This is to request you to kindly take appropriate actions on my refund problem.Its been almost more than a month that i am suffering due to flipkart's very casual support system and highly disappointed being a plus member i have been given only hopes .
The problem is as follows:
I received my refund confirmation from the grievance team at 5:40pm on 11th of nov 22( please find attached audio of confirmation) after calling several times and giving sufficient proof against that request.
After that I received a call from the escalation team on 11th of Nov 6:37 pm where I clearly stated about my product imei(The International Mobile Equipment Identity) issue and flipkart assured me that they will mention everything this time and refund will be initiated.
Seems like no executive has any credibility for their words, just says things loosely even after mentioning all the problem and given assurance by the executive, still wish master was not aware of imei issue on 12th nov, 2022 and didn't pick up phone, after that i received a call from flipkart stating that this time clearly we are mentioning imei number is different and new refund request will be initiated within 4 hours of this call after cancelling the previous request.
Then flipkart executive cancelled the request that was raised by the grievance team stating that he will re raise with proper comments and i will receive a call to confirm that. But no such thing has happened and after contacting flipkart several times they tell me only the grievance team can re raise the request and just ask me to wait for 24 hrs. I have waited for 4*24 days i.e.96 hours and still received no confirmation from the grievance team.Also please revert on mail, this kind of attitude from flipkart is not at all acceptable that they say we will drop a mail regarding my issue but they don't.

Please mention this new no. to pick up person so that they will not cancel again.Also do not raise technical visit, it was already done
I have high hopes from flipkart and do not want to drop out of flipkart future association (Me, my family member or any friend of mine will not place any single order in future from your site if solution is not given immediately).I am feeling mentally drained and not able to focus on my work due this. My health is also deteriorating.
