    This is in regards with Flipkart order # OD[protected] [Incident:[protected]], Like to bring into your notice that i had purchased micromax canvax XL A119 from flipkart in march 2015, and after three months the device and when i went to the service center for the repair and found its a year and half device which is already used and sold to be through flipkart as brand new and when contacted to flipkart for replacement they are saying to take refund and will not replace the device great fraud company i have the email thread of the communication have been fighting with them for almost a month and above.

      I had ordered a 4GB Sandisk memory card from Flipkart.com on 23rd July 2015. The address to be delivered was Patna with all the clear minute details. After 13 days of order, I am getting a message that the product was returned. No justification was given for the same. It is an awful and unacceptable service from Flipkart. Atleast they should have notofoed it in advance if they cannot deliver the product to my home.

        I'm very disappointed after getting my product, order by my friend vide order no. OD[protected], [protected]@gmail.com. From your side I assist/ replaced it twice but still same issue in network. None of application run by my 2G sim. Some more issues is already discribed to customer care many times and now I'm tired off to say it again and again. Since 1st aug no response from your customer care also. So now I'm not continue with this product. Do some needful.

          My order number is OD[protected]. I have placed order for Lenovo K3 Note on 29th July. Till today the product is not shipped. This is pathetic service from Flipkart. They are giving the reason that the sufficient stock was not available. I don't understand, if the stock is not available then how can you hold flash sales and take bookings. They are having another flash sale today. I wonder when the people will get mobiles in their hand. Anyways, I am hoping to get my delivery soon. This will be my last order from Flipkart. It sucks...

            I purchased a Lenovo k3 note from flipkart by order id no OD[protected]. I found that it was faulty. On 27th July they have confirmed for replacement and I was told that new handset will be send to me but I have to courier the faulty set as they have not pick up facility in Meerut and Muzaffarnagar. I was assured as they will receive the faulty set they will send me new on same day or by next day. I have couriered the faulty set on 29th July via Blue Dart Express. I have mailed them scan of courier receipt on the same day e.i. 29th July. On 3rd Aug I called the customer care of flipkart executive told me that my new handset is ready for dispatch but they have not received the faulty set. It was the negligence and poor service of blue dart that they did not dispatch the courier on time. So I complaint for Blue Dart (they also make false excuses for not delivered the packet on time) . my courier was delivered to flipkart on 4th Aug 2015 at 11:40 am. Then I call to the customer care of flipkart at 2:21 AM. Then I was shocked that they have started to state that it was a flash sale and my phone has been reserved and only be shipped to me after 5th Aug. It means these were making me fool or misguiding me from starting by saying that new mobile will dispatched to me as soon as they will receive the faulty set. Further they are not replying properly in mail just saying my issue will be resolved on 2nd Aug, then update it will be resolved by 3rd Aug by 3:30 pm, again update given issue will resolve on 4th Aug, then 6th Aug now saying 8th Aug. I also raise few queries in my mail but they didn’t bother to answer it. It seems we the consumers are culprit. Its not about not only services but also misguiding the consumers.

                  Refund rejected ! In flipkart I have ordered Moto E 2 g phone and paid by netbanking on 29july15. Order No. OD[protected]. Received the shipment on 1Aug15. I found the handset was not working. I immediately register the complaint on the website. They called over phone on 3rd and gave instruction to solve issue which was not successful. They told me that they will replace the hand set. But I requested them that I want to go for other company since I have dissatisfied with the product and refund the money to the walled so I go for other company mobile. They just not only refused but also entered rejected in the website. Therefore I request you to take necessary action and do the needful.

                    Order: OD[protected] I had placed an order for Badminton shuttles (seller : mattrixc38) that were on discount by Flipkart. I made the payment via credit card and got order confirmation. To my surprise today I got an sms that order has been canceled and money credited to my card. Reason: consignment damaged on its way. When I called customer care I was told to place fresh order on the current (increased) price. They refuse to sell the product at the same discounted price even though I agreed to place the order again. Aren't they fooling customers by showing lucrative discounted rates which they know very well can not be fulfilled? I had a similar experience in order OD[protected]seller: RSBA), when the item was canceled by Flipkart on due date of delivery stating item is out of stock. Bottom line: do not get carried away with big discounts being run by Flipkart. They will not keep up to their words.

But it had a defect, So i raised a complaint and asked for replacement on 25th August 2015. As i was in Bangalore, i asked for replacement to bangalore address. They agreed for it and sent a mail telling that product has been shipped to Bangalore adress on 27th August 2015. But later they sent to Mysore address. I called many times to customer care executive, but everyone promised that product will deliver for Bangalore address. Later One Guy called from [protected] and told we have initiated again for Bangalore adress and you will get mobile before 8th August. But again product delivered to Mysore address on 3rd -August-2015. Again i raised complaint, again Customer care executive [protected] called me and told we have initiated refund. Kindly provide your product back in Mysore addess by 5th August 2015. So I came late night to return product to Mysore. But today(4th-August-2015) Courier guy called me from Bangalore and asked for the product. Now I am at Mysore. Look these guys are playing with me and making me to shuttle between mysore and Bangalore

                            I had placed an order through online channel 'Flipkart' on 16th July 2015 comprising of 1 mobile handset-Lenovo a6000+. Details of order are given below:- OD[protected]; DATE OF ORDER- 16TH JULY 2015 There is a 30 day replacement guarantee as well. The handset that has been sent to me is defective because the speakers on the phone are not working and there is no sound at all. I have requested for replacement of the handset through 'Flipkart' and have also repeatedly called up executives in 'Flipkart' requesting them to change the set. The technical team has already discussed the issue and have asked me to run the 'check application' which I have done but still the problem persists. Today, I was informed from 'Flipkart' that I will get a call back which I have'nt. There is NO STATUS UPDATE AS OF NOW. WHAT SHOULD I AS THE CUSTOMER DO NOW??? This is an extreme laidback attitude shown from 'Flipkart'. Please advice suitable coarse of action so that this handset is replaced immediately.                                 I brought a mobile from flipkart on june 17th HTC desire 826 worth of rs:22049 .and i have so many issues with that mobile like 1)touch pad is not working 2)soft keys are not working 3)phone gets heated up even while charging 4)phone takes 4 hours to charge with minimum of 30% of charge 5)battery drain is too high, i.e., it drains with in one hour. it is the fault of 1)HTC company because they put all the false specifications regarding the mobile. 2)flipkart cause they sent me a mobile which is not working after 30 days 3) w.s retailer cause he sold that mobile.

                                  I ordered mi 4 from Flipkart and they delivered me that phone 29th july. When i checked that phone I shocked its camera not working. Suddenly I called customer care they told me they will call back. After one day they call back me told me to update your phone. I update that new phone. Nothing happened then I again called after the executive given me a answer they will call me back.next day I got a call. Everyday same repeated. Now today is 3rd aug I am waiting for their call if it happens always same before I mentioned then I will go to legal action

                                  Customer complained stating that the phone camera is defective and reset was done as per instructions & as the issue was not fixed, We have already approved replacement as per previous interaction and the same will be delivered by 10th Aug, 2015. So closing the case as the issue stands resolved.

                                    I purchased Moto e mobile handset vide order # OD[protected] in Oct-2014 Since last one month the phone is getting heated up & temp reaches upto 44 degrees & battery gets discharged very quickly In less than 8 months the Moto e handset performance has deteriorated substantially I request Flipkart customer care to replace the handset Battery with new one at the earliest & address my complaint This handset is not recommended for long haul, thats for sure Moto e is best budget handset agreed but can manage only for initial 6 months or so & not more than that period

                                      Flipkart will not reply to you because their partner ekart does not deliver, specially COD products. I am facing this issue since last 3 orders and nobody is listing to me. I made so many calls to flipkart and dropped so many emails.

                                        I got a wrong colour product from flipkart and they have also skipped the replacement date of the product and have provided me a new date. It is very frustating as neither i can use the product and nor i can buy a new one. I also doubt that the product delivered to me was orignal. It is the mistake of the seller "SONANI" but i bought the product from flipkart so i am raising the complain against them. I don't want the product now i just need my RS. 1339 back that i paid for the product. Flipkart have also crossed the time limit they asked me for helping me to resolve my issue.                                         tried calling the customer but unable to reach so sent a mail to the customer asking for the convenient time.
                                        Flipkart gave me another date of 10th August by which they said they will pick the product and then initiate the Return process but since the day i have got that information and today is the last date for them to collect the product, i have continously got the message that "We could't complete the pickup for the item and it will be reattempted tomorrow". I now know for sure that they are doing this on purpose. The worst E-commerce company i ever came across. If this forum is handled by government then i would request to take a strict action against Flipkart for this much delay and misguiding the customers.
                                        I am attaching the supporting pics for the dates promised by flipkart and the message that i am getting daily that the product was not collected due to some reason.
