Hello Team, I have ordered for Redmi 1S mobile on 2nd Sep 14 and my order# ODA[protected]BNAMF00. While making purchase i found the delivery will be on 7th Sep 14 and after the payment approved status it went to 15th Sep 14. Flipkart received customer payment of Rs[protected] and making their customers fool. They havn't receive the product from the manufacturer, but created lots of hype regarding the product. Mentally disturbed because of flipkart's activity. Requesting others not to order this product from Flipkart since you will be in my same situation. FLIPKART, HUMAN and its seller WS RETAIL IS ANOTHER HUMAN SIT. Both if them are useless. Thanks, Ashok G

        I am Debasish Chatterjee, mobile no [protected] bought an Asus Zenfone 4 mobile on 12 august 2014.Order number is OD[protected] & received date is 14 august 2014. But this set is defective.Because when i am open this set several times(power key) then coming a blue line on this display. I think LCD is defective .           i bought a moto g 16 gb phone through flipkart.com. they provided me with a defective item. as just after `1 week i was not able to switch on my phone. i charged the phone and waited so that it might work . but nothing happened. so next day i called their customer care and reported my matter. i raised a request for refund. but they are not taking any action on it. and everyday they a`re giving me lame excuses and telling me to wait...

I received this product and come to know that this only ear phones no headphones and secondly the picture they are showing also different.             Dear Team, I have purchased the toy "Mitashi Sky Kidz My Tutor" from flipkart on 9th Aug-2014. Order id is OD[protected]. Once the toy is received, I have put the batteries and tried to on. It is not responding and the toy is not working. I have raised return request to flipkart customer care and it got rejected by the seller. So again I have escalated the issue and they have promised to solve the request by 06-Sep.               i purchased Sony Xperia C from flipcart.it is mentioned that on box you get sd card free, but i didn't get.when i complain to flip cart they apologize and tell give Rs 500 in my flipcart.but it is almost 10 days but they not given the money and they stop relying me.this is very bad experience with flip cart.

                I have ordered a moto g2 16gb on 6th september .cash was paid through net banking from sbt.but after some time it was informed that my order has been cancelled and also the refund i will only get after 8 days.They are taking money from our account within a minute.but for refund takes more than a week.i need my refund immediately.i have also placed orders from amazon, myntra etc.It was my first time in flipkart to place an order.it is the irresponsibility of flipkart towards customers in placing orders.

                  Mi3 not added to cart after showing congratulations message then I complained Flip kart Complaint id [protected] after for days of repeated efforts and complaints and various call to them they finally added product to cart but now I need product free of cost as the fault was of Flip kart and its proved which resulted in Mental trauma and so much efforts and time also taken their castor service don't have the politeness to speak to consumer I need immediate action taken against them and cancel their licence if they don't provide the product free of cost 'Mi3 fault was ours and its proved follow me on twitter 'PsyAvi' and check My tweets everything will be clear Complaint id[protected] and also I have proof of 3 or four times Flip kart Mismanagement issue today they called me for one month back order OD[protected] to confirm order delivered or not two times and they are not sure about it it was delivered on 28th july This created confusion and havoc but I kept My cool and helped them every bit Now I want u to provide a Mi3 free to Me as fault was all ours and Proved it causes Me mental trauma, Time and efforts to provide u all those images u did two times before also same thing but I don't have pic to prove Myself right now I have Im wrriting all this in best regard to Flip kart ceo and hope they will provide what I need I hope a 1 billion compaany can stand by its reputation and provide solution asap Thank u for ur valuable time' The mail I sent them but no reply from them till now Its been proved that all the fault was of Flip kart and I have all those proofs also of Flip kart mismanagement for 3 or 4 times Which resulted in havoc and Confusion and ultimately Mental Trauma to consumer They irritated me to the core by not providing solution and time and efforts also required to follow up all this I want Rs 50000 and free Mi3 from them as a compensation asap

                        I have been experiencing mobile network problem with Moto g from beginning. Its been 1 and half month since I have purchased it. From yesterday all the calls I make gets ended. Overall there is a problem in making calls and receiving calls . So because of this I have to switch off and on my phone at least once in a day.. I request the company to solve this issue as soon as possible...

                        I had buyed mobile moto g 16 gb from flipkart costing 13999 but the price get down 11999 so the cash 2000 was refunded to my wallet but when i want to take it to my account they are not transferring it to my account .. i had submitted every required documents but they are telling lie that they dont recieved .. when they found it they are saying its wrong product id when again i called other costumer care executive has checked it right ..when i want that costumer exexcutive ms kavita to tell that costumer exexutive name who had told lie she refused, , they are taking dates to refund 2000.. they are not at all supporting and telling lies .. i want to make complain against that lier costumer care exexutive and against flipkart .

                          Sir, This is in connection to my purchase of mobile phone through Flipkart vide Order No.OD[protected] for which the order was place on[protected] and the phone was delivered to me on[protected]. I ordered for MOTO G 16 GB phone but the same is not functional properly, as the phone is getting hang and I am not able to download any attachment from internet. On[protected] lodged a complaint on your toll free number against the phone, and it was told to me that the problem will be resolved by[protected] and either the technical person will resolve the issue on phone or else the instrument will be replaced. I didnt get any call till[protected] and i received an e-mail stating that the problem will be resolved by[protected]. It is disappointing that Flipkart does not fulfill its commitment and extended the time period for resolving the problem. Further this is to inform you that, as per the given instructions I had applied the steps to upgrade the software, but still the problem in my mobile set has not resolved.

                          Therefore i request you to take further actions at the earliest for replacing the mobile set or refund the money back

                          This is shameful that it is been more than one week and still the problem told to Flipkart's officials against Order no. OD[protected] have not been resolved. It was assured that the problem will be solved by 08.09.2014 but as usual again next date has been given till 10.09.2014.

                          Now i do not need the replacement of MOTO G 16GB mobile set and request you to refund my money back and take back your defective phone within 24 hours from now or else i have no other option but to go to consumer court against the mental harassment which i am phasing because of Flipkart.
