I am flipkart plus member for nearly 3 years, I ordered 33 to 34 products and only returned 4 to 5 of them as of now . Recently I ordered a phone which I received was different so I requested for replacement but it was rejected I did same thing again ad I was told by flipkart customer support that if it's rejected/canceled, then refund will be provided, after some days no wishmaster came for pickup and it gets canceled by their side so I contacted customer support and I was told to wait for 2-3 days for refund, I received a call from concerned team and they assured me that refund will be provided before the given date but after the call I was not able to login my id, so I immediately contacted them regarding this and was told to wait for 24 hours, and a mail was provided that stated "due to unusual high no. Of returns my flipkart ID is blocked and I will no longer to login it again " . Regarding this I contacted to flipkart customer service several times daily, now its been more than a month and I haven't got any response and resolution from their side .
This is their plus member priority.
And they not even check that how this is unusual.
I contacted them via Twitter but same thing.
Flipkart customer support and seniors have no authority to check my case, how they will help then, they have no authority to talk with backend team and continuously they tell that concerned team will contact me, still I am waiting for that.
I NEED COMPLETE RESOLUTION AND REFUND.
PLEASE HELP.
