I ordered honor 4x on 22nd january 2016 from flipkart order id OD[protected] and then on the same day I return it through courier and also sended courier slip and I got call from flipkart concern team and they told me that we cannot your refund your money, so I am requesting you to help me to solve this issue

    I have ordered this for my sister through flipkart and the delivery date was 18/2/2016.I haven't received the product upto now and my sisters marriage is tomorrow.it's highly ridiculous approach and service is highly highly poor. As a customer it's being a highly painful and mind boggling experience for us.if the delivery didn't come today. I will be filing a case against flipkart in consumer forum.

      I had placed an order for the MOTO G Turbo edition during the sale period from 11-12th February during which it was being offered for Rs-10799 instead of the normal price of Rs-12499.The order was under the one-day-delivery option but the order was not delivered the next day. As it was under promotional offer it is expected that the demand might have surged so I gave flipkart the leeway to ship the product in a few days time. However to my utter horror the order was cancelled on the 15th February citing an absurd reason that "that your order has been cancelled due to unavailability of a courier partner for your location".
      So, I would like to know If there is no courier partner available for my location then how is that the flipkart page is now showing that the phone can be bought at Rs 12499 and delivered at the same location in-a-day ??Also the address provided for the delivery very well falls within the delivery region of flipkart as this is not the first time I am ordering a product to the said location.I just ordered a Moto G 3 to the above location about a month back.I believe that the order was cancelled as it was bought at a discount and flipkart cannot afford to keep the false promises it makes to lure its customers.I have tried time and again to bring this to the notice of the customer care executives but they have decide to turn a blind eye to our problems and their hollow assurances do not sound appealing at all. Moreover my refund has not been processed so far and they are just dilly-dallying and dragging even the refund process.

          I ordered an iphone 6s from flipkart at 99% discount at Re.1. They charged me 101Rs including the delivery charge. First i thought its a mistake but they send me a mail that item has been confirmed and shall reach u in 7 days. But after 5 days they tell me that the seller has gone out of stock so they cant send it any more and i shall try any other seller.

            1. Notification error

              I ordered honor power bank of 13000 mah via flipkart. The so called sellers (shoppers stop99) delivered a used sony power bank to me. The return and refund process was hectic. Pathetic service by flipkart. This is the highest trouble ever given by a online selling company to a consumer like me.

I ordered Moto-G Turbo edition during Flipkart anniversary Sale.
                  My order ID is : OD[protected]
                  I ordered this because I was getting handsome discount (500 Off + 10% extra on SBI card). 

                  But now, due to mismanagement of their delivery department, they routed my phone in some other city.

                  I got a call from Mumbai office and your officer just said Sorry and informed me to cancel the order and place it again..
                  I planned to give this phone as a gift to my Dad. Flipkart has spoiled all my planning.

                  Really very disappointed with this..

                  To get this phone, I have to pay more now which is totally unacceptable

                          I received cellphone on 29th jan with both sim card slots damaged.

                          No courier carrier is ready to deliver product back to flipkart address from nagaur so i asked for pickup facility.
                          Even after 15 days i did not get any response even after continuous calls and mails.

                              I placed an order for Moto X play 32GB black ( with turbo charger) through flipkart on 11th February 2016. It was intimated that the product will be delivered by 16th february 2016. When I tracked the product using the tracking number provided, I found that the product reached my nearest hub on 16th morning. I got message from E kart logistics at 3:51pm on the same day that the product is out for delivery and will reach you before 7 pm. But I didnt get any messages or call after that. So I was forced to make a complaint on flipkart customer care. Then i got a message at 11:56pm that they were unable to deliver and will conract me next day for delivery. But then i got message on 18th february that your is cancelled. I dont know what happened...the reason they said that they were not able to locate my address ( which is actually located in the heart of the city).

                                I have purchased LeEco Le 1S mobile from flipkart on 9Feb 2016. I found some issue like - camera not working, Heating issue, OS malfunction issue in the product. so I have raised return request to flipkart. I called their executive and asked for refund. they denied saying that product is OK. Those issue are not resolved from their executive. My mobile is still have same problems. now i need my money back. I dont know on which basis they have rejected my return request.Really poor service from flipkart.

                                      Hi, I ordered Samsung on7 on 16th Early morning and got it delivered by evening for price was 10990 My order No :OD[protected] . I checked the price of mobile on 17th early morning it chanaged to 10190 with in 24 Hrs.

                                      I did checked with there customer support, this is what they have to say. " The prices and offers are completed seller specific. We regret to inform you that we'll not be able to much here. Sorry! "

                                      I am very much disappointed with the way flipkart is working. I am feeling like i have been cheated by the most trusted Ecommerce company . Not happy with there service.

                                      customer was telling that he purchase this product in the price of 10990/- rs. and after getting offer he paid 9740/-rs. but now phone's price drop by around 800/-rs. so customer want to return this product or want price adjustment RESOLUTION - info given to the customer that its not possible in this case customer agreed
