I ordered Moto G2 mobile on 13th August 2015, It reached on 17th to Mysore address. The billing address was for Mysore. But it had a defect, So i raised a complaint and asked for replacement on 25th August 2015. As i was in Bangalore, i asked for replacement to bangalore address. They agreed for it and sent a mail telling that product has been shipped to Bangalore adress on 27th August 2015. But later they sent to Mysore address. I called many times to customer care executive, but everyone promised that product will deliver for Bangalore address. Later One Guy called from [protected] and told we have initiated again for Bangalore adress and you will get mobile before 8th August. But again product delivered to Mysore address on 3rd -August-2015. Again i raised complaint, again Customer care executive [protected] called me and told we have initiated refund. Kindly provide your product back in Mysore addess by 5th August 2015. So I came late night to return product to Mysore. But today(4th-August-2015) Courier guy called me from Bangalore and asked for the product. Now I am at Mysore. Look these guys are playing with me and making me to shuttle between mysore and Bangalore

Spoke to customer he told he did receive call form our end and got promised that the shipment will be delivered and told customer as of now will be closing the issue and if the problem is not solved he can get back to us. Closing the case.
