I paid my November dues in dec 2nd which is today at 7:16 am through googlepay, the payment was successful and the amount was fully paid my money got deducted from my bank account but the bill is still showing unpaid and not reflecting and getting updated in the app's paylater section.

    Hello flipkart,
    Iam Akhila last month i purchased my products through flipkart paylater and today i paid my paylater due through phonepe id [T2212020721175834816163] my money is debited from my account but it is not credit in flipkart paylater account. Can you please rectify this issue

      I am a flipkart plus member. I have paid my flipkart pay later bill for November on 1/12/22 using Bhim upi app. It is showing successful transaction in the Bhim app. But in the flipkart pay later page it is still showing pending payments for November. Kindly resolve the issue. I am attaching screenshots from two apps for the complaint.

          Hi, did my Flipkart paylater payment through Google pay. Amount debited from bank account. But not reflected in my Flipkart account. Still showing November bill as unpaid.please clear November bill or refund amount to my bank account soon.

            I have paid the bill on December 2nd 2022 but it didn't get credited in Flipkart pay later account. The amount was debited and i raised the complaint but no one is able to get it resolved. They are asking to make the payment again. Why should I make the payment again where there is no fault of mine?

              I placed an order from Myntra on 16.11.22 through Flipkart pay later. The amount of 3525 was due by 5th Dec'22. I paid the full amount on 2.12.22 via google pay upi transaction. The transaction was successful and the amount got deducted from my bank account. But its not reflecting the same in flipkart pay later account. Its still showing that the amount is due. I tried contacting flipkart customer care but even after numerous call requests I didnt receive call from their end. Kindly help me to resolve the isuue

                I have paid amount of rs 5580 through phone pay but my amount is debited through phone pe but in Flipkart’s still my amount is not recived still pending. Whenever I call them they says you wait u will amount will be refunded they didn’t givinga the proper solution . Plz refund my money

                      I am loyal coustomer of flipcart . But from some days they block my account without reason . After searching my account i found that they cancel my recent order and give mail that “your account block due to your purchases are not intended for personel use” .
                      I just ordered only one piece of toothpaste . Which one was i purchased in last month also .
                      I confirm that i buying products from flipcart only for personal use .
                      In my account there is money and other rewards . Also flipcarts coins that i collects from years .
                      How can they block my account without any valid reason .
                      I talked with customer care 5-6 times but all in vain . They just give time of 4-5 days but till date no resolution .
                      Please check again my account as i ordered all products for my personal use only .

                                I ordered One Plus Nord Buds in Flipkart on 22/11/2022, its worth of Rs. 2799 but I received wrong model (OnePlus Nord CE) on 23/11/2022, it's worth of Rs.2299.

                                Then I approached replacement option but my replacement request was rejected continuosly.. Then only I noticed my order was in open box delivery method.. For this reason return request was rejected..

                                At the time of delivery, the delivery person didn't open the product. He just hand it over to me and take photo of Flipkart outer package and invoice photo only. Then he submit his delivery.. Then I try to open the package at the time the delivery person gone. I was shocked when I open the Flipkart package.. it was wrong item received.. Kindly resolve my issue and Approve return request ASAP..

                                It was my 1st experience and hate this one.. For Uneducated people's how to handle this issue...

                                      I am chasing last 26 days but Flipkart and IDFC not interested to resolve my issue. I am facing lots of issue due to this in 5th dec this amount automatic debit from my account which is not use from my side why should i pay this amount and still no one listen to the my concern

                                      First of all your IDFC customer care number all are is useless there is no toll free number.

                                      My concern is Flipkart and IDFC both you are on 5th November my account was hacked and some transaction made 1085.50rs i don't know how when i log in my account is inactive i am contact same time Flipkart customer care after that my account is recovered but there is two thing.

                                      1. From my Flipkart pay later amount used 9770 nine time used same amount 1085.50 without OTP without any confirmation without any mail notification how can you are approved and make this transaction convert in EMI.

                                      2. Second is same day my Flipkart account use and trying to order MIVI dupods but transaction not successful.

                                      Now i have all the details from IDFC and Flipkart i am attaching in this mail body plz refere and check after that i am contact IDFC bank they sent me the statement in which the amount is showing but what should I do with the statement in the but you have to find out where the usage amount is without otp.

                                      Now I am talking in Flipkart then Flipkart people are saying talk to IDFC IDFC people sent me the statement and from there side concern is closed.

                                      Why have you troubled the customer so much, don't you have anyone here who can close the customer's concern properly?

                                      I am so upset. you will make automatic EMI in 1st dec first you stop EMI otherwise my account will be auto debited. And understand the problem of a good customer and deal accordingly don't force me to take some big action.
