      I ordered 2 lakme kajal through flipkart which were delivered on 27.11.2015.Order Number OD[protected] supplied through their vendor THINKBLST, on opening one and using it my wife developed eye allergy and had to see a doctoe and get an MRI done for the eye.On closer examination we found the product to be FAKE.Updated Hindustan Unilever maker of LAKME who collected the second sealed piece for Lab Test reort expected March 2016.Flipkart unwilling to accept responsibility and say at the most they can refund cost of the product Rs.289+Rs.40 delivery. My wife could have lost an eye.Flipkart says they checked with the vendor who claims he sent original. Selling fake products is a criminal offence and does not absolve Flipkart of its responsibility.

        Indranagar, but the lenovo service centre people are asking for the money i have a warranty, but den to dey are asking the money, i had called to the customer care people they just taken a complaint i have almost called 6 times, speaked with 4 csa & escalation team 2 times they taken a complaint, hope so u people solve the issue this flipkart people are fraud their is no csa executive & escalation team is eligible to speak with the customer & their nobody to solve the issue hopeso u people the issue & this phone has heating problem, & touch problem as well

          Spoke to customer on [protected], he has been to ASC and they ask the customer to submit for 10 - 20 days for the service and he has taken back the product from ASC and inform him to get back to us with the ASC details. Customer agreed. Hence closing the case until customer revert.

              On Saturday 09.01.2016, at 1.15 pm I got a call from no [protected] purportedly from SBI card telling that my above card will be replaced with a new one, which was followed by a message from no [protected] confirming the above as well as asking some details from me. After some 2/3 minutes I got a message telling the OTP, which I unfortunately gave to the caller for a txn of Rs. 7888/- . On 10.01.2016, at 10.00 am, again a call from no. [protected] was received who also asked for some details and OTP for a TXn for RS.27389.00 which was also given to the caller unfortunately. Now only I came to know about the fraudulent txn done through my card and have blocked my card. I humbly request you to kindly cancel/nullify the above 2 txn and help me save my hardearned money of Rs. 7888+27389. (I know that, it was not your mistake but mine only) Sorry for the inconveniene.

                    I purchased a Nexian NV-45 from flipkart 15 days before. Now the battery gets drained very fast within 3 hours without using any thing. & data connection is also not working, the phone is heating too much, the accessories supplied (headphone, charger ) is of worst quality, the back cover looklike scrape as it used for many years overall its a bad phone i have raised a return or replacement sevral time but the flipkart custome care ignored and refuse the return or replaced the defective mobile giving silly excuses. ther waisted my sevral hours many days by saying that they will rectify my mobile using their online app (smart check) even after sevral attempts done through smart check their is no possivive result and i m still facing the same problem from day one i have received the mobile phone so i please request you to replace my defective mobile or give me a refund as soon as possible Best Regards Usha printers [protected]

Ltd. (CIN : U729000KA2009PTC050123) but when I open the box, I got Lenovo K3 Note IMEI No. "[protected]" Therefore, the billing product is different with actual what i received. Second, there is heating problem in this phone & i have launched a complain for Replacement (Return ID:[protected] but it was rejected from Flipkart.com & WS Retail Services Pvt. Ltd.                             In brief my friend had made an oder with flipkart for a pair of shoes to me.. she wrote the address correct in the address bar as well as the pincode, however in the pincode bar she by mistake mentioned the mumbai pincode. on noticing the same i called up the consumer number and asked them to correct the pin code.                               Flipkart is Selling Damaged and Defective Items But Never takes the Return or Refunds the money.
                              I recently bought an item through flipkart, the item was damaged or defective and I tried calling many times to flipkart customer support and finally I got a email saying the problem will be fixed within 9th of Jam, 2016. When I called them on 9th they said they will fix on 10th, and called them on 10th and now they are saying the problem will be fixed on 11th. I mean what the hell is wrong with these.
                              The item worth is about Rs. 9000/- but they did took the damaged product as return or either they are not refunding the money. I am pretty sure its a big scam deal between flipkart and some pathetic sellers.

                              Don't buy any item from flipkart by paying via card or bank wire. Since they have wallet and they'd possibly return your money to their wallet after many legal notices. After that they will never let you withdraw your money from flipkart wallet. I found this message from experienced buyers who are totally screwed by flipkart service.

                              Flipkart wants you to buy damaged/defective or even second hands item.

                              I will post screenshots and more about their worst service further soon.
                              By the way, I regret for changing my usual shopping site.

                                I ordered a lot from flipkart a lot n a lot because I am working women, mostly shop with online shopping site flipkart . This is the second I didn't when I received dummy of phone after paying huge amount . And earliest they sent me empty parcel but they resolved that time .but this time they came to me in situation to attempt suicide by increasing my frustration level. Yesterday after so many mails to senior authorities they sent mail that refund initiated and today morning they again sent mail of refund denied. M totally depressed .                                 I am old n regular customer of flipkart . I am also shocked by seen this kind of behaviour of flipkart team.they should have to understand this thing when customer paid the amount in advance to them. they want the genuine product to be delivered to them. But this team senior lady from the customer team called and said 'mam aap ko bhi action lo hum aap ki koi request nahi lenge' really put me in shock .

                                    I received my booking PARCEL AGAINST AWB [protected] TODAY ON 9th January 2016 and paid Rs.702/- in cash. I was surprised at the cheap packing with newspaper {Gujarati) covering (photo attached)and affixing your label that created a doubt that I may not be cheated by FLIPKART. To my surprise when I removed the newspaper covering, there was a box of Shopclues (photo attached) with half taps of "Shopclues" and half with brown taps. I checked again that I have placed orders with Flipcart and not with "Sbopclues". I think that goods might have been returned by some customer to Shopclues and same might be sent to me. Please advise whether Shopclues are your sister concern. To my further surprise and cheating that size of all the 3 CFL spiril bulbs are different one small other and big one (photo attached) whereas I placed orders for equal size of three bulbs.                                       Team, would like to bring this to your attention that leading e commerce player Flipkart is selling 2nd hand moto phones. I bought Moto G 3rd gen in Sep 2015 and took the replacement in Oct as 1 of the sim slot was not working. Got the same issue with replacement product as both sim slot stopped working in 2 months. Flipkart is not providing any assistance and service center just updated the software and returned it back. After 8 days again sim slots stopped working and now its been a week that the phone is lying with the service center. Not able to understand why companies like Motorola are selling refurbished products to the customer.

                                        I bought on 14 dec 2015 vide od[protected] a huawei honor 4x gold for rs. 10500. Till date i tried with many sd cards only 4gb sd card is working whereas its external memory is upto 32 gb. I tried with several 16 gb also. The msg is could not move. Not enogh storage. I tried in pc to format the sd card still it is ineffective. It happened the next day itself. But my pc went faulty i did not get time now i bought new laptop and registering complaint i tried at trichy thillai nagar service centre mentioned in booklet they said that they do not carry out services on honor they stopped. Hence i request you to kindly take necessary action as it is only few days left for a month

                                        Why no response at all? Anyone to reply or gone?
                                        I too am facing the same issue. 8GB card is working but 16GB is not. I can't understand whats the issue.
