the products delivery message was received on 13th Jan, 2015 in afternoon,
and after complaining this was the below mail received from flipkart

Since E-Kart Logistics claim to have delivered your consignment, I’ve notified them to send us the proof of delivery copy where the recipient would’ve signed along with their contact number.

If however, they fail to do provide us the proof, we'll look into this and work towards a solution.

As per the update we have received from our courier partner 'E-kart' logistics is that you are not cooperating with the field executive visit. Hence, they are facing issue on resolving the case.
Also, according to the field executive the above order is delivered to one of the lady in your family on Jan. As a proof of attempt field executive's entry detail avail with building security, you can have a check on it.

the attached signature are not mine .. because that day i was personally present in the house the delivery person has not ask any detail of mine before handover the products to me .for your information the product was not he just blindly handed the products and left...they logistic department ahs done my fake signature ...i was luck tht it came straight in my hands otherwise it would have been a big loos for me coz, this complaint guys have take more than the time generally require to identify the still they are taking sweet time to resolve the issue and yet they are unable to provide me the full proof ...
