I am sazid khan from Ludhiana. I had ordered a blackberry smart phone on Flipkart as order id is OD[protected]. When i taken out the mobile phone from the box, it was not working. In fact mobile phone box was not sealed at the time of delivery. I opened it to power On but it was not working and on spot i placed a return request. Next day, when the pickup person came to pick up the mobile phone. He said me that i am getting it to show my manager, if the manager said that this cant be picked up for refund then we will return it to you back. But on next evening they returned the mobile phone to me and said it cannot be return because it is not working and it is used. Now tell me who's fault is this. Company is responsible for this or the customer? I have received a very bad experience with you. My 9950 rupees amount is gone into water. I daily get the message from flipkart that our delivery boy is out for pickup but in the evening when i call the person whose number i got for pickup, i says him that when will you pickup my product and he answers me that he cannot pickup the product because he doesn't have the permission to do so. Now tell me what should i do. Kindly out me a solution of this problem I shall be highly thankful to you for this. Thanks n regards Sazid khan [protected]

Spoke with the customer and informed him that the product is already out for pick up once the product gets picked up the refund will be get initiated. So closing the case.

I have ordered on 6th july 2016 honor holly plus 2 for 8499/- when it was delivered it was a used product and the camera and touch was not operating properly.

I asked for refund so after initiating the request they told me on 7th july it would be picked up from my house and then no one picked up till now i have complained almost more than 10times and complained to pickup my product and give refund but Everytime when i call they say Tommorow and their Tommorow is not be yet come it 9th today and still they have same answer.

I am really frustrated please help how to get refund.

    I have bought the MI4I handset on 21st December for RS 6049 during app sales day against order no OD[protected]. At that time there was an exchange offer going on and i had given my Moto G2 handset with exchange offer of RS4000. On 30th December I had returned MI4I handset as there was an issue with its SIM TRAY and after that it was mentioned to me that they have received the MI4I handset from my side and your refund will be credited in 8 Business days. I have wait for the 8 Business days and then i called the Flipkart Customer care that let me know the status of my Refund, they mentioned me that there is some technical issue from their side so they haven't able to refund within 8 business days and they are extermely sorry for that and they asked me to wait for another 24 hours your issue has been escalated and will get it resolved within 24 hours and now i am continuously calling them from last 6 days after the 8 business days got exceeded regarding the REFUND status, daily they are saying wait for 24 hours and your issue will get resolved and now this is the 7th day since i am listening this . Please help me to get my issue resolved as already i have exchanged my handset which i was earlier using and i am not having any smartphone with me which is creating so much issue for me.
    the same issue happened with me. I'm also suffering please help me too.

      Sir, i ordered a bag (wildcraft tech 45) from flipkart which was approved by W.S seller and shipped through delhivery. the order came from maharastra till delhi and then returned from delhi without my permission. i called flipkart executive and they provided no support in this regard. they told me to reorder the product. the product is now out of stock. its really pathetic service of flipkart where an order is cancelled without customer information. i kindly request you to look into this matter asap. else m really annoyed and can place negetive reviews regarding this through mannier account of mine and my friends. my registered details are as follows.. mobile num. - [protected] e mail address - aman.[protected]@gmail.com do look into this issue.

        It is regarding Order # OD[protected] and Product - Canon EOS 1200D Kit (EF S18-55 IS II + 55-250 mm IS II). It is supposed to be delivered today, but till now I haven't got the product and it is in Bangalore HUB only even now. When I reach customer support there is so much of false and fake information being provided of no use. If this is going to be delayed I would take it very seriously and Flipkart has to ensure this product is delivered today for sure at any cost. And if not you have to pay Penalty for any delay in delivery.

          I purchased a mobile from flipkart i.e., Sansumg Z1, when i got the mobile it was a Tizen software, when i was purchasing this mobile the specification was not clear in there website so I thought it was as android O.S. but i was a Tizen O.S. i asked them to echange my product from another mobile then they refused me to exchange, it means to say they are not clear with there electronic product ans selling there product with out all specification to fool the customers easily. kindly do not purchase from flipkart.

            I have purchased xiomi power bank vide bill no F0J6XGJ16-4801 delivered on 11 Jan 2016. After recharging completely for more than 16 hours it is giving backup of only 15 min after which it is automatically getting off. It is manufacturing defect. Kindly replace it with original one or initiate the process with a refund into my account.

Issue Description: Already my old product was picked up by gati courier by 9th Of this month itself. But still they did not send me the new replacement product to me. I had contacted them many times in both telephonic and email support. Till now i did not get any resolution from them regarding this issue. Guys.. Please beware of flipkart. Now a days please do not flipkart to purchase anything, just prefer amazon, snapdeal They were good in everything not like flipkart. They keep on frustrating me by making so much delay fore the past 1 weeks. I hope by mean of social media and with the help of the consumer forum support i will get the right resolution soon. Even i had already provided the pick up slip of that product given by the gati, But still they did not give me the resolution yet, they not even contacted me . Here also i have attached that same pick slip. so that it will be useful to get my resolution very soon

                      It's not available in my city (211002). It is not even in the states o[censored]ttarakhand and bihar where I can ask people to collect it for me. I've been facing this problem over a fortnight now. I've contacted the customer service almost 10 times but everyone says the same 'your problem would be solved as soon as possible'. When flipkart cannot sell a phone which has its monopoly over, in every state it's not worth having one. I want to buy this phone as my current one is at the verge of deterioration and moto is the most suitable and economical for me.

                                        On 9th January 2016, i received three Sony 8GB Pen drive (Black) ordered by me. When i look in to the packaged Box one of the Pen drive is sealed open. That pen drive inside the pack is already used one. The dust appeared on the pen drive revealed that. When I inserted to the USB port it says H is denied. It is an complaint pen drive. The above complaint is True. The Order ID : OD[protected]. Order Date :[protected]. Invoice No : F06FUMP16-8942. I am a regular customer Flipkart. I need an proper reply from you as early. Today also i received three more Pen drive you. Take necessary action against this type of seller. Thanking you.
