They promised to deliver on 30th October 2022. Customer Support Executive talked very rudely and said sir ho jayenga. But at 7 pm they shamelessly denied to deliver and said it will be delivered on 31st This is now happening with every other order.

    I placed an order (Order ID #OD[protected] with Flipkart on 18th Sep 2022 consisting of 20 grocery items, of which only 1 item was delivered successfully. I have been following up with Flipkart continuously, but every time a different representative picks up the call and assures that the order will be canceled within 24 hours, but it never happens. I'm also unable to cancel the order through their website/app, which Flipkart states as a technical issue. I am being disturbed continuously by the Flipkart team calling 3 times a day (50+ times total) without any resolution.

    I want Flipkart to cancel my order and refund the money ASAP.

      I ordered a ‘Jabra Talk 25SE Bluetooth headset’ from flipkart from account with mobile no [protected].I received a defective product with poor sound quality so I raised a replacement request.Company rejected my request 3 times and I have to raise it again and again before finally issuing a replacement.But the replaced product was also a defective and an used one.It has rust in its charging port, damaged charging port, pairing issues and poor sound quality. I raised for a return and refund request and 2 technician visits have been completed and company closes my request after every visit and I have to raise it again and again . I want company to return this product and issue me a refund.

        I already paid for a product via gpay and while delivering the product the delivery guy took cash from my home. Even after more then 20 days of filing complaint even here, flipkart replied that they don't care where I lodged a complaint they won't refund me.
        I have added the screenshot of the package in which it was written COD, however I already paid for the product via googlepay

          I had placed an order amount of Rs.5468 with Order ID - OD[protected] from Flipkart on 23rd September 2022 which was supposed to deliver on 4th October 2022. But it didn't get delivered on that day.Then I called customer support. When asked about my order, he said, "there is a slight delay in delivery, so wait a day or two. You will get your order."Then I waited for 2 days still my order was not delivered to me.Again I called customer support and they told me that your maximum waiting period is on 10th October then you will get your order by 10th October.I didn't get my order even on 10th October so that's why I got my order canceled on 11th October morning by calling customer support. On 11th October Flipkart Customer support said, " your order is not available for cancellation, but so many times your delivery date has been changed due to delay in delivery so I am proceeding for cancellation."On the same day at night around 10:00PM, I get a call from a delivery person. to deliver, but I refused them because in the morning I Cancelled the order.Then I get a call on 13th October from seller and he said that they had got their product return and processing for refund.Then I called Flipkart customer support, told them, "I got a call from the seller and they told that they are processing for refund."But Flipkart customer support told me that in their system my order is not yet cancelled.If you have received any such call from seller then I am processing your order cancellation. You will get refund in 2 to 4 days. I waited for 4 days still I did not get my refund, so I looked in Flipkart application and there was no such cancellation showing in that too. It was showing, "your item has been shipped."Then on 18th October again I called Flipkart customer support and told them everything that still showing my order has been shipped.After a lot of debate with him, he said, " it is fine. I am canceling your order. you will get your refund in 2 to 4 days."It has been a month today by doing this every time but I have not got my money back yet.Whenever I talk to Flipkart customer support, they say that your money will be returned in 2 days You wait for 2 days. Every time those people say that wait for 2 days, Wait 3 days, but the money is not returned at all.

            Never expected Flipkart will fall down to such a low standard to follow dadagiri and humiliation to customers.

But at the time of delivery, the demand dead cash before delivery otherwise they will take away the parcel. What humiliation. Dadagiri and gundagardi. Whe refused to bow down before there search gundagardi. They took away the parcel. Never found such type of dadagiri with any other online seller. We buy hundreds of items every now and then through online shopping but have never seen such arrogant people like Flipkart demanding money first and then only to hand over the parcel. What sort of dirty mentality Flipkart had shown. And to add more worst mentality what they have done-on there app they had written, order cancelled as per our request. Water liar and cheater Flipkart has become.

            Another feather in their prestige. They do not respond to our grievances. They do not have value and dishonour even the prime minister Modi port of CP gram PG portal and therefore do not respond to the grievances forwarded by prime minister portal.
            So nasty dirty complete arrogance, gundagardi and dadagiri this Flipkart has earned to do business or to suck blood of customers?
            Being constraint we are taking the matter to the consumer court demanding Rs one lakh compensation for their all such illegal activities and harassment causing hell of trauma and waste of our valuable time, punishable under the consumer protection act.

              Courior boy deliver me the package at 6.21 p.m when there was dark outside in the street and no streetlight at 6.21 p.m. He poses as he is in very much hurry and he asked me the otp when he searches the packet in his bag and even before delivery of package. I provide him the OTP in good faith as he was in hurry and usually no such type of act was done to me before. He handover the package to me in the street and immediately go back on his motorbike while I was just checking the delivered package. Then I saw that there was a minor cut on outer plastic packet on which cello tape was affixed and that is not much visible. When I opened the packet then I opened the Malabar white box packing. I was shocked to see that there was No coins in the box. Box was empty and there was only Invoice of Malabr for 10+5 = 15 Gms. Gold Coins. Immediately I contacted the flipkart customer care and narrated the whole episode and fraud to Madam Shivani. She booked my complaint and issue me my Complaint No. IN[protected] DT.29.10.2022 AT 6.50 P.M.
              Now I am waiting for my Refund.

                Today it was the Flipkart escalation, social media team who cancelled my exchange.Since the seller could not deliver the exchange product on 28th of October.After cancelling she said they were working on it. And i will getting my refund.Then how come my account get blocked?
                And moreover I didn't received the product on Friday so I wanted a refund return and my account got blocked.
                I received a wrong product also.
                I was promised to get my refund for that also after the pickup of the wrong product.
                Even the lady told today, that my sweatshirt will be also picked and give refund from the social media team.
                Then after she cancelled how come my account get blocked?
                Kindly unblock my account.
                I bra of rs 604 wrong product and a sweatshirt of rs 648 which i didn't receive exchange.Now tell me is this my fault? If I don't receive my money and if my account is not unblocked i have to do suicide because for me 604rs and 648rs matters a lot.

                      Ordered total 34 grocery items through flipkart marketplace, But after taking full payment they given a Intact seald percel cartoon box while i opened after coming home There are only 6 items dispatch and invoices made 34 items full amount. There 28 Items Missing however i paid full amount by believing flipkart.

                      I have raised refund request by maintaining issue clearly but flipkart continuously rejecting refund request again and again. Please humbly requesting here take imediet action against flipkart and refunded my 28 missing item balance.

                        Ordered Oneplus nord CE 2 Lite from flipkart big billion days they Delivered a percel there item was missing I have paidfull amount 20026 without any confusion I have captured unboxing footage also.
                        More than longer Waiting for refund. Everytime they rejecting refund request again and again.

                        They mailed asking last time To process return share your documents I shared immediately by replying mail. And they waiting for My consent to lodge FIR against missing item I also given agree consent. Still 15 days passed not received my refund.

                        I raised new return which requested stage return id[protected]
                        Please take imediet action on it and refunded my money.

                          Hi Flipkart Team,
                          I didn't order from you but I received a order today dated 29/10/2022. First I thought maybe my brother ordered something but I ask from him, so I pay to delivery boy rs599/-, Only because of Flipkart 's Name... But after checking the order i again ask from my brother because I know this type of cheap and Chinese product never order by my brother.And he refused about any order. Then I check full parcel there is no sender's details, no link to find product detail, and also no response from your Flipkart customer service... Is this some scam running by Flipkart own? Or anytype of fraud with flipkart and flipkart's customer on the name of flipkart?

                              Ordered macbook air with exchange of my old 2015 macbook air, the exchange price of the laptop was 18000 but the delivery person was not interested in exchange. this happened to most of my friends and for sure something strange happening with Flipkart Exchange. The Laptop is perfectly fine and battery backup is 7 hours even after 7 years. no screen, keyboard or parts failure.

                              one side of the laptop has very minor scratch on the metal surface of the laptop that's just sign o[censored]sage. Very unethical practise. the exchange value they offered for my 70000RS laptop is 3000. come on, 3000RS for MacBook Air 2015 model? are we fools ? but you will face the karma for not practising business eithics. we know the reason why you hire top MBAs for ideas like this.

                                I ordered this phone poco x4 pro 5g on 19th of October and the delivery date was 27th of October but it was not delivered on that day but the delivery date was extended from 27th oct to 29th October. It is not delivered yet. It is showing pincode address mismatch but address and pincode are totally fine. It is not going out for delivery. It is becoming a serious issue now. It is an emergency I want this phone ASAP I contacted to the nearest courier service but they denied to have my product please resolve this issue ASAP

                                  I purchased a mobile phone for Rs.26, 499 on October 11-2018, with order ID OD[protected], and it was delivered on October 15-2018, through my debit card. There should be a cashback refund of Rs.2000. But it is still not reflected in my account. I have contacted Flipkart customer care multiple times, and they were saying that the refund was done processing from their side on November 8-2018. And they have given a transaction reference number as 5392029215276860304055. Its been more than four years, and I am yet to get a resolution for this.

                                    I am facing issue with Nothing Phone 1, Earpiece speaker isn't working as expected there is distorted noise I can able to hear everytime when there is call.
                                    Regarding this I have placed replacement and it got rejected 3 times though their was tech visit done by Flipkart and technician also mentioned the issue I am facing.
                                    Again it got rejected, please help regarding this issue ?

                                        Hi There,

                                        I ordered a Norton Antivirus Product (OD[protected] and it was delivered on 28th Sept. 2022. Since my current antivirus was active, I did not open the packet which is showing correct product description. When I opened it few days back, it had different product inside.
                                        I have been trying to contact support for this cheating from seller, no one really responding back. I feel that I have been cheated by Flipkart and there is no support at all. Its really difficult to believe to order anyting from Flipkart in future.
                                        Hoping to get a positive response or atleast a support from Flipkart team for a loyal customer.
