Amazon, ebay are way better. This show people don't even check what items flipkart is sending to its customers. I ordered c type usb cord for my phone that too it was different. It's ok i don't need anything. Such a small issue and you take so long??? Now i will post all this on consumer forums and social media. Thanks for you help!!!

    Spoke to customer, MASC personnel initially informed to customer service will be done within 2 days. But, now they have exceed it to 15 more days. Also, they did not received any calls from MASC. Informed customer to wait 15 days for their service, as they mentioned issue in motherboard. Customer agreed and we will do the follow up on the same.

        My order number is OD[protected] received few days ago . phone is not up to my expectation and its camera is too low grade . promising 13/5mb camera . camera quality is not even of 0.3 mega pixel, blurred and pathetic . talked to costumer care but they were not cooperating at all . in short don't brag about flipkart return if you can't keep your promise . will complaint in consumer court by 12 January 2016 if not taken any action .

            Subject laptop failed during end of December 2015 & on contacting Dell service center we were told that warranty was over as Dell had sold the piece to flipkart in November 2014, therefore no repair under warranty was admissible. Complain was registered immediately with flipkart customer care bearing number IN[protected] Mr. Santosh was officer) and thereafter continuous follow ups done with numerous flipkart customer care officers namely with Ms Arunima on[protected] with Suvojit on[protected] with Ms Sudeshna on 2-1-2016 wherein each only assurance were communicated with out and any sound action to repair the laptop. Twice mail from flipkart came to registered mail I.D saying it will take 21 days to decide the course of action. We have conveyed during each conversation that laptop is for my son's study which getting hampered due to laptop's non-function but that didn't bear any importance for flipkart. We humbly request online forum to help us to get flipkart to act immediately to get laptop repaired under warranty.

              I bought a lenovo a2010 mobile from flipkart on 23rd fro which i got delviery on 29 dec. The phone looks like it is a used phone display is pathetic touch is very slow and fonts are clumsy.
              Moreover flipkart creating a great nuisance in accepting the return and refunding me
              Better be away from flipkart, it no more values customers opinion.
              Instead asks them to install unauthorised apps to check the defects the apps fail after sometime and we have to again install this constinues till customer gets frustrated gives up this is want flipkart wants. I am sure the way u have quickly grown in the same way you are bound to come down i[censored] dont value cusotmers.
              Better to buy the devices from stores.
              The return policy is not clearly defined and bluffing customers

                      I have bought Lenovo 6000 plus. Now even thougb i charge the mobile for straight to full charge its pointless because it drains the battery very quickly. It doesn't even stand out a day and the vibrator seems turned off permanently. Please get it sorted out quickly or else i would loose faith over flipkart. I am encountering some serious issue.

                        Recently, I purchased an iPhone 6 64 GB worth Rs 500040/- from Flipkart. And I was shocked to hear from Apple Care that the device which Flipkart has sold me is already a replaced device(not brand new) and doesn't covers warranty. i.e. it is International Purchase. I have been constantly following up with Flipkart about the issue but haven't heard any appropriate action against the seller. Even Flipkart is least interested in the matter and keeps customer in vain. I am ashamed to shop a high cost product from this fake and fraudulent site. My Last complaint was yesterday(IN[protected])

                            I ordered a Hometown Swirl Night Stand Engineered Wood Bedside Table on 3rd November 2015 from flipkart, order no. OD[protected]. Firstly, it was delivered to me almost after 1.5 months on 19th December' 2015 after 1000 times followups Secondly, when the technician came to install the table on 20th Dec it was found defective Since 21st Dec I have been requesting to cancel my order and refund the money back on daily basis. However nothing has been done and everytime i have been given a new time frame of 24hrs, eight days, 10 days, 3 days etc. Last i spoke with the Customer care rep on 4th Jan'2016 and i was told that the issue will be resolved in next 24hrs which means by today 5th Jan'2016 by 10 am. however have not heard anything on this. Please help me in getting my money back soon. Thanks

                            Spoke to customer #[protected] as cust stated received defective product on 19-12-15 and tech visit was done on 20-12-15 and confirm a part is missing which installation can't be done. Now customer repeatedly telling tech visit is arrange but cust is so adamant do not want any tech visit and just wants refund. Info cust already concern team is working on the case but cust says your team also can follow the case but wants faster resolution. Info cust to provide 24 to 48Hrs of time for an update. Hence cust agreed.

                              I ordered my HP Pavilion from Flipkart this March`15 –order no OD[protected]. I was facing some problem regarding the screen and keypad so contacted HP service station to have a look. To claim under warranty, when the service team checked the serial number on invoice and on laptop it was different. I immediately called Flipkart and asked them to resolve the issue. Till now, I have called their office 6 times and all I get to hear is the matter is escalated and they will get back asap. Their timing is revised to next 24 hours every time I call them. Pathetic service First, I should not face such a problem – and if I do then Flipkart should address it. The additional warranty is also of no use if they can`t provide me the correct invoice.                                 I brought a huawei honor holly mobile on march 26, in flipkart. I lost my invoice form, to retrive it i visited flipkart website but i cant find my invoice in my orders. I called the customer care, they too said that they lost the details in their database. My phone was damaged i need to send it to care, so i want my invoice form. So, please take my complaint and help me to get my invoice.

                                  I have ordered refrigerator by OCT 16 2015, first i received with parts missing so raised for replacement, they provided replacement which is a defective one, then again i complained this issue, that fridge is not working, they have taken back. but didn't provide the replacement product till now. Worst Service from flipkart My order ID : OD[protected] Someone please help me from them, i have spent 12591 for this Flipkart is cheating like this I have made calls to them but no improvement till now its been 4 months.

                                    On 31st Dec I have made a purchase of women hand bag worth Rs 599 through Internet banking of SBi and the amount being transferred to flipkart. ref Number is : PZT[protected]GOBFQIT74 As of now no mail or purchase details or SMS from flipkart received. Pl look into this.

                                      Hello There, Order ID: OD[protected] & OD[protected] Items) Seller: WS Retail Review Seller Order Date: 23 December, 2015 10:36 PM I have issues with the subject orders from Flipkart. This order is past the scheduled delivery date on 30th Dec 15 and till date no one has called me to provide any update on the delivery status. I get no sensible response from Flipkart whatsoever when I call the customer care about the status of the order. All they ask me to do is wait for 24 hours. I called around 15-20 times spoke to around 15-20 people, In those orders I have ordered 9 wrist watches which are to be presented as a new year gift. It is really a sad experience. I myself am a big fan of Flipkart and this kind of issue is first of its kind. Tho this is my first sad experience with Flipkart it happened at a really wrong time and it costed me lot of embarrassment and mind you all this happened with the Flipkart in house brand, WS-Retail Seller and in-house delivery service.                                       Spoke to customer and informed that on December 30, 2015 our FE contact you to deliver the product but we could not able to reach out you. So, we have reschedule the delivery and confirms that he has received the product on January 05, 2016.

                                        This is with regards to the order for my Puma sports shoes. Order no. OD[protected]. This order was booked on one day delivery option and it was supposed to be delivered on 31st Dec before 8 pm. I received a message in the morning that so and so person will deliver the product and a contact number was given. I tried the whole day but the number provided was either not reachable or no one was responding. I was just calling to tell the delivery person to bring the credit card machine as I was going to make the payment by credit card. At the end of the day the person comes without the credit card machine. He asked to reschedule the order and promised me that he will bring the machine for payment on 2nd Jan 2016. I agreed to that. On 2nd again I received the same msg with same contact number and again it was not reachable. I just wanted to remind him to bring the machine. But that no one came to my place and at evening around 7 pm I got a msg that your order has been rescheduled. I called the flipkart customer care and they promised me to deliver the product before 9pm on the same day. But the product was not delivered. The guy came next day again without the credit card swiping machine. I complained about this to flipkart about this. They responded that it is a cash on delivery option and you have to pay by cash and it was my mistake. Seriously what a pathetic, third class service was provided by a huge brand like flipkart. I rejected the order finally coz you guys reallly disappointed me. I was waiting the whole day for 3 days just to wait for the delivery person yo contact me. The customer was waiting for three consecutive days for the product. There was no call crom the logistics service provider. It was really a pathetic experience.

                                        Spoke to customer, he informed FE to bring POS to make a payment through credit card. FE mentioned do not have POS machine and he continuously reschedule date of delivery so he has cancelled the product and apologize for the issue and ensure that it will not repeat again customer agreed.
