I bought a Sony WF-C500 earbuds from Flipkart on 7th October, 2022. It was defective so I went to Sony service center. I have black earbuds but in invoice WZ is mentioned which means white. Only if it can be changed to BZ Sony can replace it and give me a new product.

I talked on Flipkart helpline they are refusing to change anything in the invoice.

Can someone help me?

    Booked on sep 22 bean bag costs 1376/-
    But till now not received

    Got some many false promises that it will be delivered in a day Or two but no use

    They are not even cancelling the order nor return the money

      Hello sir, i purchase mobile from flipkart model no samsung galaxy f62 on augest 2021 with smart upgrade plan . I pay rs, 15000 initial amount and balance rs, 7200 is pay due, after one year 02 augest 2022 . I ready to upgrade my mobile but filpkart my order details there is no option avail on my user id, thatswhy i wait little bit time now presently 2 nd november they permanatly lock my mobile, now i ready to pay balance amount but flipkart customer care said there is no option your phone is locked permeantly, so kindly clear my problum give me some solution to use my mobile

        My brother ordered Naturoz Daily California almonds Seller: SKBINTERNATIONAL on 15th sept. Order ID - OD[protected]. The delivery was expected to be by 25th sept but we have not received the product or the refund money yet. Please resolve the problem as soon as possible by refunding the money.

          Flipkart hack my account and did fraudulent transaction from my paylater and not refund the amount, not responding and refund, flipkart is big cheat who hacks customer account and steal money and blame customer and not refund back

                    Hii i am vishnu . I order on flipkart one sofa set at 23 sep 2022 . The product will be delivered at 26 oct 2022. The order product is torned . I raise the complaint daily the resolution time frame will be extended 2 nov 2022 after 5 nov 2022. The complaint is not resolved till now. The worst experience i have ever seen . The seller will not accept the refund request. Dear customers dont buy like heavy price products the flipkart is not return request policy is not accepted.

                      This above product was ordered my me(Nitu Singh) from app of my sister (Neha Nupoor). Product was delivered late on 09/10/22 instead of 07/10/22 and it was COD of Rs. 13528/-.                             From past 1 month I was in contact with flipkart customer care team regarding my flipkart pay later. My flipkart pay later suddenly got blocked and this is from where this issue started. As I was a regular customer and I haven't made any delay in my payments, I was unsure of the reason why my pay later was blocked.

                            After contacting customer support team numerous times the response I got was similar. The response was "our financial partner blocked the pay later due to some terms and conditions". Then I contacted the so called financial partner and I got to know that, the flipkart hasn't update them on any payments because of that reason they have kept all the bills in due and now it's around 28000/-.

                            When I contacted flipkart, flipkart asked me to go talk to the third party bank. As There is no need of me going to flipkart's third party bank as that bank didn't offer me anything all the options I receive is from flipkart application.

                            I contacted the team again on 19th oct 2022, raised a complaint, almost 20 times I have requested for a call back. I got in touch with junior customer executives and none of them was able to provide me a resolution. At last I got connected to a senior executive on 19th oct 2022, and he raise the incident and provide us IN[protected] this ID. And he also informed us that we will get a resolution in 48 hours. None of the customer support called us back, no resolutions received. We again contacted the team yesterday that is 26 oct 2022( after 7 days) asked to connect the senior, that senior disconnected call on face, again we contacted flipkart some one picked and said they will arrange a call back today (28 oct 2022) at 12 pm. No calls received. Again we contacted them around 1 pm, they said I will get resolution in 4 hours, no response waited till 8:30 pm, called them again and got connected to senior and he informed us that he escalated the matter. Till now I haven't got any resolution and my cibil score is going down. Am in a position that i should seek the help of consumer/civil court.
                            Kindly provide me a solution on the same in 48 hours.

                              Someone gifted me 2 gift cards. I ordered some things from both the card. The balance of 1 card was become 0. For some days I don't used the remaining card after sometime both the cards were deactivated without any notification. I was going to order something through them. I want the cards activated. I will tell my account details after any response from flipkart.

                                I ordered a wrist watch from flipkart which got delayed and date of delivery extended two times and I raised issue for the same parallely. Then after 12 days since I placed the order, flipkart team asked me to cancel it as would not be delivered due unavoidable circumstances. Then I tried cancelling it but unfortunately it was not possible due to some error. Now it has been 2 weeks they are not delivering the product as well not refunding my paid amount.

                                  I requested for return of my flipkart order trouser becoz of multiple issues as my trouser is damaged having no brand logo and also size fit issues. They accepted my return request but courier is denying for pickup. Courier boy saying His manager told him to not pickup with these issues as i described with flipkart. I shared pictures of trousers with flipkart. They are also not arranging another pickup.

                                    I have ordered oopo enco buds from flipkart and i have severe qualities issues with this product. Not only i don't like the sound quality of the product but i also face a cracking and static noise while listening to music.

                                    i cant intiate returns from my end as it shows error every damn time so i had to call one of your agents to initiate returns thrice. each time i was visited by a technician and later my return request was cancelled.

                                    Is it all an act to seem helpful or is there some actual problems with your return system ? i recieved two products prior to this one and even they had some genuine issues with them.

                                      Hi Team,
                                      I had bought the Avita Laptop on 19th November 2020 with 2 years of warranty. The order id is OD[protected]. Currently the product is not working properly. It is completely gone abnormal. Since then, from August, I have been following the Flipkart, but there is no resolution to it.
                                      They have been giving me dates after dates on every follow up, but no one coming to pick the item. Now it is more than 3 months (03, Nov, 2022), the item is not yet picked.
                                      I am completely exhausted to call them every day and get the same piece of information from them. They are cheating and fooling me every day. My work is getting impacted. I want to sue them now. Can you please guide me how to sue them? I have all the proofs to reinforce my claim.
