Hello Sir,

Regarding Sansui faulty AC delivered and repair or response not done since last more than one month.

I have purchased two ACs from flipkart of Sansui brand. I have attached invoices here with this email for the details about the details.

Since ACs are installed one AC is giving error in display. I first make flipkart aware about the error in AC display, they suggested me to contact sansui service centre. Reason given by them is product is wrong deliver than they can help but this issue is in product itself I should claim for warranty from sansui. Further I have contacted sansui regarding the same but engineer came and went away saying that sansui will send another engineer for repair. Than after I have waited for more than 6 days but I do not get any response from sansui. Hence I have again contacted sansui, they said you need to log complain again. I have re-logged complain details are as below:

After the above complain no one came for replacement of the product or repair of the product. I am bearing this since last more than one month and seeking for the help from your side.

Per the latest conversation from Flipkart they promised to resolve complaint as soon as possible,

I am Really frustrated with the sansui customer care. Done more than 14 calls[protected] but they always said yes you logged complaint but it is in pending status. what a irresponsible reply. world's worst customer support center. I'll never forgot this mental harassment from the sansui & flipkart team.

Thank you Consumer complaints forum for escalating issue, at least from your involvement I see one reply from videocon part else, until now they never responded.

I am looking forward for resolution of the complaint

    i have purchased Sony Vaio 19.5V 4.7A Battery Charger 90 Adapter which have one year warranty period but after eight month it is not working. so, according to the flipkart online order product, you have go to the service centre and show the invioice bill to the service centre. i show them, the bill as well as Sony Vaio 19.5V 4.7A Battery Charger 90 Adapter also. after check the adpater they told me it is not the original product.

      Sir I ordered phillips trimmer worth ₹ 3299 but it was not appropriate so I returned it and sent it back . After few days I recieved a message from flipkart that transaction has been sent in my account on the name of NAVI BEDI. Navi bedi is my short name and i have no account on this name then How can I recieve money ? I am Pavneet bedi and all my accounts have dis name . I live in Ludhiana and I ordered trimmer from Ludhiana only and flipkart has transfered money at Pune to some other man having name Navi bedi. So it is serious problem and flipkart is not helping. It is a request please return my money back . Hope to have ur concern soon

          I have purchased a wall clock from flipkart.com on 27/1/2016 and I got on 2/2/2016 when I open it was thermacol piece and a small machine of wall for that they charge 481₹ this is such kind of garbage which you can make at your home..             Hi,

            I ordered for a product i.e Motorola Cellphone(OD[protected]. I placed the order using Next Day Delivery Option but after placing the order I saw that it was showing normal delivery I complained to Flipkart for the same. I am a regular customer of this site, this is the first time I made a complain and I am not happy with the after sale service. I called around 5-6 times to know the status of the complain. i was promised a callback from complain team in 4 hours which I had not received. After my complain they shipped the product but the status is not updated for the same from past 14 hours. The parcel is lying with their courier partner i.e Ekart but what a service Flipkart is not having the number of Ekart. I found a number online for Ekart but they are not picking up the call. It is simply wow..They don't even care about it.
            Worse after sale. Totally unsatisfied with it.

              I had ordered a portable JBL Go speaker worth rupees 2000 in Flipkart on 4th of this month ie Feb 2016. As it was delivered today, I unpacked it and found a piece of stone instead of the speaker which is unbelievable and disgusting. Such negligence from a company like Flipkart is unacceptable.

                When I ordered, the product was in stock. How it has been disappeared suddenly. I don't accept this kind of answer from flip-kart. If the product was not in stock I wouldn't get an option to order it. Do flip-kart have answers for this. Please avoid giving silly reasons.

                  On 12/02/2016 I had placed order vide I.D no. OD[protected] for supply of Camera of Nikon D5500 with (18 - 140 Lens) DSLR through credit card of AXIS bank ( EMI ) for which an Amount of Rs. 62515/- was send through credit card No.xxxxxxxx245 regarding which message was received by me about the deduction of Rs. 62515/- from my credit card. I received a parcel through ekart Logistics, shipment No. FMPP[protected] . on 15/02/2016. when I opened the parcel I was astonished to see that instead of a Camera, there were marbles in the box. I lodged complaint No.[protected] on 15/02/2016 with you in this regard. I am under mental tension that I have been cheated by a world known Flipkart company. I request you to kindly look into the matter immediately and find where the pilferage has taken place. I have lost faith in Flipkart company. Please return my above mentioned amount by return of mail. failing which I shall be construed to take legal recourse against Flipkart company and I shall publish about this incident in the media also.

                      Had bought a 32' Panasonic TV when there was a cash back provision. After almost 2 months when I enquired about it when there was no credit to the my account, first they told me there was no such scheme, then asked me to send the snapshot of that offer.                         I have ordered the product (Lenovo Mobile) on 13th Feb 2016. My expected delivery of my product was provided as 14th Feb 2016. Today, I have been told that my address is wrong and the product is returned. The funny part is I have received many products on the same address without any issues. If i all to the customer care there is no proper response on my product.


                        Nowadays Flipkart Service is worst than ever and this is my last order in flipkart.

                                I did not receive the product due to delay on delivery, product was not
                                delivered at all. Then I called up Flipkar call center on 8-Feb-16 and informed about the my concern. Flipkat Representative told that due to technical reason the product was already returned to seller on 1st Feb'16 to seller.

                                Now Flipkart is holding back the refund stating that the product should reach to the seller first which is not happening and not in my control either. I mailed them twice about this concern and they are repeatedly sending me the generic statement saying the same thing that they will refund when the product is received by the seller. Today is 15-Feb-16. This is totally unethical.

                                    I am AVK Nair and i have purchased a mobile( ASUS ZENFONE LASER 2) from ur store.most unfortunately i have to say that the mobile has defects from the day of purchase and also some of the applications gets hanged very often.The mobile has problem with its speakers and we are not able to hear the calls properly and i have to call back them many times. I am losing a lot of calls and it a great loss to me. I received calls from flipkart enquiring about the mobile almost every day.Today also they called .

                                      I am AVK Nair and i have purchased a mobile( ASUS ZENFONE LASER 2) from ur store.most unfortunately i have to say that the mobile has defects from the day of purchase and also some of the applications gets hanged very often.The mobile has problem with its speakers and we are not able to hear the calls properly and i have to call back them many times. I am losing a lot of calls and it a great loss to me. I received calls from flipkart enquiring about the mobile almost every day.Today also they called .

The phone was not hearing pr. it is going for a long time. the mobile has to be taken by you and refund the operly and I gave another mobile No of my friend but not called me on that No.. they also ask for some alternative number and they will not call back . . I do not need any more enquiry from your office. please refund my amount. if you do not return amount i will complaint in appropriate forum.

                                        Delivery pincode problem

                                        Ipurchased Le 1s on flipkart and placed my order.. unfortunately my current loccation was not in there pin number list so i decided to put my neareset area pin number and gave my mobile number also..without any phone call the seller canceled my order. flip kart now say place a fresh order. i ask them where is Le 1s gold edition.. Atleast they have to call my mobile before they cancel my order. i told them give the seller location then i can...
