I ordered a different laptop then the one I intended to buy. And now
they won't accept return.

My order id:

They have made a whole discourse of 'hassle free return' which is just hoax.
Even the seller's return policy says '30 days friendly return policy'

For online return process. The button reads 'return' and in the return
there is an option for 'do not want item' with issues option 'customer
do not want' or 'wrong product ordered'. BUT there is no option of
return/refund. Its written that you will get a new piece. Is not this
a contradiction? On the one hand you acknowledge that customer might
have bought it by mistake or may no longer need it but you wont return
it!!

I told them its undamaged and totally new with all the accessories and
packing. You can initiate return and see for yourself if I am lying.

But they wont refund as according to them its impossible. All they can
do is replace and that too only if there is a problem.

Now the problem is why would I buy an extensive item of rs.25, 500
without thinking twice? Its because I was carefree that no matter what
I will get my money back through a return in case I do not like it.
I acknowledge that returns are not in the favor of the seller. But
then why do they claim 'easy and hassle free return'?

Even if there is a problem in the laptop they will schedule 'Brand
Visit'. So basically you feel cheated through their false claims of
return policies. They do not mention it anywhere: the return or
exchange procedure for laptops.

They have brought a lot of backdoor policies which are not at all
consumer friendly. On their website there are several places wherever
one can look up on the issue of return and exchange. Its different
everywhere i.e in their 'help-center', 'FAQ' page and returns/exchange
link.

There is no clear cut policy. Somewhere its written that the
return will take place according to seller's policy. Whereas somewhere
else they are claiming easy returns. Other place they have written
'return' only possible if item damaged, defective or not as described. Somewhere they have described that "the items which can not be returned" and now where it mentions 'laptops'.So basically consumer is at the whims and interests of flipkart. They
can do whatever they want, deny or accept your request as they think
is in their best interest.

And what happens is that the consumer feels duped of his/her money.
I am regretting why I put my faith in them in the first place. Its
only because I am their customer since three years and have never
experienced such an issue. I was assured that they have my back and my
money is safe. But they have now seller friendly policies for
different items which the customers do not even know about. They make
and change according to their wishes.

They should honor their claim and accept return without any questions.
If I had known I will face so much problem in returning a product I
would have been careful while purchasing it. They can argue that its
your mistake you ordered a different product. But the counter argument
is that then why do you claim easy hassle free returns including:
sellers return policy also favors me in this case, as for it also it
is written days "return" policy and not days "replacement" policy [

. And also why do you acknowledge as in the online return procedure,
which is incomplete on one hand, that customer can also make mistake
while making purchase.

And if you (flipkart) is adamant that you can only replace and that to
on a reason, then tell me why would customer believe you in the first
place. Is not 'this hassle free return policy' is a kind of
compensation or extra right which the consumer has because he/she is
buying "ONLINE", without touching, feeling, operating, checking before
buying an item. Is not it fair on the part of the customer to expect
easy no question return if its genuine?

I am not saying that their argument is wrong that seller face problems. All that I am saying is that they should have a clear cut policy on each item or every department and function according to it. And as in my case nothing was clear nor is clear I think it is my right to ask for full refund. They should not claim something and then deliver something.

This is a clear of cheating. Where customers are promised something
and delivered something else.

    HI,

    In last 3 days I have submitted request to return my device which I have brought from flipkart. Because this phone is having technical issue. In last 3 days no body really want to serve customer. As per flipkart policy I have a right to replace the mobile, but their customer care people is not interested to help me.

    This is very frustrating for a customer who is regularly buying products from your respective website.

    Why I am buying things from flipkart, because I can rely on quality & service. But very bad service I am facing right now.

    Please arrange to return my money and take back this product.

      I have Rs950 in my wallet, where they were credited as Courier Refund. Flipkart has closed my account saying i have lots of Returns, Yes i have returned as i dont the Find the Correct Colour, Size issues and Quality issues. I not concerned about the Account closure where as i am worried about the Rs950 which is in my wallet. Which is my hard earned money. I mailed Flipkart many times but there is no response. I even have called the Flipkart grievance cell, they told me that they will call but no response. I need my money. I will share my bank details. I need my money.

        I have placed an order and returned it. The two products are T - shirts.I have created a return. Flipkart customer care agent has called me and told me to ship it from my end. They told Flipkart is going to pay the Courier amount. Even at that time i asked them that courier company is charging high. They said that they will pay me. It has been 2 Months. I mailed them the Courier Receipt many times but there is no reply. I called the Greviance Officer also i told them but there is no response from them. I need my money.

              This is Shivakumar from Bangalore recently I have ordered for Samsung HS330 Wired Gaming Headset through Flipkart. I have ordered for white colour one but i have received black coloured headset after long time. In mail copy i have received and on the item packaged cover also mentioned as white colour, but surprised to see inside black coloured headset.
              I have noticed about this, later on they agreed to exchange it. But, it is not fair service. I am very much disappointed about this. This is what the prestigious company treat the customers who believed in it. The exchanging the item is not a solution for this.

                This is milind jangale, i have booked one mobile from Flipkart which is MOTO X Play in 15, 299rs, but i got faulty mobile so i requested to replacement the product i got replacement but for replacement i chasing for 1 month with flikart Call center and his logistic partner,
                when i got replacement product and open in front of flipkart delivery guy that product also faulty, so i requested to that guy please to take return that product but he said i don't have right to pick product from customer, please contact with customer care an get it resolved.
                so i called to customer care on 18 Oct2016 for same but call center guys said we can't replaced your order but we can refund your money, i force for replacenmet but they said please get refund the money either you used that mobile so i said ok please send your person to pick the product they said ok,
                from 18-oct-2016 to till Date nobudy Came for pick the product, i called to Customer care more than 10time, wrote to [protected]@flipkart.com but no buddy responding i have raise 5/6 Complaints but single complaint not resolved till date .

                    Scam !!! Flipkart affliate program scam !!!

                    I worked really hard to earn rs 19, 000 from flipkart affliate program from app installs campaign in jan 2016
                    And after that in february 2016,

                    My pending payments suddenly reduced to rs 13, 840 and when i complain regarding this to their customer care, they said that all the apps installes are fraud, then after few days they are now saying that flipkart never gives plyments for app installs

                    And my accound is not yet verified by them

                    I dont know i want money

                        I got an email from Flipkart ([protected]@flipkartletters.com) on 27th Dec with an offer that if I will purchase books worth more than 300 INR; I wil get 100 Rs INR as e-gift voucher after 30 days of purchase. I placed an order via app for Rs 311. 30 days passed. No e-gift voucher has been sent by Flipkart. I called flipkart & sent email as well, they reverted that they don't know about this offer & declined to honour their self-sent offer sometime back..

                        This is fake marketing & misguiding the customer.

                        I want 1000 Rs INR as compensation from Flipkart for all the incovenience & mental harassment, my time wasted in contacting Flipkart etc to ensure that they don't do this to any customer. Do let me know for any further inputs.

                          today morning i checked flipkart at 11.20
                          it said u are not registered for sale
                          so on 11.38 i called flipkart we had conversation of 5 min the lady said that u are registered for the sale no worry u'll get an option of buy now @ 12pm.
                          that must be an error.you are registered.
                          i said ok . u check the call record in your machine
                          on sharp 11:59
                          i refreshed page
                          at 12pm it showed the sale is on but you are not registered for sale.
                          i mean what nonsense is this.
                          i called flipkart again on 12:05
                          the/ person said that picked my call said me that let me check and after that he said due to techinal call problem it happend we cant help u
                          i mean seriously. you can't say this stupid reason to customer
                          after that i talked with senior executive nitesh
                          he also said same thing
                          and giving me a silly idea of registering next time
                          are the customer stupid. i didnt gone for my job for booking the phone.
                          who will pay for my day which was wasted by you.

                            As I already registered to buy LeEco mobile for the flash sale and waiting 30 minutes before and clicked on buy now at exact time and got the product to kart too and when I proceeded for the payment got error as some 'AJAX' and after few minutes again tried to procced from cart but in cart it showing as out of stock.
                            Since the time given to complete order before 5 PM how an product will go out of stock after adding to cart that too before given deadline. Mr. Flipkart don't cheat customer.

                              I order onida WO60TSPLN1 5.8 KG FULLY automatic washing machine on 21st January 2016. I made payment on that time with some discount. They sent that product through Safeexpress couriers from Banglore to Rajahmundry. The Courier's Estimated date of Delivery is given by[protected]. I'm contacting the courier represntatives from 30th onwards. they said we will exclaim the problem and we will call u back with in 24 hours. From that date to till date i didn't get any call from the courier service. Yesterday i got call from the Flipkart executive regard that order and said that order will cancel and the amount will refund. I demanded that product only at that time. They said it is not possible to give that product. I asked i already paid that amount on[protected]. you now said like this. This is not only my issue. One costumer also wrote on this site. Flipkart is cheating customers this kind by showing offers and keep money in their account for Interest.

                                Flipkart has barred delivering products worth 10000/- plus in U.P. due to alleged cases of fraudulent online purchases wherein customers order products under COD scheme and when delivered, deny to accept it. However, even prepaid services are being stopped in U.P. I tried to order Moto G 3rd gen costing 10999/- but company says it cant be delivered in Bareilly, even in Lucknow for that matter. That is to say, no city within U.P. is eligible to receive products worth 10000/- and more. This is simply a case of DENIABILITY OF SERVICE based on geographical location within a democratic nation. Such a behavior suggests that people o[censored].P. can not be trusted with expensive products that are to be traded online. Is this fair? I have always opted for prepaid option while making online purchases and if people like me are treated like this, denied such online services, than its a matter of serious concern for us and even MOTOROLA for that matter with FLIPKART being their ace marketeer for smartphones.

                                  I have purchased "Swipe Elite" mobile phone thro flipkart website on 29.12.2015 vide order no.OD[protected] dt. 23.12.15 and gifted to my wife. But later only I have found the camera is not working in mobile and camera option also not available in the phone. And light is always on position, not able to off the light still. And mobile is very slow and always hanging-up. In this regard, already I spoke with flipkart customer care staffs. But they told its not possible for return and replacement. Hence I request you please return back the mobile and replace the same with good condition and as per specification stated in the website.

                                    I ordered a phone on 31st Jan 2016. and delivery type as "In-a-day" delivery.
                                    It was not delivered on 1st Feb 2016. I raised a complaint to customer care and the response as follows.

                                    We have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We assure you that we will resolve your problem by 04 Feb, 2:00 PM.

                                    We apologise for taking longer than expected to resolve your issue. We request you to provide us time till 05 Feb, 2:00 PM to get back to you.

                                    We have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We assure you that we will resolve your problem by 08 Feb, 9:00 PM.

                                    Till now there is no resolution for the issue.

                                      I have Purchased Lenovo Vibe p1m from flipkart on 18th November with Order number : OD[protected] and we found some mic issues after 20 dyas from the data of purchase. So I have raised the return request for 3 times with in 30 days of purchase, as of last return request Flipkart executive installed smart application and not able to find the root cause and said show the mobile to service center and if they provided job sheet then we will replace the device any time, this communication happen over the phone. So we have took our mobile to service center and they said one mic related part is missing, then i have provided job sheet to Flipkart and they are denying the return of my phone.

                                      I have received a call from Flipkart then i have explained previous conversation regarding the issue. Then they have agreed to replace the mobile and immediately return request placed and their executive came to my home and took the problematic mobile and with in a day i have got the refund in to my account. Thank You Comsumer Complaints...!!

                                        I bought a phone Moto X Play from flipkart on 22nd Oct and received it on 3rd Nov. There was an operation of my brother in Tirupati and sim was a micr sim so i was not able to us the phone for a month.Now when i started using the phone it was not reading the sim. So i went to the service center, and they said that they need to change the mother board as the sim slot is attached with mother board.
                                        The total cost of the Phone is Rs.18500 and they are charging Rs.14000 just to change the sim slot.Why should i pay when i didn't damage the phone
                                        I called to Flipkart and Motorola but they are not taking the issue seriously.
