Flipkart’s still my amount is not recived still pending. Whenever I call them they says you wait u will amount will be refunded they didn’t givinga the proper solution . Plz refund my money
