    I recently purchased lenovo A6000 plus through flipkart. but the product has many problems and lenovo customer care doesnt help in any way. I already posted a complaint regarding this, but you flipkart has not taken any further steps to resolve my problem other than a automated reply email for my complaint. I bought many products in flipkart including large electronics such as laptops and many mobiles. The service by flipkart was good but this makes me upset with flipkart. I really feel hard to suggest flipkart or lenovo to others. The basic functionality that is contacts having a big problem in the mobile. I either want a replace product or refund for the product. It is under the warranty period and the device is not rooted. I WANT MY PROBLEM TO BE RESOLVED. AND I PERSONALLY DONT SUGGEST LENOVO A6000 PLUS TO ANYONE.

      Hi,

      My Order ID is Order ID-OD[protected]. We have ordered a Lenovo Tablet having Model no- S8 Tablet Ebony on 4 Sept15 of Cost Rs. 18050.00, but received another Model Lenovo A3300-GV in place of that.
      As we are regular customer of flipkart & have Trust on Flipkart, Intially we have not noticed this change and also as my sister gifted this tablet to our Mom, & she don’t have much knowledge about technology. But from last few days she was facing some display issue in Tablet so we take it to the Service Center. From their we got to know that the model in Our Invoice Bill & the Tablet Model both are different. Getting Back to home after cross checking we realized that we have received the Wrong Model Tablet. We have marked mail to flipkart but they are denying to do anything because it has been 45days from the date of delivery.

      Pl. get it check & help to provide us the Correct Model as we have paid full payment of Rs. 18050 or else company refund our Rs 8000 as the model recived cost Rs.10000 only.We will not bear loss of Rs. 8000.

      For your further necessary action I’m sharing u the Pics with all the details Invoice, Box, Handset etc.

But My Amount is not Received till date in my Credit Cards.some days before open flip kart So See Amount Rs.12999/ in wallet. than i was calling customer Care dated on 17.01.16 she was lock a Request id IN[protected] & she was promise to me Under 48 hours Your Amount will be credit in your Credit Card. But Today I Was again Call to CC Vaishali Revived My Call & Say to me Your Request under process. After I told to vaishali than i told to vaishali for Call Forward to your Senior Moisin. Mr. Moise not positive Response. I am Paying every month Interest to Credit Crads from August-15.. and I found that flip kart online shopping is fraud shopping. Till date Not Refund My Amount.

              I have ordered a book shelf on 12 Dec, 2015 with order ID OD[protected]. The product was delivered on 27 Dec, 2015 by the Seller @home Engineered Wood. 2 out of the 4 pieces of the book shelf received were found damaged. I immediately tried to ask for a replacement. But the product was NOT showing "delivered" in the Flipakrt App which through I made the order. I immediately mailed Flipkart and even called on their toll free number and told them everything. The Flipkart personnel told me to wait till the status shows "delivered" and then to ask for replacement. To my great surprise, the status was still showing "not delivered" even after 2 days. Then I kept on contacting Flipkart repeated times through emails and phone calls and requested to update the status and replace the damaged parts. Finally on 12th Jan, 2015 it showed the status as "delivered". I am utterly surprised why it took so much time!!

              Then the seller contacted me and as requested by them, I mailed some snaps of the damaged parts and the seller agreed to replace it. Since then, I am trying to get an update on the status of replacement, like where the products are at present, when it will be delivered, etc. But Flipkart has no clue after the incident. They don't even know that the seller has agreed to replace the product. Everytime I call Flipkart, a different person picks up the phone and says to wait for 48 hours to get the issue resolved. Then they send mail that it will take 5 more days to resolve. Like this way, I have waited since 27th Dec till today, but yet I have no update. The seller has only one answer, that they are delivering the product, but they have no idea about how much it will take. I asked them to send me the courier agency's details, but they are not providing anything.

              So, a product ordered on 12 Dec, 2015, has still not been delivered as on 1st Feb, 2015 and Flipakrt has no idea whatsoever about the status. Inform Flipkart to commit the date of delivery immediately. Else, give me the refund.

              Even after complaining in this forum, nothing has happened..

              1. On 1st Feb, 2016 a person from Flipkart called me after getting this complain and confirmed me that the product will get delivered within 2 TO 3 days.

              2. On 2nd Feb, 2016 morning, another person from Flipkart called me and confirmed it will get delivered within 2 to 3 days.

              3. On 2nd Feb, 2016 night, another person called Santosh T called me and confirmed the same thing, i.e. the item will get delivered within 2 to 3 days.

              4 Now, today, i.e. 3rd Feb, 2016, a lady named Bibiaeshya from Flipkart Escalation Team, Bangalore, called me and informed that that the item is not delivered yet. She has initiated the replacement now. She told me to wait till 19th Feb, 2016!!

              Hence the following conclusions:

              1. There is communications between the persons working in Flipakrt and they are expert in giving fake promises.
              2. A product which was ordered on 12th Dec, 2015 is "expected" to be delivered on 19th Feb, 2016!!
              3. Flipkart is the biggest cheater on earth!

              What I want now?
              1. Refund me money along with interest of 2 months within 24 hours.
              2. Take stern actions against Santosh T and Bibiaeshya for misleading me and for giving fake promises.
              The product has been replaced. But more than one week has passed and still I have not received any update on the installation which is supposed to be carried out by the seller free of charge.

              Yesterday somebody from Flipakart called me and told me that the product will not installed by the seller. But it was clearly written in the product details that the installation will be done free of charge. That is the reason why I bought it.

              Kindly look after the problem and inform me.

                      This is regarding online order OD[protected] placed on 10-Jan-2016 and delivered on 17-Jan-2017. The product ordered was Enkay E060_black Striped Women's - Black in color but the product delivered was a printed one and not the one shown in the picture when I purchased the product. Wrong product delivered.

                      Now I am asking to return and Flipkart is saying that the product type in non returnable. I have followed up with Flipkart and after multiple convincing they agreed to return and sent me a form to fill out. I sent the duly filled form but till date on response back. The customer care representatives from Flipkart keep us sending from one department to another with no resolution.

                      I do not want to take a product that I did not buy and want my Rs 1130 returned back and also for them to take the wrong product back.

                            1. I ordered Technofirst Solution T12921 Battery Charger on Flipkart website on 7th Jan 2016 vide order number OD[protected] which was subsequently delivered on 11th Jan after which I plugged the battery charger into the power point and connected the cable to my phone, it was charging, 10 mins later I heard small ‘phat’ noise from the charger and when I touched it was hot and I could feel burning smell from the charger so I unplugged it and upon inspection of the phone it was dead. I rebooted it and went on to the Flipkart website to lodge a complaint, they offered return which I declined and wanted refund. Later at night approx around 1130 PM I plugged the original Nokia charger into my Nokia Lumia 730 but it wasn’t charging up, so I removed battery and inserted back and tried charging but no luck.

                            2. Next day I took it to Nokia Service Centre @ Malakpet, Hyderabad, who upon hearing the issue told me it could be USB port etc and will cost 1600/ I opted for diagnosis of the fault and later they told me that the phone cant be repaired as the whole board and USB port and pins has been short circuited, that even if repaired it will give problem in future.


                            3. The jobsheet number is[protected]/160112/008 dated 12th Jan 2016 for which I paid Rs.100/ for diagnosis of the problem.


                            4. I contacted flipkart and spoke to Nikita who upon hearing advised me that not to buy a new phone as Flipkart will resolve the issue in couple of hours, at 1830hrs I received a call from Savita who advised me that they can only offer refund for the faulty charger and will remove the seller from the site but won’t replace my handset. Later at night I spoke to Puneet/Sumeet who said he will escalate the issue to a special team who will get back to me, that was on 12th evening, on 18th Jan vinod called me and advised that Flipkart will only refund for the faulty charger but wont replace the handset and also suggested that its not because of the charger but because of over supply of current that wrecked my phone and further suggested that I shouldn’t have used the fast charger for smart phone as it may cause damage to which I replied that if that is the case then it should have been clearly mentioned on the website, on the product information it was clearly mentioned that the charger can be used for fast charging any phones and that the power supply varies from 110v to 240v.

                            5. I request the Consumer Court/Forum to take this matter and provide me a either a new Nokia Lumia 730 handset which I purchased on 18th December 2014 @ the cost of Rs.15000/ from Pramod Mobiles (receipt enclosed) in Hyderabad, and never had any issues before or get me the refund for the same


                            6. I have already purchased Nokia Lumia 540 on 13th Jan from Pramod Mobiles, Jagdish Market, Abids (receipt enclosed) as Flipkart reverted on their promise to provide a new Nokia 730 handset.

                            7. I have the charger still with me as a proof and burnt smell is still there.
                            8. I am attaching all my communication mails to Flipkart as well as receipts and Jobsheet from Nokia Service Centre

                            9. In the jobsheet the counter boy mentioned ‘board problem short circuit’ and this was obviously caused due to the charger sold on the Flipkart which they are not acknowledging but trying to save themselves.


                            10. On Monday the 18th Jan 2016 I received a call from Flipkart again advising that they will only refund money for the faulty charger and that its not their policy to replace handset and further that over current may have damaged the phone and not the charger. I advised to the gentleman that the voltage mentioned for the charger varies from 110 v to 240 volts hence oversupply and undersupply issue doesn’t arise here.
                            Instead of addressing the issue in a logical manner Flipkart is trying to blame on things which doesn’t hold any ground nor make any sense..
                            I lodged a complaint on core.nic.in on 13th Jan complaint # 210532.2.2016, and on 29th Jan the website strangely states that the issue has resolved by the flipkart by addressing the issue with the customer for refund of the product.


                            1. If flipkart had mentioned that the charger is not suitable for smart phone, I wouldn't have bought it
                            2. Never had any issues with Nokia 730 and even reviews are great about the phone.
                            3. The power point I plugged in the charger was a brand new Oreva extension cord, no other equipment damaged.
                            4. No issues of current fluctuation occurring
                            5. After 18th Jan, flipkart never called me nor ever sent any communications.

                                I have a clear evidence that flipkart.com is not giving protection to customer's wallet(flipkart money/GV amount).

                                Hackers can steal your passwords in anyways, but e-commerce service providers should protect customer's money which was saved in their site itself.

                                As Amazon.in doing a great support to customers, flipkart is not doing atleast 10%.

                                In Amazon.in if we save our gift vouchers / giftcards it cannot be transferred to any other mail ids. It seems they are taking care of customers money.

                                But in flipkart yesterday night at 11.17pm 4 of my giftcards which are saved in my wallet at flipkart.com, were transferred to this mail id " [protected]@yopmail.com " without my knowledge. The above mentioned mail id person was the fraud hacker.

                                I have raised a complaint(#IN[protected] about this cybercrime at flipkart, but the CS team executives are refused to provide the resolution date for the above complaint.

                                My concerns against the ecom site flipkart are:

                                1.Without giving a OTP(onetimepassword) to the registered mail id / registered phone number, how can a person transfer GV amount to some other mail id?( Because OTP option ios not there in flipkart. It is a biggest drawback)
                                2.What is the protection that you are giving to customers money which are saved in your site?
                                3. Will I get my money or not?

                                I will surely take this issue into cybercrime to take actions against the fraud "[protected]@yopmail.com".

                                Beware Guys.! Flipkart is not at all safe if you save your Gift vouchers / wallet money with them.
                                Same thing happened with me. The time was just after few minutes and the amount was 1003.

                                        I have ordered product (OD[protected]on Tuesday.. Till now the product is not been delivered... I dont know whats been going on there...i thought i have been ordering a item on a reputed site like flipkart... But the response from flipkart is getting worse and worse... I don't know this mail could reach you or not... But i need the product today itself... Or i need any compensation for the product or the price should be reduced...
                                        Then what is the main reason of having guarantee one day delivery

                                        Spoke to customer as she stated that the order is still not been delivered, as she has updated the correct address and it will be delivered by February 1, 2016.
