Flipkart has barred delivering products worth 10000/- plus in U.P. due to alleged cases of fraudulent online purchases wherein customers order products under COD scheme and when delivered, deny to accept it. However, even prepaid services are being stopped in U.P. I tried to order Moto G 3rd gen costing 10999/- but company says it cant be delivered in Bareilly, even in Lucknow for that matter. That is to say, no city within U.P. is eligible to receive products worth 10000/- and more. This is simply a case of DENIABILITY OF SERVICE based on geographical location within a democratic nation. Such a behavior suggests that people o[censored].P. can not be trusted with expensive products that are to be traded online. Is this fair? I have always opted for prepaid option while making online purchases and if people like me are treated like this, denied such online services, than its a matter of serious concern for us and even MOTOROLA for that matter with FLIPKART being their ace marketeer for smartphones.

    I have purchased "Swipe Elite" mobile phone thro flipkart website on 29.12.2015 vide order no.OD[protected] dt. 23.12.15 and gifted to my wife. But later only I have found the camera is not working in mobile and camera option also not available in the phone. And light is always on position, not able to off the light still. And mobile is very slow and always hanging-up. In this regard, already I spoke with flipkart customer care staffs. But they told its not possible for return and replacement. Hence I request you please return back the mobile and replace the same with good condition and as per specification stated in the website.

      I ordered a phone on 31st Jan 2016. and delivery type as "In-a-day" delivery.
      It was not delivered on 1st Feb 2016. I raised a complaint to customer care and the response as follows.

      We have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We assure you that we will resolve your problem by 04 Feb, 2:00 PM.

      We apologise for taking longer than expected to resolve your issue. We request you to provide us time till 05 Feb, 2:00 PM to get back to you.

      We have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We assure you that we will resolve your problem by 08 Feb, 9:00 PM.

      Till now there is no resolution for the issue.

        I have Purchased Lenovo Vibe p1m from flipkart on 18th November with Order number : OD[protected] and we found some mic issues after 20 dyas from the data of purchase. So I have raised the return request for 3 times with in 30 days of purchase, as of last return request Flipkart executive installed smart application and not able to find the root cause and said show the mobile to service center and if they provided job sheet then we will replace the device any time, this communication happen over the phone. So we have took our mobile to service center and they said one mic related part is missing, then i have provided job sheet to Flipkart and they are denying the return of my phone.

        I have received a call from Flipkart then i have explained previous conversation regarding the issue. Then they have agreed to replace the mobile and immediately return request placed and their executive came to my home and took the problematic mobile and with in a day i have got the refund in to my account.           I bought a phone Moto X Play from flipkart on 22nd Oct and received it on 3rd Nov. There was an operation of my brother in Tirupati and sim was a micr sim so i was not able to us the phone for a month.Now when i started using the phone it was not reading the sim. So i went to the service center, and they said that they need to change the mother board as the sim slot is attached with mother board.
          The total cost of the Phone is Rs.18500 and they are charging Rs.14000 just to change the sim slot.Why should i pay when i didn't damage the phone
          I called to Flipkart and Motorola but they are not taking the issue seriously.

            I had ordered one Samgsung Moto G Turbo Edition mobile phone under order ID: OD[protected] from your site on EMI's dated 19th Jan'16 and then I cancelled the order, but even after cancelling the order my amount is getting deducted by EMI's and it is not refunded.This is pending from a long time.               I had ordered two slippers from Flipkart.com on January 3rd 2016. Then on January 7th I cancelled one Order and then returned the other order upon receiving on 14th Of January. Upon Returning they said the refund is initiated and will receive within 10 days. But now its been one month and haven't received any payment. I contact flipkart customer service and they said refund has been initiated and should contact bank. When I contact bank they saying like they haven't received any payment from Flipkart. Again called flipkart customer service and got same reply. What should I do now.

              This is disgusting from the part of Flipkart that a customer have been kept waiting for eternity and again no guarantee that they would pay me back.

                  I ordered an Aastha 3 In 1 Vaporizer Order no OD[protected]
                  on 24th January 2016, and my Delivery date was 5th February 2016, I got the message for pick up on 2nd February 2016 and in that particular message they have asked for either pick up or door step delivery, I opt for door step delivery .
                  Neither they replied nor they called to confirm about the product delivery . I got the same message for pick up till 6th February 2016. The due delivery date passed as on 5th February 2016. I called the customer executive to clarify regarding this matter, they started telling a story that I have opt for pick up so I have to get it from the pick up center, I asked them to escalate the call, they raised the issue and the next day I got a call that it would be delivered in next 24 hours, but it was all fake next day I got a message that the order is cancelled as it was not delivered in the due date. This is the worst experience I have faced in online shopping . I will ask my friends and relatives to never ever shop from flipkart even if they give any % of discount.

We understand that you were looking forward to receiving your product, However we were not able to deliver the shipment due to courier constraints. Please accept our apologizes in this regards. please place a new order we will do our best to make sure that it is delivered to you.
                  Flipkart has not tried calling me even once, i called the customer executive, they are giving absurd reasons, bad response from flipkart .
                  Neither they messaged nor they called and they have not mailed also. I really don't understand why the standards have fallen down, in the above product they have even charged delivery charges, what a poor show Flipkart.
                  Please stop accusing customers.

                            Hi,

                            I brought an mobile Moto 3rd Gen vide order number OD[protected] dated 21-Aug-15 through Flipkart. I have not opened box in next 5 months because of trust on Flipkart and I was out of Town.
                            But when i opened that box I was very sad to note that accessories availble with Handset was not working at all. The Charger is not working at all. The earphone quality is 3rd class. Now i am going to recommend everybody in my circle not to but any products through Flipkart. I am also going to put the status on all the social networking site. However mobile is working well but i am in doubt whether i am using fake handset on cost of original mobile.

                              Since I got a damage phone so I have claimed for return my order but they have putted my claim on hold from more than 2 months,

                                  Ordered a Philips LED TV on 20th Jan 2016 from flipkart. The order was delivered on next day. After 3 days of delivery technician came for the installation.
                                  When he unpacked the product received he told some of the screws were missed to the wall mount installation. After that he said he will come back in two days with necessary items to the wall mount fix. He did not even turn up. I got the email from flipkart saying that installation is completed. Actually there was no installation done by the technician as there were missed parts to do that.We were under impression that he will come back for the installation as he promised us he will come back two days later. But technician did not even turn up.

                                  When the customer care executive called my uncle to get the confirmation about the installation he told that installation is not done. Since the replacement guarantee on the item from the flipkart is 10 days we have connected the TV to see if there is any damage. We were shocked to see the damaged product as the screen is completely damaged. Please find the images of the same attached below.

                                  I have immediately raised a replacement of the product. And after that called customer care to explain about the issue. They have taken the complaint. But eveytime i called them one of customer care executive taking the new complaint against the issue and there was no proper response from them regarding the replacement. I have been connecting with the through the calls and emails.

                                  But none of them given a solution to me yet. In between they have asked for images of the damaged product. I have sent them twice and the same i am attaching below as well. Yesterday afternoon they have updated the status against my request as replacement rejected as the issue is settled between the seller and me. But no one connected with me or my uncle from the seller's department. I am completely cheated by flipkart. After they have updated the status i have called up them twice but there was no response from them. This is a poor response from them. I have never expected a service like this from flipkart. They are not even bothered to respond to the customer.

Hence I returned the product on 9th January 2016 by DTDC courier on 20th January 2016, for returning of the product only courier charges rs.70/- they credited to my flipkart wallet account, where as actual product cost rs.348/- were not yet credited to my account, I already mailed several times to the flipkart support team they were postponing the consignment issue. Please reslove the issue ASAP.

                                        Please book a complaint for poor after sales service against the Flipkart.
