Complaint:
MRP shown on website was 2599/- with a discounted price of 999/- after 60% discount. Actual product had a stitched-on tag with MRP showing as 499/-

Fraud escalated MRP has been quoted . Even the discounted price charge is twice the price of the actual MRP.

    I ordered a Bajaj Flora water geyser which was delivered last week on 14th Jan'16, and i received the product in a completely damaged box, although no damage to the product. I reported to flipkart customer care, could do so on 3 attempt since the pathetic line would disconnect and I would not get a call back and had to explain myself all over again on calling again i get a Rep whom i told about my issue and he directly transferred me to an IVR for the feedback. I called back and some supervisor told me use the product incase there is an issue call us back. I got the geyser installed and figured our it was DOA case, i called up customer care on 17th Jan'15 and escalated my issue after so much of explanation i got to talk to a manager named Nasim Khan, who assured me by 11:45 AM Monday 18th Jan'16 my issue will be resolved and some one would call me. On 18th after i did not receive a call back till 12:30 i called back and no one would transfer me to the same manager, some one said he is not in shift, some one said he is on call and etc etc .. I got to talk to another pathetic Manager named Reshma Shetty who assured me I would be getting a call back by 1400 hours same day, I waited for same but till 1405 hours when i did not get a call back I called back, and this time I was not able to get in touch with her as well. After being very upset and passing through all the run around Some Mr Dutta a Manager again transferred me to Mr Nasim Khan a liar who told me My issue will be resolved and he was in a meeting and hence could not call me back. Please note some one says he is not in shift some people said he is on a call and finally he himself says he was on a long meeting, Whom do i believe???? Finally i kept the phone again and a lady from so called Escalation team Riya i guess called up assuring me a refund of INR 1200 will be issued by Friday and the replacement would come by Tuesday and they will take care of the installation and un installation of the replacement and faulty geyser respectively. I did not get the product on Tuesday. Wednesday after noon the people from Ekart came in and they asked my mother to bring the damage unit, My mother asked them to uninstall the faulty unit and replace it with the new one. They said it is not possible. I work night shifts, hence I was sleeping when my Mother woke me up I went to talk to the delivery guys but to my utter surprise they had left . I called on the number i had received over a sms, we had a heated argument with the guy Named Chandan Sarkar and he challenged me that lets see how you get your replacement. I called up flipkart and some Manager again assured me for a call back. I received a call back from the manager named Arijit Sarkar from Ekart and he atleast took action against the delivery guy and they came to me to apologize, and said they are looking for the specialist people who would come and uninstall the faulty geyser and install the replacement one. It is Thursday today I called up Mr Arijit Sarkar in the morning and he said by day end my issue will be taken care. I called up again at 1500 hours and this time Mr Sarkar said sorry the issue can not be taken care today. I then called up Flipkart and this time i got a Manager i dont remember his name he promised me a call back will be arranged by 1900 hours and that promise was not kept as well. Since i did not get a call back i called up flipkart again, wanted to speak to a Manager and I was on a long hold, and then got disconnected. I am tired Please help I do not want to shout or abuse people but I have been forced to. I had mentioned my primary number as [protected], since i work at night I sleep at day time hence i gave my alternate number [protected], why the hell I was not contacted on that number so that my mother would have picked up the call and would have passed it to me. You guys are such a piece of jerk. I assure you this experience of mine is enough to ensure that you are loosing a customer who had been ordering since way too long from you folks. I seriously m done.
    Given a chance would have taught you folks what do you mean By real CUSTOMER SERVICE.

        My mobile Moto E2 bearing IMEI: [protected] bought through flipkart started hanging and contacts was missing. I gave it for troubleshooting at Xplus communication, 10 Vignesh Plaza, Salai Road, Thillai Nagar, Trichy-8 on 4th January 2016.           Hello sir/madam.
          I had ordered a mobile phone on Flipkart. I received this mobile in a proper condition and the delivery was done in the expected time which I am happy with and totally satisfied with. The problem was with the delivery man named 'Sudhir Kapoore'. When he reached near my area to deliver my order he didn't come to my house instead insisted us to come at some bus stop to receive my order. I understand he was having problem to find my house but I went there to receive him and take him to my place so that I can pay for the respective order but he refused to come as he waited for long and was having parking problem but then the language he used againsnt me and my sister was offensive and when I argued to file a complaint against him he was totally went offensive saying 'do whatever you want to do' which goes to show that the company doesn't take action on customer's complaint. I would like you to take proper action against this man and make him realise his duties towards the customer. Please keep me updated with my complaint.

                            Spoke to customer on [protected], he has handover the product the product for service to b2x moto flagship, jaynagar, bangalore on December 02, 2015 and they keep on providing fake promise and stating that product is sent for service to Delhi and facing a lagging of procure the parts from the outlet. So, once the parts get in to the stock we will service and handover the product. So inform customer to wait till the deadline given by ASC. Customer agreed. Hence, closing the case.

                              On 13th I called Flipkart for refunded.The Amount was Rs.10999.00 Out of which I had made Rs. 09.00 payment through my debit card. I had initially bought Samsung Galaxy On7 from Flipkart but Wi-Fi wasn't working. I returned it and ordered Moto 3rd Gen. On7 was for Rs. 10990.00. So money went to my Flipkart wallet. Before I could receive Moto 3rd Gen I cancelled the order and asked for money. On 13th Jan2016. I spoke to Pooja and gave my HDFC bank Account details.On 15th Jan2016 Flipkart Transfered only Rs.09.00 to my account where I had Asked Pooja to transfer entire amount to my bank account. When I called them again on 17th Jan2016 They took request on that day. I asked them Why didnt you take my request on 13th when I gave you all my details and requested you to transfer the entire amount to my account and I see only Rs.09.00 coming to account. After 13th I called on 17th. And then got to know that request wasn't taken before. They took my request on 17th Jan. And now I do not see amount transfered to my account. Please advise.
                              Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                    Flipkart is harassing me mentally. I have been calling them from 3 months for replacement or refund. And always customer care was gave me date or time, but they never solved my issue.

                                    Where was your policy before purchasing, and cancellation products, you never told me about this or never stop before,

                                    But why you was harassing me from 3 month?
                                    Why you never tell me before I was requested for replacement this product ?
                                    When I told you that I will take action on you in court because you had harassed me mentally, than you start reading your policy and suddenly you closed my email also.
                                    Your customer care and higher officers was always telling me that they will solve my issue and I will get my money soon.
                                    But all was false, you was wasting my time. You was harassing me..
                                    You all are big lier, fraud, and customer money eater,
                                    .
                                    Why you picked up my product When I was a abuser??
                                    Were you waiting for that moment when I will request for any replacement or refund???
                                    So when I requested for replacement you got your chance in which you can harass me and disturb me..

                                        We are private limited company and have had account with flipkart.we are garment manufacturer and we dispatch according the customer order through flipkart.They have collaboration with courier service company name Ekart .Every Time when we dispatch order we received from flipkart through ekart it returns withing few weeks with open packaging or with old product inside the packet..Even after complaining about it we did not get any satisfying answer
