I had contacted you at-least 8times regarding this order but every time Flipkart register complaint and give a promising date first it was 3rd oct. then 5th oct and after that its 7th oct. now there is no information and no response from flipkart.

I have created flipkart account 7 years back with a mobile number 2 years ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I've been searching for the last few days on flipcart, and wanted to buy some clothes. But for every product I'm trying to order, it shows that the product is out of stock for your pincode. Since the sale is on people do want to buy products and when it shows out of stock it's really not good. So please solve the problem....

On 22nd September, I ordered Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 (44m size, black) during the Big Billion Day sale of Flipkart. My parcel arrived on 25th September but as no one was at home so we told the delivery boy to reschedule the delivery and send me the next day.
