    I made a cash on delivery payment using phone pay on Flipkart order[protected]. The payment was successful from my side and the money was debited but the payment was unsuccessful from the sellers side. It was successful when I made the payment again. I want refund for the first time I made the payment as I had to pay two times

            I have purchased the product ID no. (OD[protected] of 2 quantities of Fortune 5L oil and 1 quantity of Safolla oil on oct 1st, 2022 for RS 1933 through FLIPKART WALLET but the seller himself cancelled the order on oct 8th, 2022 and told me that the same will be credited back to my wallet by 18th october but after several repeated calls they replied to my mail that to get the money i should redeem the same amount by entering the 16 digit number and the 6 digit PIN number which is obviously impossible because once we redeem and added the money into the wallet it is not possible to redeem again by re-entering it but i tried it again which is again being fooled by them.
            i have called complained for several times for more than 60 times and even explained for every more than one hour for most of the calls.
            on 22nd november 2022 again, i got a mail that i will receive my refund within 24 hours and i requested for call back again what they told is to wait till 24th november and again today when i complain they told me that the issue will get resolved by 27th november which keeps irritating me again and again and promised it will get resolved by the said time and date by them.
            so please try to solve my problem and prove me the refund as per transaction history.
            it stresses me a lot and my time, energy and money

              I had ordered boat rockerz 235v2 in Flipkart on June 2022 through Flipkart pay later, while that time of openinn a box there was a schok for me product was missing i was very frustrated and called so many times for item missing problem but seller side cancelled my request multiple times and then blocked my Flipkart account, Flipkart pay later penalty charges are also increasing day by day.i had contacted so many times through phone calls & emails customer executive they didn't consider my problem, at last contacted through Twitter also they cheating people blocked me in twitter account also.they cheating my money and blocked me in fradu case.please help me to resolve my problem i want my money back and account back.

                I have purchased the above mentioned product from "Flipkart", which got delivered to me on October 17th, 2022. After 10 days of there return policy, I faced a problem in backpack due to which i thought to claim warranty. But according to "Flipkart" policy they are not providing any warranty on any of Provogue backpacks. Also same Backpack with "Different" name has warranty of 6 months given by "Brand/Manufacturers" itself. The complaint is about if brand gives warranty on same backpack on one site why don't "Provogue" gives warranty on Flipkart. Also seller named "Agile Enterprises" sales this product on "Flipkart" & "Myntra" with different names. "Provogue" gives warranty on "Amazon"& "Myntra" but not on Flipkart. Also I have recordings of Flipkart executive confirming that there's no Manufacturers warranty on Flipkart but product sale by same seller has warranty policy on "Myntra". I have attached some photos mentioned with warranty given by Brand itself on other sites like Myntra and Amazon.

                  I have placed a order of bean on 28 oct 2022 it must have to be delivered by 4 nov 2022 but even after 1 month product is neither delivered or nor being canceled.
                  Flipkart customer support is totally useless.
                  Flipkart is just delaying it no other response.
                  I have attached my order screenshot and char screenshot for cancelation.

                            I am not able to login to my account. Though i already have an account with Flipkart when I try to login i get the message you have not registered with us and then takes me to the signup with phone no. page. When i enter the phone no. it says you are already registered and takes me back to the login page. this happened for several times.

                                  My flipkart account got hacked and email id was changed by someone, They ordered goods worth 50000 using Flipkart pay later EMI option. The amount is showing as due pending and I am suffering because of this. There is no response from Flipkart and their customer service is useless.

                                    This is to informed you that i ordered grocery total 24 items in which there was 12 items were missing. I raised this issue with Flipkart team and they have not done there work properly that's why there was many refund request.

                                    The seller team and courier delivery team have done some fraud, delivery boy have not delivered full list of grocery (this was informed to customer care team) and they assured me for the same, you can check with delivery boy and Flipkart team should investigate this issue seriously, I am asking for my hard earn money to back.

                                    When i asked customer care team why such a delay happening from your end and why i have to raise many request for same thing. So team said that there were some technical issue that's why multiple request was done.

                                    Now question is that, I paid full amount of my grocery in which half of my grocery was not delivered, and sellers team, delivery team and customer team have not done proper work then why should i have to loose my hard earn money???

                                    You can check the account and go through with past history, i have never placed any return or refund request in past.

                                    You can block my account permanently if you want, as I am really not happy with customer service and some fraud at sellers and delivery team, but i need my final refund of Rs876 (Fortune Sunlite Refined Sunflower Oil) as earliest as possible.

                                    If you are not able to help me in this issue then request you to provide me details of higher authority so I can escalate this issue with them.

                                    you can check that i have paid for this product but they said product was canceled. If product was cancelled then why no refund yet?
