Dear team,
I am a seller on flipkart and I am writing this mail at the last when i am totally frustrated with your team and sees no way of getting out of the problems facing due to your team.
Your pickup staff person (Satender, Contact no.- [protected]). This person is neither co-operative nor they deliver our returns to us. Most of the returns we receive are either damaged and wrong products in them. Even in the cancelled orders we are receiving wrong products that shows that they are thieving our products.
Also there was a FIR lodged by other sellers on Ekart staff but no solution was provided.
And moreover these they do not have any time of pickup, some times they come at 2pm, sometimes 3pm, 7pm and even 8pm too. So i also request team to take some stable action because we are suffering due to your manpower issue. If you do not have proper arrangement then you should be atleast co-operative atleast. but your team is like harassing sellers due to their mis-managements.
So i request team to reach us on
with some proper solution on pickup and our return issue too.
I am also attaching a video proof of one of the courier boy(Aashu) who did stamped for the all the orders that he has to return us by himself and did not deliver us many of our orders as he stamped for all of them by himself making us a big loss.
