I have booked a household furniture on 9th jan 2016 and i request to cancel it on 10th jan 2016. After that i made lots of request saying to cancel my order as i am going abroad by selling all my furnitures. But till yet my order has not been cancelled and i am suffering a lot due to this reason. Today i received an sms saying that it will be shipped shortly. I have already made the payment of rs. 8400.     This company delivered a damaged product. Than i given a replacement request. They picked my product, but After that company did not replace or refund from 3 months (from November month). After three month they are tell that they will not give anything (product or money ) They have given me an email and a call too to saying this that they will not give my money or my product, anything.

As a consequence of these activities, you may not be able to place any more orders on Flipkart.com using this email id or other associated email accounts since they may also result in cancellation.. Call got disconnected. Hence, closing the case

    You have my money and product both.. I want any one only. If I was doing unwarranted returns than why not told me that time when I was purchasing this headphone or some other products too..

        Order no. OD[protected] I exchanged my shoes and ordered size 10 . But they sent me size 9 again . They already irritated me by delaying my order . The invoice on the parcel shows size 10 but when I opened it I was totally shocked seeing size 9 again ... I am totally disappointed... kindly consider my complaint . I am very thankfull to you.

          Actually i brought mobile from flipkart on oct 15 and in november end the speaker in the moto x play stopped working and in dec 2nd i gave the mobile to b2x moto flagship, jaynagar, bangalore. and till date they are giving only fake promises and replies but still they didn't repair my mobile.. so if flipkart can help please below is my contact details.

              Hello Friends, Recently I bought Lenovo K3 Note in FLIPKART for 8999, with in a few days I started facing the issue with the phone like Hanging, very slow in performance (even the wall paper is not showing). Then I checked in internet about the reviews. There are lot of complaints against the Lenovo K3. then I raised the return request in flipkart. I got a call from the technical team and trying to convincing me and they asked me to factory reset the mobile and asking me to update the software. my mobile update up to the date. why I should go for factory the mobile in 2 weeks from the date of purchase. Now they are not refunding the money too. I clearly told to the technical team I'm not happy with the Lenovo, instead of that I asked for money return or I can go for any other mobile. they refused my request. This is the worst experience I ever seen. seems like "FLIPKART" itself is fraud one.. I think they are selling defect mobile with very low price.

                Order Id:OD[protected] Moto G3 Mobile. It is getting heated very frequently and hanging even for 1 application running. Battery back up is not more than 3 hours (with/without mobile data). When I requested for return, They rejected . Its just been 20days after delivery.

                          I had ordered for a pair of shoes in June 2015 which was received as damaged ofrom flipkart so I had to return it back.They had processed the refund and it never came until[protected].The amount was Rs 1439.They held my money for more than 6 months due to which I had to pay huge interest on my credit card.They are not ready to give an answer as to ehy it happened or compensate me for the inconvenience they caused me.Please look into this.

                            I have placed the order on flipkart with order id OD[protected] on 4th Jan 2016

                            Product was Sansui SH223EBR-FDA 215 L Single Door Refrigerator(Burgundy Red)
                            when i placed the order it was mentioned in the description, product is 4 star .
                            and I got it on 12th jan 2016, and I was surprised to see it was not 4 star, 3star. then i went to listing page, BOSS they have changed it...

                            Lucky I had saved the page before placing order in my desktop and immediately I have contacted the customer care, they told me I will get resolution within 24 hrs and there was some scratches on front panel also.. So I mentioned that thing also.. and then after 2 days I got a call from them and they said they will replace it .. I said ok on 16th Jan they replaced it and again it was 3 star product. raised a concern and then called their customer care, the executive clearly told we don't get the snapshots, that I sent earlier . So it is better you call after 10 AM or drop a note again with snapshots

                            Again I put all the snapshots in the mail, and I asked them either you give me some reimbursement as this is mistake from ur end or replace the product with 4 star ..

                            Next morning I got a call, some lady was on the call. extreme rude.. I was sleeping as I work in night shift... I asked her, this is my concern, she replied in standard way. we can't reimburse you anything, either take refund or replace. or do whatever you want to do.. - on face .. Great .. now a days e-commerce sites CC started growing guts to reply in this way to customer

                            i asked replace with what ? she said, same thing - 3 star ...

                            I clearly said, do you think I am fool. the whole month I will work with you to get the replacement .. now.the delivered product bottom is unstable .. it moves with some pressure..

                            but I can't chase these guys for replacement or reimbursement.. As they dont know what they are selling

                            And there are some links on google that are pointing to flipkart product page with 4 star rating in the description..

                            So definitely they have made these changes . I am sure...but they are ready to accept

                              Today 17th of January 2016 I received two couriers from your sales persons. The Order ID : OD[protected] contains a Sony Micro Vault USM8GR 8GB Pen Drive Black. For that I pay Rs.303/- for Delivery. But the MRP printed on the Pen Drive is Rs.300/- only. How you sold a product above the MRP Rate. The same with another Pen Drive also received on the same day. It is a Toshiba Hayabusa 16GB Pen Drive White, its Order ID : OD[protected]. For this order I pay Rs. 395/- to your Courier Boy. The MRP printed on the Pen Drive is just Rs. 340/-. How you sold both the products above its MRP price. Its an offense. MRP means Maximum Retail Price, now the days Iam not satisfy about your Selling policy. When we look the products at the main screen from your online site they mentioned 50% off, 10% off, 25% off. But after we place the order we received the product without any difference between MRP and your Billing price. Take necessary action to refund the amount. Iam the regular customer of yours. We can purchase the Pen Drive at our native place itself with the lowest price. You are Billing it with the shipping price, it makes the product price much more than the MRP.

                              Flipkart Customer Care's response
                              Spoke to customer on [protected], informed that list price of Sony Micro Vault USM8GR 8 GB Pen Drive is Rs.203/- + 100 INR for shipping charges. Also, for Toshiba Hayabusa 16 GB Pen Drive, the list price is Rs. 325/- + 70/- for shipping. However, customer wants a refund, the return has been created and reverse pick up TAT has given to customer. Customer agreed. Hence, closing the case.
                              Today 17th of January 2016 I received two couriers from your sales persons. The Order ID : OD[protected] contains a Sony Micro Vault USM8GR 8GB Pen Drive Black. For that I pay Rs.303/- for Delivery. But the MRP printed on the Pen Drive is Rs.300/- only. How you sold a product above the MRP Rate. The same with another Pen Drive also received on the same day. It is a Toshiba Hayabusa 16GB Pen Drive White, its Order ID : OD[protected]. For this order I pay Rs. 395/- to your Courier Boy. The MRP printed on the Pen Drive is just Rs. 340/-. How you sold both the products above its MRP price. Its an offense. MRP means Maximum Retail Price, now the days Iam not satisfy about your Selling policy. When we look the products at the main screen from your online site they mentioned 50% off, 10% off, 25% off. But after we place the order we received the product without any difference between MRP and your Billing price. Take necessary action to refund the amount. Iam the regular customer of yours. We can purchase the Pen Drive at our native place itself with the lowest price. You are Billing it with the shipping price, it makes the product price much more than the MRP.

                                I brought asus zenfone 2 laser ze5550kl last two month, till now mobile get slow and hang.my asus mobile i cannot install any more app and games but mobile get hang and slow.

                                I already complaint to your side, and my mobile get master reset and again my mobile get struck, while using flip cases the screen will be struck and not working touch and power button.This problem till continuous in my mobile upto 1 hour.HOW TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM.

                                  Flipkart doesn't deliver Moto E and many other handsets in Dehradun. These handsets are only available on Flipkart. First flipkart acquires these deals to sell such phones through their websites only and then they don't deliver many such products to many cities in India. This is absurd and rude behaviour from flipkart.

                                    I placed a order on NOVA TRIMMER in FLIPKART on January 7 and received my product on January 17. such a horrible one. it is full of black dirt and small hair, box is already opened and trimmer is fully scratched.very worst experience with flipkart. my order id :OD[protected]

                                      I am Complaining for flipkart bad pickup service. I am A seller on Flipkart, i have got an order in my panel for lycra saree, it must be picked up from my place before 12/1/16 as i have already marked that product ready to ship on 8/1/16. Now flipkart needs to check and verify that when the pickup has been done for the product to my place, in my records i got 5 mails consecutively from 8th of jan 2016. In those mail its clearly shows that the pickup was made to my official place after 8:00 pm or later, as per Flipkart Protocol The schedules pickup should be done in between 10:00 am to 6:00 pm but They can surely check Their email records and shipment tracks those were sent to me from [protected]@flipkart.com . so clearly my team is not the responsible for Seller cancellation and not following the terms and conditions of flipkart. as order is only cancelled because of Flipkart inconvenience.. So Now i would not get any charge of seller cancellation fee. also claiming For that product which i have specially arranged for flipkart buyer, is our loss not tell us who will bear the charges of the product cost?
