      I had purchased electronic led blubs which were delivered to me after 11 days of my order and they delivered me totally damaged product. For which I have been complaining since last 23 days regularly to all the authorities possible. Everyone including the manager of the company gave me false promises that the problem would be resolved soon but still non action taken and yeah when I asked them how many more days this is going to continue they simply cut the call including the manager. Their courier partner dhlivery message me every day that they would do the reverse pickup but non one has yet come for the pickup. Such a big name of the company and such big fraud.

          I have purchased one book in the name & style The Official Olympiad Book of REASONING from Mirza Book Depot through flipkart vide order no. OD[protected] dated 09.02.16. The book seller has charged Rs 230 I. e. more than 100 rupees beyond the printed price without any tax or delivery charge. The book has been delivered from Mirza Book Depot Nai sarak Delhi to Dwarka sector 9 Delhi. I am feeling cheated as the actual price is Rs. 120. I could have bought at the printed price from any book Depot .Kindly look into the matter.

                A series of illegal transactions were made on Flipkart to purchase items by third parties using my debit cared information. Despite informing Flipkart to stop the illegal deliveries within 24 hours, they have delivered the items. Now I demand compensation from Flipkart.

                  They (flipkart) dont accept returns at all !!! The only option given when i clicked the return button was 're-placement' and not actual return !! The product was sold with wrong information... it is a tablet...the tablet doesnt have ips display. Actually its display is not even lcd quality. very bad display. And flipkart dont have an option to return the product !!!

                  flipkart call centre employee only says "we have re-placement policy only", ... this is hopeless...flipkart should accept returns of the product since it is within the 7 days returns policy of flipkart...it seems the return policy of flipkart is a big sham!!! never buy anything from flipkart ever again...
                  Amazon.in is much much better as a ecommerce website/company. Flipkart should be sued or something...

                      mobile no. is [protected] ; Sir Mr. Sekhar delivery boy didn't call me today
                      for my delivery. He called me yesterday but he refused me to deliver my

                        Hi,
                        I order a Sony MDR XB-30 earphone, which I found at a low price then MRP, and received a duplicate OEM product with the Carrying Pouch missing to, the earphone didn't even looked, felt or sounded like that of the original.
                        Flipkart tends to advertise "You get what you see" all over the cities, in billboards, newspapers, so they should be also checking whether the seller is selling a original or duplicate product.

                          I purchased a sofa from flipkart on 2nd Jan, 2016 and i was promised that i will get it delivered by 1st Feb, 2016. I called customer care multiple times(atleast 10 times) and they simply provided complaint id (IN[protected], IN[protected] and asked me to wait.
                          I am calling customer cae daily from 1 week but still they are unable to update the status or give any positive feedback.

                          I want to know that how to register a complaint against it in consumer forum as even after asking for higher management mail id for escalation i am not being provided the same by customer care. I already sent mail to [protected]@flipkart.com but that also is of no use. Request you to please help/suggest the way forward.

                          My Problem is still not resolved. Every time I am calling flipcart they ask me to wait for 24 hours or 48 hours and sometimes for 3 days. But nothing is happening in actual. They are not giving any confirmation about money back in case o[censored]nexpected delay. Seems like legal action is the only option left. I will never suggest anyone to buy furniture from Flipkart.

                            Product Order OD[protected]I am facing heating issue, hanging issue and volume is getting higher automatically after sometimes in this smartphone. Also It shuts down automatically while charging and it was not up if I try to restart the mobile. So I had to take off the battery and put it on. 2) Coming to Flipkart friendly ploicy, I do not feel there is much difference between manufacturer warranty and flipkart friendly return policy. They were simply informing me following information when i had asked for replacement for this mobile since I was facing the above said issues a) Flipkart will tell how to troubleshoot the issues since I do not know about mobile(According to flipkart). b) Take your mobile to authorised service center and confirm whether the problem is there, then flipkart will help. c) About battery charging, flipkart is claiming according to manufacturer, this smartphone takes 4 hours to 8 hours to completely charge the battery. d) Consider only battery temperature that should be below 48 degree ( My mobile is new and it is coming upto 44 degree if i use gps for 20mins), they wont give possible solution. 3) Even if the battery heat is below 48 degree, if it comes to 37 degree, I am facing lot of heat in upper front of the mobile. At that time you cannot call someone. Sametime if you are using gps for 15mins and try to call someone, you might face the heating issue. 4) Smartphone automatically shuts down sometimes whenever I am using file explorer. Raised Replacement/ Refund request 4 times, but no proper response, their reasons were 1) One time, they did not speak to me properly and said reason as "The issue has been resolved between you and the seller. Hence, there will be no replacement or refund". I did not contact Lenovo for this issue since flipkart promised me 30 days replacement policy. 2) Support team asked me to do trouibleshooting by resetting the phone, kill all apps after every usage to avoid heating issue. 3) In their selling page, I did not see that this mobile will take 4hours min to 8 hours maximum for completely charge the mobile, but they were claiming that manufacturer says like that. 4) Flipkart support team asking me to take my smartphone to Lenovo authorised service center about these complaints and prove it, then refund/replacement will be considered. 5) They checked with manufacturer and they were not giving proper response. Resolution Expected. 1) Flipkart should remove the friendly replacement policy from their website since that is not happening as mentioned. Since i have informed the issues after 3 days o[censored]sage itself, they were keep on asking me to contact manufacturer indirectly. Then I do not know the difference between manufacturer warranty and flipkart friendly policy. 2) I am expecting proper solution for this issues.

                                    I have placed an order Letv Le 1S brand mobile on 9' th Feb and was supposed to get the delivery by next day i mean 10'th Feb, But I have not received my delivery yet. Every time when call up to customer care the only standard answer that i could get from them is "please wait for 24 hours we will surly deliver your product", not sure what is the exact date time, no proper reason why they delayed delivery. Today is Feb 13th, not really sure how many days they will take to deliver the product..It is fully frustrating and planning to cancel the order.

                                        Product was ordered by customer on FlipKart which was cancelled as soon as order was collected from me (seller). The product went to Bangalore, came back to Goa, went back to Bangalre and came back to goa. The status now says delivered and closed, when the product hasn't been delivered.

                                        Contacted Seller Support and they are only delaying request by saying we have requested POD (Proof of Delivery) from their EKart Courier. This has been going on since 2nd of Feb 2016.

                                        Total value of product lost 14, 955 Rs. The product is a unique product and is on demand through other sites but we are unable to sell as FlipKart is holding on to the product. We want the product returned with interest for blocking a product sale worth 14955 for so long or refund amount that is due immediately.

                                        Frustrations after frustrations calling support who keep saying they will organised a call back and they apologize but no call backs or resolutions to tickets. The tracking details on the Seller Portal has been modified (we have screenshots) and as of now it is no longer even visible.
